My food was cooked well, tasted fresh and service was great!
Urban plates is my go to now that I seldom cook. I eat here frequently because the food is quick, simple, nutritious and flavorful. The inside is bright, clean and well organized, they offer thoughtful wine options and natural beverages. If I want minimal stimulation I don’t even enter the building, I sit outside scan a code order my food and only speak to a human once to say thank you when my food arrives. But I will add all my interactions with staff are pleasant and consistent. Daniel stands out the most and is always efficient and super personable. Food is healthy and moderately priced and it doesn’t break the bank if I’m here 1-2 times a week, I never feel guilty
Hana Sake is my favorite since I have that sweet tooth. We usually vet the razor clams if in season, garlic fries w/ cheese, calamari w/ an amazing sweet sauce, 2 dozen oysters, chicken cartilage, chicken gizzards, pork belly, pork cheek, chicken skins, and many other skewers. Friendly staff packed during Warriors games they all wear Dubs gear. I recommend you reserve a table if there is a Warriors game on.
Visited the Dublin, CA location for lunch. Enjoyed the Morrocan Chicken Braise w/organic mashed potatoes and rustic bread. Had the organic green tea to drink. The food was plentiful and delicious and the drink was refreshing. I sat in the covered outdoors area in the rear. There is plenty of indoor seating as well as a smaller outdoor area at the entrance. I recommend this place for groups as well as solo outings.
First time here. Meatless meatloaf was the best I’ve had. Roasted Brussel sprouts and asparagus was delicious. Daniel was a highlight of our dinner! He took our order and delightful and kind. Daniel was knowledgeable about the menu and a big fan of the food. He knew specific ingredients for our food allergies. AWESOME JOB DANIEL!
Good food. Easy going vibe. Clean friendly staff.
This was my first visit. I ordered the Local Beet Salad and the Grilled Wild Albacore. The flavors! The fresh ingredients! This place is amazing! The quality of ingredients. The service was fast and friendly. They were very patience while I decided what I wanted to order and answered all my questions! I highly recommend you try this place! I will be back!
Excellent service and delicious food! I had the sea bass plate with brussel sprouts, rainbow carrots, and bread. My daughter had four sides which included sweet potatoes, fries, fruit, and cauliflower fried rice. The only side that was just good but needed more seasoning was the cauliflower rice. Everything else was delicious!!!
Delicious! I like the fact that it SEEMS like it's wholesome, healthy food. The people were easy going and customer service oriented, the interior had an interesting cool vibe and most importantly, the food was delicious! I had never been so I didn't know what to expect but I'm glad I went. I approached the building and noticed a sizable menu out front. The selections were really delicious sounding with a couple international dishes that I immediately started to think about (I love international foods). They also had a nice outdoor patio which would be perfect for 9 months out of the year here in the greater bay area. That day was sunny but indoor was more my jam that day. When I stepped in I felt the warm atmosphere with really nice details from a design perspective (Always stuck on the design). They had big screens with the menu on it, some wines displayed (Some that I recognized from my wine industry days too (Not the really corporates ones either)) as well as a decent sized dessert cold case. I got up to bat and ordered their beef and mushroom stew with rice (Always eating rice). I wanted to explore more but it was a very cool day and a warm hearty stew was right up my alley. I often eat my stew with rice so that sounded like comfort to me at the moment. My meal was REALLY GOOD! It wasn't too salty but had the rich flavor that one would want with a mushroom based stew. The rice was a brown rice and was a nice compliment of texture to the stew. I also ordered this cranberry apple ginger juice thing which was AMAZING!!! I'm definitely going to go back and when I do, I'll explore a little more. I went there on my lunch break and with tip it came out to $24 which is a little much for what I usually spend on a lunch but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Update: 09/10/23 I went back a couple times, one time I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich and a Chx tortilla soup. The sando was actually spicy! I love it! The soup was amazing too!
Food is delicious and on point. Always great service from chef Eugene!
the food here is always so good & this location is super clean & has a nice open feel
I love urban plates. I’ve been going for years. Emily and Hayley are great!
