Me and my wife had lunch yesterday and we were or amazed at how good the food was cooked. Fries were hot and absolutely best one we’ve ever went to thank you the staff also very nice and helpful 👏💯

They still got the crunchy tube for dollar tacos but she got a wait outside for them cause it takes a while for them to cook. I loaded up with cheese when I get home and Taco Bell sauce nice back.

Before I had a meal I have been shopping for a couple hours++Burger King by the time I got to the restaurant it was 10:00pm walked i up to the counter I must have looked a site, over heated hair and my clothes all messy.sitting in my walker exhausted.the nice young man gave me a water he seemed concerned I told him I was fine he took my order. He was nice enough to take my drink over to my seat. By Now I have removed my jacket and sweater that medium Coke hit the spot.feeling much better. My order is ready before I could get up. The counter person brought over my food. I ordered 2 cheese burgers they were nice hot and so well made it looked like advertisement in the paper.I took my time eating listen in to some Post Malone..and just relaxed I am a #oldslowbadtypist.I really enjoy me some Hip Hop it lift's my spirits the people of my generation are missing out on some good dance tunes. Well I'm home now looking back on my trip tonight those young people working at Burger King they were so kind to me.they delivered a well prepared meal to my table. Helped me recover from a uncomfortable health issue.you really "can have your way" at Burger King.

Good Service, good food and overall great experience!

Just went to the Restored Burger King off HWY. 12 @ SUNSET AVE. in Suisun City, Calif. And it was Very Good and the Food Served was Hot. Enjoyed my Lunch an had Some Good Service Too.

I have only ever usef the drive through. No real reason for it i just prefer to eat at home. But I prefer their burgers over the M. They are bigger and much tastier. Plus they are always friendly and fast.

I wanna give a shout-out to Erick who works at the drive thru. He always gives the most professional friendly vibes, and does this wonderful little bow whenever I finish getting my meal. It's small details but he's doing it consistently enough that I'm writing about it. Keep it up!

We ordered the #3 Combo and they felt they should.waen us that the patty is "plant based"...so cute. I answered, "That's why we ordered it." VERY sweet staff. We did drive through, so the atmosphere was my Jeep. PERFECT!

Im not to sure how is the burgers and other food here. But what I got it was some 🍟 they taste hot and fresh. The customer service was ok not to friendly not to rude. Just doing their job.

It's burger king you know what it tastes like as for the restaurant it has in the last 2 years been for the most part a bit slow however the crew are always very nice and respectful and for that I always come back even if it's across town

I have a wonderful experience every time I visit. The employees are friendly and are willing to crack a joke. That girl Alex is a real hoot! Love Burger King 💕

I love it, it was clean, they were prompt to acknowledge our presence and the best part we can dine in ( unlike the other place) and the manager was polite and quick to answer my question coming back from taking food to a car.

It is difficult to really rate a fast food place, but this Burger King is exactly what it is supposed to be - a menu which us the same everywhere, clean and well-maintained, snd food is in your hands quickly. The only negative is the box out by the cars system used for communicating at most all fast food places - it is al.ost impossible to figure out what people are saying and usually either takes good guesses or several tries!

Don’t eat here at night if You have epileptic seizures. They have a light out front that has been flashing like crazy and they have yet to fix it. JUST SAYING BURGER KING. U SHOULD RLY FIX THE FLASHING LIGHT THATS BEEN BROKEN FOR MONTHS. ITS NOT SAFE FOR DRIVERS.

Everytime I go here, I am always asked to park out front & wait for my order, which sometimes takes quite a while for them to bring my order out.

Reminded me of being in an old Burger King small but werth the stop. Truckee no longer has a Burger King. If it's been a long trip stop here get some gas and food. Quick stop here ha lots of choices too.

Only ordered a hamburger through the drive tru. No fries nor drink, however still had to pull to the front and they brought it out not sure why it took 10 minutes. Only one car behind me in and out hopefully they just got a drink.

