Very considerate and friendly drive thru worker especially considering the long long lines due to it being Halloween and the doors were locked to the cafe. The coffee was fresh too!

I didn't eat but the coffee was very good. I know now why there are insane lines of cars in the drive thru lane mornings and afternoons around lunch. I go there rarely. My friend ate a BLT and he said it was very good. They just redid the entire inside. Atmosphere is bright and comfy. The place was very clean.

My order is unusual to say the least and I understand it can be frustrating for some. The woman today listened and understood exactly what I was saying and made the perfect caramel machiatto for me. She may have thought My request for the decaf in it was weird but she didn't question and did an amazing job. Thank you.

Often with a line of about 2 dozen cars, this location has been quick and efficient with getting people through the drive through. My food is always delicious. It may be busy but that's because they know what they're doing!

Been coming here since my father-in-law is in Absolute Care. I have only gotten bagels and coffee, but it's been great. They actually stir the ice coffee so there's not a ton of sugar on the bottom. Food has been great and tasted fresh. So far, I would recommend.

I’m a frequent visitor if this Tim Hortons and the staff is always pleasant and patient. This morning in particular a younger girl took my order at the drive-thru. It was a big order - $52.. the young girl who took my order was so patient and thorough, making sure she got all the details correct. When I pulled up to the window to pay and get my food, the order was already ready. Everything was fresh and still warm, my latte was made perfectly. I couldn’t just go on with life and not pay the deserved compliments to this establishment. Thank you for your kindness and attentiveness. You made my morning that much better today with such a pleasant experience. Keep song what you guys are doing there - you guys have it down pat perfectly!!

This is only based on a drive thru experience... they moved the line along pretty quickly, answered on the drive thru speaker pretty quickly as well. They didn't get the stuff together ahead of time before I pulled up to the window, which was unusual, but then I don't know what was going on inside either. Service was not super friendly but not unfriendly. Efficient, I'd say. The driveway (or whatever you call the place you drive on) was well shoveled and cleared of snow too.

Usually crowded in the drive thru. Can wait quite a while around lunchtime. They make a great frozen lemonade. Sandwiches and their warm potato chips are very good. The paper straws are useless though.

It's a good value. Fresh coffee is the bomb. However, sometimes Ryan forgets to.pit napkins in my breakfast sandwich bag. He's very pleasant though.

Good choice for coffee or quick meal. Bagels great, just check the amout of cream cheese. Sometimes it's really skimpy. Coffee in many form, both hot and cold. Flavors available too. Sandwiches are good also.

I have always been a fan of Tim Hortons but I have noticed a little change in the taste of their coffees. My favorite, the Cafe' Mocha, is my absolute Tim Hortons favorite but the taste has changed somewhat so I don't get one as much as I use to. But the great customer service at Tim Hortons and the amazing donuts and sandwiches is what keeps me coming back to Tim Hortons! So stop by and get a coffee and donut and have a great day!

I was at Tim hortons today and almost all employees ranted for 15 minutes about a costumer that was on her phone, they then help up costumer waitibg for food because they wanted to talk and this ruined my lunch and I will not be returning!

Coffee and food we're good, men's room needs work. Urinal barely worked, sink looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months.

My order is always wrong whether I go through drive-thru or go in always out of stuff to make drinks and tries to substitute. Always makes a big deal to remake the drinks that are wrong. Went on December 8th 2023 I am going to stop coming to this morning's because every time I get drinks and food wrong. I always have to go to a different Tim Hortons so I can get my drinks made the right way

Multiple instances where I ordered bacon only wraps and I got double sausage and no bacon. Other than that, the line moves quickly and most of the time the workers are polite. The lady this morning was a little rude and hard of hearing it seems.

I hate to be this person but here we are. I ordered a large cap and got half a cup of foam so I went back through the drive thru to show them and request a new drink. The girl who made my drink originally walks over and says “what does she want now?” Very loudly and both women begin to glare at me and talk as the one pours a new drink. I’m not a regular there so there’s no previous complaints/issues and should’ve never warranted that reaction. It was unprofessional and rude.

