We had our Valentine’s Day dinner at Ryleigh's Rooftop Steakhouse, and it was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious from start to finish — incredible starters and outstanding mains. If you love good food, this place is a must. A big thank you to Chef Edward for the fantastic food and for helping us with recommendations and the reservation — truly appreciated. Special thanks to our waitress Ligita, who looked after our table. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling — a truly lovely person who made our evening even more enjoyable. The entire staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional. You can genuinely see that they love what they do — no fake smiles, just real passion and great service. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back!

Outstanding restaurant. We were greeted promptly, looked after during our visit and made to feel special. The food itself was excellent and priced in-line with the quality. Would visit again in a heartbeat… however, it does need some better outdoor signage so you can easily find it since you have to go into a hotel to gain access.

Cool vibe, really great food and friendly and knowledgeable servers. Last two starters listed on the menu were fantastic!!

Delicious food, really nice ambience and even better staff crew. It was my birthday’s dinner and they surprised me with a nice detail. Guillermo was amazing with us, we are Spanish and he even gave us non-turistic recommendations to do in Dublin. Rafael, the cocktail master does an amazing job. P.S; If you are a coffee lover (and Spanish) ask him for a cortado (A-WESOME 👌🏻) P.S 2: ask for the chicken supreme. Thank you guys, we truly enjoyed.

Ryleighs Rooftop Steakhouse is a great find in Dublin and one of those places that feels a little hidden away, even though it is right in the middle of the city. The restaurant sits on the rooftop, and once you get up there you are greeted with a lovely view of the skyline. It is not a huge space, which adds to its charm, and the atmosphere feels both stylish and comfortable. I stopped in for a business lunch and ordered the burger, which seems to be a favorite among the lunchtime crowd. It was excellent. The meat was perfectly cooked, the bun was soft but held together well, and everything tasted fresh and high quality. The fries were crisp and seasoned just right. Service was quick and professional, which is ideal for a work lunch, and the staff managed to keep things friendly without hovering too much. Before heading upstairs, take a look at the coffee shop on the ground floor. It has a cool design and a laid back vibe, worth a stop either before or after your meal. Overall, Ryleighs delivers great food, a pleasant view, and a polished yet relaxed experience. Definitely a spot worth visiting again.

A great spot for a business lunch with lovely views of the Liffey and the city, especially from the charming roof garden area. The food was solid, though not outstanding—my lamb was slightly overdone, and the crème brûlée lacked the expected crisp crust on top. Service was occasionally slow despite the restaurant not being fully occupied. Overall, a decent choice within the Mayson Hotel.

Went for a friday night treat. We had great service. Food was great. Hoping the building they are building next door doesn’t spoil the view. Cocktails were good. Dessert was good. Bought co-workers gift certificates we liked it so much

It was a pleasant experience to be here. It was my husband's birthday. We had a wonderful time, the only big downside is that there are no parking spaces for visitors and we had to go to a lot of trouble to park our car. The food, service and atmosphere are very good, so I 100 per cent recommend visiting!

We had no starters, but they all sounded amazing. The sharing steaks are a great portion for two hungry people. The chimichurri is a MUST GET and the gorgonzola butter is very cheesy (not a bad thing). The staff were attentive and the steak was perfect.

We had an amazing evening and dinner at Ryleigh’s. Our waitress was Anda and she was just exceptional. Her service was impeccable, her advices were great. The restaurant was full but still the ambiance was peaceful and relaxed. The food was delicious. Definitely would recommend this restaurant to have a nice dinner, or any type of celebration. We’ll be back.

What an amazing anniversary dinner! We shared the shrimp appetizer in the lobster bisque and baguette and it was outstanding. We then shared the tomahawk for 2 with potatoes and corn ribs as well as the chimmichurri and gorgonzola butter. Everything was outstanding including the service and atmosphere. If we are ever back in Dublin we will return. I did make the recommendation to a couple local friends so they can spread the word. Thank you!