We stopped here for a late lunch and really enjoyed it! You order up front then they give you a number for you to bring it to the the table if your choice so they can identify where to bring your meal. I got the portobello mushroom sandwich and my bf got the steak meal, everything was perfect and delicious! Everything was seasoned really nicely. I loved my sandwich and my fries were nice and crispy, but we were obsessed with the brussel sprouts that was part of the steak dish, the flavors of it was out of the world and I could totally just eat a whole plate of it. Overall definitely would come back to try their other menu items!
A family favorite for us! Food is always fresh and we love the cowgirl cookie.
Lots of good tasting healthy options. Nice modern atmosphere. Optional to order at counter or via kiosk. Vegan options available.
Urban plates is our Go-to spot. The service is exceptional, you really feel like they care about their customers here (iykyk). Their Beet bowl is my go to lunch, have it with salmon or chicken, you can't go wrong. My favorite desert is the mango pie and the chocolate peanut butter. The banana chocolate is good too, but you need to eat it before it melts. Their other deserts are so delicious as well. All around great brunch, lunch, dinner spot. Their vibe is so aesthetic here too, there's indoor, outdoor/patio seating. You won't regret dining at Urban Plates, even if you come here everyday.
Amazing food. Amazon by atmosphere. Highly recommended. If you're anywhere near Dublin and looking for a place to eat, Urban Plates should definitely be on your list. This spot is seriously awesome. The food is amazing—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and everything just tastes real and satisfying. Whether you're going for one of their grilled plates, a big hearty salad, or a sandwich, you really can't go wrong. The portions are generous too, which is always a plus. The atmosphere is just as impressive as the food. The place has a really cool vibe—modern but still super comfortable. It’s open and airy, with lots of natural light and a layout that makes it feel relaxed, not crowded. You can actually see the chefs preparing your food, which adds a nice touch and makes the whole experience feel a little more personal. What’s also great is how easy everything is. You order at the counter, pick your sides, and then they bring the food right to your table. It’s quick, but it doesn’t feel rushed. The staff is friendly, and the service was smooth from start to finish. Whether you’re meeting friends, grabbing a solo meal, or even doing a casual date night, Urban Plates is just a solid choice. Great food, chill atmosphere, fair prices—what more could you want? Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and craving something tasty, fresh, and a little different from the usual.
This is a really nice place to go to. The inside of it is well designed and I also like the menu layout. I was speculating much with the replenishers since they all look good, which is the reason why I want to try one of them. The Nashville Chicken Tenders are really spicy, which made me drink a lot of water. Honestly, I wish there are spice levels to them. The portion of the French fries are just right and the beet salad tastes good. I was expecting to see more goat cheese around the beets. This place is pricey, but they serve the right portions. I was amazed that they are very quick when they served my food. I am wondering how they even prep the food here.
Food was reasonably priced and very delicious. We ordered the tofu/vegetable curry bowl, moroccan chicken bowl and a mango tart, all of which tasted fresh, delicious and looked amazing. The rainbow beets and carrots side also tasted wonderful and light. Don't sleep on their coconut and watermelon drinks either.
I love the chef spotlight so much! It’s cool I can try different stuff for way cheaper. Emily explained it to me really well
I really liked this place. To me it was like Panera but better as far as ambiance and the food was great. I had the flank steak with rosemary potatoes and roasted beets and carrots. The steak was tender and the potatoes were perfect. For dessert we had the hummingbird cake. The frosting wasn’t too heavy and it wasn’t overly sweet. I am definitely going back again. I’d like to try a bunch more stuff on the menu.
We extremely enjoy Urban Plates, from the decor and the awesome service to the fresh tasting piping hot delicious food we'd love it for lunch and dinners honestly it has become weekly must have. Stopped in today at the Dublin location and Emily was super kind to help the order in super fast and help me finding my plate pass information my app was on the fritz Highly recommend Urban Plates in Dublin please stop in enjoy their food tip well and don't forget to get your plate pass membership so worth it
Urban Plates has been one of our favorite places to visit since it opened in this area. We specially love to stop by following a hike, as the group is usually famished. Not only is the food delicious and comes to you fast, but it's also easy for everyone in your party to pay for their meal at the register, rather than running into the hassle of splitting the bill at the end of the meal. Remember to try their fresh fountain drinks. They are so refreshing on a hot day!
