One of my top spots for a quick outdoor meal! Their sandwiches, especially the classic and spicy chicken ones, are unrivaled. Juicy, tasty, and priced just right. Tenders and chicken pieces? Simply unbeatable. Special shout-out to Tahir and Palak for their non-stop smiles and stellar service, even when it's bustling. A must-visit for a delicious and satisfying meal!

The food is always hot and fresh and the sides are just as good too along with service being friendly!! THE ONLY 1 BIG NEGATIVE of coming here ESPECIALLY if you're dining in during the winter/cold months is THE HEAT NEVER BEING ON!! But I don't blame the employees for this. The blame goes DIRECTLY TO THE LANDLORD!!! Even back in the day when Boston Market was here the heat was never on in this place so 100% of the blame goes to the cheap landlord in charge of the building who should sued for purposely leaving the employees and customers in the cold!!!!

Very pleasantly surprised! Was coming home late from work today and decided to stop by, and I'll definitely be back in the future. Order came out quick and the quality of the chicken is good! The spicy chicken sandwich isn't really all that spicy, but it's got good flavor and a little kick -- 4/5 stars.

Service can be a little more prompt but the chicken is always good! Im always satisfied but if you are sensitive to spice you will end up with an upset stomach. Some of my friends and family who have ate here have said the same thing.

They raised their prices. They charge an extra $1 for a tomato and lettuce on your chicken burger, yes u heard right, the classic chicken sandwich is $9.49 just with the chicken and two pickles, the deluxe, which is $10.49 has the tomato and lettuce. Thats just absurd! They also took the drink fountain behind the counter. I guess they’re struggling if they had to cut back on everything and raise their prices for the littlest things. Also the store feels like the north pole, its freezing in there. I literally could feel my hands and nose while eating there. This was our to go place when we wanted to eat burgers. This will be the last time I come here:(

Was craving something NEW I’ve never tried before, so I figured I’d try this place out since I live in the area. The biscuit was very good. Soft, buttery and flaky. The chicken sandwich was pretty good too. I just didn’t care for how long I had to wait for my food and the extremely cold temperature inside of the restaurant. Overall I’d eat there again.

Waited 20 minutes for food. Ordered loaded fries and it was filled with jalapeño juice. Also ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal and the kiosk had an offer for a upgrade for 2.99 including 2 sides. Ordered fries and coleslaw and of course no fries and their large cups are actually medium which is disappointing. Definitely not going back, Popeyes is better at this point.

The service was horrible. I asked a question and she was very rude with her response. The wait at the drive thru was very long. I asked for the secret sauce to be put on the side because I never had it before and was charged extra for the sauce. First and last time I will go there

Food is great. Managed horribly. Food takes forever!! Kitchen staff yapping and laughing while 2 customers wait 30 mins for a single chicken tender meal. It’s a shame bc food is good but not worth the insane wait and lack of caring of staff….

My boyfriend and I went there late last night. He specifically asked for no tomatoes or mayo. His first burger came out with both. His second burger still had mayo on it. When he confronted them about it a worker on the back told my boyfriend to "relax." Maybe if they had made it right the first time there wouldn't have been an issue. I won't go back to this location

I ordered fam fest after waiting 10 minutes the food is not fresh we ask the employee they said you will have to tell us first if you wanna fresh chicken we are regular customers but very disappointed.

I am a regular customer here and it’s my habit to ask for fresh food. Today I didn’t said anything about the food freshness and got my food when opened it, it was cold like they were storing it from a long time. I asked palak that it’s not fresh and she even knows that I am a regular customer here. She said if you want fresh food you gotta tell me when you are ordering food. Like what is this behaviour, and she’s like I can’t do anything now they refused to do anything very disappointing will never gonna come back here and will be recommending others not to come at this location.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and specifically asked for it extra well done with Swiss cheese. After waiting over 15 minutes, they gave me an undercooked sandwich with American cheese instead. Very disappointed with the quality and the lack of attention to my order.
