Haikal was our Chef Extraordinaire* So welcoming and kind and the food was as good as my moms. And that is a serious compliment since I was just telling her she was the best cook in my 50+ years on this planet. She is very picky and she Loved it. Absolutely 10/10. I will be telling all my friends about this place. Its a hidden gem.

Saw this place online and went with my dad to check it out. We ordered a lamb/rice plate with grilled vegetables and it was very tasty. The staff was friendly, I got to practice my Arabic, and the walnut baklawa dessert was great. It came before we left so she made sure I got to order it. Nice pictures on the wall of many places I've been able to travel to, and very clean environment. Alf shokran!

My new "Go To Place"!!! first time in here did not know what to expect, found the atmosphere welcoming, staff just as pleasant as can be, very kind and soft spoken, food was wonderful, fresh colorful presentation, healthy food with great flavor, they're generous with their portions and no grease, gotta love it. And it's CLEAN. Plenty of parking in the back.

My wife and I have come to the area many times over the years and when we do, we end up trying to find good places to eat during our stays. Well, we found a true treasure this time. The food was amazing and the staff were friendly and courteous. We didn't even have to wait long for our food. My wife ordered the hummus, and I can easily say, as someone who doesn't really enjoy hummus, their's was delicious. I mean, I was surprised by how much I liked it. We each had a different shawarma dish, the chicken and beef plates are really good and their rice, my wife jokingly said they are really underselling it by just calling it rice on the menu, very tasty. Check this place out, you won't be disappointed. We are definitely going back for lunch before we fly home.

Absolutely delicious! I've been to a lot of Mediterranean spots, but Kabab Guys stands out. The chicken was juicy, the beef tender, and the rice perfectly seasoned. I Highly recommend the combo platter great value for the portion size.

Some of the best Mediterranean food around. The mixed grill had everything you could ask for. Steak, chicken, rice, hummus & more. You won’t leave hungry and you’ll be completely satisfied. It’s a must try.

Our family had a truly amazing takeout meal this evening from KABAB GUYS Mediterranean Cuisine. We absolutely loved the Mixed Grill Family Platter. All the meats were delicious - well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The hummus was the best we’ve ever had. I loved everything about this restaurant! The staff, the decor, the vibe - all fantastic! The food was exceptional middle eastern cuisine. We had the Mezza combo, grilled cauliflower and tzatziki. Everything was so authentically delicious with a perfect blend of spice and flavor. Fantastic bread! You taste the careful effort and love in every bite. Fresh high quality vegetables and ingredients. Highly recommend. Bonus: very good to go containers!

They got the middle eastern food in the area, its tasty plus good atmosphere and staffs too.

This is the third time we are visiting here and so far the kefta kebab sandwich and platter are perfect. The place is very clean and you feel that the food is fresh and not oily! If you are looking for a healthy, light meal, this is a very good option!

This food made me a new a person. You are legally required to come here. It’s actually a felony to not eat their kofta sandwich. The people who serve your food are like the friends you never knew you had. They have such fantastic suggestions and let me try the yogurt drink. It’s an acquired taste, but I haven’t stopped drinking it since. I actually haven’t had water in weeks. The meat is meaty. Come.

My cousin and I got the beef kebab and the chicken one! Omg so good… the seasoning is delicious. I love how they come with some greens, rice, and sour cream(I think lol). I would take a bite of meat, pickle, and then rice - balanced taste. I brought leftovers home for my mom and she absolutely loved too. She said she will return with my brother. Guess my whole family will be stopping by! Oh also customer service was great! Everyone was friendly and the place is nice and clean. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come again :))

Excellent food, fair price. Kebabs are made to order so expect a breif wait. Lamb kebabs, rice, and salad were all excellent. Falafels had a great crunch on the outside and steamy inside. Baklava was a bargain at $4, flaky and rich. I will be coming back.

We ordered catering for ~20 person party from Kabab Guys and it’s was an excellent experience. The lamb was presented beautifully and more importantly, was insanely delicious. They were very professional and on time. We highly recommend them for a special event or gathering!