Always good, lots of choices and options. Something for everyone. The Local Beets salad is fantastic and today I added a cup of their tomato soup. Delicious! Grabbed their mushroom and beef braised bowl with mashed potatoes for dinner. Can't wait!
Zach was a stellar cashier! He recommended the chicken tenders and his favorite soups - they were all so delicious! My family and I will definitely be coming back to urban plates as a frequent visitor!
This fine young gentleman, Zach, with curly long hair was a really warm and welcoming server. He helped us pick our order by describing many of the plates on the menu with a bright smile on his face. The food was delectable as well and beautifully plated. I ordered the salmon and it was perfectly crispy and delicious. Urban Plates for the win!
First time stopping by 2/22; not from the area and was on my way to SFO with not a whole lot of time to spare but wasn’t looking forward to drive thru food or the regular fast food. I happened to come across this place right off the freeway and was pleasantly surprised when I stepped in. The environment seemed nice so I actually opted for sitting down since I got my food so quick. I love that you have plenty of options for sitting and the restaurant is very open so you don’t feel cluttered even with a full house around 7. I was also surprised by the amount of variety that they have to offer, I wasn’t expecting to get a steak and albacore salad with sides for so cheap or as quick as I did, on top of that, for all my food to be cooked so well. I must have been inhaling my food or very clearly enjoying it because I wasn’t in here longer than 25 minutes when the Chef, I believe his name was Alex, came and asked me himself if everything was good or if there was anything else that he could do for me, he even offered me a refill on my lemonade and took my finished tray and dishes. I was actually a little surprised because nowadays it’s not to often you get service like that, or for anybody to check on you after you already paid. I know for a fact because I frequent plenty of restaurants in San Diego (where I’m from) and barely get checked up on by my own servers, so it’s definitely appreciated. I will be stopping by again the next time I’m in town. Thanks for the efficiency and good cooking!
We have always liked the food at Urban Plates. But today we had some exceptional service from one of the staff, Eugene Taylor! He was so friendly, would come by our table and make sure we were good. He made our day!
Couple of my sisters and friends stopped by after the movies today and I was little hesitant due to some diet restrictions and allergies which make ordering food anywhere a real dilemma. My sister insisted because she’s actually a regular and always raves about the place and mentioned that they have a large menu. She was not lying; they had soups, salads, plates, burgers, sandwiches, and even salmon. I had plenty of questions even though the menu was pretty accessible thanks to the GF And veg options, luckily the chef [Alex] taking our order was informative and actually knew what the cooking processes included. Definitely felt more comfortable ordering from someone who knows what’s in the dishes. And he even recommended the roasted sea bass with a side of rainbow carrots and cauliflower… it was delicious!! Tried this really rich GF chocolate cake for desert and again, delicious!
Nice restaurant located conveniently in a shopping complex and Dublin right off the freeway. Lots of healthy food options to choose from, salads and soups to steak and sandwiches. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, which is great because this place can get busy during lunch time.
The food was wonderful, reasonably priced. It wasn't terribly busy, so the wait staff let me and my sister stay at the table and talk as long as we wanted.
