Holy cow! Best food I’ve had in Texas during this two week trip! Portions were large - the Regio Bowl was plenty for two adults. Great coleslaw (we didn’t eat it all because…the bowl man!🧡 cream churros to top it off! Did I mention the house-made chips and salsa?! Seriously! Everything was fantastic! Not a judge amount of tables, but there is a drive thru and arrive was quick. Great counter person! Prices perfect!

Jose was extremely welcoming and helpful when I had to come back for a fixed order. The food was made fresh and honestly this is the best Pollo Regio location I’ve been to and it’s all because Jose made sure the problem was resolved and I was happy with my order!!!

Tried their torta and fries for the first time. Tastes pretty good. I don't know if every location has the same fries but this place has battered fries. I really enjoyed them. Hot and fresh. The torta was good and flavorful. I got a mix of pastor and bistec. What I found interesting was the mayo on it. I've never had a torta with mayo on it and they were heavy handed with it too. I don't mind a heavy hand on actual beef hamburgers but I would've preferred less on this but it was still good. The telera bun was so good. Very soft. It made me just want a piece toasted with salted butter only. Kinda reminded me of Pappadeaux yummy French bread. Just needed that butter. Mmmmm

When I walked into this place I did not know what to expect. I can tell you that the service was great. We got our food quickly and it was honestly better than expected. Normally when you go to a Mexican food place you do not order a hamburger, but I would definitely recommend it here. Next time I come, I will try the chicken.

I went to this location after a trip and was greeted by an amazing worker, super friendly lady named Bany. The food tasted exquisite as always. 5 stars, will come back!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this restaurant chain for over 10 years from Austin to Dallas. Their food is always consistent (mostly because I get the same thing - medio pollo) I tried at nachos at this location and it was very mid. They took over 20 min to prepare my order, always very friendly though. The tortillas were fresh but there was hardly any chicken on my nachos. It was like they chopped up a small chicken wing and put that meat on there. It looked like mince onions. Like you literally come here for the chicken. Needless, to say I was very disappointed on that menu item. I also always get an agua Fresca. Jamaica is where it’s at. The pineapple one tastes syrupy. The churros are also very good.

Normally I come here and get the same thing with carne asada the quality of the carne has gone down hill it tastes old and salty and dry looks like brisket this pollo regio is slacking! I went back to see if they could give me a fresh papa asada with fresh meat and they gave me the same nasty old dry salty “carne asada” It’s a no for me.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a whole buffalo chicken. The cashier, I think, didn't understand why her English was bad.
