I came in during the afternoon with my family. Our waitress, paola, was a delight. It’s not common to have a bilingual server, so it was wonderful having her. We were seated fast and the food came out quick and warm. Enjoyed my time here and definitely need to come again!

Food was good and fast, Tammy was an excellent kind server. We ordered bottomless pancakes and she was very quick with our refills. Overall a better experience that I usually have with ihop.

Wonderful place, friendly staff, good food, decent wait times. I had no trouble finding something to eat as a vegetarian, though it seems their menus are marked specifically for vegans. The label says "vegetarian" but this excludes things like eggs whether or not they have meat in the food, so be aware! Coffee was hot, everything was alright.

I recently dined at IHOP and had a delightful experience. The menu offered a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options, including the classic pancakes IHOP is known for. The food was delicious, especially the fluffy buttermilk pancakes and perfectly cooked omelets. The service was excellent, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and accommodating to special requests. This place stays super busy, which is good but it seems they need more staff for the weekend. It just seems like the workers are overwhelmed and that they could use some guidance and order. Not saying anyone did anything wrong, but it's a busy spot.

Went with the "House Faves" promotion and chose the 3 egg, ham & cheese omelette that came with 2 pancakes...all for $6. Can't beat the price especially with the cost of eggs today! It was good and requested the strawberry syrup and blueberry syrup instead of the regular maple syrup they give you. They used to set the different flavors out on the tables prior to the pandemic but now it's by request and yes, the flavors elevate the pancakes I think! Service was slow and the restaurant had a slight sewer gas odor (they need to have their grease trap serviced basically) but overall, it was a good, quick and cheap mid morning trip.

My waitress reached over my food to replace the syrup and ketchup, instead of simply asking for them. An excuse me would not have sufficed, but she didn't at least say that either. I rather travel further than to ever visit this IHOP again.

The food was excellent. The lady at the door greeted us in a very strangely and told us that we could no longer get a childs plate which turned out to be not true. Our waitress was nice but could not get my drink order correct. The restaurant was messy. There was only a few people in there during our visit last night around 1:00 am. Therefore, there was ample time to clean the restaurant.

Not clean at all, no social distancing, floors and tables are dirty. Too cold climate wise, food gets cold before you can even eat it. Don't know if they think they are killing the virus.

The food was good. But I never receive attention from the waiter. I literally had to ask the host for drinks because we sat down for 15 minutes and the waiter never came. Apart from that once we did receive a waiter, he got the order wrong twice.

This place has gone down over the years. Service was AWFUL. We had a large party (20+) and have been coming here (I10 & Uvalde) for almost 30 years and called ahead LIKE YEAR⁸S BEFORE to let management know so they would be prepared. We had 1 waitress who could not understand English well. NOBODY got refills and some (like me) never got drinks. I ordered coffee, got the pot but no cup to pour it in. Near the end we got water. Most got their food out of order and some didn't get any at all. The manager was asked for OVER several times. At the end of our meal, she finally showed up to say people called off and they had limited staff. I had the steak and eggs. It was cold. Asked for steak sauce...NEVER got it. Probably will have to change from this IHOP and look for an establishment that can handle this level of customers. We come EVERY December 26th so this was not or should not have been a shock. Time to pay...EVERY bill was printed correctly. Only wish we could have received them that way. EVERY order included "shell" eggs...and EVERY order had shells in the eggs. Smh. This location was not overly crowded like years past so I don't know what happened. Also, there was a very high homeless population around the restaurant. If I could give NO stars, I would. Didn't bother getting food pics but included some of the "good" years and how large of party you will be losing. WE COME EVERY YEAR

We just went to go eat at this location, unfortunately we didn’t receive a good treatment from one of the cowworkers, not sure if it was racism or what. I don’t want to sound racist neither, but the guy it’s black skin with some dreads on his hair. He was answering with sarcasm and then afterwards I didn’t decide to talk to him, because since he started answering me with sarcasm. I didn’t want him to keep acting up like that with me. I wished I had received a good quality customer care, but this time it wasn’t the occasion. My family and I have decided not to go back to this location because we don’t this to happen to us again.

We’ve going here for years! We decided to stop by since we were in the area, it was the lunch crowd so we wasn’t worried about waiting then. We were seated quickly so I was thinking the food would be ready quickly as well. It was over an HOUR later! We had to ask about our food when everyone else around us was served. The food was cold and mini. Everyone else had almost left when we got or food. Also, the lights were dim. They was quick give us the bill though.

Waited for 1 hour for food and we were a party of 6 people and they served us one plate at time every 15 minutes!!!! Never have I had this happen at a restaurant! We came together as a party of 6 and expected to eat as a party of 6 not one by one ! Finally my patience ahead wore thin and I talked to the manager Rose Smith and she said I should have know they were busy and next time come at a better time ! Still continued to charge us for the horrible food and service. ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Rose Smith you need some more training on being a manager!

Worse service. Its christmas day so I understand it might be slow or under staffed. Our waiter literally canceled our order because I had to take my kids to the restroom as I told him we would be going there. 45 mins later I get his attention and asked the ETA of our food and he tells me he canceled it because we left our table. And manager on shift is definitely not capable of leading or training a team.

We are paying 14.99 for biscuit and gravy meal. The food came out cold. All of it eggs and all. And I am attaching pictures of what the biscuits and gravy look like.. they give you a tiny thing of gravy for a huge biscuit the gravy doesn’t even cover half of a biscuit