Fast food at a fair price, more so if you look for specials, coupons and use the digital coupons on thier app. Staff is mostly friendly although not real knowledgeable. Sometimes your order is taken by someone that really doesn't speak English very well. Seems to be the case with most fast food joints, especially if you're in Woodland.

Food is as expected from a fast food joint. Haven't been impressed by the service at all since day one it has been mediocre, to say the least. Just hit the drive thru!

Late night shift can't follow directions. They even put on the tag. Told them specifically No pickles or tomatoes and they still let it go like that. Thanks.

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered a croissant with no cheese. I got cheese and it was missing the egg. I think the attendant just misheard me, I should've double checked the computer screen. Croissant was cold though and just meh.

Greedy owners block national deals and don't accept coupons they sent me in the mail. Their other store across town shut down and now they are choosing to double down and ruin this one too. Will spend my money elsewhere and can't wait for there to be a different restaurant in this location soon.

It was surely a mediocre experience. I ordered on the app, so I know that I ordered the way I wanted my stuff...with that being said we will just say I got nothing my way. Nothing was the way it was ordered. My grandson is a picky eater so he wanted to try a plain ch king chicken sandwich. No such luck. It came spicy very sloppy lots of sauces cheese and pickles. That was a waste of money. We paid for a 16 oz shake and paid the extra for whipped cream, they told me the shake machine was broke so they subsituted a small coke for that with no refund for the price difference. We ordered nuggets, they gave me no sauce so I stayed at the drive through window waiting for someone to come back to the window to give me some sauce...no one even looked my way until a gentleman came in from the dining room to behind the counter and saw me still at the window and came and gave me sauce. I could really go on n on how bad this experience was. The craziest part is I usually order from the app and get it delivered from a different burger King and the food is hot and correct 95% of the time. Won't be going back to that burger King again and that is for sure.

Seems like everytime I go here my order is never the way I ask it to be. Ordered a simple 3 burgers plain and still got all the condiments on it and the lady that look my order was rude and just rushed me off and I assume its because of the time they have to go by. Always have a bad experience at this Bk versus the one on the east side of town by home depot.

I left with the kids to go to the car to get the baby's diaper changed, and I left my food on the table. They threw a rodeo burger away in a bag that I was saving for my wife. Now thats a common mistake and I understand the need to keep the dining room clean, except when I went back to get it, the shift leader, Leticia, REFUSED to remake it and or give me my money back. Then when I told her that I would get the corporate office involved, she literally wrote down the number to the restaurant itself on the receipt, in the hopes that I would call it right away and she could have control over the conversation. This specific shift leader needs to be fired.

They have good food ,marketing and promotions . There are celebrity (they thinks themselves not actually) girls are working . If you call them they hang phone and second time you call them them they doesn't receive your phone. They are very slow and no discipline.they thinks there only poor people come to eat. If I were a manager there I will give them write-up.. And give them them traning about customer service. And make rich from by customer service and good habits.Even I think supervisor and even doesn't Care about customer service or may be Burgers Kings even doesn't Care..And if order from doordash or ubereats they going to long time. Horrid experience. Cashier refused to let me use the APP coupon when the app says SHOW CASHIER. They were very disrespectful. There was NO sign saying coupons have to be redeemed at the MENU. Your employees need to learn compassion and respect.

Any visit here is avoided at all costs, but I have tried. One day I caught a shift leader bumping some napkins on the floor during a busy lunch hour. She casually picked them up and put them right back on the counter, with food, and kept stuffing bags. So I pointed this out, she did not care, manager had no problem, and the owner hung up on me. Beware!

Never ever do they make my burger right. And when I call to complain they hung up on me. The only thing I order is a double bacon king $13 and the ONLY THING I ORDER IS XTRA ONOIN AND REMIND THEM EXTRA ONION Everytime it's one little round ring and sometimes a half mutilated piece of onion. I have lived in woodland 10 years and I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. No more . Now I know it's the same employees for a long time now. And still they suck
