I loved this sushi bistro. Me and my family had a friendly experience here. The waiters were very nice and respectful. The food was very good and the best sushi I've ever had. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. This is a HUGE step up from the old restaurant that was in the building.

Delicious food, wonderful staff! This place has the best Asian food in the area and we love coming here. The kids meals alone blew our minds and every dish we've gotten has been incredible. The entire staff is so warm, friendly, and helpful. I can't rave about this restaurant enough!

We ordered take out from here. My husband had the sushi rolls, and I had fried rice. The food was ready quickly, and was very flavorful. We both really enjoyed it! Will definitely order from here again.

Family took me for my birthday. Everything was excellent, we ordered from all over the menu. The Thai basil shrimp is INCREDIBLE. So is the beef negimaki. Great cocktails, wonderful drink selection, everything is top notch. First time there last night, I will probably become a regular. 16/10.

First time I went, I foolishly ordered something I knew I wouldn’t like. The staff noticed me struggle with my dish, and my server, a man I suspected was a manager or owner, and even the cook all came over to ask if everything was okay. I assured them that even though it upset my stomach, it was still really amazing! I came back the very next day and ordered something I knew I would like, and it was the best of that dish I've ever had. The menu is a bit expensive, but not too expensive considering the outstanding quality of food, it’s preparation, and service. My new go-to place for asian food. And they even deliver!

I Ordered takeout on a Friday night. The place was packed and I wasn't surprised to hear my order may take 25 minutes. The staff made sure I was comfortable, and in less than 10 minutes, I had my order and was out the door!!!. I ordered the sushi/sashimi combo (the freshest I've ever had in the Capital Region) crab rangoon appetizer and seafood/chicken stir fry. The food is amazing!!! It's no wonder this place is crowded. I look forward to a return visit very soon

I went with 3 other people and we all loved our meals. The food is really good and the service was top notch. The ambiance is the right balance between fine dining and comfy bar. I would totally recommend this restaurant.

Every time we pass through East Greenbush we stop for dinner. We found the place by accident and it is truly wonderful. The food options are multiple, the food is delicious and the service is warm and welcoming. More than 5 stars!

I love this restaurant. Firstly, their portion sizes are awesome. I order the General Tsos chicken and white rice, and I usually have enough left over for lunch and supper the next day. Secondly, the service is amazing. We placed an order for delivery last week, and from the time we hung up the phone to when the food was delivered (steaming hot) was 21 minutes. Third, food quality is awesome. I’ve never once gotten something that was not flavorful and well cooked. Needless to say, this is our go-to take our place!

Really delicious, Thai Basil Chicken lunch special is the only item I have tried, can't wait to try other dishes. Hope you love it as much as me!

Homey, relaxed, friendly, great food, and EXTREMELY considerate of gluten free patrons. This restaurant has been one of my wife’s go-to’s for a while… it’s near to the home of a friend. Because her diet has to be strictly gluten free, it can be hard to find great tasting food in the area. She adores this place, and always eats there when she visits… this week I got to eat there and finally see why! We both had the hibachi combo: I had the steak and chicken and my wife had the chicken and shrimp dinner (made gluten free). Both were amazing! Really nicely cooked, and large portions. I loved that I got a couple of shrimp, plus noodles AND fried rice with my dinner (no gluten restriction for me!). Server was knowledgeable about GF food… the service was excellent (several people waited on our table): very friendly and personable. Almost felt like we were visiting someone is home. The place isn’t fancy; it’s very low key and chill. Now I know why my wife likes this place so much when she travels down to the Albany area! Highly recommended.

I almost don’t want to do a review of this place because I like that it’s not packed. But it’s 100% worth checking out. The fact that you’re not limited just by sushi you can get Chinese Thai and sushi or hibachi style food makes this place amazing everything is on point from the soups to the appetizers. I highly recommend the rock shrimp right down to the sesame chicken it’s real chicken not overly breaded. The sauce is just completely sticky and amazing. It’s definitely worth checking out, and that’s why I gave it five stars. Well done Soho. Well done!

I was a bit hesitant about going to a restaurant that used to be the E.G. Diner. But what a pleasant surprise! The menu is extensive featuring all types of Asian food. I had a stir fry of scallops, shrimp, chicken and veggies that was terrific. The prices are very reasonable. Our server was very attentive and just cute as can be. Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our meals! They do a very busy take out.