Let me start by saying that I never leave reviews. It was a cold, gray Saturday in Syracuse and my 6 year old daughter and I were out running errands, ending at Play it Again Sports. Afterward it was lunch time and we were both getting pretty hangry. I looked around to survey our options - Taco Bell, China Buffet, Five Guys and Kabob Guys. My daughter immediately started begging for a Five Guys milkshake but I didn’t really want a greasy burger. Then I spotted smoothies in the window of Kabob Guys so I convinced her to pop in there with me to check it out. Grumbling and annoyed about not getting her milkshake, she begrudgingly followed me in there. What an absolutely pleasant surprise and a gem of an experience! First of all, it’s pretty stunning when you first walk in. There is a gigantic case of fresh fruit, filled to the brim. Plus decorative fruit hanging from the ceiling. It feels like you’ve gone to someplace tropical, even if just for a second! Both of our moods instantly lifted. The “smoothie guy” Mohamed, couldn’t have been better. I felt like he was someone who really enjoyed his work. I know this sounds crazy but he was like a smoothie artist! He gave us plenty of samples and was helpful in choosing what to get. At the end when it was time to pay, Mohamed sped through the prompts so quickly, making it clear that he wasn’t expecting a tip. The smoothie was $10 which I thought was fair for how big it was, plus there was easily another few dollars worth of fruit on the straw alone (see picture), which my daughter loved both in presentation and in practicality (she was hungry and it was delicious!). Anyone who has been to Wegmans lately and bought precut fruit knows how expensive it is! I would have gladly left a tip if given the chance but since I didn’t, I felt it was important to come on here and share what a wonderful experience I had and hopefully pay it forward. In a world where there is so much negativity and darkness lately, this whole experience brought us a little bit of joy. I can’t remember the last time I was so pleased with a purchase. I should also note that I got a chicken pita from the back too and it was very good. But the smoothies were the star of the show. Highly recommend stopping in for a visit!

Delicious food. Definitely some of the best hummus in the area, and the baba ghanouj is up there as well. They have a wide range of Middle Eastern menu options, and family platters. Would highly recommend their falafel, shish taouk sandwich, and gyros as well. It is a very clean space with a couple chess boards to keep yourself busy. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Edit: They now have a smoothie bar and it’s a great addition. They have over a dozen fresh fruits and I’m not exactly sure how the fruit is so good because it’s the dead of winter but the mango and pineapple were both super sweet. They put a lot of care into the smoothies and they turn out great every time. Get the mango banana smoothie!

Everyone working here was so friendly and accommodating to my wife and I they just opened up their fresh fruit smoothie stand in front of the restaurant and it looks amazing. The lady at the cashier was very sweet and helped us out with picking the food, we got the mixed grill, shrimp and chicken platters and hummus for appetizers. The shrimp was slightly salty, but everything else was truly phenomenal and one of the best Arabic food I’ve had in America - this is coming from someone who lives in the Middle East! There wasn’t a lot of people there while we were dinning, this place is highly underrated and can’t wait to return :)

The food was really good but I want to highlight the above and beyond customer service that I was blessed with today. I messed up my online order and they didn't hesitate to make it right and get me the order I wanted. Honestly, they didn't have to do that because it was my mistake but they earned themselves a loyal customer from that move. The French fries were on point and the beef shawarma pita was delicious. The restaurant was super clean which is the icing on the cake. These kabab guys are doing it right for sure!

I recently visited Kabab Guys and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the kabab sandwich, as well the mixed platter, which seemed a bit pricey at first. However, the portion size was so generous that it was definitely worth it! The kabab sandwich was delicious, and the service was good. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and I especially enjoyed seeing a chess game board available. There’s a lot of parking, which is convenient. As we were leaving, they even offered my son a free cookie, which he absolutely loved. Such a sweet gesture! Overall, a fantastic experience – I highly recommend Kabab Guys!

