I absolutely LOVE Panera. You can try something new every time you go, or stick with your favorite. I personally recommend the strawberry salad they have in the summer. It can get a bit pricey though.

All Panera's are the same, which means the food is consistent. The Dewitt store has knowledgeable and friendly staff. When it's busy, the parking lot is a little crazy. Plenty of seats. Enjoy.

squash soup is awesome! all food I've tried has been very, very good.. they offer a reward system so you can earn points and get free food and discounts... very computer friendly and the table service has improved... I only wish I could get to go soup... in a more solid container (the paper does not last for long travels)

Panera bread is awesome as always. Really sad that the chicken pasta got taken away, but its still awesome. I ordered the pick two, i got the broccoli cheddar soup bowl, which was awesome, and the traditional grilled cheese, which tastes like a regular grilled cheese. Overall, the service has gone down over the years, but the food is always good!

It was a great going to Panera Bread. I had their strawberry salad and it was excellent. So was the mango smoothie with Greek yogurt. Yummy. Next time I'll take a photo and hopefully I can add it back to this review. It's definitely worth it

Panera is one of my favorite places. Their sandwiches, soups, and salads are all very good. I also am a big fan of their drinks particularly their Passion Papaya Green tea. They also have coffees smoothies, and other beverages. It also has a nice area to sit down and eat or you can take it to go. Would definitely recommend.

I'm only doing a review because I ordered something new on their menu. The Ciabatta Cheesesteak. I modified the order to change provolone for American cheese. I know, I know, Tommy, American cheese is so pedestrian. I don't care. Provolone can overpower, and I wanted to get a good sense of the overall flavor profile. I also nixed the peppers. It's fine if you like that, I don't. With that being said. The steak was cooked nicely and tender. The Ciabatta was toasted, thumbs up for that. The caramelized onions were slightly sweet and cooked just right. I never would have thought to put garlic aioli on a steak sandwich, but that was a game changer. Level up. If I'm being completely honest, I would have liked a little more steak in my cheesesteak, but I ain't mad about it. To me, this is not a Philly cheesesteak, nor does it claim to be. You gotta Ciabatta, and find out.

The young woman at the register was extremely patient and helpful as our group of 5 decided on what to order. We made a few changes along the way and she was very gracious. She even allowed us to taste the different dressings for the salads to make a better informed choice. When we were finished we didn't realize we'd stayed past their closing time 😬 They let us talk and finish our conversation without being pushy or rude. Super kind all the way around. Definitely recommend this place based on the customer service we received 👍💯

We have always enjoyed Panera for so many reasons fresh organic food, great coffee, amazing dessert, organic drinks and cool vibe of the place. We felt the same at the location. Customer service was fast, crowd was busy inside and outside of the restaurant. Menu was clear from the distance and the kiosk was working as well. I heard it’s much faster but they are useful when it’s crowded. Right after we ordered our meal, we would see our order on the screen usually they don’t work right but surprisingly it was working and our order took longer than usual. But I ignored it since the chicken frontaga was delicious 🤤. The only complaint I have is, why do they make only limited desert. Like this is the third or fourth time that we were looking for chocolate brownie but they don’t have it. :/ Recommended food: pick 2 chicken frantiaga with white rice chicken soup.

Food was amazing as always!! Ordered there new teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl, DELICIOUS!!!! At first, it didn't look like it was alot, but that portion was so fulfilling that I almost couldn't finish it!!

Usually I don't like Panera a bit to foo foo for me. However they were very nice and the soup was excellent.

Much better this time when I ordered my bagel. Changed it to back to 4 stars. Would give it a 5 stars if they did the buttering.

The food was great as always! The only thing about this location was that 1. They didn't have the nice music or comfy chairs that really create the perfect atmosphere and 2. I'm really particular about bathrooms, and the one here was dirty, out of date, and all around gross.

Food is great at a nice price! Staff can be a little offstandish. I took my girl on a date there and this checkout girl naked Kirnja or something had nothing but attitude and was just pissy. Tables aren't always as clean as you like. And the tempature is a tad cold. Overall? Good experiences! Good food! Good prices!

Panera Bread in Fayetteville, NY has lost it's glow for me: no ambiance, just sterile wooden/metal chairs...the food was good....but sterile atmosphere, no warmth.

Food is always good. But the 4 stars is for how insanely cold they keep it in there year round. We’ve been multiple times and can’t wait to leave because of how ridiculously cold it is every time we go.

Everything tasted nice but too expensive. $20 for half a sandwich and a mini salad. All with a unfriendly attitude when retrieving the meals.

