We have our charity meeting alternating between here and Edge monthly and they are very kind and accommodating to our changing needs. Food is always delicious and excellent service considering the challenge.

Our server Bryan was exceptional.He was willing to answer all my food allergy questions, smiled, made recommendations, and helped our first experience here be memorable. I recommend the rack of lamb! Fantastic flavor. From my personal taste, next time, I will request less oil on the vegetables and potatoes Our hosts and every server that came to our table were friendly and helpful. The layout was a bit unusual and the bathrooms were not marked but nothing that would prevent us from coming back. A wonderful first visit.

Very good experience. The mushroom 🍄 risotto is delish 😋. The Surv Caesar with white anchovies was excellent. Very good service the three times we have eaten here. Manager is nice and visible most of the time. We are adding this to our favorites. 2025: Still a favorite for special occasions.

Nice spot, good food and reasonable prices. The mushroom risotto with shrimp was delicious as was the tuna tartar. Will certainly be back!

We had such a pleasant dinner. Drinks were great. Apps were delish. Entrees were amazing. The bartender was amazing and verrry knowledgeable on all the drinks and liquors, I almost didn't want to go sit a table!

Our experience was 5 star. Food was wonderful and our server Emily R was even better. We enjoyed our time and our food. She was a bright light in a dark lit restaurant. I definitely will return, and hopefully she is our server again.

Very rarely do I give a restaurant 5 stars but this place deserved it. Everyone exclaimed how good the food was and how much they enjoyed themselves. For the most part the prices were decent and I loved just about everything I consumed. The ambiance was nice. Our waitress Kristin did her job so well she made the experience worth 5 stars. I can’t wait to come back!!!

Scratch kitchen. Great twists on classic comfort foods. Mrs. Wally and I both got the Fried Chicken and Waffles. Bonus. The waffle is made from Mac N Cheese!!!! Great appetizers like a meat and cheese board. Shredded Brussel Sprouts were fantastic. Lots of cocktails and beers. Because it's a scratch kitchen there's a wait time for food but it's oh do worth it!!!

Had my first dinner out with the wife after a traumatic injury and hospital stay. What a fabulous dinner and nite! Service was great and even better food. Huge thanks to the staff for a perfect night of great pizza, chicken/waffles and drinks! Thankful. ❤️

If you want the best chicken and waffles in the valley this is a must have!! They are amazing at Surv..I loved sitting In the booths that overlook the whole restaurant. My husband had a pizza which was equally as good. Def will go back.

I visited SURV a few weekends ago while visiting some family in the Lehigh Valley. The service was excellent, and the management and servers alike are some of the friendliest and most efficient staff I’ve encountered. The food was prepared splendidly - taste down to the presentation. I’ll be recommending SURV to all of my local friends!

Great atmosphere great service ! It’s a hidden jewel in Easton! I think this will be my favorite restaurant !! The portion size is more than enough and worth every penny!! I can’t wait to go back!!! Thank you Alex service was 5 stars!

First time here. We had John C. as our waiter. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the menu and very professional. The food was amazing. We will definitely come back to eat.

Tonight was my first time here and will definitely be back. The ambiance was beautiful and the food was fantastic. Best house salad I ever ate! The pizza was delicious and the crust was a perfect consistency. I thought their prices were comparable to most restaurants in the area. I also love the fact I live a few minutes away. I highly recommend this restaurant and you won’t be disappointed!

We reserved the private room for a birthday party this past weekend. The food and service was fantastic! The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The feedback we received from our guests was all very positive. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We definitely plan on making another visit for dinner!

I went here on Saturday night with a good friend. We had a wonderful experience! The cocktails were delicious, especially the salted caramel espresso martini. All of our food was served hot and was fantastic, but the chicken and waffles were the star of the night- SO GOOD! The atmosphere, decor, and service were great as well. I will definitely be back soon.

My husband and I have been here for dinner and a couple of times for happy hour. Seated at the bar, we are always greeted with a smile. Bartenders are attentive. They are very knowledgeable. They sure know how to make a drink. My husband's Old Fashion is made to perfection. The Happy Hour Bites menu options are excellent. Food is very tasty. My favorite is the short rib sliders. And the muscles are to die for. It is a must! SURV is definitely recommended, no matter the occasion.

We had our daughter n her husband's 40th birthday dinner at Surv in forks twsp.. Easton where we live n let me tell you... Surv did not disappoint! Had the dinner in their private rm w approx 38 ppl. The room was nice n sophisticated. The staff n servers were great n treated us like we were family. I felt relaxed n able to enjoy for a change. Food n drinks were great! Thank you Surv!

amazing ambiance and an even more amazing staff! erik and alex the managers are so welcoming and warm. justin will mix you the finest cocktail, my favorite the honey kissed cosmo hits the spot every time. robyn and jenn are my fav servers! go out and try the mushroom risotto with beef tips, it is perfection. you can see how much the ownership cares. they’re truly here for the community and their staff!