Deffintely a great sushi place if your looking for a place to have really good sushi locally, our go to dinner place right down the road from us, brought family here as well a handful of times, it's not as expensive as you would think either! Great food great place, great people really good drinks!

I ordered off the light and low calorie section of the menu and the steamed chicken over vegetables was wonderful and did not taste low calorie. The service was great and the kids were well treated. They have handicapped ♿ parking and a ramp too the door. They also have handicapped ♿ restrooms 🚻. They take cash or credit cards. They have an extensive Asian menu. The restaurant is well maintained and clean. It is on the high end price wise but the quality of the food is worth the visit. I would recommend it when you want to treat yourself and acquaintances too a special time.

So delicious! It was strange to enter the building that had been a family diner my entire life. A place we always went to after dance recitals, softball games, graduations, etc. I was sad to see it go. But I put my grief aside and decided to give Soho a try after driving past many times. Plus, it was Mother’s Day and my grandma really wanted to go there. It was so beautiful inside! And all of the staff were incredibly sweet. My grandma had been ordering takeout since their opening and was greeted with excitement by her delivery guy. He was so happy to see her in the restaurant. So onto the important point: the food. All of it, amazing! I tried an avocado roll for the first time. So good! And tried Japanese soda for the first time. The bottle was so cool just on its own! I also had chicken teriyaki. It was grilled and not fried and was perfect. So tasty. There were six of us, so there was a variety of foods ordered. From sushi to main dishes and everything in between. Everyone loved everything they ordered. So long story short, I am happy to say that we can happily continue with our milestone celebrations in the very same spot with new foods and new friends. I’m sorry I waited so long. Thank you Soho Bistro!

My family and I love eating here. I love the general Tso's Chicken and the chicken lo mein. My wife and daughter love getting the chicken or the steak hibachi. And I can't say enough about the stuff they are fantastic and very friendly.

This was my first visit. My son and daughter-in-law like this restaurant. Our lunch was delicious. The staff is very friendly. There are so many dining choices from sushi to hibachi donners.

Fantastic sushi, generally very authentic and fresh fish. As this was our first visit will definitely be returning. Also liked the late hours. They often close at 10 pm which is nice for us late dinner eaters.

After reading the reviews, we decided to give SoHo a try. Got there about 7:00 and said must be good because the parking lot was full. The atmosphere and decor was nice, relaxing. Staff was friendly, welcoming. We split 4 different sushi rolls, which where amazing! The sweet potato roll and Alaskan roll are my favorite! No complaints or negatives about this restaurant.

Amazing food, Loved the fresh sushi and sashimi! My daughter and were NOT disappointed in any way! We ordered a variety of different foods...several appetizers with two main dinners and fell in love with this place! Presentation was awesome and we had a wonderful staff waiting on us with excellent quality service! A must go !! We will be back with friends for sure !

Good service in a nice busy atmosphere. This place is a local favorite so it will be packed during peak hours. Food didn't blow us away but we have been back so it was definitely good and satisfying.

I’ve been going here for a little over a year now. I go quite frequently with my girlfriend and I can say we have never had a bad experience here. The food is always amazing and the service is excellent. I’m happy to see that the place had started to get busy more regularly. It was a rather full house tonight and this place definitely deserves it. Not to mention the pricing is very fair as well. If you have been debating to stop in and give it a try I sure hope this review pushes you into it!

I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch here. Not too much rice on the sushi. All my questions were answered. I contemplated a mural that was painted on the wall: beautiful work. Will be back.

Soho has a wide variety of dishes to choose from, so you can order something different every time. I enjoyed my triple delight meal. The one thing I was slightly disappointed with were the pork dumpling appetizer because they were not what I imagined them. They were thin dumplings with a wet interior. So not necessarily bad but maybe should be described because there are many types of dumplings. Still I will be back because of their unique selection and quality food.

I just discovered this delicious restaurant about a month ago and have already ordered takeout 8 times with their easy online ordering. They’re always quick and accurate even when I’ve ordered for 7 people, and so friendly. They call you when your order is ready and you pick it up just inside their front door, no contact. My favorites are the veggie yaki soba and veggie green dragon roll made w/ sweet potato tempura. My family loves the Thai chili shrimp lunch box and Thai curry chicken. Excited to try more items on the menu soon!