Ordered a Pick Two and had found a small hair under my sandwich (this never really happens and probably wouldn't have noticed if I didn't examine my food before I eat anything haha). Brought it to the attention of a woman who was walking around and she immediately brought took me over to the serving counter. The manager on duty was there and met me with apologies over and over... my food was re-made and I am very pleased with the outcome from the manager. Thank you!

It was fine. Nothing special. My salad looked very fresh and was nice and crisp but it had very little flavor and not that much stuff in it for a Greek salad. My cup of turkey chili was both turkey and looked very nice but again had very little flavor. Panera Bread is not really my kind of place - pretty good quality but very generic and uninteresting food. My son and daughter-in-law wanted to go there so we went there.

I don't frequent Panera, it being a chain restaurant, but this day it came in handy for my hunger while doing errands. Servings are the right size for not overeating, plenty of choices, and the food is in good shape ( seemingly fresh etc.). At this location they bring your food to the table. While my sandwich I ordered called for avocado, they were out of it... and did not offer another option or discount. At any rate, I was satisfied

Someone took my online order!! I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope it was a mistake. The staff was really apologetic and helpful. They remade my order quickly. However, after talking with the staff, this happens frequently. Luckily, we were not in a hurry that day.

I tried the new pepperoni pizza and was pretty disappointed. It was a decent size, but I actually like Fastrac pizza much better and that feeds 3 for about the same price. I thought the crust was too thin and the sauce needs more spices. The cheese was just about right in amount and texture but it should be spread out more. I was glad that it wasn't overly covered in pepperoni, but maybe a few more slices would be better. I liked the Chipotle chicken melt sandwich that my wife ordered much better. It has a generous amount of avocado.

I love coming here for a treat. Even on busy days/times (such as the lunch rush), the employees are efficient with getting your order placed and finished. They even have self order kiosks which are great when the lines are long and are very user friendly. I've never had a problem finding a seat and my order has always been accurate. My only complaint is that I've had issues with ordering to go on the MyPanera app where I placed an order and it never went through (this wasn't an issue with the store itself but the app).

I like Panera Bread stores, but with any chain restaurant quality control is an absolute must. This is especially true with the staff turnovers that chain restaurants often have. I think some of the items in my salad could have been cleaned better and been fresher, but it was tastety nevertheless. I suppose the prices are fair, but not cheap especially if you want to order a big meal. The portion sizes could be much more generous. One of the nicest feature for me is the screen ordering. There are plenty screens available so there is no waiting to order. The complete transaction happens at one station and then you go to a table and wait for them to bring the order to your table. I went at lunch time, ate there and was in and out in 18 minutes.

Decent people serving and taking orders, but ally of side talking at the counter and not enough talk to the customers. Food is ok but portion size could be better for the take 2.

Overpriced and not worth it. Love their green tea and Greek chicken salad but by they time I order a whole salad and tea I’m over $12. That’s crazy. Half the time I don’t eat the whole salad because there isn’t enough dressing and if you ask for more it’s more $. Just not worth it.

Wish I can include my photo but this morning is the last time I'll ever order a coffee from this location. Then recieved an explanation from the manager they use 3 inches of whip cream in coffee. I paid extra for an expresso. But coffee is life. I want more coffee not whipped creme. If you seen my picture you wouldn't have stated your comment. Thank you for my refund and lukewarm coffee.

Love the food but the prices are unbelievably out of this world. Also, the setup for ordering and picking up your order it's like I'm maze. Love it or leave it, the soup is delicious, but not worth the price or hassle for me.

Love the food. Only one person at the counter at 2 pm so longer lines. One of the workers in a dress shirt said "excuse me dear ". I am in marketing and know u never call anyone over 50 "dear" or "Mam" as this means old. The same guy cut in front of me at the drink station to get a refreshment do he could join an in-house meeting with several others. Customers go first in my book. I think he was new and maybe not aware of his actions. On a positive note one worker ending his shift was also waiting for a beverage and told me to go first.

They used to be better i.m.o. but now seem like they're a bit overpriced. Don't know what sort of change they made perhaps sourcing? Or cutting corners elsewhere? I mean the coffee taste the same even if it cost more but the food doesn't seem as good as before. The soup is pretty darn good on a rainy day!

Ordered using the app for rapid pickup. The app works well for ordering. Went inside to pick up order. My fault that I did not check my phone to see if my order was ready. Went inside and did not see my order at the rapid pickup area so I sat down to wait. After 10 min I went to the counter and the order was sitting there. No one asked if I was waiting for an order. After checking my phone the order was ready the whole time. Salads were good. Smoothies are small and not that great for the price.