Drove 2 hours to try kebab guys, one of the best halal places I’ve ever had. We tried lamb chops, mixed platter and chicken sandwich. To be honest their Sandwich deserves an award! Diverse and vast menu with freshly made middle eastern food. Positives: The falafels were warm and very flavorful, as was the seasoned rice. The chicken shawarma was tender and well cooked. Negatives: The lamb kebabs were overcooked and tough to chew or eat. They also lacked flavor. Wraps need more garlic sauce as they were dry

This is one of the best new spots in Syracuse for Mediterranean or middle eastern style food. Clean restaurant, friendly service and delicious food! I went with the Kebab Platter which came with Lamb, beef, chicken and kibbeh over rice with a small salad. The beef was filet, which was tender. The lamb had great flavor and the chicken was what you’d expect with chicken I guess! The rice was a solid portion and the small salad was a nice touch. One of the show stealers was the garlic aioli dip that they provided with the meal, it was delicious and gave the chicken what it was missing. Solid quality and quantity for the price I paid, we will definitely be back to enjoy their other dishes! Quick service too. I saw a couple shawarma plates come out and it looks like that’ll be my next selection!

Kebab guys The inside is huge so seating for big parties will definitely not be a problem. Also it was immaculate. Not a single crumb or speck of dust to be seen. I must mention that the food prices were very high compared to other restaurants we have been to. The bathrooms were immaculate…so immaculate in fact that there were zero loo rolls and zero hand towels! The staff should maintain the bathrooms by stocking up with at least the basics for their customers. The juice guy was lovely. I opted for a Pina Colada Smoothie made with all fresh ingredients and no ice. By far it was by far the best I’ve ever had on my travels. We ordered the Foul Moudamas and Lentil Soup. My Lentil soup was delicious. My partner wasn’t so keen on the Foul Moudamas. I will definitely come back to the Kebab Guys but ONLY for the juice bar.

Ordered the mix platter and chicken shawarma. Shawarma was not the best compared to Toronto/NYC. The mixed platter strated off really good but just overcooked the meat so it was tough. If they can cook it for less time, then I think it would be good. There wasn't much seasoning of the meat so the toughness made it not the best. The rice was delicious.

The food was fresh but lacked flavor and spices. The restaurant was very quiet, and we had to clean the outdoor furniture ourselves before sitting down because it was filthy.

The food was average, not very fresh, and the customer service wasn't great. We had to ask for several things that should have been included in our dishes. The cleanliness was decent. However, the fruit juice area was a highlight, with both tasty options and good service.

Freshly made but ok taste. Quite expensive. We ordered Biryani Chicken which is probably not their speciality. The taste was ok'ish. Chicken Nuggets were served hot & fresh with fries & kids liked them. Hummus was good but served with prepacked pita which could have been better. Plenty of seating & chess boards available as well. $20 USD for a plate is too expensive, though. If we go again, we will probably try their regular Shawarma.

I would avoid this place if you can! Firstly, the food was pretty bland, I will say it came out in a timely manner based on how much we ordered, however it lacked flavor. The only thing decent were the fries and rice. Most importantly though, the service was HORRIBLE. There were 2 ladies at the counter, one was nice but the one we were dealing with the most was extremely rude!! She visibly looked miserable and dealt with us extremely unprofessionally. When asked questions she would roll her eyes each time, I ordered food ahead of time for some family arriving at a later time, once they arrived later I asked for the food to be heated up (apologizing and everything!) and she rolled her eyes, sighed and said oh my god. We never asked for anything out of the ordinary. If you come to this place I would avoid the tan goth girl with bangs as she is very rude and ruins your experience eating.

The staff was super friendly, food was delicious, and the place was very well kept. I really wanted to enjoy the experience but the temperature inside made it tough. As a northern Minnesotan, I’ll admit my heat tolerance is a bit low, but it was so hot and stuffy, I started feeling dizzy and light headed. It would be great is there was more ventilation!

Very clean, new place. It took about 30 minutes to get my food, i ordered the chicken gyro. The food was okay, I had to ask for more taziki sauce, my gyro was kind of dry, but it was very big. The fries were great!

In my own personal opinion I place customer service over food, because that’s the first impression. I had the most unpleasant experience while placing my order. I had questions about the menu because I’ve never had a Mediterranean meal, the cashier was very dismissive about it, all was asked was what’s popular and a good go to cuisine but I feel as if that was too much to ask and each customer was greeted except for me, I didn’t take it personal just wasn’t pleasant.
