Food as expected, its a quick service restaurant normally would never write a review but the employee at the counter, Deon, was awesome. Great personality and was engaging with every customer as they walked through the door all the way till they left. Well done Deon, that is what it takes to stand out in the post covid era and you knocked it out of the park.

Haven't had the food yet but the customer service alone from Ms. She-Ron (the server up front) get this place 5 stars. She's so awesome and personable. Even overheard other customers said she's a ray of sunshine. Thank you for your service ma'am

I was in town 3 days and ate here 3 times... is that normal? These tacos are something you must try. I tried most of them and not a single one was disappointing. Salsa was great, meats were great, service was good. Yummm!

The produce was fresh. Everything was delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the menu doesn't show much. To find out what is available, you have to ask at the counter. It would be easier if the menu listed everything.

Love Jimboys! Gentleman behind the counter (bearded dude) was friendly, courteous and professional. The store was clean and the atmosphere was great. It just seemed pleasant. Looking forward to our next visit.

The tacos here were super tasty. It had real ground beef and the taco was super crunchy. Absolutely loved it.

Nothing worse than going into a busy place to eat and you see the workers kicking back. And the food is so good and very reasonably priced. I would suggest they get another soda vendor, it does seem every other time we come in the soda machine is limited. But we will continue to come for the great food!

I have always longed for a place that makes tacos the American way. To be honest I think their tacos are better then home made and definitely better then any other taco place. I ordered a taco and a burrito because I didn't think judging from the price that I would get full from the burrito but I was wrong. I probably could have got full on the taco alone.

So, we’ve come here number of times. Love the food. Simple, good. But this Jimboys has the most remarkable front person we’ve ever met in fast food or anywhere. She’s been there every time we come. She calls us “darling.” She’s absolutely positive, energetic, friendly, and makes dining there fun. She’s a winner.

Not one, two, or three steps above that national chain of Mexican fast food, but well above that. I live outside of Jimboy's Taco reach so whenever I see one in my travels I make it a point to stop for lunch. Today I was traveling with someone who was new to this chain and he was impressed. The first bite into one of their basic taco tells you it's well worth your time and money. The ground beef looks like ground beef instead of some unidentifiable mush. It is lightly seasoned which enhances the taste rather than overpowers it. Chicken and shredded beef are other meat choices available. Burritos and enchiladas are also on the menu. Chips and a salsa bar puts this place high up on my fast food desire list.

The Parmesan dusting on the tortillas is excellent! Good service, TVs had the game on. No Coke however, but I'm sure it's on order. Nice clean eating area, I enjoyed my stay.

Pretty good service. Of course a bunch of us went in the location in woodland,ca and the cashier wasn't too happy considering they close at 9pm and we came in at 8 40ish. But I would tell her thank you for the awesome service and the tacos were very good. The only part that I didn't like was the menu we were all.lokking at there was no prices on it. But, considering it was a newer menu it's all good with me. Oh and before you start to chomp down on the tacos.............get a hand full.of napkins cuz there tacos are messy but most diffently in a good way. Who really wants to eat a perfect clean taco..........no me! Enjoy

Overall I gave it 4stars. The guy at the register was great very friendly and outspoken. It was during the lunch rush and was rather busy. The wait time for the food was moderate, nothing too. The food was okay, nothing majorly standout about it. However it was good enough that I'd return in the future.

I walked in, not knowing what I wanted, so I asked the employee at the counter what he liked. He responded, everything. He then asked me how hungry I was and, after a bit of thought, recommended the stuffed quesadilla. It was great, but I would not recommend trying to eat it while driving.