I have come to this locations drive thru several times recently and the service was just ok but this last time was the worst. I'll be going to the new Starbucks at Tops from now on.

Historically this has been one of my go to Tim Hortons. However, in the past 3 months my wife and I have had weak, tepid coffee 4 times going thru the drive thru. You get a mile down the road when you realize you just got a bad deal. Going to plan on getting my Tim Hortons fix at another location. Luckily they just opened a new one on RT 16 in Holland. Hopefully better luck there🤞

Don't have the basic cinnamon or powdered donuts, hashbrowns are usually more hard and hollow sticks, dunkin more favorable breakfast place in general. Staff seems like they are too rushed and as a customer you see and feel it

Every location is different when it comes to my coffee - DD shot of Hazelnut. Some locations are two sweet, some are not sweet enough, and then very few times is it delicious anymore. Why is this?

Asked for a lg hot coco with 2 shots of espresso and the screen was right and I got cream with espresso. Which I am lactose free so yah. Can't drink my 4.00 cup of coffee ☕

If you order a cup of hot tea, I guarantee that you will receive a cup of coffee - every single time! Their batting average is a soul crushing 100 percent.

Sometimes they dont have ice caps and when they do they might look like this here. Not 1 but 2 caramel iced cap supremes here and they both look horrible taste bad and are like a pure liquid.

I just came from this Tim Hortons. I'm so disappointed...I wrote a review awhile ago about this location but just deleted it !! I'm so sorry but service has been absolutely terrible. Seems like they never have the same workers . I just went in there and I get a coffee everyday and today I felt like having a sandwich. Wrong choice 😞. There was four or five workers...walking around. They gave me my coffee and I'm waiting for my sandwich. Nobody was making anything...so I'm sitting wondering what was wrong. I'm watching them walk back and forth and I finally waved my hand to ask what was wrong. The girl says here's your sandwich that was sitting there the whole time. It was there with my coffee. I said you have to be kidding me. I told the young fellow..I was very upset and this has been happening alot at this location. I'm going to take the extra ride to go to Maple one because their always pleasant. Very Aggravating!!!

Usually mess my simple coffee up, take forever to take my order, and then display no sense of happiness or customer service skills. When the managers are standing around on a busy Saturday morning what do you expect your staff to do? Try to lead by example and maybe your establishment wont get these types of reviews. I am a frequent customer and most of the employees know me by first name basis. I place my orders mostly by using the convenience of the Tim Hortons app to have a record of my orders. I went through drive-thru twice because my main course was made incorrectly. The replacement main course was made incorrect again. I called the store directly and spoke with supervision and expressed my concerns and complaint. It took three times to get my order finally correct. It’s very upsetting the lack of work ethic for some employees that don’t take their job’s seriously and makes it look bad for others that have a great work ethic. Very disappointing.

I don't understand the obsession. The coffee was bitter and someone burned something on the toaster because as soon you walked in you can see the smoke floating in the air.

Helpless. Asked for toasted bagel with cream cheese, and an egg, sausage, and cheese bagel. Bagel was not toasted at all, and there was no sausage to be found.

I ordered a tuna sandwich and got some kind of a rap with bacon turkey and another half of it was Southwest totally wrong. Normally Tim hortons is fantastic this one visit was terrible

Absolutely terrible. Brought my daughter there yesterday after doing a little Christmas shopping to get her a grilled cheese panini. Not only did I wait in the drive-thru for 15 minutes once we received her Penny it was literally disgusting. Soaked in butter not even melted and the cheese was cold. I couldn't feed this to my child. The turkey bacon club I ordered had so much mayonnaise on it it was all over the rapper and was so gross. We didn't eat anything. The two girls that were working there thought everything was a joke. Literally laughing and talking the whole time when there was a whole line of people in the Drive-Thru. Didn't apologize for the wait or anyting. I will never go back to this Tim Hortons.

I used to come to this location all the time but lately everytime I go something is wrong with our order. Today we ordered 2 turkey club meal one with a French vanilla cappuccino and the other with a iced coffee DD and I order a small hot chocolate for my son. They forgot our drinks and we waited about 5 minutes while they were taking care of other customers then when someone finally made our drinks they were wrong the French vanilla was all water the iced coffee had so much sugar it was undrinkable. Thank God for the doughnuts and muffins...