Alex was our server and was very personable and very attentive to our needs throughout the dinner. Some of the best service in the Valley. The drinks were made to perfection by the bartender, I believe his name was Justin. We had the Bomber(Old Fashioned), Expresso Martini, and the Juniper Blush. Give the dinner a 5 Star for Service and very close to a 5 on the meal…

Returned tonight and shared the confit duck appetizer and was served by Jacob M. My husband enjoyed the 14oz Prime Pork chop with a side of Brussels and an alcoholic beverage called the Braden Bomber. I absolutely loved the shirt rib entree with Le Surv (martini). That beverage is so unique. I look forward to our return. It’s well worth the visit and one if our regular restaurants.

First time in “SURV” But DEFINITELY will Not be our last. Place and Service was very Nice. Food was very very GOOD and they are Not stingy with the portions, they fill the plate so you will be leaving with a To Go bag. I was hesitant to eat here based on the 50-50 reviews, but I’m glad we did. We made reservations but prob didn’t need them on Sunday night. The restaurant itself is really well designed and cozy. The staff was friendly and great. The manager checked in on us, and our waiter was awesome. The complimentary bread and dipping oil was honestly great- the oil with the herb was hands down the best I have had. It was light and paired with the bread very well! We got the margarita pizza and it was very good- the sauce was def their own slightly sour but sweet and it blended with the cheese very well. The crust was perfectly cooked also. For the main I wanted to do the lamb but sometimes when you get lamb it’s not great and I didn’t want to chance it lol so we ended up both getting the pork chop. When the waiter spoke of it, you could tell it was his fave and a good choice! I’m just going to say it was an excellent pork chop- tender, juicy and full of flavor! The side it came with was risotto but I don’t know I would call it risotto- it was very good whatever it was. My husband and I are still debating what it could have been lol. Whatever it was it worked and we loved it! We got dessert to go- peanut butter pie and hummingbird cake. The peanuts butter pie was good, but the hummingbird cake was ok- it had that sitting in the fridge taste to it. We don’t usually do dessert anyway so no big deal. They have a good draft beer selection-and since we were doing Hotel of Horror after dinner I went with the pumpkin ale- good choice! Overall, this is really a hidden gem in Forks Twp. We will def come back - the service, the food, the atmosphere were all excellent. It was local and close. It’s nice to have a good restaurant in our area that is not the same pizza-Chinese-fast food- subs. Def try this place!

Went there to try something new. Liked the atmosphere (dimly lit), the food quality and service was above average. We did not get the pizza but seeing it go by, will have us back to try some or at least get take out. Pricing was very reasonable for two drinks, one app, and two entrees.

We really gave this place a fair shot, visited four times and three out of the four times the service and speed of the kitchen were absolutely HORRIBLE. It honestly is some of the worst service and slowest to deliver food and drinks of anywhere we have dined in the valley. The sad part about all of this is the food and atmosphere are actually really good! They make a Manhattan with Jim Beam and use bottom to mid shelf liquor for their drinks so I can’t give much praise in the bar department but the kitchen makes up for it. Lastly their pizza is some of the best in the area too. I would not recommend dining in here and will definitely will not be giving it a fifth shot. Take out for sure but unless you want to spend three hours of your night with below average service in a restaurant that is clearly and visibility understaffed and poorly managed, I could not recommend this place. Sorry guys, we gave you a fair shake!

The food is just above average. Nothing earth shattering. They seem to put sugar in almost every dish. And the fries were just okay, even the fries were here and there. The atmosphere was a step up from a diner or the same as some really good diners. It certainly was not compatible with the high prices. An average atmosphere. There was a lot of gen z staff, possibly college students so a lot of mingling and yabbing going on making an unprofessional atmosphere. The service was very good but I think that's because we got the best waiter, he wasn't young and was quite matured in his customer approach.

We came here on NYE. It was not busy, yet our drinks took forever & the food took even longer. Our server was awful. He never brought us bread even after telling us he would. The food is delicious every time l have been there. I can’t go back since the service is horrible.

