They were very accommodating when I asked for an impossible burger with no bun. Made a very nice little plate for it--very nice. And everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend.

We had really good hot burgers and hot frys here. The staff were so kind and friendly. The apple pies were hot. If I were a hot food connoisseur this is the place. Highly recommended among fast food restaurants.
This is the cleanest and most inviting Burger King I have ever been to!! Asia greeted us with a smile and throughout our stay I saw her cleaning and keeping busy. Burger King is not a usual stop for us...but Dunnagan Burger King has our business when we travel through from now on. Thank you Asia for your incredible customer service!
Very impressed with the quality at this particular BK. Hit this place on the way back home from a Vallejo visit and it was clean, the food was far above the usual BK experience and the staff was friendly. It was a very nice surprise, especially for a highway stop.
Nothing better than Burger King after a long road trip, lol. Whopper meal with a large coke for all of us was perfect. This place is clean and like new. Customer service good and fast. The coupon app came handy.

Just quick in a pinch food, usually like Burger King but this one the buns either seemed old or burnt? They were tough is all, other than that decent food for in the middle of nowhere, when nothing else is available

Traveling through the area and came into this Burger King today around 2:15p. They did not personally take the order, rather we ordered it on a screen. The only downside, I couldn't order just water. My family and I ordered 1 junior chicken nuggets meal for my 20 month old twins to share, I ordered a Whopper with extra pickles and added jalapeño peppers and no mayo and my husband ordered the Texas Double Whopper with no mayo. I got the attention of one of the workers and mentioned that I was allergic to mayo and whomever made our sandwiches to change their gloves. My kids really enjoyed the chicken nuggets with the Simple Ketchup (no high fructose corn syrup)!!! The fries were piping hot and salted to perfection. My Whopper was made to perfection; but my husband's Texas Double Whopper was made with mayo. He took the receipt and went up to the counter and the employees remade his sandwich and he loved it! Thankful that the employees were kind to remake his sandwich. The women's bathroom was in working order but the men's bathroom was out of order. Disappointing for my husband, as he had to go to the bathroom. We left the fast food restaurant and was getting into the car when an employee came out and stated she noticed that the boys dropped their toy. She was very kind and wished us a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. When we travel through this area again, we will definitely stop by again.

Stopped here not expecting much since our road trip has been full of dirty places. But wow not here! The place was super clean! The staff was very friendly. Rocío was excellent. My food was correct! My 4 star rating is for Burger King as a whole. I am convinced that they tell their employees not to use the green part of the lettuce. From Texas, California, and Washington, not once do I get any part of the lettuce but the white hard part. And although this was the best one of them all, it's always brown 🤢

Very sketchy . It's a new establishment . I've had to ask for fresh fries every visit . Today I walked in and there was a line. Only saw 2 people working then a 3rd person showed up. There was frustration on their faces. We were finally able to order, and received our orders fairly quickly. Then they announced they were closing at 7pm! The hours clearly state 11pm.. Glad I caught them before heading home for the night !
I was starving, you know everything tastes good when you are hungry, but my whopper was nasty, dry old patty, soda tasted weird... I was really disappointed as I love whoppers!!!

Friendly but poor service. Every time I order in drivethru they ask me to park up front and wait for food to be brought out. The issue is they've forgotten to put things in the bag such as sauces I requested and they walk away before I have an opportunity to check. This has happened to me 3 times in a row now. It defeats the purpose of a drivethru when I still have to get out of my vehicle and walk inside:

The regular Cheese burger was very small and when unwrapped was squeezed flat in the wrapper. Unsavory at best. The Chicken sandwich was overrated, over cooked and 1/2 the size of the bun. Not our most enjoyable meal. We won't be going to Burger King again.

They attempted to give me food some one else had eaten and only remade it because I told them someone had eaten my fries! Be careful make sure if you get the wrong order to go in to make sure your food is given to you correctly. Everything needs to be remade to order. Never again will I come here. I completely understand mistakes happen but when you give someone the wrong food bag and they return it ....don’t give it to the other person! REMAKE IT! God knows what the other people did to the food.
HORRIBLE! Restrooms CLOSED for NO VALID reason, why in the WORLD would ANYONE want to EAT at a place during a PANDEMIC where you are not able to/allowed to WASH YOUR HANDS? Are the employees not washing hands either? DISGUSTING and ABNORMAL be careful this place is SUPER sketch area as well as being entirely and absolutely unsanitary
Chicken sand. Failed .soaked too long then fried not good combo . Chick-fil-A way better. Burger King needs to stick to burgers not the first time I tried one of their chicken products.
Walked in and told the person at the counter that I wanted a whopper with mustard and onion only and she just stared at me without saying a word” After a few seconds of looking into the most empty eyes I’ve ever seen there was no response I asked if there was anyone home and still no response I turned and walked out. No wonder Burger King is going out of business all over the country” Don’t know what the zombies issue was but hopefully there wasn’t a medical situation happening. I’ve never ran into anything like it before.
I don't know how good they are, but 5 minutes before the closing time, they locked the door and refused service to several people. The cook said he was done too. Well, too bad - the Taco Bell got my business.