From overall experience, knowing that it’s a franchise this place gets a 5 stars for the location, ambience & design, service, food amount, and quality (salad was a bit salty), friendliness, even variety of options to choose your preferred seating. Selecting the place a family member suggested that “I know the place that you might like!”. Came over and it was a spot on. From the big menu by the entrance to coming in and Nicolas recommending us what to pick, event for our 16 month old daughter was a very pleasant experience. We were given a number and food was served at our table at no time. After getting water and utensils, we walked around the facility and found out that we can sit inside with a few different options (high or low tables, private or company style), as well as two outside patios (fully covered and just shaded). Wall deco was interesting as well. Bathrooms, clean, spacious and modern. By the time we washed hands, our table was served with food. The taste was fine, not more not less. Cesar was a bit on the salty side, and I believe that was due to the Parmesan that was over it. Soup was extremely hot in the beginning and cooled off at no time. Can I highly recommend the 4UP plate with wide variety of options to choose from. (Garlic Parmesan Cremini and oyster, Beet salads with Goat Cheese, Maple Butternut Squash with toast, Red and white quinoa tomato). Highly recommend! Pleasant experience and will definitely be back to try more delicious food.
The food was amazing, but I'm here to shout out Eugene - he offered amazing service, the best I've had in a long time. My mother is a wheelchair user, and he took it upon himself to help us find accessible seating by moving chairs around himself. He also overhead my mom talking about their pineapple coconut lime lemonade, and brought one over for her. Thats amazing, because I don't even remember her mentioning that. He made us feel very accommodated and welcomed, & I was thoroughly impressed with his service. He deserves a raise & a key to the city. Thank you Eugene
Urban Plates never misses. Fresh, flavorful, and you can actually taste the quality. Everything felt well-balanced and satisfying. Will definitely be back. Aiden so friendly at the front
Urban Plates never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. I love the variety on the menu—you can grab something healthy or indulge a little, and it’s all delicious. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, and the team is always friendly. A perfect spot for a quick bite or a relaxed meal.
I recently visited Urban Plates and had a fantastic dinner! I went for the salad plate featuring the Ahi Niçoise, which was fresh and delicious. On the side, I also tried a house salad with steak and shrimp, and everything was cooked to perfection. Overall, it was a great meal and I highly recommend Urban Plates.
HOOOOLY COOOOOW!!!! you want fresh made food to order? Organic, grass fed beef.....on a diet and cant eat certain foods?..... Working out and wanting to bulk or cut???? THIS IS THE PLACE TO EAT!!!! I FREAKING LOOOOOOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I always order the grass fed steak and its cooked to perfection.
We love Urban plates and especially the Dublin location for the last 4 years now. The food options are unique and delicious. There's something for everyone- adults and kids. Specifically, Nico was kind and helped us with great recommendations. Great service. Highly recommend bringing your family here!
The staff here is always so helpful and very kind. The food is consistent. Great options, especially for kids. Good choice to eat!

Great food, affordable and good quality. Love going here after church, it's got great seating and ambiance.
The food was good and promptly served. Their soda machine was on the fritz and they went out of their way to accommodate us and refunded our money for the soda.

Great costumer service! Food is great every time! Never disappoints and ambiance is always pleasing!!
Very good food, Shrimp was well seasoned and steak was tender. The host at the front was very attentive and his service was great. Very clean ambiance with nice interior.
Delicious fresh healthy food, and reasonably priced. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
It's like going to a souped-up, upscale cafeteria. Lots of fresh, healthy choices plus a beer and wine bar. They serve you what you order, you walk down with your tray and pay at the end before finding a table to sit. Prices and tastes are comparative to the Whole Foods food bars in the same Persimmons Place shopping center. So it can get pricey by the time you pay at the register when you add everything up (entree, soup or salad, dessert and beverage). You can get the same quality food at full table service restaurants for less or the same prices. Hence one less star. Quality and quantity of food are great. Urban Plates serves sashimi grade wild Albacore tuna in their seared raw tuna entrees and salads. Melted in our mouths. Staff was friendly and will provide free samples to try to help you decide. I would call Urban Plates cuisine - California farm-to-table cuisine (salads, soups, stews, entrees, pizzettes, sides, desserts). There is a lot of multicultural cuisines mixed in their food and meal options. The entrees come with two sides and a slice of grilled rustic bread (mine wasn't really. Only disappointing part of my meal). I ordered the Miso Ginger Grilled Wild Tuna (grilled raw) with glass noodle salad (Korean-style japchae) and roasted Brussels Sprouts (told they were a fan favorite and they were REALLY GREAT). My friend ordered the Grilled Albacore Tuna Nicoise Salad and asked to replace the slice of bread with potato chips and to get a sample of beets. Urban Plates makes and hand tosses the salad in front of you while you wait in line. Finding a table can be a challenge since it's self-serve, first come cafeteria style. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. There is a diaper changing table in the women's restroom. I can see parking can be tough in the lot during busy times and weekends because Urban Plates is in the busy Persimmons Place shopping center.