Great place. I've been here twice and I'm from Seattle where we have fresh fish right off the pier. The ambiance is awesome here and the sushi is good too.

Went on Valentines Day 2026 with my love and had an amazing time. Even tho it was packed and a little noisy, the restaurant still had an ambiance of calmness and professionalism. Very nicely decorated. Very modern. I've tried many Asian type restaurants over the past 40 years and by far Soho Asain Bistro is the best I've ever had the pleasure to walk into and enjoy fully. We’ve been here a few times, and as someone who lived in Shanghai in my youth, this food is TOP NOTCH! The food, drinks, atmosphere and service are all 10/10! Our favorites: steamed dumplings (xiao long bao style), thai chicken wings and lycee martini! We also have a toddler and the staff is so understanding (and the fun atmosphere helps).

Overall, the food itself wasn’t the most amazing, but it gave us so much comfort—like finding water in the desert. We were traveling from New York, starving, and came across this nearby sushi spot. The warm short ribs really hit the spot with their sweet flavor. The appetizer portions were small but just right for two people. The sushi was good, while the ramen could’ve been richer—the broth wasn’t very strong. Still, I left feeling very satisfied, and that’s why I’m giving it 5 stars.

Passing through town. Food was much better than I expected it to be. Dumplings were light and fresh. Basil fried rice was delicious with fresh vegetables. The mojito I ordered was better than I’ve had at lots of places! Overall, so good.

Wanted to explore dinner place in Rensselaer, saw this Asian Bistro. They had huge menu, it was exciting but overwhelming at same time. So tried different food, the roll that we order didn’t look really appetizing and also the tum yum soup didn’t taste like Tom yum. However, the Thai basil chicken and salmon carpaccio were really good. I ordered scorpion bowl for drinks, it was large but I enjoyed it. Server was very polite and patience, we liked her. First drink order was taken by 1 server who seem to be in rush, but later another young lady with smiling attitude came and her attitude and service were 5 ⭐️. Again, will be coming back as I live near by and also recommend!

I remember this place from my youth as the East greenbush diner...nice to see new life in its place! This was my first time here- and I will be back!! The service was swift and polite (impressive even- our waitress wrote nothing down- but remembered our party of 5 order brilliantly!!) the food was freshly prepared and served piping hot. (The menu has SO many options- including vegan- as one of our party is) Portions were generous without being huge, we all left with doggie bags. Pricing was more than appropriate. Restaurant is clean- and there is a wheelchair ramp for accessibility for all!!

Very quiet, relaxing place to eat. Was celebrating my daughter's birthday and she chose the restaurant. It was our first time and I don't regret. Staff was very friendly and patient. The food was great. I had the Duck Spring Roll and my husband and our daughter had the Crispy Calamari for our appetizers. They were delicious. Then I had the Pineapple Chicken, my husband had the Steak Lobster Hibachi and our daughter had the Roast Pork Lo Mein for our Entrees. The food was great. Then we had the Fried Ice cream for our daughter. That was very good. Would definitely be returning.

This is a great Asian fusion restaurant. The have an exceptionally elaborate menu and everything we tried was great! I've never had a sushi pizza before but it was a fantastic starter and I highly recommend it. The Korean BBQ ribs and they were tasty. My wife had the soba noodles with beef, and she was very happy with her choice. The food is presented in a really nice way that makes you feel that it's as high-end as the restaurant's interior suggests. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and helpful, and we never had to wait for anything. I'll definitely visit again.

This restaurant seems more like a destination than just an experience. We walked through the doors from the bustling traffic and were surprised by the ambiance. The food and drinks were nonstop flavor explosions. The only disappointment was there were no hibachi grills. However, I soon forgot about that when the food was delivered and tasted fresher and more flavorful than most hibachi I have had. They have an extensive menu with options for even the pickiest eater. This is a must try! We will be back! These certainly are leftovers I am going to claim rather than pass to the spouse.