The time of day 115 p.m. was quite busy. That being said, my bagel was not toasted with no cream cheese, my sandwich sides were not on my plate or my guests plate as ordered. When I asked for it the man was confrontational but still gave me what I asked for with an attitude. For the price I paid I was not happy. Lastly, The food on the other was amazing as always.

I recently visited my local Panera Bread I've been to Panera before but not at this particular location the menu selection was nice a little on the healthier side witch I didn't mind being at I had just came for the gym my visit was late at night I had chicken noodle soup which I wish would have had more noodles and chicken I had mostly broth which was fine but it was not very fulfilling even with the bread that came with it. The customer service skills of the associate or cashier that helped us was appeasing her knowledge of the menu help us with deciding what we what we were going to have. The lobby was clean although the doors was very nasty witch I hesitated to touch with bare hand. My over all experience was nice what I go back yes.

I've only been there a few times, and I don't see what the love for this place is with people. I have yet to see anyone friendly working the counter. My cashier barely mumbled when I greeted her, and I watched an elderly man trying to place his order at the register next to me. His cashier was so impatient with him. I'm not impressed and done giving it "tries"

One thing I love is they give back to the community. I know they donate food they don't sell. To me it's more about how food looks more than taste. I had a hot chocolate it looked amazing but was cool and water down.

I frequent this Panera and I am just bystander in the situation. I watched the manager, explain to an elderly man as to why he cannot put through in order for his employees. He said They are far too busy to put the order through let alone label the names. Made me sad.

Panera has always been a good place to go for lunch. Their sandwiches and soups are above par. But recently I went to claim my “free” bagel with purchase as part of their customer program. I used it by getting a coffee and the total came to $5, I’m never one to review receipts but charging $2 for enough cream cheese to cover a bagel is outlandish. I’m sure the company could charge a $1 and still make quite a revenue.

I go here often but recently have been severely disappointed. I ordered through the kiosk instead of the registers to easily customize a sandwich, when I recieved my food I was unable to check it since I had an appt to go to but when I opened up my bag I had realized they completely ignored what I had ordered. None of my customization was on the sandwich they gave me a standard sandwich in place. Needless to say I will be going back to get another sandwich or refund

Ordered a Soup with bread Bowl and turkey bacon bravo sandwich. Did not receive the bread bowl to put the soup in in the soup was a very large piece of onion skin not chopped up a huge piece no bacon on the sandwich I asked for light mayo and they put quite a bit of mayo on. I called the store to make the complaint and was told I should try to call back during non-busy hours by an answering machine because this was a busy time 3:45 in the afternoon on April 2 the phone rang and rang and rang and rang and rang until it disconnected and I got a very loud beeping sound. We use this Panera often and found this to be unacceptable as a customer.

I've been to three other panera bread locations throughout CNY this week. I get you guys are busy but I had to get a knife and a fork to eat my sandwich. Messy, over sauced and not manageable. Slow down!

Omg usually so good not so today. Forgot to pack my order, put it with drive out. Cashier went thru it and spilled half the soup. If I wasn't so sick I would have gone back. No I will just go another location

I ordered a bagel toasted and lightly buttered. What I got was a bagel toasted and throwen into a paper bag with some butter packs in the bag. The reason I went to Panera was that I wanted the butter to melt into the bagel. By the time that they toast it and call you up to get the bagel it has cooled to much to melt the butter. The reason I went to Panera instead of a grocery store was to get a hot bagel with melted butter not a dry toasted bagel. Not impressed with this location.

Not great. I won't come here again for a while. Much worse than it used to be sadly. Not worth the price at all. I go here to get a bowl of chicken noodle soup and since my bowl wasn't really filled completely, I respectfully asked if I could have more since there was not much in it. They said they had "pre-made" portions, and that was the reason why they couldn't give me more. If you make soup in a pot, reasonably, you could just take a scoop of soup and add more. At least have good customer service when I have to pay $7.50 for just a small bowl of soup with little to nothing in it. NOTE: Take-out portions are even worse, so the "pre-made" portion thing doesn't even make any sense. At least the soup tasted fine, and would be sort of worth if it was like 5 bucks. It shouldn't be this expensive to eat "healthy."

Ordered curbside pickup but was left waiting more than 10 minutes. Went inside and there was no one tending to the curbside orders. There were 2 or 3 sitting there... One of the staff that I had to ask offered me a free pastry, which was a nice gesture...

My last time ordering here. I understand inflation and that everything is more expensive…but half a fruit cup. And on a $9 half a sandwich, you expect more than 2 pieces of turkey and 1.5 pounds exes of bacon. Across the board, the quality at this location has become very unreliable and portions shrink day by day.