Food is standard. Nothing special, more like a one up appeal from Panera, but Panera tastes better. They do serve alcohol and have in house kombucha. The service was ok. Everyone seemed depressed and looked like they secretly hate their job while trying to service customers in a cutesy modern looking restaurant.
Clean interior modern and the food was tasty a little pricey but you leave feeling good healthy alternative meal and guilt free I would say you can eat here while on prep.
Organic and healthy eating made from scratch in this cafeteria, only for those who are willing to wait in line to get a plateful of sumptuous foods but quite overpriced. The atmosphere is pleasant, clean, but it gets busy at lunch time! I like their salads and desserts are super. Free parking is all around but it gets full during busy hours. My first time to try this restaurant, I’d come back for another try!
Was recommended during my visit to Dublin. Cute place and nice outdoor seating area. Menu looks great lots of choices so I went with salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The Salmon & potatoes were good the asparagus was so overcooked, mushy and bland it was disappointing. Plenty of parking, lots of indoor and outdoor seating
Big restaurant with a variety of seating options both inside and outside. Lots of great spots for 1 person to sit and have a quiet lunch. Big long tables to accommodate groups. Food is delicious. I had a beet and avocado quinoa bowl that was fantastic. The fries are salty and so good! The tomato soup is also very yummy but the size of the cup is small. Would have given 5 stars. However, several times during my lunch, a loud, obnoxious beeping sound was going off and no one seemed to notice or stop it for several minutes each time. Many ways to order food, including pick up or at your table from an app.
I had chicken with side of Brussel sprouts and the small bowl of killer mac and cheese. "Killer" because half the customers or more get it as one of their sides. It's that good. Roasted chicken was nice and tender. Bonus points for not using a ton of salt. My partner got 4 sides and I managed to snag a taste of the mashed potatoes. Yummy. Place is spacious and not to noisy You can actually have a conversation. Update 2023. Still going here. Menu has changed a bit. The sweet potato side is deli. Lots of outdoor seating available. 7/8/25 Chicken Cobb salad. Very good. Chicken tender, not dried out.
A nice selection of dishes with fresh ingredients that are executed well for a quick bite sort of place. Nice decor and lots of different seating choices: indoor, outdoor, bar and some tables that can fit over 10 people. Giving a three star on atmosphere because I think it’s tacky to have a sign out asking customers to give you five stars in exchange for goods
3.27.24 Don't know what happened since the last time we were here (last weekend). Service was great yesterday, but we ordered a protein add-on - chili tofu - and received 2 very thin slices. Last week, we received one thin slice & one thick slice. Tofu is cheap! Why not be generous & consistent each time? Hope this changes soon, feeling disappointed. Thanks 01.28.24 Update: Great meals, prepared pretty quickly, and served hot. We don't like our bread grilled and ordered it plain, but one plate had grilled bread and the other two did not. We told the staff member when food was dropped off at our table and they politely and quickly brought us two slices of plain bread. We appreciated that. Not a lot of people there, perhaps because of the 49ers/Lions game, but we never feel rushed at UP. Soft background music is relaxing, ambiance is welcoming, most of the staff is friendly & efficient. A few employees have a hard time smiling & being friendly - we've concluded that it's just their nature & they are likely very harried. Np! We'll keep coming back! 01.08.24 Update: Paper towel dispenser still has tape on it, but is working again. Kudos to the employee who moved the waste basket next to the door after noticing that the waste basket was placed directly under the towel dispenser such that clean, automatically dispensed towels were hanging into the waste basket with used towels & other trash! Food was promptly brought out to our table with a smile, fries were hot. We love the seasoning, not overpowering, adds just the right touch. Salads were cool, crispy, with nice selection of fresh greens. Everything was tasty, hot water for tea was actually hot! We rarely write-off a favorite place without giving them another chance or two, as we all have busy, challenging days. Glad UP Dublin made necessary changes, and we appreciate it. Thank you. Five stars! 12.29.23 Discontinued several vegan entrees we liked, but added a couple new ones that are ok. See menu I've attached. Paper towel dispenser in women's bathroom has been broken for a while & everything was quite messy. Typically they're cleaner, so hopefully this week be resolved soon. They've been very busy last several times our family has visited. Cashiers are friendly & knowledgeable about the menu. 9.26.23 Food was good, but lots of oil used on veggies. Pooled onto the dishes. Cashier was friendly, attentive - nice change from some past experiences. Outdoor seating is great, attached to restaurant or where parking used to be more "outdoors." Parking in general still very challenging, esp during peak hours.
