Very delicious, but we were actually going for the $5.99 combo, but they no longer had it. But I found it in a Carls in West Covina,CA. Unfortunately, this was more than emotes from my Carls Jr.

My husband and i went to purchase some food for the night. I had just got off work. The gentleman asssisting us through drive thru has excellent customer service. He was very patient and took the time to describe what we asked on the menu. It was an awesome experience. I will definitely go back and recommend others to go there.

It's often the empty Carl's Jr. Which is awesome because we hate making that big of a line at any drive thru. My son loves the chicken stars kids meal there and there's times when they have the chocolate or cheesecake dessert for $1 so I indulge during those times and get me a strawberry swirl cheesecake. The staff is pretty quick with our order but I can only vouch for the kids meal prep time I haven't ordered anything else from there.

Ordered the guacamole thick burger, it was well made, and if anyone knows how good the thick burgers are at Carl's when they're done right, you know what I mean, the only bad thing was the lettuce tasted really hard for some reason, like it was stale but not bad tasting, just really hard to chew for some reason. Carl's always hits the spot when they make it right tho.

Stopped by to get a bite to eat. Food was warm n pleasant. Staff was friendly n courteous. Bathrooms were neat n clean☺️👍

BOMB ! I ordered two Jalapeno burgers ,one for a family member and one for myself. They tasted so GOOD ,ended up eating both burgers,had to go back and order another burger to take home..

The breakfast 2 for $4 is great. Watch out for the soft drinks through drive thru. They fill the cup all the way up with ice and just soda is so little amount.

Great breakfast burgers! The coffee is good and beverage machine is in good working order. However, the place could use an upgrade to its dining area. Good customer service, but due to the economy and price increases, it lacks customers. Maybe some good specials can bring some customers back? Restrooms are available to paying customers.

Good freshly made burgers and fries. $1.00 drinks, any size current promo on-going. However, this Carl's Jr.'s employees require some better customer service skills. No very nice, or out going to make your visit great, nor leave you wanting to come back. I got the $10.00 deal for 2, the drinks that came with the meal, were water sized drinking cups? Like, I expected a small, especially since you can get any size for $1.00 , but they never even offered an up grade.

Love Carl's, but not this location and they never have jalapenos it's East LA they should have more here! 😜

The food was fresh and tasted great! But both my friend and I got food poisoning from this place. Probably best to steer clear of it.

As of Thursday this location is charging $1.00 fee to use debit card. Service is good here. Place is always clean. Outside they have a Redbox which always is the reason why I end up going in. With that being said the fee is off putting because most franchises spwcially big ones don't add these ridiculous fees.

Carl's Jr. does not fail with burger taste; not a fan of the restaurant appeal. Mediocre at best, requires an uplift. Food is delish, most important! Good job!

They're usually pretty tasty. Lately the onion rings have been a little dry and stale. Come on Carl's keep up your high standards. I'm going to keep coming but come on now.

I ordered a California classic cheeseburger combo medium and the burger meat Patty that they used was for a mini cheeseburger not a normal size Patty when I inspected it, and to top it off the buns we're a little moist, smashed together. plus the sauce tasted a little funky it was probably about to go bad soon, everything else about the order was fine but I was disappointed with my experience. Probably will not go to this Carl's again

Decent service but they no longer do refills for drinks and have no sign that let's customers dining in know. Was able to get refills before but they mentioned nothing the past week and no explanation to change.

I ordered a guacamole bacon burger combo, a western bacon cheeseburger with Angus patties and double. And a chocolate shake. The staff was very nice but I spent over 50 dollars and they forgot one of my patties in the double western and they added star nuggets that I didnt order. The power aid was flat. When spending 50 bucks! Please double check orders. Will not come back to this one. Sticking to the montebello carls jr.

Found out the next day through my bank. Call back no one answered the calls.

I stopped going a couple of years ago because of an experience I wish I could forget. I was hungry and tired and not in the mood for a confrontation. As I was waiting for my burger I saw a guy wiping the counter in back with a dirty looking rag. He then leaned over and picked up a burger wiith the same hand and put it on a bun and finished making the burger. I'm sure there were several health violations committed. Like use of gloves and meat temperature, but as I said I was not in the mood to demand my money back and find another place to eat. I reluctantly ate the burger feeling sick the whole time. I'm lucky I didn't vomit. I've haven't been to a Carls Jr. since and never will again. I hope they tear it down and put up an Arbys or Jack in the Box...Anything but Carls.

Ordered biscuits and gravy. Was given a w rapped biscuit - like a sandwich - and a coffee cup of gravy. When I asked for a plate like normal they gave me attitude they had none then magically pulled one out. Cook also isn't wearing face mask. Threw my food away.

Came here at 8:30pm on a Thursday. Parking lot is dirty and full of homeless people tripping out while you try to order at the drive through. I ordered 5-piece chicken tenders and fries. They were STALE. Service was whatever. Definitely won't be coming back.

First of all the guy only had 1 glove on & was my touching my burger & who knows if he’s sick. Second of all they lagged for my burger to not taste good. The chicken was al hard & looked nasty.

Called to complain about the horrific service I got and the female mgr I spoke with defended her employee saying she's her best employee. Well I guess the mgr and female employee should brush up on customer service. Is this what Carl's jr is coming to? Almost makes me want to go to Burger king!!! And I don't even like BK!!! Rude and the kitchen was an absolute mess. Only 2 workers for the whole restaurant. Mgr said short staff. Duhhh. Hire professional staff!!!! Night service is scary!!!

Had bad service (The AC. Was off it was to hot it felt like 90's° to 100°degree's inside there an when me an other customers asked for the lady to put on the AC she refused to turn on the AC.) We could barely breath in there It was all women working today all the girls had no hair nets they had there hair down in front of there face they were all sweating making the food swipping there sweat with there hands they had no gloves on the lady had an attitude when we asked her to put on the AC. the lady barely could communicate they were Latina women speaking Spanish other customers were also complaining about the heat it was to hot they all said an we all walked away never had that much bad service they need more training an lady employee's that can actually communicate with customers they need to have more respect an keep it professional.

The restrooms are filthy. Inside the rim of the toilet is black like they don't clean them often. When I used to work in fast food, management had us checking the restroom either every half hour or on the hour. No soap to wash hands.

My review is for the Double Bacon Beast Burger. Don't get it. Save your money. The burger is very disappointing for what you'll be paying. I expected a premium burger but the burger is made with the same regular quality ingredients as their other burgers. Same quality patties, bread, and thin cut bacon. The bread didn't seem fresh at all and was flaking off as I handled it. I received it with a portion missing. From my experience only old bread does that. Just buy yourself a Superstar instead.

I expected more from Carls jr...ordered the sourdough carl and the super star combo. Super Star combo was good eventhough I think a while back the burger used to be bigger like the pic. The Sourdough Carl compared with the Sourdough jack doesn't compare. On top of that they did not put bacon and the burger seemed smashed. I will stick with Jack in the Box with this one. Sorry not sorry. Seems now they use the same patty for every burger