Staff was very rude. They cut me off while ordering. I order 6 croissants and charge me for 1 and I order 2 for 6 and they gave me 1. They made my drink wrong. They rushed and cut me off while ordering and they were very rude at the register.

Sorry about the passive aggressive post, this place has turned into a real litterbox and the only reason for my visit was to pick up an order for someone else. Ham hogie had brown wilted lettuce & I asked 4 no lettuce, 2 wafer thin piece of ham on the entire sandwich. Terrible quality 4 the price!! Get it together Tim Hortons! Hubby says the chili was pretty good. 😕

I’m convinced they have the sloths working from the movie zootopia at this Tim Hortons. My 80 year old grandmother walking on stilts blindfolded could make a coffee quicker than this place.

They dont do Lattes after 5pm since they cleaned the machine. Even tho they close at 8pm and ive walked in places with expressos and lattes. The machine doesnt take longer than 10 mins to clean. Honestly BS.

Walked in to order a hot chocolate. Both employees behind the counter were near the drive thru window on their phones. After 2 minutes they never looked up once and noticed me. Instead of speaking up I left. Not worth my time.

Always nice when you have to drive back because the order is wrong and then you ask the manager to remake the order because her employee gets it wrong daily, but refuses and the employee makes it wrong a second time. Customer service is dead. Your employee should be your problem, not the customers problem. Incompetence all around. Train your employees to make the your seasonal stuff correctly or don't bother offering it.

I've stopped numerous times and the french vanilla cappuccino tastes liked hot water with french vanilla flavoring. Thankfully it is a Tim Hortons policy that you can exchange a bad drink at another location. As for customer service, Brittany is the rudest person I have ever talked to. Definitely not the type of person I would want representing my company.

I don't know why I even bother with Tim Hortons anymore I knew the coffee was going to be bad when I saw the machine was glowing red burnt my tongue dumped the coffee in the parking lot it was so bad, The coffee supposed to be replaced every 20 minutes when the machine is glowing blue I don't know if Tim Hortons is trying to save money but they just don't do that anymore and it's always terrible burnt coffee

This place has no idea how to make coffee. If you ask for a double double, prepare to have it taste bitter & like straight cream. If you love inconsistent tims coffee, this place is for you. Managers need to train their staff on how to properly make a simple cup of coffee. My keurig tastes better.

We didn't GET any food!!! We WOULD have if every damned person behind the counter hadn't been busy making drinks. We were on a schedule and couldn't wait forever for someone to notice us, and that's what a place like Tim Hortons is supposed to be for! We tried two times to get someone to help us, otherwise we were roundly ignored. I'm insulted that I even have to give a star for this damned thing.

Claimed they cannot refund an order that is paid for online even when they cannot fill the order! They said there was no way to make the drinks I ordered bc their machine was broken & my money could not be refunded bc it was paid for using online ordering. They also refused to trade the drinks for anything else. So the manager happily took my money, I didn’t get my order & was not able to substitute. That is so crazy and terrible service. Will not be back thank you!

You can beg them to double toast them, add butter etc and they always give you an undercooked sandwich. I took my son there and his maple sandwich was borderline raw. Not only was the actual facility dirty and disgusting, I watched 4 workers goof off and not take my order for about 5 minites. Finally took my order and then goof off more and wait to make my bagel for another 5 minutes. Not to mention they give me clumps of gooey ripped Tim Bits and have gross rotten lettuce on the bagel. Nothing clean and nothing what we actually asked for. What an atrocious place to go to.

Place is absolutely disgusting and has unacceptable service time when it comes to customer services. Had to wait in a 0 person line 5 minutes with 4 workers not coming over to take my order. Then FINNALY when they took my order it took forever to get my simple bagel and then after looking through the bagel. Seems like some nasty old lettuce is on it!! And to also add there were 4 workers all on floor with not another single customer in there and all the tables had crumbs and garbage on them! Absolutely disgusting!!!!