Ordered some combo that contained a half a grilled cheese sandwich and a tomato soup. Tasted ok for fast food, not great and not bad. Too expensive, you're paying for the brand and not the food. I never go to panera and I wouldn't have even known about this, but the cashier brought it up before the food was ready. Idk apparently with this deal it comes with a slice of bread. Mine didn't, I emailed support they sent me an automated email asking for order number. Generally i don't keep receipts, especially if it's for something under 15 or 20 dollars. I emailed back explaining I didn't want a refund or anything free, just asked to train staff better. I got an email a few days later explaining I didn't respond so the case was closed

Panera Bread is truly impressive in the sense that it has perfected the art of charging luxury prices for hospital cafeteria food. Every time I go, I somehow spend $25–$30 and leave with half a sandwich, a cup of soup, and the lingering feeling in my stomach. The food itself is… fine. Very bland. Very “soft foods only.” Everything tastes like it was designed to not offend anyone, including people on a post surgery diet. I don’t know how a bread bowl costs this much when it feels like something you’d be handed after a colonoscopy. At this point, Panera isn’t a restaurant it’s a vibe, and that vibe is out of network hospital café. I really just gaslight myself into thinking it’s “healthier.”

Ordered meals for 5 different people resulting in a100 dollar total. Almost half the items were missing. We ordered 3 bread bowls, got 2, 3 french baguette sides, got none, ordered bacon mac and cheese and didn’t get any bacon. My sandwich arrived destroyed. It took 50 minutes to be delivered. I guess our replacements were completely random items from someone else’s order. Very disappointed with this service.

Every table in the dining room was dirty. My friend asked an employee if someone could clean a table and the employee handed my friend a wipe and told her she could do it. The floor was dirty; food had been dropped all over the carpet. We meet there once a month and have never seen anything like this.

It's been a long time since I stopped at a Panera, and now I remember why. Generic watery alfredo sauce topped my tortellini, and the chicken tasted almost fishy. It'll be a while before I forget why I avoid this place again.

I ordered lunch today. The lady on the phone was disrespectful and kept calling me a mam on the phone. When I re-corrected her , she claims that she calls that to everyone that. I was calling for a simple request , due to order not being due yet . I never had an issue before , but after this I wont continue business here .

Over all a nice place. However the past 3-4 times I've came in it's been after work (9:15pm)I pay on the quick tablet ordering system and I get a tea which I grab my own cup for and make myself and a bagel with butter. Now they close at 10:00pm. The lady at the register her name is Paula clearly is upset that I would dare order such a meal 45 mins before they close. Now she has to get out a bagel slice it and god forbid put it in the toaster for me. She very loudly turns to the other worker and says I'm staying 10ft away " It never fails every time We're done someone has to order a bagel!" Very angrily while rolling her eyes. I think they need someone nicer at the register or at least someone who doesn't hate their job.

Probably my worst panera experience ever. My meal came out without my side, my soup was lukewarm, so was the salad and there was a hair in the salad, really worked through the portion, so it is unlikely it was my own. Just, it is not worth the price anymore.

It sucked!!!!!! I and friends to this point...... Loved Panera.......but, I stop inst this location and did a order out! Took it to a friend and her daughter ...the soup was thin......the chicken and broccoli bowl appeared to look like it was half eaten or was the last made in that pot! The sreaverry lemonade was approx. 1/2 to 3/4 full ....perhaps the staff that ate the salad was thirsty, too . Very dissatisfied for a Panera bread!!!!!!!!! Food is ok. Staff are dirty when they don't change there gloves and touch there face. I've only seen 1 girl keep her hands washed. Managers seem like they can be off standish. The overall store appearance is dirty. Nats all over food buildup in corners. I won't eat here

Sucked. Stopped on a Friday evening just to grab something quick on the way to the house. $6 for a little cup of chicken soup. Could have gotten a better serving from a can of Progresso. Bought the family deal got all the way home 25 min later to realise the cookies that my kids where excited to try where not in the bag. The grilled cheese had probably 3 inch thick cheese in it. The grilled cheese was basically butter bread with a nauseating amount of cheese on it hard as a rock. First and last time ill eat here. Btw panera ill wont expect your voucher in the mail.

We ordered breakfast and coffees. My mug looked like dirty. Had coffee residue all over the mug. Then we get our breakfast. The soufflé were over cooked. The pecan braid was over proofed and over smeared with the pecan spread. The fruit cup I got was spoiled. The manager gave me a new one but it wasn't much better. Next time I'm in DeWitt I'll have to eat else where.