If I lived in the area I would order them, add tomatoes, maybe sour cream (if I'm feeling like a foodie) then douse with my favorite Crystal Louisiana Hot Sauce. The dish that pushed it to a 4 was the ground beef enchiladas WITH a side of sour cream. I didnt critique the sauce as much but it was pretty good. Gave my local fav Mexican spot a run for their $$. If they were local to me, I would be an enchilada ordering son of a...shut yo mouth. They even balance the meal out with a nice salad. I stuck my fork in mine so if the picture looks off its because I dug in and snapped pics after I started. Anyway I vouch for the enchiladas and will try again when I pass through the area. Restaurant was clean, the ladies worked hard and cooked like home, and they were serious but friendly. I'll share pics but it looks like we all shared the same scenery. Food was OK. Given how busy the rest of this shopping center has gotten, it was nice to be able to walk in and get food fairly fast. The cashier, who also brought the food though seriously lacked being personable. No hello, no smiles, no "you are welcome" to the dozen thank you or other politeness we threw at her.

The young women taking our order was so kind and sweet. This place is no longer cheap though keep that in mind. But for low quality white mexican food it's not bad.

The food is good quality and looks appealing but is severely lacking flavor! The ground beef is lacking seasoning, and even the salsa has no taste. It's labeled "American Mexican" so I'm not expecting authentic flavor, but it's no excuse for everything being bland. You can get more flavor at Taco Bell. It's time they modernize the menu for thr 21st century. The service was very nice and super fast.

My kids quesadilla was too salty n my hard shell tacos were not crispy at all. Staff was very nice and welcoming though.

Well this was a big disappointment. Cashier was almost comatose. Could barely hear him. Ordered carnitas burrito asked for extra cilantro, fish taco and a drink. Went to fountain machine it was totally out of all coca cola products?? Paid $2.60 for ice?? Why didn't he tell me that in 1st place. Oh yeah ad to pay extra for chips and Pico de Gallo. Burrito was okay but no cilantro at all! Fish taco was good. That's only reason getting 2 stars. Will not go back.

The pace charges 2.9% if you’re using a credit card. The food took a good 20 minutes. The fish taco had a thin piece of fish with batter, fresh cabbage and tomato, the shel was crispy with a nice dusting of Parmesan on the outside. The rest Of the food was ok if you are hungry, the disappointment was when it came to the classic burrito, it was hot to the touch and I let it cool down a bit, when I grabbed it I noticed that it had an oily feeling, I padded the burrito outside to dry it out before eating it, the napkins kept absorbing the oil, I opened the burrito in order to dry it out but to my disappointment the oil came flowing down. I have the feeling that the meat was flashed fried on the fryer and it was not possible to eat. The only thing I have to mention is that the cashier was really nice.

The tacos were so-so, barely better than tqco bell, not worth the price. They also charge you extra when using a card - don't recommend this establishment.

Incredibly disappointed. We ordered 3 tacos and a Tahoe burrito. One taco had almost no meat at all basically just the shell and lettuce. The burrito was cold and completely fell apart to the point where the bottom half literally fell off, I've never had that happen anywhere. This was my first time eating there and definitely my last.

We got the chicken taco salad in an edible bowl. Too many beans, three little pieces of chicken. The lettuce was so shredded it was wilted & gooey. Didn't look appetizing at all and wasn't. We will never go back.

Multiple people coming in while I'm sitting here saying their orders are wrong. Dudes in the back only use gloves half the time to handle food. Had to wipe down my own table. Kid at the front didn't offer me the daily special... despite it being a cheaper offer for what I ordered. TV is not working. It is 80 degrees in here. This place needs help. Send prayers.

When asking a question the person responds with insults like “obviously” or when my daughter corrected the order stating that she wanted two meals not one, and what’s the price the person said “same price I just told you $14.90”. Ummm no, that is the price for the one meal so obviously not. This isn’t the first time this person has been this way. Customer service is a large percent of your business. You keep that person around, you’re going to lose customers.

I could not eat the food after a few bites. I really tried as I was excited to try a new place In town. Not even the nacho cheese had flavor, watered down and just nasty. Not sure why I expected better but today my stomach is paying the price.

I had the ground beef tacos, they were were so greasy. Greasy was all over the paper and seeped threw to the table. I will never eat here again. My friend had the quesadilla and she liked hers.