Great new place to eat Asian cuisine. All our food was delicious and filling. Our server was very knowledgeable in all of the menu items. First time sushi eater ordered Alaskan roll great choice And there appetizer the beef negimaki was delicious would go back just to eat that. Yummy!!! Their motto, Come Hungry, Leave Happy! is true. Our first time and we will be going back. Everything we had was delishous and large portions. Had no room for dessert and have leftovers for another meal. We had sushi, hibachi and Thai. Definitely recommend.

Four stars for food quality, presentation, flavor, and ingredients. All excellent! The only reason I can't give full 5 stars is because they don't offer table side hibachi. I feel like that's something commonly expected from a Hibachi restaurant. Prices are reasonable for the great quality food they serve so I will visit again, but it won't be a replacement for those that offer true table side hibachi. Overall a great place to eat, and I encourage you to try them out for yourself.

Cute place, food was amazing. Had sushi selections was fresh and presented well. The service was ok, the servers seemed young, new and inexperienced, but overall it was fine would go back. Not expensive at all compared to other similar establishments. For saki, drinks and sushi bill came to $50.

We were there for my birthday. Food was excellent, fresh, delicious, meat was tender, fish excellent! They gave me a fried ice cream with a sparkle candle,and sang happy birthday...that also was great! Atmosphere was awesome...couldnt thank them for their hospitality enough! Really enjoy this restaurant. It's our go to for Asian food around here. Only complaints are ordering Mini steamed buns and expecting steamed Buns and receiving soup dumplings. A bun is just not a dumpling am I right? Also only got 5 Thai chicken wings instead of 6, but those wings are really good, like the best chicken wings I've had in a long time. Service and food were first class. We all had lunch and boxed was an option. That means a soup and garden salad are also included. There is a separate lunch menu and we ordered from that. It was my sister's birthday and a table dessert with a firework included.

Stopped here from a long road trip because me and my mother love Asian food. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. I had gotten 4 sushi rolls and my mom Thai basil Chicken. I tried her food and it was hot and tasty. She was very pleased. Our appetizer was a tad bit cold but nonetheless it was pretty good. The Sushi was delicious but being someone who eats sushi weekly I have to say the rolls are a tad bit overpriced for the size. Nonetheless I had a good experience.

I had a seafood Ramen. The broth was very good but seafood has to be added just before serving. The shrimp, scallops and fish were quite overcooked, so I assume they were cooked ahead.

I've dined in once and gotten food to go a few times. Prices are good, service is great, and the food is good. It's not the best I've had in the area for Chinese, Thai, or Japanese but it never disappoints and it's a lot better than most other fusion restaurants. If you're looking for the best of one type of cuisine, maybe skip here, but if you want food that is still very good and you want a mix of cuisines then this is your spot.

Got take out. It was pretty good. I got the hibachi dinner, and everything was good and the portions were average. The wonton soup was also very delicious and flavorful. I think the quality of the food is better in the restaurant which is why I am giving it a four, but usually take out isn't as good.

This is a great fusion asian restaurant! Quite a diverse menu with Japanese, Chinese, Hibachi and Thai cuisine. Tiger sushi roll was just great. Crunchy duck entree could have been better though.

To begin, the restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous inside. Very modern and bright with beautiful artwork and lighting. I was impressed walking through the door. I was there with friends on a Wednesday night, so not the busiest night usually, but there weren't many other seated tables. The waitstaff was pleasant enough, but not overly warm. One of my friends found something in her hot tea and he seemed reluctant to provide a new one. She dealt with the replacement which had loose ground leaves at the bottom. The food was good and portion sizes were large. My favorite of the 3 items I ordered was the wonton soup. It had an excellent broth and the wontons were soft and delicious. For an appetizer, I chose the Rock Shrimp. These were good, not the best I have had, but good. Oddly, they were served over a bed of French fries, which I haven't seen anywhere else. I didn't try them. Finally, I love a good General Tso Chicken over steamed rice. Theirs was all white meat - my preference - which can be hard not to overcook. The flavor was excellent, but the chicken was a little tougher due to overlooking. I am the only non-sushi eater out of my group, but they reported that the rolls they ordered were good. Overall a pleasant place to spend an hour enjoying a meal, but not someplace I would go out of my way for either.

Stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon and had a good experience. Prompt and friendly servers, and a clean modern restaurant. They have a nice bar area and it's fun to watch them make sushi rolls while you wait to eat. There isn't a hibachi table, so you do lose out on the "hibachi experience," but the hibachi chicken lunch special was tasty and definitely enough food for one. Mine included a salad, soup, fresh vegetables, chicken, fried noodles and rice for $10. We also tried the spicy tuna, spicy salmon and shrimp avocado rolls, and they were fresh. Only recommendations are thicker spicy mayo put on the rolls, instead of on the side; sriracha on the spicy tuna roll; and a low-sodium soy sauce option.

Called and asked if they use MSG, was told they use chicken powder instead. When researched, chicken powder has MSG in it. So I ate only sushi which was fine. But be aware if you're sensitive to MSG.

The service was literally awful, I don’t even want to talk about the server’s attitude for no reason; when every time she comes with food we said thank you despite her face and attitude. I am also working at the customer service, but this is not how we act to our customers. It was a really shame. Sushi was ok nothing special but general tso’s chicken was really good.

Sushi was very inconsistent. The regular rolls were alright, but the hand rolls were quite bad. Fish was in large chunks and the nori was tough to bite through. Not a very pleasant eating experience. Crab Rangoon had too much cream and not enough crab. Lo mein noodles were okay, but the beef was very questionable. Good non alcoholic strawberry daiquiris though.

It is a good place, but not if you eat Gluten free. Their definition of gluten free is boiled without any flavor

Went on valentines night. Around 7pm. Waiting about 20mins for a table. Not bad. I will say the waiter seemed rushed. Not sure if he was a waiter or a manager but he seemed in a hurry. Some lowlights: -appetizers came out, but no utensils or napkins. Ended up eating with out hands as waiter never came and other waiters never acknowledged us. We eventually got napkins and some water once we tracked the waiter down. -Waited forever for our plates to be picked up and our check to come. Never did, we ended up having to get up and walking to the counter to pay. We could have just walked out without paying as the person by the counter just said thanks for coming by without looking at us. - never checked on us to see how our order was or if we needed anything. -could have had some light music playing was very quiet. Some highlights: - drinks are strong! -sushi was great! - all the food had good flavor and was delicious.

Meat was a bit dry. Service good. Atmosphere fine.

We had a very disappointing take-out experience tonight at our local SOHO. Our lo mein noodles were so soft and mushy that we hardly had to chew them. The wantons in the wanton soup were similarly so overcooked that they were falling apart in the broth. The taste of the food, especially the shrimp, was okay but not delicious. Bummer 🫤.

Disappointed, I’ve seen this had great reviews so I decided to stop by. The food was just not up to its standards. The quality was sadly terrible. I’ve gotten the house special fried rice and some crabmeat roll. While the main entree was unpleasant and had to be thrown out, the sushi was great. The rice was bland the chicken and beef tasted very odd. And there were only 2 shrimp in the rice which tasted okay. Ps: I had a terrible stomach ache after. Positive: The lady at the counter was very nice and kind.

What a disappointment! I dined here tonight with my family - husband and two children. Their meals arrived a full 10 minutes before mine. My husband ordered an appetizer and it arrived with his meal, but only because he asked about it. I had the impression they had forgotten about it. When my meal arrived it wasn't even complete. I ordered a combo teriyaki meal - salmon and tofu. The salmon part arrived and then it was another 3 or 4 minutes before the tofu arrived. I was nearly finished my salmon and not at all able to enjoy the meal the way it should have been presented. I must say, I was also surprised that the salmon was served on a "bed" of corn. Zero points for presentation. That being said, my husband and children did enjoy their meals. It was such a pity because my children are visiting from Europe and I hoped for a better dining experience. My husband and I had only eaten food from the restaurant once before through take out.

I enjoyed my meal with the exception of the spicy tuna roll. It had zero flavor. The waitress brought me some spicy sauce but in reality, the roll had no flavor. As for the sauce, it was good but with the tuna roll ot was still just sauce. I received no discount or replacement for the tasteless roll. This isn't the Soho I remember before the pandemic.

Beware when ordering soup to go because this restaurant will NOT include crunchy wonton strips unless you ask for them. I guess you need to ask for a glass of water too....

1/31/2026 @ 8:30 PM Bathrooms: barely had toilet paper. zero paper towels.. Water all over the floor like there was a leak. Quite a few employees. Definitely, not cleaned daily. .Dirty. We really should have left and I regret not doing so. Yes. I did say something. Any worker who came out of the kitchen was wearing a coat. Dinner served on ice cold plates. Food was just okay. Server was nice. Che k took forever to get. Forever to pay. No it was not busy. Not my kind of place. Won’t go back.

