Service is standard, food is standard... It is In-n-Out, and by standard, I mean EXCELENT! Unfortunately like many places in the area, they are harnessed by the homeless and others that can make dining in the store undesirable. Not their fault and they do their best to facilitate any problems. Kudos, great staff!

My family and I LOVE In-N-Out. As usual, this place was busy. Also as usual, the staff were amazing at handling all the madness. My 4yr old son and I ordered our food, they gave him a set of crayons and a hat, we got our drinks and watched as the amazing staff did their magic. Food was great, as usual 😋

Wonderful experience! If you can find the parking, there wasn't much of a line inside even though they were still packed. They could use a little help directing traffic in the parking lot, but that may be out of their reach and more on the shopping center. It was a little confusing trying to figuring out which line we were supposed to be in to get to the drive-thru line. It's a very very clean location, and, for me, ordering inside was more convenient and less stressful then dealing with the drivers outside.

My friends convinced me to get a burger with them, so I had to try it. Well let me tell you something - this place is actually all the hype people talk about it. I haven’t had a good fast food burger like this in YEARS! Jam packed in there and a decent line, but the place was still spotless. Bathrooms: clean. Floors: sweeped. Tables: spotless. Food: impeccable. I don’t want to overhype the place but for the price, the quality cannot be beaten by any large chain restaurant.

What can I say? Best restaurant there is with the best food and great prices! There is nothing better than an In-N-out burger!

Great food and customer service! We have it for dinner once a week nowadays and are always satisfied.

Busy around 11:30-1:30 pm M-F. But love the food. Sometimes a hit or miss but it's good and cheap!

I usually order at the drive thru. There is always a long line. 😒 The food is good and the prices are better than other burger places. They make fresh French fries at the restaurant, you can taste the difference. The clerks who work there are always pleasant.

Double double burger. Awkwardly... this is the first time in my life going to In n out. It was ok. (Edit: it's more than Ok, the burgers were really good for the price). I believe it's the most affordable compared to similar fast food places. The lines were too long for drive-through. Especially in the evening. Restrooms inside the restaurant. Soda vending machines. Togo sauces and ketchup. Edit: The service here above normal, if you sit and wait for your food, you will notice that they don't stop moving. Continuously serving customers, and that's impressive.

Always consistently decent, cooked well, good portion size, fries can be slightly less greasy. Some places put too much sauce on their buns but here I find that they always put the right amount.

I've been a patron of this chain three or four times and I find it incredibly overrated. I'd still prefer it over McDonald's, but thats about it. Wendy's, Jack, Carl's, even Burger King would be my preference.

Food is good! Minus stars bc its ALWAYS busy and crowded. Drive thru line is always long (more than usual) and has 3 lanes to order. It's crazy.

Better than my first experience, this is because you have to know about the secret menu and some other items. The animal style adds some flavor. However their fries are not good at all. I would just get the burger.

Never been a fan of in n out as the food always has a salty or burnt taste. This place is no exception, maybe that's part of in n out's recipe? The service is great here, they greet you with a smile and communicate extremely well. The place is insanely crowded and you'll be sitting elbow to elbow as you wait for your order. Also, 4 dollars for some fries with a slice of plastic cheese and sauce? If you're looking to save big then just ask for your burger animal style (it's a free upgrade on burgers but not fries) then apply the animal style sauce on fries yourself. The workers are doing the best they can but the shortcomings come from in n out as a franchise.

Over time, the burgers have shrunk significantly, while the lines of customers have gotten longer, leading to frustrating wait times.

The menu is very limited. The burgers are okay; they are not special. The prices are less expensive than most burger restaurants. I don't respect this chain because they are doing nothing to improve the fact that long, long lines for the drive-thru prohibit customers staying at the Hampton Inn are hampered in trying to get into the parking lot.

Drive up behind one car on the left lane and there were 2 cars in the right, it's my first time doing Drive through at th I s location. Anyway, the girl let all those car on the right lane go , after about 7 minutes waiting, I ask her why not me. She reply saying that im in the wrong lane. Why didn't say that when first got there and told me that after 6 minutes waiting. And she tell me I have to drive back in line again. I give her the finger and will never be back this location again.

We always have an issue coming to this In N Out first we didn’t get our fries had to go back in drove half way home and the root beer was out so we had to go back in AGAIN by the time we got home the food was ice cold. From now on we will just drive to santee instead of this one just felt very rushed and shouldn’t have to come back so many times.

It's now been over ten times that this establishment makes my order the wrong way. I guess it's a very difficult challenge for an adult to do their job the right way. All I asked for was no spread on my hamburgers but apparently that seems to be impossible at this location for whatever reason. I guess it should be okay for people to receive their food in whatever condition as well. It's simply sad & pathetic that I have to wait in the drive thru line for at least 30 minutes every time to come home to not even be able to eat my food. It's pretty obvious that this location can care less for their paying customers that keep their business going. Horrible customer service all around. Too bad zero stars isn't an option...

Well it finally happened. In n out not only got my order wrong but my burger was DISGUSTING. I ordered a well done hamburger, ket & must instead of spread. What i got was a cold pink patty in a soggy bun that was obviously soaked in spread that someone had scraped out. They must have had to scrape the lettuce out with it cuz there was barely a tiny piece that was just as soggy as the bun. Im not exaggerating any of this. The line is always long and ive never felt like it hindered the quality of their food but tonite was more than being busy. It was someone not caring about reputation of in n out and sent out a burger i know they wouldnt feed to their own dog.
