Delightful restaurant. Went with my family. Touch of class along with very good food! A+

We were there for a reception after a memorial service. The staff was excellent and all the hor d'oeuvres were wonderful.

Delicious food and great service and atmosphere. I had the salmon with black rice and bok choy and it was fresh and fabulous! The outside seating area is very special on a cool summer evening.

I came for dinner & drinks and was able to grab the last seat at the bar. The hostess Maddie was so sweet and kept her cool during a very busy dinner rush. The bartenders Brinn and Q answered my many questions about the drinks and dinner menus and recommended the roast duck which I devoured. Ambiance was lively but not overly loud, all patrons seemed to be enjoying themselves and the food. Bathroom was impeccably kept. I will certainly be back!

I rarely if ever have I given a 5 🌟 rating to a restaurant. But what can you say when everything on the menu, including the desserts are a home run. Our server, Madeline was pleasant professional and knowledgeable. She didn't miss a beat when distracted with many questions and tangents. I arrived when the place opened and 2 and half laters the ambiance and level of sound remained perfect for dining. Although this was my first visit, I understand now why this is an East Hampton staple that is perfect for all ages and personalities. Equally great for family dinner, date night or just experiencing a true dining experience. Nicely done East Hampton.

There is a reason this place has been in business for years! Lively bar scene, delicious food and attentive service. So cozy off season. Recommend the octopus appetizer and tile fish entree, but steak and burger choices also great.

Loved Fresno so much, we visited twice in one week! Absolutely love the food and ambiance. We will be back with friends for sure!

2nd year in a row my wife and I have enjoyed drinks and apps here prior to late dinner reservations. The drinks are excellent, particularly the Meyer Lemon cosmo, they have a good variety of beer and wine. Coconut, cilantro and lime mussels are a fantastic bar snack. Highly recommend.

Perhaps the best Caesar salad I've ever eaten: not overly dressed, shaved Parmesan, crunchy croutons and garnished with anchovies. Yum. The paper plane was perfect!

Excellent food and service. The room is comfortable and not too noisy- a rarity these days. Menu choices are varied and well designed. Highly recommended.

Fresno is an oasis of deliciously inventive and fresh food. The difficult part is choosing just one starter and entrée from Fresno’s wonderful menu. For my entrée I chose the Spaghettini with crab and artichokes, which was perfectly balanced and rich with flavour. My companions, for their entrées, chose the special Sea Bass with fresh corn and tomato – they were raving about it! This is one of our favourite restaurants on the eastern end of Long Island, and you’ll be as happy as we are if you choose to dine at Fresno.

The food is amazing and the ambiance as well. You can dine inside the restaurant or outside on their beautiful patio. Be sure to give it a try!

It may be the end of the Summer season but Fresno is a year round gem. It is not a pop-up and has no gimmicks but what it does have is great food and atmosphere. It is not inexpensive but I never feel like I have been over charged because the food is just so good. I am writing this review because we were 4 people celebrating 2 birthdays on Aug 29th and we hit the server JACKPOT. His name is Jack and he made our night so special and that's not the norm at many Hampton's restaurants. His humility, knowledge of the menu and the wines was exceptional. We learned a little bit about him and what an interesting man. Educated, travelled, a local, a teacher and an all around gentleman. Hey Fresno, thanks for our luck in having Jack take care of our table. And to Jack, all the best to you and your students and to your family. Fresno year round for us.

I’ve been coming to Fresno in East Hampton for decades, and it never disappoints! The food is consistently flavorful and amazing — their pork dish, in particular, is absolutely to die for. It’s prepared perfectly for my liking. You can really taste the care and quality in every bite. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for both a cozy dinner and a special night out. While the service can occasionally be hit or miss, it never takes away from the overall experience. Fresno remains one of my all-time favorite spots in the Hamptons — a true gem that always delivers!

Somewhat dim interior, but delightful and rustic patio for hearty and farm/local American fare.

Simple and fresh, yet sophisticated describes this restaurant and its offerings. Locals come for the great bar and friendly service.