This was a wonderful place to go for a meal with family. It would also be ideal for an evening with a loved one, or a group of friends. The steak is some of the best in Dublin, and the service was warm, friendly and sincere. They offer a great selection of wines and other beverages, such as cocktails. The setting is atmospheric, perfect.

We choose to celebrate our anniversary here and everything was amazing. Staff extremely friendly and professional, and delicious food- we enjoyed every bite starting from starters and ending with desserts. Highly recommend.

Ryleigh’s Rooftop is an experience worth savoring. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the tomahawk ribeye – truly something out of this world, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. As starters, we tried the prawns and the carpaccio. While I can’t personally review the prawns due to an allergy, my friends described them as absolutely delicious. The carpaccio, on the other hand, was a real standout for me: well balanced, with the roasted capers adding a beautiful contrast to the freshness of the green sauce. Yes, it is on the pricier side, but between the quality of the dishes, the incredible rooftop views, and the attentive, personalized service, it’s money well spent. The only reason I’d give 4 stars for the atmosphere is that it was a little on the busy side, but honestly, don’t let that put you off. Ryleigh’s remains a fantastic choice for a memorable evening.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ryleigh’s Rooftop Steakhouse is a true culinary gem with a luxurious rooftop view and an equally luxurious kitchen. 🔹 Food: We tried the Tomahawk steak — one of the best we’ve ever had. Perfectly grilled, with a crispy crust and tender meat inside. The sauces were a flawless match, elevating the flavor even more. 🔹 Service: The staff were polite, attentive, and helped us choose the best options. The service was genuinely top-notch. 🔹 Atmosphere: A panoramic view, cozy ambiance, stylish interior, and pleasant music — perfect for both a romantic evening and a family dinner. 🍨 Desserts: A highlight on their own! • The homemade ice cream with caramel and crunchy topping was light and delicately sweet — a perfect finish to the meal. • The chocolate cake with berry sauce was a real showstopper — rich texture balanced by a fruity tang. • The fruit tart with raspberry ice cream looked like a piece of art and tasted just as amazing — refreshing and elegant. 💶 Price: Around €90–100 per person, but it’s more than just dinner — it’s a full experience. 📸 Photos attached — they speak for themselves. Will definitely return. Highly recommended without hesitation!

For starters, I had Mushroom & Garden Pea Risotto which was tasty and creamy as it should be! For the main course, I got Porcini Crust Salmon. The salmon was well-cooked and the crust was super delicious, highly recommended

Great food. Great views. Just a shame that they do not offer tap water as an option (probably a restaurant sale trick).

This restaurant, which I visited for the first time with someone special, on a first date, turned out to be a truly magical experience. The ambiance is sophisticated, the atmosphere, elegant, and the cuisine, simply extraordinary. Furthermore, the waitstaff were incredibly attentive, always with a smile, making every moment even more special. I recommend it to everyone, without reservation.

We celebrated my partner’s Graduation with a nice lunch and two bottles of prosecco. The staff were very helpful and even managed to write “Congratulations” on his dessert. Definitely a great spot, clean and friendly, and the food is superb. The steak with truffle mashed potatoes is to die for. 😍

From their brunch menu, we ordered eggs benedict, toasted bagel, omelette, chicken burger and also steak and eggs. The first thing we noticed was how everything was well-presented. Everything that we got was visually appealing and the taste matched their looks too. The poached eggs were done well, the chips were all crispy and the medium steak was juicy. We were happy with everything that we got. To conclude our meal, we ordered their salted caramel cheesecake and it tasted absolutely divine. In addition to being attentive and the fantastic service they provided, we thought that some of the waiting staff had a great sense of humour too. The restaurant’s interior designers are really professional as the place looked amazing. One other major bonus as well are the spectacular views overlooking the rest of the docklands area in Dublin, particularly on a sunny day. We look forward to trying their dinner menu too!

Stunning views of the River Liffey and the docks at Grand Canal. On weekends, they only offer a brunch menu until the evening. There isn’t much space for a baby stroller. The tables are comfortable, and the food is tasty.