I came here last weekend and was really satisfied! I ordered the steak with chimichurri sauce. For the sides I ordered the mushroom stuffing and mashed potatoes. My oh my the sides were delicious! …

Stopped in at this Urban Plates and decided to try the Nyjah Bowl (cauliflower fried rice, broccoli, sweet potatoes, with peppers & onions, wakame, micro greens, and grilled chicken). It was OK. I’m much more interested in trying the salads and other menu items next time. The large Cowgirl cookie was excellent!
We had the sea bass and I was thinking Chilean sea bass but no, it was Barramundi which Is also known as Asian sea bass. This one was just not tasty at all, would have been better if it was fried and salted. The kid was the only one enjoying her dinner with her burger. Will try a different menu next times around and please, take out the sea bass from your menu or do it better.
Good place for lunch. Food there is good looking, fresh and has a feel good factor. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Very casual environment. Order and a number is given. Food came within 5-10 minutes, so not bad. Tastewise its ok. Nothing very outstanding. Had vegetarian options, so they taste how they are, nothing stood out for me. Overall it feels like clean eating.

The plates look much better than they taste. Salmon was too salty and “steak” was 4 tiny thin slices of very dry, stringy meat that tasted off. The sides are only ok. For the price, I expected fresher ingredients and proper cooking. Quality has obviously dropped over the years. Whole Foods across the lot serves 10 times better food
i was so excited to try this place and was so disappointed, we got two chimichurri steak plates, we asked for medium rare and basically got chewy raw steak. both of the plates were completely bland, every component of the dish was bland and oily, everything was covered in oil, the dish also didn’t follow the menu, i was supposed to have turkey bacon with my brussel sprouts and it didn’t have any, instead they added onion which it did not say it came with and i am allergic to onion, the corn on the cob had crema which it also didn’t state on the menu. overall very bad dishes for a place that markets their food so well.
I ordered food for pick up and arrived 15 minutes earlier than it said it would be ready. I watched them put my order together and slide it to the side where they do the salad and thought they were waiting on desserts or something. 15 minutes later I asked if my food was ready and they grabbed it from where they put it to the side and said everything was there. I checked the bag and there was missing the chimichruri sides I paid for. They gave me one. I said, "I paid for three", so they gave me three more. The girl behind the counter had an attitude when I asked and said, "wait a minute". I thought about asking them to redo my order and I should have. When I got it home a few minutes later everything was cold. I live right down the street so I know it was cold when I left. The bread was stale as well. The mashed potatoes were dry and tasteless. The meal was not worth the 90 bucks I paid for it and the service certainly was not worth the tip I left. Next time I go somewhere else where the food and service is better. This place has gone way down hill and not worth the money.