We sat at the bar because all tables were booked. The bartender is nice and knowledgeable. We had 2 appetizers; Fei mussels and green hummus, both were delicious( order bread if your having the mussels) For entre I had the NY strip with potatoes and asparagus; everything was perfectly cooked, to my personal taste the meat had a little bit too much salt. My husband had the duck breast with couscous, onions and carrots. The duck had a soft sweet taste, everything else was well cooked. And for dessert we ordered the peach Melba to share; it wasn’t a real peach Melba, it was 2 halves of peach with ice cream and almonds. A couple cocktails and wine and they were good too.

We enjoyed a large group dinner here with a party of 14, the staff was accommodating and warm and the vibe was inviting and happening. Food was delicious for the most part, though one of my guests said the fish was slightly dry. All in all, awesome spot for a Hamptons dinner out on the town. Thank you!

We had a great meal. The muscles were very good (they could have filled the bowl a little more). My veal chop was excellent. The outdoor dining area was very nice.

Mixed bag. Some hits and a few misses. Don’t get stuck eating in the parking lot blacktop on a picnic table, I didn’t see many smiles there…If you have modest expectations you will be fine . You have to overlook over-spiced or too sweet and be happy you got in in on a weekend. If you are too picky, go to Nick and Tony’s or The Grill. ( if you can get in!)

The ambiance at Fresno is amazing! Their special scallop dishes are always delicious and irresistible. We will definitely be back soon!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful and the hostess was kind and friendly when we entered. Another positive piece of feedback I have is that the duck spring rolls were delicious and a generous portion. However, after that things went downhill. Our waitress seemed distracted and like she was irritated with us and trying not to appear so. It just kind of felt like she wanted to go home and we were keeping her from doing that. We had to send back my partner's pork chop that was raw. It was cold and red on the first cut piece. When we showed the waitress the raw meat, she seemed annoyed (not apologetic whatsoever ) And said with an irritated tone in her voice, "Well, how do you want it cooked?" To be clear, we eat medium rare pork with no issue, but this was completely undercooked. No big deal I guess, mistakes happen. We then ordered two glasses of red wine to have with our main dishes, (one of which we were waiting on since it was undercooked) but the wine never arrived which was a little confusing because the restaurant was pretty quiet since we took a late reservation. The salmon I ordered was okay at best, but felt under seasoned and uninspired. Our seasonal peach salad had peaches that were not ripe which was disappointing as the focal point of the dish. I was quite surprised that after getting an undercooked main dish and forgetting our wine, no apology was offered for our unpleasant experience. I just can't fathom how at those price points I would ever go back. Such a bummer.

Fresno has a variety of interesting local sourced dinner dishes. The dining room could use a refresh. We were happy to see that we had arrived in plenty of time for the price fix dinner; however, the waiter didn't come to our table until 3 minutes after it ended and then said "oh sorry"

Wonderful space with yummy food. I wouldn't say the experience was amazing, however, it wasn't bad either. It's unlike me...I cannot put my finger on what was missing from my first experience there.

With all the high ratings and high prices, I expected much better. We had to send some food back (over salted, over cooked, over dressed salads) but the service was so bad we were only dealing with the bus boys. Not once did your server check on us. Not once an apology from the manager. No offer to comp the lousy items or give a cookie plate. A big disappointed for a special bday dinner out.

Overpriced for most of the items on the menu. Ingredients were fresh, but blandly prepared. Service was good. Stick with the twenty dollar hamburger which looked better and not badly priced.

Neither here nor there but with bad service. Used to be a fantastic restaurant but they don't care anymore. The.bartender is prob the worst person behind a bar. Again, immature and no experience where it previously had quality control.

Se had a reservation at 8:30 and they gave us our table half an hour later, the waitress did not have us a good service he forgot about us all the time, the only good part was the food.

Beautiful setting. Service tepid. Drinks really poor. Ordered peach salad, which was oddly salty and supposed to be yellow peaches. Two slices of those which were over ripe but tasty. Rest was white peaches (which I love) but hard as a rock under ripe. I expect more from Fresno Place. Been coming here before they renovated and it used to be sooo good.

My take is don’t come here for the food. While the flavor is ok. The portion sizes are tiny. I am a small person and was surprised by how little food they serve. I ordered the salmon and it was it wasn’t even close to meal size. We ordered Barata for starter and it came with two tiny pieces of toast. My recommendation is to eat a meal before or after you come here then enjoy the atmosphere. Otherwise you will leave hungry.
