This is a no-frills establishment, but the food is excellent. The service was very friendly and the food delicious for a very reasonable price.

Delicious food at very inexpensive prices. Actually, the food here is better than a lot of fine sit down restaurants. Not much atmosphere but great free delivery (within 3 miles and with a minimum order of $15). I order frequently and am never disappointed. Oh, the portions are huge. A great little restaurant with very fresh food!

Such an amazing hole in the wall Chinese restaurant! The food is fresh, cooked well, and the ladies are so pleasant to work with! Only 4 stars for atmosphere because you gotta take and go. Nowhere to eat. And that's totally fine!

The food is cooked to order made fresh, hot, and ready after a generous amount of time. I used to go to Chinese Deli, in Carson since the’80’s, but I really feel that this place that I began eating at, this year, is more to my liking. I was born in Long Beach, raised in Wilmington, lived in Carson, love Manhattan Beach area, but I dwell in Long Beach now and am experiencing new places when I can afford it and it’s fabulous food like this place. The female that greets you is very precise, thorough, and attentive. Gotta love it!!!

Absolutely amazing wings. Essentially huge pieces of fried chicken with the best buffalo sauce I think I've ever had. This is a hidden gem for wings if you're walking in this area!!!!

Pretty good, exactly how I expected it to taste. Came a little late on DoorDash but was still piping hot. General Tso chicken taste like bland orange chicken but it was still somewhat tasty. The fried rice was great and the bao buns were a little wet but still delicious. Won ton soup was full of fresh vegetables but the broth lacked taste. I’m still giving them 4 stars because everything was really cheap and this place is a great bang for your buck. Would I go back, probably not but it served it’s purpose.

This place is really good food is nice and tasty, best part good portions😃 try it out i do recommend it it's a nice little hole in the wall one of them surprisingly good spots no one would notice. Love it!..plan on take out due to limited seating you can eat in but it is a small place and has one to two small tables.

As for the veggie roll they added seasoning in it and it was cooked perfectly but when I say the give you a mini roll it's quite small. Overall this place is quite tasty and the options are not limited however I would recommend you get only the entree and not the lunch special so you can get a little more.

I had the vegetable egg foo young. It was ok, but the gravey they give you to put on the egg foo young was really tasty so it took the dish up a notch. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of food they give with their combination meals. The prices are really reasonable. The visual of this place is not the best. The lady that took my order was nice and courtesy. I would definitely go back just to try some of there other dishes and I would oder the egg foo young again probably next I'll try their chicken egg foo young.

The food is ok I’m from Philadelphia where the Chinese food is crazy if you know what I mean. There rice was bland, they were super nice. The orange chicken was aight.

The food was horrible. The worst Chinese I ever had to my recent knowledge. The cashier was courteous. I ordered the beef broccoli with spring roll lunch special. The prices are good. It just the food was not tasty. I don't want to leave negative reviews but I must be honest. The fried rice was orange. Never seen that before. The rice tasted like Knorr Spanish rice,which is nasty. Spring roll was small and dry.

I love Chinese food but this was not at all what I expected. Why is my fried rice orange like Spanish rice? And the peppered steak and onions has no flavor at all. The wonton soup is also bland. The service was fast and the staff was nice but the quality of food is not where it should be at all.

They are listed on services they don't know how to use. They let me wait for 25 minutes after giving my name before realizing they never checked my order, and hadn't even started it. The girl watched me sit for 25 minutes and did not check in with me once. We usually have a good experience but we won't be back after this. Don't order with Beyond Menu because apparently the restaurant has no idea how to use it. Waste of my time.

I took out 4 different food today. One of them was Wor Wonton soup which had dumpling, chicken breast and vegetables in it. When I tried the dumpling, it had a smell like going bad. I couldn't have the soup. But I enjoyed the orange chicken ,beef broccoli and fried rice. I wanted to let the restaurant know about the dumpling quality in the soup. When I explained my situation, the owner or employee told me that she never got a complain about their food for 10 years. She never said sorry. She tried to accuse a customer for calling them about the quality of the dumpling. I guess this was my first and last time to use JJ Chines Express. By the way, please swipe the dust on the chairs for waiting customers. It takes only a minute to do so.