Quite a few issues with this place which is sad because I wanted to enjoy it. I would suggest passing this place by. For the price, it is not worth it. We had group of five people so we were able to sample and try a wide variety of different meals and flavors that this location offered. Our first and most major issue was the service which was provided by a younger woman. She consistently disappeared, would not come check on us, and at one point we asked for some boxes with some desert menus and she said okay and then went on break! We had to eventually pull another worker to ask them for help and the waiter we had came back out and started laughing and just making jokes. The staff also kept dropping their to-go boxes and counter items onto the floor and just put them back for use! The staff also had trouble understanding us, and when we went to order an item just straight up told us "we don't have that", so we had to point at it and then they said, "Oh yeah we have that". Very unprofessional to not know the menu or just tell a customer no without first asking to see what they are asking about. The food was just okay. The flavors were not there and everything was overall pretty bland. The broth of the miso soup and the Ramen was good but the meaty flavors that you expect from the proteins were drowned out by an overly salted taste and the other entrees were bland and devoid of any pop. Our desert, after waiting a long time to order and receive, was slightly frozen with freezer burn! This leads me to believe that many of the items in the restaurant are frozen and simply heated up instead of any actual cooking. Very disappointing. Atmosphere was fine, no problems there. Table settings and utensils were as expected. In conclusion, don't bother coming here. Go to another location, as there is nothing here of value that you will get that you cannot get better at a different restaurant of the same price. Two stars for at least having edible food, but below average on the scale of what you expect.

I tried sushi for the first time ever and was really good was a Alaskan crab roll the food was good, the rice for the hibachi meal was under cooked the service wasn't great either took forever just to get my drink and was very bright inside and no air conditioning so was not very pleasant.

We use to love it here. Tonight we placed a very large take out order. Chicken tempura was cold. Wonton soup was mushy and tasteless. We had other sushi rolls, fried rice, ramen and another seafood soup. Everything just tasted off but firecracker shrimp CAME ON FRENCH FRIES. (Supposed to be crunchy and served on baby greens) Not only was it cold but also soggy. It is about 3 hours later and my stomach is not feeling well. Not sure what happened but we will not be returning here.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to eat and I spoke so highly of SOHO. We came at 9:04 and were seated/ordering by 9:10. The hostess kindly told us they closed at 10 and that wasn’t a problem for us. We would have been out very quick since we were hungry. A waitress with pink highlights, came over and was not very welcoming. Safe to say she’s not a people person. My boyfriend had suggested maybe we just get it to go since they obviously didn’t want us in here. What sold that deal for us was when the waitress came back and said “is any of this for to go?”. I had said no, but when I changed my mind she seemed “surprised” that I wanted to leave. It’s not like we came in at 9:45 asking for a full course meal. Usually restaurants serve you until 10 but I guess the standards are changing. Maybe they should have a no dine in policy after 9 if it’s a big issue.

This is the worst Chinese/Asian food ever. I can only imagine that the 5 star reviews were family members. As another reviewer posted, our first red flag was when we received a text within 5 minutes that our order was ready. The crab Rangoon had zero crab, and were dripping with old oil, they were disgusting. The dipping sauce is cheap and full of high fructose corn syrup. The Thai chili chicken barely had sauce, there was no chili in it, it was flavorless and the chicken was soggy. Yes, soggy. The veggies in it were fresh and crisp but looked unappealing as they were brown from the sauce. I’ve never had this happen with Thai chili sauce before. My son had the chicken and broccoli, and the chicken and broccoli were both soggy, the broccoli was completely over-cooked. Never mind all of that, the entire meal tasted like soap. How does that even happen? The rice was good. I paid $40 for rice for New Year’s Day dinner. Save your money and go elsewhere, you will regret buying food from this place. It’s cheap, inferior quality and completely over-priced. McDonald’s is better than this place. Lesson learned, we will not be returning. Edited to add: it’s a couple of hours later and we all have upset stomachs. Ugh. Here’s a photo of all of the food in the trash. We called Soho the following day and were able to get our money refunded.
