The best delivery time I've had since covid and this was during an NFL playoff game. Ive been eating Pavonne's pies since the 1970s back when it was at Shoppingtown Mall with a Baskin-Robbins next door.

I love Pavone's and have ever since I was a kid. Best pizza in Syracuse. I have moved away as an adult but always make time for Pavone's when visiting the area. I now go to the Bridge St location when in town and absolutely love the guys over there. Friendly, funny and very welcoming. This location is always very clean and well kept. Can't wait for my next visit back. The pinwheels and garlic knots are to die for. The buffalo chicken ones are my favorite.

Standing in line I could hear Italian being spoken in the air, smell what some would argue is the aroma of heaven, and I could sense the familial connection in the love they put in their food. Ordering a slice of Broccoli pizza, a Broccoli pinwheel, and a bacon chicken ranch one too. It was all I could handle. The flavor was amazing! The crust was crisped to perfection but not burnt. They couldn't have hit more sweet spots for me but that's my opinion. What's yours?

If you like thin crust pizza that's legit, this is the place! I got a side of the meat sauce to dip my pizza in and HIGHLY recommend it. Really good stuffed knots. We got chicken bacon ranch and buffalo. The online menu doesn't have arancini or canolis but they have them if you go early enough. Canolis were fresh filled and absolutely delicious. Can't wait to try the arancini next time!

There pizza is always delicious. Sometimes it's very busy but they do a good job getting you through the line. Food is worth it!

Hands down the best pizza and wings in Syracuse, New York. Perfectly thin slices with amazing sauce, the perfect cheese:sauce ratio, and fresh toppings. Their wing sauce is tangy and super flavorful and if you order them extra crispy they have the perfect texture. Lots of teens/young adults running the place most of the time so I have had minor mistakes but the food itself more than makes up for it

The crust is crispy and flaky with the perfect dough thickness. When you crunch down there is just enough grease to make the crust even more flavorful. Prices are still on par of the average pizza shop, but with top quality. I am not usually a pinwheel fan, but theirs are perfect. The little bit of cheese that cooks on the bottom adds another layer of flavor and texture. It is one of my favorites. You won't be disappointed.

I really like the pizza. In addition about a week ago I twisted my ankle in the crack between the sidewalks and I went down ! 2 of the guys ran out promptly got me ice for my ankle brought me a chair and when I was ready help me get Up to my feet and bearings. They told me not to be embarrassed that was OK and here I am getting another piece of pizza. !! ( if this is giving me a chance I will say that that crack could be fill in so what's not so deep? It's right in front of the door.)

The pizza had a good crisp to it. Really liked both slices I tried. The white pie and the pepperoni with sausage. The cookies they sell were large, but not great. Would not try those again. No fountain drinks. Bottles only.

Amazing food and great service. I placed the order online and then called in to make a change to it and they were very accommodating and did it. The pizza is crispy with the perfect ratio of cheese and sauce. The wings are outstanding, some of the best I had. Probably the top pizza and wings in the area, a must have!

I love Pavone's pin wheels. I got the pepperoni this time, but the chicken with bacon is amazing too. The caramelized cheese on the bottom, gives it the right amount of crunch. These are a great size, depending on your appetite, you may want one or three. The price is good too, not going break the bank here. Grab a salad and drink, then call it a day.

It's a typical pizza shop as far as atmosphere, nice little place. We ended up there during a lunch rush, they had about 5 pizzas out, that if were warm, it would have moved faster. Each order gets heated up, which I am grateful for but they should be prepared for lunch rush with a couple hot pizzas slices to order.

Haven't had Pavone's since they left Shoppingtown Mall. Brought my son here for dad/son time. He was skeptical, but ended up loving the food. We both agreed that the pizza was good and so we're the garlic knots. He LOVED the chicken-bacon-ranch pinwheel. The restaurant is a similar style to many pizza places, nowadays. However, at night, their sign isn't lit up very well, so just know it's the first business as you come into the tiny Chimney's Plaza. Bring cash, since they charge an extra 3.5% to use a card. Who uses cash anymore! I know their payment processing cost them money, but dang! If it weren't for that and their somewhat apathetic attitudes, I'd give 5 start.

Food is amazing here, but this pricing made no sense to me. The 14” Buffalo chicken pizza is 21.95…i asked for a medium pizza HALF buffalo chicken, HALF cheese, assuming that i will either be charged the full 21.95, or the median price of that and the cheese price. I then requested onions and olives on the cheese side only, thinking there’s no way 2 veggie toppings would bring a pizza worth 15.95 up to 21.95…i must still be in the clear for a median price or 21.95… instead i paid 25.95 after taxes for those veggies…in what world are vegetables worth more than chicken?? They would not explain how that pricing makes sense but the man making pizzas did hook up a blue cheese which was appreciated.