Stopped in on break for lunch for my favorite green goddess salad. They were out of avocado and red onions which didn’t make me happy but oh well. Terrible 20 minute wait after a 10 minute wait for the kiosk. Sat down for one minute to eat and these super clean pics were directly in front of me. Good lord I know they’re busy but keep the crew for an hour after close and clean !!!!!

I ordered a Ceasar Salad and about halfway through it I found a BUG in it.

Never had any issues at this location until today the male team manager at the pick up counter was very rude. My mother received a salad she ordered and noticed there was no dressing given with that like she had ordered. When we mentioned the balsamic dressing he said "we don't have it" without offering other suggestions or mentioning the dressing originally ordered was out of stock he was just so rude. Also while customers were present he was just complaining about how much he was doing back there and wondering what the rest of the workers were up to. May however was next to this man and was very nice and gave us suggestions and was a very happy person. Poor may for having to deal with his negative energy.

I was spoken to very rudely by a male cashier today while ordering. Upon presenting a college discounted coupon, the cashier put his hand in my face and said in a very rude manner “If you just hold on. I am figuring it out.” I do not appreciate the rude manner in which my friend and I were spoken to. Other than that, the food was great. However, we are very disappointed in the staff here today.

Stopped into the Erie Blvd Panera for dinner the other day, ordered on the kiosk and their ticket system was having a problem and glitched and the order didn't show up on their screens. So they refused to make the food. Another girl had the same thing happen on the kiosk next to me and they wouldn't make either of our orders, even though we had already paid for it. I even pulled up my bank account app and showed them the charge from Panera in my bank account and they refused to make the order. Now I'm trying to get my money back from my bank for food I never even got. Staff was incredibly unhelpful and seemed to be really enjoying the fact that I just spent 30 dollars and left with absolutely nothing.

Panera always feels so overpriced for everything. On top of the over price I have never been to this particular store when they have bread bowls. I have gone at all different times ranging from before lunch to well after dinner and all times in between and they never seem to have bread bowls. It has gotten so excessive I actually call the general manager to say something and was told I should call ahead to see if the store has any bread bowls before going. They offered me a free dinner which I declined and said just make more bread bowls. I rarely give a 1 star but I feel this store has earned it after repeatedly failing to provide the one thing I go to their establishment to order.

The visit wasn't very good I ordered a simple small mac n cheese and my boyfriend got the steak and white cheddar or something we waited for our food for about 10 mins the place was not busy..while the crew talked very loud and goofed off then they bought out my boyfriends sandwich and not mine. I waited a few more minutes for my mac I had to go up and get it where it was just sitting it was half cold and my boyfriend did not enjoy his sandwich. We won't be returning to this Panera.

We’re regular here, bunch of my friends come every week, today I asked them for a small piece of bread extra that usually comes with the soup (I got two soups) and they said go pay it first!? We already ordered and paid around $80 of meals and couldn’t get a small piece of baquette with a soup?! Thank you panera for being this rude.

I ordered a pickup order through instacart a few weeks ago. As soon as I got home I discovered the sandwich I ordered wasn’t even in the bag, and they gave me a bread bowl I did not order. I immediately called the store and the woman said she would give me a refund and mail me coupon vouchers. Well here we are a few weeks later and I haven’t received anything in the mail and the money for at least the sandwich never went back on the card. I will not be returning to this location ever again! I didn’t submit an issue through Uber eats until yesterday after not getting anything in the mail or anything on a bank statement and they won’t even help me since it’s been longer than 48 hours. Never again!!

Received a bbq chicken sandwich with one piece of rubbery chicken on my $10 sandwich. Called the manager and she took my information and promised to call back to resolve the issue and never did. Tried to call back multiple times and the phone rings for several minutes each time and then disconnects. Unacceptable food and customer service all at this location. Save yourself the hassle. The manager clearly does not keep her word or value the customers. I know I won’t be returning here.

Tried this location because all the other locations around us SUCK! This locations joins the pack. I ordered a half a grilled cheese and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The soup is standard fare because they don’t make it on site. They just warm it up. But how do you screw up a grilled cheese? You slap cheese between bread and microwave it! That’s how. Another Panera location to add to the “don’t go here” list.

Placed an order for a sandwich, not just bread. I would hope for $12 that I would get more than a singular slice of beef on a sandwich. And to top that off, the Chai that I also ordered tasted like warm milk. Thanks for nothing Panera!

So disappointed!!! Went to Panera in Dewitt, Ny for pick up. When I got home ready to eat my usual delicious salad, my rice was cold stone hard. The rice was on the top instead of the bottom to make it worse, because now the cold rice is all over my salad where I can’t even push to the side and eat the rest I don’t have a choice but to cook! $14 wasted. I can’t even go back since I’m so far from that location!
