I placed an online order for to go. Special shout out to Dawan made an amazing sandwich. All the instructions were followed and it tasted great!

This is my go to spot for sandwiches, never had any issues with staff or my orders. My last order was for two catering boxes of 30-pieces, all sandwiches came out perfect.

As a former employee I know personally that the service rocks, the food is excellent, and the place is extremely clean. Family friendly environment, with great prices for one of the best sandwiches that you'll ever have.

Solid 5 stars! I came in last minute to place an order for four catering boxes of sandwiches. I know places typically appreciate advance notice for large orders but due to an error on my side I wasn’t able to give them advance notice. The guys at Jimmy John’s were totally kind and accommodating which i very much appreciated. I was able to pick up my order within a very reasonable amount of time. Sandwiches tasted fantastic as well!

To anyone who has rated JJ lower than 4 stars, clearly you have no idea what JJ is about. It’s about quick service, good bread and a friendly experience. It’s not an uppity deli, so don’t compare it to that

This location isn’t “Freaky Fast” like the out of state locations, but this is California, so I should consider myself lucky to get a sandwich in under 15 minutes. A lot of times they’re out of something — Pickles, cups, cookies, turkey, and even bread on two occasions.

Quick place to grab lunch. Italian nightclub is a favorite of my husband's and I like the tuna fish which has very little mayo. I'm not a fan of mayo so very rarely do I give a thumbs up to tuna fish.

Tried for the first time in Allen Texas and it was a great choice for a deli sandwich. Bread was fresh tasty with meat, a great tasty roll is what makes the sandwich.

This place seems to be catering to only to the smaller half of the country... To update: food is good, service is adequate, price is fair. But it was really cold inside and the air was blowing pretty hard.

Thoroughly unimpressed with my sandwich. Food is mediocre at best. Clean and fast service though.

Lowsy phone service in Concord, can’t get them to answer their phone to call in order! So I go somewhere else.

Employees were nice. Both sandwiches tasted really really off, like shrimp or shellfish, and the bread was quite hard. Rather disappointing.

So I asked the cashier if they had, and she said: "Maybe you can find in the Mona's Burgers!" I never thought that one day I would listen to something like this from a restaurant that you spent $26 dollars in sandwiches and be asked to go to another restaurant to take ketchup and mustard... When will the manager of this place give attention to all those reviews complaining about this bad service? Maybe when turn 1 start on Google Maps.... it's sad because the place is nice, the food is good... I ended up taking my sandwich home and using my own ketchup and mustard! Thank you for your cashier who could be professional and educated and say, "No, we don't have"

I wait and overhear her and her coworkers saying something about “people that order turkey toms….” Get my sandwich and of course it’s wrong, lettuce and no cheese, because their attitudes overshadow simple listening skills and kindness. It’s not that hard

They don’t pay their workers enough, so they closed a nearby store and directed patrons to this location. I wish more stores could be open. Jimmy Johns could have more applicants and a slower turnover if they offer a living wage, decent healthcare, and paid sick days. Tip for management: Doesn’t matter how good the sandwiches taste if your business is closed.

Closed due to "unforseen circumstances" about 50% of the time. I've wasted so much gas driving out to this incredibly mismanaged sandwich shop.

Losing out on a lot of business not being associated with door dash or serving all of concord. Seems that they don't have a desire to be part of the community

The service from the two employees working was horrible. They were clearly irritated by our business and made us feel uncomfortable the entire time inside.

I was having a difficult time trying to place an order since that the music was too loud. I could't understand what the cashier was saying to me and I felt rushed to put my order in even though there was only 1 other customer present who had already ordered. When my sandwich was ready it was tossed in the counter without being called.. so I asked if it was my order. I asked for my cup and they told me it's at the register as if I worked there. I thought I was paying for a service? Order was still made incorrect and I ended up finding a hair in my sandwich after 2nd bite. I ended up throwing it away. A waste of $16. I will make sure to let everyone know not to waste their time or money at this establishment. DISAPPOINTED!!!

Went in today and was told that they ran out of bread and that it wouldn't be ready for 25 minutes. No worries. It took about 10 minutes to place the order because the poor new person wasn't trained enough to.bbe working alone. I finally got my $15.47 sandwhich home and the order was completely wrong. When I returned, there ws no apology and the guy threw together a half sandwhich. Then he got mad at me because I didn't tell him it was a large- I brought the wrong one back. When I got it home, it was a mess- a ton of mayo inside and outside of the bread.

Unfortunately I love giving great reviews but this time incredibly disappointing. My co worker ordered sandwiches for all 3 of us. I got a kicken wrap with out the chicken…. And my other colleague paid 5 and some change for extra meat. And it was not extra meat. No problem we drove back after it was delivered and I shared the frustration. The young lady could’ve cared less but remade the sandwiches. Upon returning to eat my sandwich, it was chicken no tomatoes…. Sigh. I won’t order from there again. And truly would be ok if someone actually cared they made a mistake. Then…. When I had called before we went to make it right, they said they put a 10.00 credit my the account. My meal was 12.00 and some change…. Lesson learned. No more JJ for Lunch. Jersey Mikes it is.

On 3 separate occasions, with different staff and managers there, I have ordered a sandwich ahead of time only to arrive and have them tell me that they were out of bread. Out of bread at a sandwich shop, really? This seems to be a recurring problem. On the third time, the manager said it would be ready in 15 minutes and that they would give me a gift card as an apology. I come back 22 minutes later, and she lied and said "no I said 25-30 minutes." After waiting even longer, when I finally got the order, there was no gift card, and the order was wrong. That was the last time I went to this location.