First time there, I travel to Syracuse for work frequently. Pizza was meh, I got a slice that they reheated & dried it out, the flavor was good so a whole pie would probably be better. The chicken wings were amazing, they were large wings and the honey hot sauce, was delicious.

Pavone's food is consistently very good and prices are reasonable. However, their service sucks. The last 2 times I have ordered from them my order has been incomplete or missing an item. A phone call to them was not helpful "they'll make it right the next time" whatever that means. I won't use online ordering again, I'll call, put up with harried workers that answer the phone and have them read my order back. If it's wrong again, well, that's 3 strikes.

We come to this location all the time because the guys are nice and close to home. Today we went and there were condiments on the tables or shelf. The guy was annoyed when we asked for them. Still, no basil. We got home and found a tiny slice with the other 3 we ordered. Consistency? What’s going on?

The food was so good — but after drinking some of the soda I noticed it had expired almost two months ago. I never thought to check the date on soda in a businesses fridge… That’s just gross to think about, please check your sodas, customers deserve better

Up until today I would have given this restaurant a 5 star.Today there were no napkins except at the tables which were occupied. One container of parmesean cheese for the entire restaurant on an occupied table. The had one small slice of mushroom pizza ,which was good but 1/2 size of normal slice. I was charged full price. They did give me my diet coke for free. I don't know what is happening at this location but the staff are really quiet. It appears to be disorganized. Since this is my favorite Pavones location I know I'll be back. Hopefully it's back to normal.

Pizza was burnt, the crust feels like cardboard, and was so hot it was like it came from the surface of the sun. They actually sell Mello Yello here though, so 2 stars

Maybe Sunday afternoon is a bad time for slice, but my God. Never have I seen older, dryer, and crustyer slices for sale in my life. In fact I order 2 of the 3 last slices of sausage and someone else behind the counter threw away the third right after someone else put my two in the oven. Also they where paper thin in spots, like if you picked one up you could see through it. Sauce was good... I guess it's just an order a whole pie kind of place

Bought 3 slices and 4 pinwheels. Sausage slice had one bite of sausage on it. Pepperoni slice was fine. Pepperoni pinwheels had barely any pepperoni. Had to ask for my order as others were receiving theirs before me and it had been handed to a different customer.

Since the change in owners it’s totally different and terrible. Can anyone suggest a better pizza place? We returned so much food recently. Just ashamed. Wish them the best. But so much worse!

Never Again! Ordered a dozen wings and when I got home discovered I only received 11. Watch out if you order pick-up. But there is more to tell. The wings were ordered as a pick up order through Door Dash App. I was sent a confirmation from Pavone's Pizza saying the time I could pick up my order. When I arrived at the specified time I was told my order wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes. The people behind the counter were rude and put out that they had to wait on people that came to the counter, including myself. When they finally handed me my order they never apologized about my having to wait, nor did they thank me for my business. Never Again!

Has changed since the son took over. Wings are not all that saucy, ordered ahead of time online for order and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food, and the owner parks right in front of store when he doesn't need to so I had to walk a ways to get there. Would not recommend

Worst pizza i have had in years... We ordered the scillian pizza and it was overcooked and cold as can be. The salad we ordered came with wilted lettuce as well as 2 giant sprots mixed in. I will not go back to this location and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone

My mom ordered 150 pinwheels for a 12-year-old birthday party. They were burned, hard, dry, and tasteless. We left the party with 140 pinwheels. Everyone was disgusted and asked where we purchased them from. I called the store the next day To voice my concerns and complaints and was told by the store manager, there was nothing that he could do. He stated he hoped that I would continue to do business with the store. I will absolutely not be back to Pavones. I also made it clear to the store manager that I would be leaving a google review for the poor service I received.

This was supposed to be a pepperoni and sausage canzone but zero meat.. and this were our mozzarella sticks! How do u serve these even... weird it won't let me add the photos to show how bad it was

Placed a $233.00 order that we picked up. We asked twice if everything was there, told us yes. Got home and 2 large antipastos were missing. Called and they didn't think it was their issue because we ordered through grub hub. After asking the manager they agreed to deliver. While getting everything out the stromboli and calzone were so burnt they were not even edible. Sent those back with the driver who finally brought the salads. No call to apologize or offer replacements. Not sure what happened to Pavones but will not be ordering again.