Our experience was 10/10 . We had a server named Jev. Service was great ! Very attentive and delicious meals. Definitely recommend getting the steak for 2 and also the beef tartar 😍. Super food and the rooftop view ! Definitely best steak we have ever had. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and Jev brought out ice cream and chocolate with some birthday writing and even sang happy birthday which was very appreciated ! Felt special 😇

Let's start with the bad, to end with how spectacular the food at this place is. The service was a bit poor, to be honest. They took too long to ask us what we wanted to drink and eat, and after we'd finished eating, they brought us the bill without even asking if we wanted coffee or dessert. (They acknowledged their mistake and gave us the drinks we ordered for free.) Anyway... the food was so good that this didn't leave a bad taste in our mouths. I ordered the flat iron steak, and it was simply one of the best pieces of meat I've ever eaten. Cooked to perfection, and served on a bed of exquisite truffled mashed potatoes. I also had a very good lentil soup, and everything else my family ordered looked amazing. I would totally recommend this place and would go back despite the minor issues.

Absolute perfection is the only way to describe the food and experience here. First off the building/ decor and views from the windows are all amazing, staff are very friendly and always on hand to help. The food was spectacular and has unfortunately spoilt my ability to be able to enjoy a steak elsewhere as Ryleigh's is now my reference point. Only negative is the location of the building which is a bit out of the way and if you wanted to go on for a few drinks into town after its a bit of a journey

Enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the rooftop balcony. The Irish breakfast particularly special and delicious, would also recommend the porridge which was great. Service was quick and efficient yet there was a muddle up with our food and one of our meals was wrong meaning it arrived later after the others. Views from the restaurant make for a pleasant experience particularly on a sunny summer morning.

We had the T-bone steak with 2 sides, corn cob and truffle fries. It was delicious. Great service and environment. Overall great experience, however this is an expensive restaurant. You can get better value elsewhere.

It’s a great spot for a date night. We were here to celebrate work achievement. Great food, great views. Fantastic staff. Especially, Guillermo, he was fabulous and very helpful. I got wild mushroom gnocchi and they ordered Delmonico Steak with green sides and mash potatoes. Delish!

The Spiced Chicken Burger was average, nothing special… Dessert was really good🤤 They seemed understaffed the day I visited. Only 2 waiters on staff serving the whole restaurant on a busy Saturday…. Asides that, the waiter was very friendly as helpful so that’s a plus.

Great steak place in Dublin. We just arrived in Dublin, and we wanted to have dinner close to our hotels. I reserved a table in this restaurant. The place is located on the last floor of the building and it has a nice view of the surroundings. Staff are nice and welcoming. Good choice of cocktails and wines. If you are looking for a good stake, they have you covered. Good variety of meat and perfectly cooked. The place accepts also large group of people, and after a couple of pints, they can become a bit noisy. The acoustics of the place might be improved. Otherwise, if you are looking for a good dinner with excellent food and at a reasonable price, you found your spot.

Amazing spot for our 3rd anniversary. The Tomahawk Rib Eye with Portuguese red wine was flawless. Huge thanks to Alice, our Italian waitress, who made the night extra special.

E

The food quality met our expectations. Except for the outdoor tables, it wasn’t really possible to enjoy the river view. A small dessert was offered for the birthday celebration, which was a very kind gesture. The cocktails were probably the only disappointing thing we experienced there; the glasses and presentation need improvement. It’s a minor detail, but the salt and pepper shakers on the table didn’t match the venue’s atmosphere at all—they looked very cheap.

Great location, atmosphere & decor. Open kitchen which is cool. I had the halloumi salad, it was delicious. The cheesecake dessert was lovely. At my table people had the steak and the catch of the day everyone really enjoyed the food. Staff are excellent. Would recommend.

10oz steak sirloin 32eur, pasta 22, breaded fish, half chicken very charred looking. No salmon options Service , no check in nor drinks topup, felt took too long to check in with us . But overall not bad.

Fabulous location with expansive views over the old Docklands area. It almost feels like you have been transported to Copenhagen or London. The food was good especially the corn on the cob. The night we were there is wasn't massively busy and the service was commensurately relaxed. Only quibbles were that my streak was a little overdone and the views were obstructed by a very large olive tree bizarrely placed in the corner of the outdoor eating area.

