I usually eat at this location at night. Thought it would be safe to go in here during the day and still receive the same quality food. Not so. As you can see by the picture I got a taco shell that was halfway full of ingredients which is crazy when there's three ingredients to go in that little tiny taco shell.. person left in charge apparently since everyone was treating her like management was too busy on her phone in the parking lot for 20 minutes sitting in her car to come in and make sure that her staff was filling orders properly.

The lady taking orders was rude. Repeatedly ask is that all. When I got to the windows the manager was there took my payment walked away. The lady that took my order asked me to pay again i let her know I already paid. My son's cheesy fiesta potatoes was hard. Over probably won't go back. Pls teach your order takers how to respectfully take order. Are you done everytime I mention something is annoying. Me personally when I use to take orders. I either wait til the customer say they finished or if there's a long pause I'll ask will that complete ur order today. And they need communication. The lady that handed me my foot should have already known I paid for my food. I give this place a 1

Ugh! I was running late and made the mistake of stopping by the "last open Boston Market in Texas" and luckily lived to regret it. Why didn't I just walk away when I saw that 1 of their 2 entry doors were blocked by a chair or that their pricing marquee was covered with unprofessional handwritten pieces of taped paper? I don't know, I guess I was so surprised to find an open & operating Boston Market that I made a mistake. For $23, I got a 1/2 overcooked, lukewarm chicken plate ( onsite I had chicken replaced 2x), 2 small vegetable sides (lukewarm, slightly soggy new potatoes, tasteless creamed spinach) & 6 cornbread mini loaves. After getting home with the lackluster meal and trying the chicken and spinach, I can understand why BM went out of business in Texas!! DISGUSTING!

Yuck! Yuck! Yuck! Not the Boston Market I remember. Changed all the recipes and it tastes disgusting. What a waste. We couldn’t stomach it and had to go out for Thanksgiving.

Whoever sent this out of that restaurant needs to be fired. Sweet potato casserole should be orange not brown and why is the cream missing from the spinach?? Did y’all keep it for yourselves lol. Chicken looks old & dry.

Upon attempting to settle my bill via card payment, a network outage occurred, preventing the transaction. After a ten-minute wait, the employee stated that without cash, he was unable to assist me. When I requested contact information for corporate headquarters, I was informed that none existed. Subsequently, I asked to speak with a manager, but was told that the manager was unavailable. I was advised to contact the store the following day for the manager's contact information. His attitude was a I don't care even though I was ask to wait ten minutes for them to reboot. They don't have customer service atmosphere.

This is a run down place , not clean at all and. Wondering why this location is not shut down . Chicken is tasteless , so are the sides . Employees are indifferent , do not even look at you or smile . I had old memories , so wanted to try once , but was deeply disappointed

Man I hate to do this cause I like this place. I got 2 out of 3 pieces. Soda machine never works. Rice and mash potatoes were very disappointing. The number on the receipt is disconnected. The number online no one answer. Sad day for this franchise.

The employees were very friendly but the food was so bland and poor quality. i got the side sampler with mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans, and corn bread. literally every single item was so bland and tasted so cheap. the cornbread had this weird taste to it and i couldn’t eat any more after one bite. i was shocked because i paid $12+ for the meal with no drink and it was probably the worst food i’ve had in my life, no joke

This is the last Boston market in Texas and it’s so sad. Cornbread was dry, chicken was bland, and my Mac and cheese looked like mash potatoes cause it was so over cooked. Those sweet potatoes were chunky and no flavor or signature marshmallows They only have bottled sodas. No ice tea or fountain machine. They gave us Togo plates whenever we wanted to eat inside. Stop doing the Boston market dirty and let it die. I used to love this place years ago but it’s just disappointing. No paper towels in the bathroom either?

This experience was not what I’ve come to expect from Boston Market. The quality of the food was disappointing and not worth the money spent. The doneness of the chicken was questionable, and the sauce was simply splattered on top, making it very unappealing. The creamed spinach was lumpy and lacked flavor, and the mac & cheese was not the signature creamy spirals but instead dry shells with an unusual taste. Overall, nothing was enjoyable, and we ended up throwing everything out. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location again and will likely avoid Boston Market altogether. If this location plans to remain open, significant improvements are needed. The staff was friendly but that does not make up for the food experience.

When I first walk thru door wasn’t greeted while I was deciding what I want to eat I had a manger come over and tell me that it was a up cost in sides never said hello how are you just preceded to tell me . Some how he figured I need his help when I use to work for Boston Market 10 plus years but let me tell you about the food . I decided to take my daughter for lunch chicken no seasoning at all the spinach taste like it came out of a can was not cream of spinach at All!!!!! The squash casserole was not giving cold and tasted old this is not the Boston market I remember and if they are serving food like this Just Shut the whole place up and the manager was very rude and pushy it should always be pleasant when entering the doors of Boston Market

I was excited to see a Boston Market still in business; I should have kept driving. The food was stale & flavorless as if it was made days ago & reheated. This location needs to give it up. So many good locations all went out of business. I don’t know how this one is still operating.

I haven't been here in a while and I would normally come just to get the creamed spinach. Well yesterday I was talked into getting a whole plate lunch that I absolutely DID NOT ENJOY. THE cream spinach wasn't hot and tasted chalky, the mash potatoes was very lumpy with watered down gravy,the cornbread looked like it was cooked Monday and still being served and the meatloaf was ok. I will NOT return here to purchase any food again...