Have been here several times and always have a good experience . Last night was terrible because of the service from our waitress. We had reservations for 6pm. We were seated right away and our waitress came promptly. We needed more time to decide on what we wanted and asked for another minute. She had no problem with that told us to take our time and she’d be back. At least 20 minutes later , we caught her attention and let her know we were ready to order . She said “ok, I’ll be back.” She proceeded to go to other tables and take their orders. Finally coming back and took our order at 7pm - one hour after we were seated ! Our appetizers came out another hour later. So, 2 hours from the time we sat, to receive our apps- Not once did she give us any indication or apologize for taking an hour to take our order and/or another hour to receive our food. And other tables that came in after us were being attended to (from her) and received their food so I don’t believe it was a kitchen issue. After we ate, we asked for boxes AND the check because by that time we had been there 3 hours and we didn’t want to be there any longer waiting for the check. She brought the boxes , and walked away so we asked again, politely for the check. She responded like she was annoyed and said “I didn’t bring the dessert menu yet “ walked away before we could say anything and when she started to hand us the menu I politely said, we won’t be getting any dessert, just the check please. Overall It was an odd experience with unprofessional service.

Went with friends for a great night out yet was extremely disappointed. Service was inattentive, even after speaking to the manager, and the food was just meh. Our group of six made a reservation on the day of (which was accepted) yet the staff and kitchen could not accommodate patrons. We were told multiple times about other large parties that were dining. We were seated in a less than ideal area of the restaurant and were left unattended well after appetizers and first drinks were finished. Won’t be visiting again. It’s in Forks, a convenient spot close to home, but next time will definitely venture further away for a better experience.

It was not the hype. DONT GET THE FILLET MINOGNE. Just like if you ever watched Cars 2 and Mater says don’t eat the pistachio ice cream. Yeah same level of terrible. The server was nice but the food was terrible.

Came for dinner for the first time. Was recommended mushroom risotto by the waiter. Not only was it incredibly overpriced but it looked like someone threw up on my plate and didn't taste much better. I ended up actually getting sick that night. Very disappointing for a 30 dollar meal. However the waiter was great and atmosphere was fantastic.

We were seated by a makeshift area by the pizza oven area where it was freezing. Service was horrible, food and drinks were just ok and edible Waiter insisted we place our order for appetizers together so they come out close to each other which we didn’t understand and it didn’t matter anyway because our dinner came out over an hour after the apps. NO ONE, not even our waiter came to check on us or give us an update as to why our dinner was not out yet. We had to go to the host to ask about our dinner which we were told there were other large parties and they will consult with the manager to see what can be done. Nothing was done, no comp, and in addition, we were automatically charged a 20% gratuity for a small party that did not meet the requirements for automatic 20% gratuities. It also took a very long time for us to get our checks. Extremely disappointing experience.

Had a horrible experience at surv last night. Planned a party there with their event planner Janice and when we arrived they had no record of party. I had 45 people coming and as of Saturday janice gave me a thumbs up for Tuesday group party. The owner and manager were rude condescending arrogant. I had proof in my hand and I didnt even get an apology. Just brushed off. Quite an unbelievable situation. I hope no one else hsd to ho through this. Beware of this place. Luckily LoRussos took us in at last moment and served a great meal. Thank you LoRusso for coming through.

VERY UNHAPPY!!! We arranged a dinner for 30-45 people a few months back. We worked with Janice to pick out a menu, set up cash bar and use of the back room for our group.. Over this weekend we gave Janice final number of dinners. Last night we showed up and were told they didn't have a reservation for us. We showed the manager and then the owner the letter stating what arrangement were made ...Her answer to us was "Sorry we CAN NOT do anything about it. We asked her "what do we do with the 45 people coming...and her answer was " YOU JUST HAVE TO LEAVE, WE ARE NOT SERVING YOU" I understand mistakes happen, but I feel they should of taken responsibility and not treated us like we were wrong and then tell us TO LEAVE... The reply you posted is totally made up!! We have all the papers to prove it was confirmed. And yes we became upset, when you told us you could not do anything for us and the 45 people coming.. You took No responsibility for what took place and told US TO LEAVE AND WE ARE NOT SERVING YOU...You then went into the back and would not come out to talk to us. We have come there a number of times to celebrate ..We will no ever come back..

The service here has always been wonderful. My husband and I live down the road and have been here many times unfortunately they never change the menu options and I am gluten-free. The gluten-free pizzas are absolutely terrible so tonight I tried something different. How can you mess up a Caesar salad it was OK. My husband got the Half a duck breast with a cherry marmalade sauce it came with two tiny slivers of breast, extremely disappointing, and I feel like their Price is for martinis are completely overpriced. I do not think that we will be returning unfortunately we love the ambience, but the food and drinks continuously disappoint us, especially at their price point..

We were a party of 5. Was not greeted until 15mins after seated, not enough menus on the table. We were seated by the door, on a snowy night, every 15 mins it was opening causing quite a shiver! 45 min wait on appetizers, no drink refills, appetizers plates remained on table until our main meals were brought out. We were told why we were service deprived was because they had 2 parties of 50! Had another hour wait for entrees, after all said and done ask for the check which took a while and they added a large party gratuity for 5 people. Will not be returning!!!