L
Lisa Byrne

Excellent food, beautiful setting but the dinner menu could be extended. Waitress Alissa was very friendly and attentive. Small gripe with with being seated next to the door going out to the terrace, people coming in and out constantly by our table meant we kept getting a draught. And no option to pay for drinks at the bar meaning if you arrived early you have to add it to your bill at the end or get up from your seat and go over to the maitre d and ask him to take for it there which was quite awkward with people arriving at tge same time.

M
Maciek Grzeszczuk

We recently went as a larger group for a birthday and all got different cuts of steak. Props to the chef, the steak is always and consistently good. You know what you pay for when you get it. Now it's the consistency & quality of meat you pay for since steak's not hard... The general menu is fine, but if you come with any type of picky eater, realistically their only option is the steak. Now for the vegans, the prices are a bit too much for your casual carrot. Really lovely service that's focused on your table. Unfortunately it'd be a better atmosphere if there was a possibility when you come as a larger group to get a seat with a view. The space between tables and noise levels are just perfect to have a nice evening. Overall it was nice to try, completely understand the appeal but you can get more value for money elsewhere.

Had an average experience at Ryleigh’s. Did not exceed my expectations. It’s not even that high up, only on level 8. The staff was good but the food was not worth the money.

R
Robert Powell

I went here with a group of colleagues last month. The venue is good and the team are loving. The food was very average I've I'm honest. My chicken sandwich was really average and for the price point you expect more. The burger looked a bit better but feedback was that was very average. For the price we were all expecting a bit more quality and flavour Vs want we got which was cooked ok. Maybe the evening menu is a less basic and better value.

M
Marc LeBlanc

For being a rooftop restaurant on the river, it is not laid out to make anything of the location. It’s a real shame. The architects put all their bets on the terrace, but with the climate here, I doubt it’s open for much of the year. This photo was taken from the one seat with the best view. There’s really only 2 tables that can see anything, and it’s looking through the messy terrace. All other tables get no view, because of the location of the elevators, bar, etc. Also their brunch menu is pretty weak for anyone with dietary restrictions. I got a bowl of dry oatmeal and 4 berries.

We recently revisited your restaurant to celebrate our anniversary — the same place where I proposed to my wife. The first time we came, everything was perfect. We left with big smiles, and I genuinely believed this was one of the best steak restaurants in Dublin. Unfortunately, our experience last night was nothing short of disappointing. It took nearly an hour for our food to arrive, and despite ordering our steaks medium well, they came out severely overcooked — far beyond even well done — and not even hot. When we brought this up to the server, they kindly acknowledged the issue and offered a discount at the end, which we appreciated. I also want to make it clear that the staff have always been friendly, clean, and professional — and we’ve never had an issue with them. However, from what used to be the best steak spot in Dublin for me, this experience has sadly brought you down to the level of an average steakhouse. I’m genuinely sad to say that. I’m only writing this feedback because I want to see this place get better again — we had such a special and joyful time here the first time, and it hurts that our second visit ended in disappointment.

C

Extremely small portion , I got the special, but it was overcooked & not even size of my palm, very high price Went for brunch during summer & it was better. Big portion but disappointed with lunch today View is beautiful but I am a foodie so quite disappointed

D
Deloras Beko

Disappointing, would not recommend. The immediate impression is cheap restaurant, based on the salt and oil in original containers on the tables. Thankfully the salt was there as nothing was seasoned. We shared prawns for 2, nothing special in the flavour, a bit rubbery and the bread served alongside was garage deli-style at best. Shared a steak for 2. They should ask if we want it carved as it was cold by the end. Steak under seasoned if at all, veg was cold very quickly and tasteless. Decided to finish with a cocktail and there was neither whiskey or sour in mine. Both tasted watered down. Really really poor. And the restaurant itself was freezing. We tried taking our coats off but had to put them back on again after a few minis because of the cold. Staff were very nice if a little over attentive. Completely overpriced for the taste and quality provided. This is pub grub at best.
