Nice atmosphere, beer and liquor priced well. Pool tables and music and TV's. Really nice. Bartender was quick and nice.

Best beer tenders in East County. They should all get a raise, they pour perfectly every time, you don't sit there waiting if they are with the regulars, and they are all easy on the eyes. The six pool tables were recently refurbished, and the best players shoot here. There are dartboards, AMI jukebox and the locals are friendly. You won't feel out of place here, unless you create a disturbance in the force. They usually have baseball, basketball, racing or hockey on easily viewed TVs. I highly recommend Kelly's as a must go place.

Kelly's is a great local bar. It has easily become my go to spot. The bartenders are friendly, a prices are great. There are pay-per-play pool tables, and dart boards, as well as a great digital juke box. They have an entrance to Cetinas taco shop next door, that will bring your food into the bar. There are 2 patios, and plenty of places to sit and relax. Definitely a no frills place, but it is always clean, and there's never been any issues or fights break out. The bar shows all the major sports games and events. If you're looking for a place to unwind and relax, Kelly's is definitely the best place to do so in East county.

What's not to like about this place? Lots of parking, plenty of dart boards and pool tables. Clean bathrooms and we'll priced drinks. Big screen TVs with all kinds of sports on. Place is bigger than it looks from outside. We had a great time.

Standard dive bar. All the usual stuff pool, darts and music. But what sets it apart is the AMAZING taco shop attached to the bar.

I used to live close to this bar, very convenient, calm chill place, good for playing pool or listen to music while having a drink. Theres a taco shop and a 7-11 next to it.

The crowd tends to be a little older with a laid back vibe. Not the hot spot for youngsters it used to be, but still cool non the less

It's always hot in here no matter what time of day, however the bar is clean, drinks are good n tables are nice

Location is slum but does no justice to the environment inside the bar! Chill vibe from locals & Holly knows her drinks.

I have been going to Kelly's Pub for years, mainly to shoot pool on Thursdays night mens league. They have 4 better than most other bars type of pool tables. Plenty of room, the place is clean and never had a problem with anyone. There is even a Mexican type restaurant that serves great food. Being in a mens pool league we go to other bars within the season. In my opinion Kelly's Pub is the best of them all.

Don't go if you are not a local! I was ignored for the first 10 minutes I was in there. Finally got a drink and left. Not very friendly to Outsiders

I had a debate over religion with a customer. The security kicked me out for my beliefs. The guy I was talking to agreed to disagree. Last time I checked this was American. Watch out for the the popcorn slinging, close minded, Rent-A-Cop.

This is the worst bar. The bartender Holly is very rude overcharges for drinks. I ordered Kamikaze shots, and the shot glasses weren't even clean it had extra floaties in my drink from someone else's mixed drink bad service.