They always forget to put my extra sauce that i always pay for which is the avocado sauce then on top of that the didn’t even give me any mild sauce as well smh i was on my lunch break in a rush ordered hella food which don’t even taste right since i don’t have my sauce and my autistic son is very picky ! So this meal was bland with out my mild and avocado sauce that i paid for the put it all in a bag sealed it up and handed to me since it was an online order but gah damn yall always slipping at this location get rid of those young folks bc they don’t have good comprehension smh and they don’t pay attention smh !

My husband and I went to our nearby taco bell location on south cedar ridge and we walked in wanting nachos bell grande. My request was for toppings in separate container from the chips. Requested extra cheese, double ground beef. No smiles. Complete drudgery on the managers face. One couple sitting down eating. No one in drive thru. They were not busy. A few to go bags waiting for pick up. We came home and the toppings were sad. These cost $10+ each!!! Does this look $10+ worth? We feel ripped off 😪 😕

The employees seem to be bothered every time you’re at the drive thru. It’s usually the younger night shift employees. Also it’s hit and miss if they have items/ ingredients. I usually go out of my way to different Taco Bell’s since the service is not up to Taco Bell standards at this location. Looking at the reviews I see I’m not the only one.

I wish I could do zero stars. I went inside because I have a stroke and I can't communicate effectively from the car. I waited 8 minutes and nobody was available to take my order. And suddenly I came face to face with a girl who said I just have to wait. I said I don't see the things on the kiosk that I would like to order. But she went back. In two or three minutes a customer tried to help me and then the manager appeared. While I was there two people came inside (car orders) and said they got the wrong order. And then one person came inside and said he got the wrong order at lunch. It was a mobile order and he needed to pick up the things that were left off of his order! I did the Franks/Diablo burrito and nachos because I saw that a YouTube video had given them two thumbs up. I don't know what happened but I got overcooked fries and overcooked chicken. I will never come to this place again. Consider yourself warned!!!

Looking for late night? Pass by this place. Everyone works at a snail’s pace. App orders are even slower. The food is cold and sticks to the wrapper. There’s always something missing from your order. No one ever answers the phone for you to correct.

Pictures speak louder than words. Ordered a potato taco and it literally came with 5 tiny potato bits buried under a mountain of lettuce. While I was there, an employee even refused to take a customer’s order because management only wanted people to use the kiosk…customer even said they wanted to pay cash! Anyway, if you come here, check your food carefully. Don’t worry, though, they definitely won’t overload you with potatoes.

The young girl working at the front told me I had to use the computer in the lobby to order, even if didn't want to. If this is the case, these individuals want to do what's easiest for them not best for the customers. When I visited this place a few days ago, I wasnt obligated to do this. Another customer walked in and when she was told she had to use that computer she walked out and I didnt blame her. After I sat down to eat, this same young girl took other people's order at the cash register. When I brought this to her attention, she didn't comment.

I've been in some dingy Taco Bell locations, but the inside of this one takes the prize. Tables so sticky you couldn't eat off of them and one of the employees started mopping the dining room floor with extremely powerful cleaning fluid which knocked our heads off. And right in the middle of the lunch crowd. We grabbed our food, held our noses and fled. If you don't want people to eat in, just tell us.

Now Taco Bell, you know you're wrong for this. 🤣 I ordered off the Decades menu and added Cantina Chicken. Y'all just sprinkled some regular chicken on top. THEN, how yall going to short me on the nacho fries man? AND only half a cup of cheese sauce. I love the staff here but dang. Don't do my big back self like this anymore. 🥹

What a joke. What got to ask for hot sauce now? Napkins? Wrapping? The soft taco was literally 2 bites. Geesh. Man Taco Bell went to Taco hell. An actual crunch wrap taco pic attached. Let me add that crunch wrap is 6 bucks!

Don't even want to leave a star but have to. One of the most horrible taco bells I've ever been to and the night shift never wants to work or has an attitude food thrown together and it's ice cold on top of it this is the second time I've ordered over 20$ worth of food and they gave me all the same burritos instead of what I requested then threw all my stuff in a bag when I ordered a box and I ordered separate burritos so we had to open every single burrito to figure out what was what and still confused because they were all made the same. Dissatisfied and if you don't like your job or hour's find a job you do so u can stop playing with people's food and money.

You need to get more professional and class adults in your restaurant. You have young people retaliating on people’s orders by giving scarce food and a lot of sauce when you don’t order fast enough for them.

Ordered a “power bowl”. Apparently they were out of “bowl”??? Just food piled loose in the cardboard box. With the dressing smeared on the side of the box. Every other location I’ve gotten it in an actual bowl. There is dry crunchy slightly hazardous uncooked rice mixed in as well. My husband’s beef burrito supreme was minus beef, and with very little other toppings like tomato. I’ll avoid this location in future.

Food was cold service was rushed and bad no smile no hello nothing. Sad that i have to drive away from my home area to get good service and hot food. Where is the beef and cheese. I had to heat it up when i got home also my husband's order was wrong for what we paid. Never again and i don't recommend this place at all.