I am js saying this now I never put any reviews but this one was needed. We walked in great energy we had we had hung out the weekend with out family and the workers here were so rude. We ordered at the kiosk and that was good then once we got out order we noticed abt 5 minutes later we didn’t get out coffee. We asked for it and then they said they didn’t have any… girl… you could have said it earlier. But anyways we asked another lady what would be out options bc we wanted the coffee then she said they did have coffee. Clearly the first worker was too lazy to get coffee it was 7:20 pm. I think I would have had energy. I’m not gonna lie I’ve never had a job but I also am a student so I understand sometimes we don’t have good days and it’s normal but that doesn’t mean that you have to have such a horrible attitude. Honestly never again then me and family were js saying how they looked like they weren’t having a good day then this lady who was related to them started saying how I shouldn’t be talking and just completely rude putting things in my mouth. Dont go here unless you wanna match their energy. Definitely matched theirs bc I’ve never had such a bad experience. Do not recommend!!!
This place opens at 6am. I went in at 7 AM the fryers weren't even on. They waited for me to order my food. Waited 5 minutes to tell me that the fires were not hot yet. So they couldn't cook anything. They didn't do anything fix the situation. The management here needs better training.
This burger king sucks. Even before COVID they had trouble obtaining staff. Now with COVID and even Post COVID, this place is short staffed 24/7. I finally gave up on this place after they consistently asked me to pull around and park after ordering in the drive through. They would ask me to park after paying, fully knowing they would clear my order to not get in trouble with corporate for the ridiculous wait times. I waited in the parking lot for a minimum of 15 minutes all the way up to 45 minutes! Staff that I have talked to are nice so it only means that the ownership group or management must suck.
Just left. Empty lobby, 3 workers, ordered 2 whopper juniors and they stood around for 15 minutes and didn't even try to begin making them. These people don't deserve jobs
Waited about 15 minutes for the burgers, no biggie but the food wasn't even close to warm. Cheese was not melted and the bacon was limp like it wasn't cooked. Worst Burger King hamburger ever.
Update: what happened to this place? It used to be fresh and delicious. Now it’s just disgusting old soggy buns with dried out patty. Both of our whopper and brisket whopper were old and the fries were old crusty and hard. Clean, fast, friendly, fresh. Love it when our order is prepared accurately.
The pictures speak for themselves: mold underneath the soda machine. If they don't take the time to clean what they see, what do they do with places where they don't see?

I’ve come to this Burger King location three times around lunchtime, placing a mobile order each time. Every single time, I found out only when picking up my order that there’s no hot coffee available. If I had known beforehand, I would have never placed an order or come here for lunch at all. It’s extremely frustrating and shows a lack of respect for customers. Offering hot coffee on the app, allowing it to be added to the order, and then telling customers at pickup that “we don’t have hot coffee ” is poor service. This is not how a customer should be treated, and I think it's a bad business practice.
they gave me value menu items when I order a 13$ meal I got nasty value menu fish with a tone of oil way to much salt and they all around messed the whole order up as if the can not read. if I could give them negative -10 star's I would. worst Burger King i ever had
Worst customer service ever!! It was none to be exact. Ordered via kiosk. Order consisted of food items and 2 milkshakes to go. Was there for 30+ minutes and left empty-handed. They told me after placing an order on kiosk that they don't have any ice cream. It's totally fine. Just refund me that portion. No big deal. The associate at the counter tries to negotiate food items for the trade of value of milkshakes. Offers 2 large fries. Thanks, but no thanks. I dont want 3 large fries. If it did, I would have ordered that. No biggie. Just a refund of the milkshakes. He says we can't just cancel the milkshakes he has to cancel the entire order. I say. OK. Let's do that, and I'll reorder my food. No biggie. Then he informs me he doesn't know how to issue a refund or cancel the order. No big deal. He has coworkers, right? So we ask two other co workers do they know how to issue a refund?, nope. So I ask to speak to the manager who I can see doing dishes in the back. The guy at the counter asks her for help via the headset, and she ignores or doesn't hear him not clear at this point. No big deal. So I asked him to get her, and he told me she is difficult. OK. I still need a refund so we're at an impass here. So he won't get her, and she won't acknowledge him. I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone episode at this point. So I began to say excuse me progressively louder until she for sure heard me and she ignored me for sure as she looked right at me. I then proceed to tell her I'm going to call the police if I don't get my money back and I want to cancel my order. Guess what ...she didn't even know how to do the refund. At this point, I almost left, but out of principle at this point, I held her feet to the fire with a lobby full of onlookers to witness the full stupidity of this place. She didn't know how to do it, so she took a picture of my phone receipt because that's all you get via the kiosk. 30+ minutes, and I never even saw them start our food. I really could care less about having the ice cream. They should retrain everyone involved with this location or shut it down. Read the other reviews. Borderline makes me wonder if this is like a scam where they try and wait out a customers patience and refund themselves cash at the end of the night. Just reading other 1 start reviews, I see a pattern.
Rude employees. They don’t get your order right. Specifically told them what I wanted and they blatantly ignored what I said. Wasn’t like it was hard, I said no cheese. How do you get that wrong? Burger King sucks anyway. Every time which isn’t often maybe once or twice a year we get it and it’s always wrong or not cooked. Got raw chicken last time. Anyway, don’t waste your time or money. They get paid what? Like $10 an hour? Do yourself a favor and go to the Wendy’s in pilot. Way better. Must be better pay there or something.

The big sloppy lady that was working possibly a manager, gave us small sodas and small fries instead of medium like the meals offer. Then proceeds to tell us that’s how the meals come. I said did they change it. She’s says I guess. Like you don’t know and your the manager/ work there? Never will be back to this location again.