Portions have gotten criminally small, as prices and surcharges went up. This place used to be incredible, but now a $30 dinner meal won't fill you up (not even with the optional slice of bread and some mix-ins at home, and I'm an average-sized guy). They don't let you order at the counter anymore (management says "we like it better that way, yeah...") presumably so the dude serving you doesn't have to look you in the eye while he gives you 2 tablespoons of mash, calling that a "side". I really hate to say this, since this was my favorite spot for YEARS. Friends won't eat here with me anymore because they're always left hungry. The food is DELICIOUS but the portions are either significantly undersized or overpriced, depending on how you look at it. Back in the day, you didn't even ask for the bread because the meal itself was plenty...

First of all, the burger was absolutely disgusting, leaving an aftertaste that caused me to imagine eating cow dung from a concentrated animal feeding operation (CAFO). I must wonder whether "grass fed" is nothing more than tossing some bails of grass into a concentration camp of cows. And that dung taste remained in my mouth for the entire remainder of my drive back down to Southern California. I wish I had just stopped at In-and-Out. Next, the service was very slow, with the person behind me being served long before I was served. I mean, how long does it take to prep a cow paddy with cheese on top? Even with the wait at In-and-Out, I probably would have gotten (a much better) burger much sooner than I did at Urban Plates. And the atmosphere was just the typical corporate nonsense, but then again, that appears to be what Dublin, CA is all about. Hurry up to the counter and order your food, you are just another cow. In sum, I won't ever trust Urban Plates with my meal again. Also, if you are on the road, I highly recommend just passing through Dublin, CA without stopping if at all possible.
I visited this establishment a second time, and I noticed that the order notes were not properly recorded. Additionally, the burger bun was extremely hard. It is imperative that this establishment undergoes an inspection to ensure the quality of its food and the competence of its staff.
I am Surprised to see such good reviews for this restaurant. They must be from before the pandemia. This restaurant became soooo bad. After and during 2020, they changed the menus and removed dishes and drinks that made the restaurant popular. Their salads are totally different in flavor, presentation and ingredientes. The food is so inconsistent…. Some times is okay and some times it is just bad. They miss ingredientes in the salads EVERY TIME! They are lazy to mix up the salads. The salads have no flavor. The ingredients on the salads are not shop in a professional manner… they just cut big pieces of cucumber and apple in a way that you get these big pieces of food. In conclusion! They don’t CARE! The managers are short temper and don’t CARE either. This place is not the same place it once was. Too Sad! I ordered one of their PRECOOKED hamburgers and the cheese was cold and hard put in the precooked pieces of meet. The bread was cold just take. Out of the bag. In and Out is way way better then this joke. There is no roasted potatoes any more. It is a thing of the past like pretty much anything from this place.
First of all, we tried leaving a negative review back when we had bad food and service here but at the time google had put a freeze on inputting reviews on this place because of questionable positive reviews... so that right there should be a clear indication of their shady business practices. At any rate, we were here and they served us two plates of cold food and my burger tasted sour. The wait time was not long, so we wondered how long items were sitting around before platting them. We went back and received a partial refund despite being reassured by the manager that we would be receiving a full refund. We ended up having to dispute the charge with our credit card company because of our lack of trust with this company. It's also important to mention that we received no apology from the first three staffers who we initially made contact with regarding the food issues. I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy throwing your money away and like playing Russian roulette with a serious bout of salmonella poisoning.
STOP serving BURNT food for people order to go. I recently visited twice. The first time the toasted bread was burnt entirely so I threw it away. The second time, the beef Pattie was burnt and tasted so bitter that I couldn’t stand eating it. Please respect people’s health. Please care about the food quality for people ordering takeout at the restaurant, because there is no way for us to give directly feedback and it is very sad when you found out the food is too burnt to eat after brining food to home.
Where to begin. I got the Mediterranean chicken bowl and it was something quite different. The hummus was about the best thing on the plate. Turmeric rice was absolutely disgusting and the driest rice I’ve had ever. My wife got the steak with Brussel sprouts and French fries. I took a bite of the steak and OMG gross, I literally spit it out and my wife did the same. Brussel sprouts just weren’t singing and just a weird combination of sour and savory. The fries however were edible. For my first visit to this franchise it set a pretty horrible standard for what to expect at this restaurant.
