my family loves to eat here. Everyone gets what they want and the employees are so helpful if we don't understand what something is. It is a good way introduce Family Members to new foods.

We have lived in RSD for 10 years and love all the options near us. One of our favorite go to restaurants is Pick Up Stix mainly this location in RSD. The food is delicious and the service is always given with a smile and genuine, personal care for quality and a desire to give the customer what they expect when their order is made. I love the Thai coconut curry chicken. I think the food is not as salty as Panda. The portion sizes are generous. The prices are reasonable, although expensive, as all food has become. The app is easy to use for my 62 year old self, the rewards give cost savings, and the points add up to an eventual free entree. I'll keep coming back as long as I get those emailed deals. Employees are always pleasant and restaurant is clean. Thanks.

I’ve reviewed this place before, but I had to update my review because great service deserves recognition. Cosme is truly the best. Recently, I placed an order through DoorDash and unfortunately the food arrived opened. To be very clear — this was NOT the restaurant’s fault. It happened during delivery. I reached out to Cosme, and even though it wasn’t his responsibility, he handled the situation with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care. He immediately made it right and replaced my meal. That level of leadership and customer service is rare. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. But what really sets this place apart is how they treat people. If you’re thinking about eating here — don’t hesitate. They stand behind their quality and their customers 100%. Still highly recommended 🤩

I always get take out, although occasionally I have eaten at one of the few outdoor tables when the weather conditions were good. I rarely have to wait for my food. If I call it in ahead of time. I've been using the phone app and getting some pretty good discounts, too. This location seems to have pretty good luck for hiring folks who are friendly and do a good job. It can be really tough to staff a fast food restaurant.

So today my family wanted pick up stix and I didn't want to get pickup stix due to the odd interaction I had last time I went in. I have been going to this location for years and have never had any issue besides the last visit. There is a cashier that is an older gentleman who refuses to give extra sauce and will literally go back and forth over a couple sauce packets. I am buying for 3 people and the 2 siracha that he said is already in the bag is not enough. I decided oh well it probably will not be a thing today, but unfortunately the same guy today did it again. I asked him what the issue was and he stated that the sauce is in the bag already. I asked do I need to pay for extra sauce and if so I will, he stated no I don't need to then finally agreed to give me sauce. I have never ran into this situation ever at any restraunt where when I am paying for the meal I have to argue and ask several times for a couple extra packets of sauce. It's wild and unprofessional to think you need to argue with a customer over 4 siracha packets.

Excellent food choices and great tasting fare. Service is usually exemplary except for a few front clerks who are slow and not customer friendly. Management should dedicate to training cashiers to be more efficient and inviting to customers.

I visited Saturday October 2nd at 3pm. I had not been to a Pickup Stix in about 15 years. The location in Hillcrest was one of the Original locations. Food is not as good as it was 15 years ago.. but it's definitely better quality then Panda Express. Service was very good, prompt, restaurant was updated, and well cleaned inside.

We ordered a variety of dishes for the family. I would prefer the sides came separate. I like the bourbon chicken, but their beef and broccoli had quite a bit of ginger.

I really like this particular place because of the connivance of been able to order on line. The food its good I have tried the majority of the rice and noodle options which have a great flavor. but I usually come to this place for the Asian Lettuce Wraps. "They are the bomb". I think this appetizer its great specially on a hot day or warm night.

The entres I ordered tasted very fresh and yummy. Very flavorful. It was only my second time ever trying pick up stix but I will deffinetly be coming back.

The restaurant forgot my order of crispy dumplings (but they remembered the steamed dumplings). Not a huge deal since it's only $4 and I'm not going to call the restaurant over just that amount. Cashier was super friendly.

Pickup Stick is a fast food Chinese. I arrived at 11am as the store was opening to beat the lunch crowd. Food is always good and hot. I had the shrimp fried rice. The facility is always clean and staff is very courteous. You can dine in or takeout.

The food was no good. The service was FANTASTIC!! Maybe they stay in business because the employees are awesome. The food is an acquired, non-asian taste. Better off at Panda Express or P.F. Chang's.

Just ordered the Family Meal which we have consistently purchased over the years. The portion size has been diminishing each time we go, to the point where a "Family Meal" doesn't even cover 2 adults and a 10 year old! And the price has steadily increased as well... If you have a take out order, you better look inside if you don't want to get an added surprise (shorting you food) with your fortune cookies!

Do not order from this Pick Up Stix!! They can't get orders right even when they are not busy. I ordered two adult entrees and one kids menu item. My husband picked up our order and found that the Crispy Honey Shrimp we ordered was not in the bag. I might add this was a $1388 item which we did not get....not even the rice to go with it. My husband ordered some extra rice not realizing they shorted our order which included beef and chicken. The beef was inedible as it was tough and full of fat. IF you order from these folks be sure and take your order apart at the counter prior to leaving to insure they haven't messed up your order.

It was not good and I told him I didn’t like it and it didn’t taste good and he just said it was the mushrooms black mushrooms, it makes it taste that way I suggest they not use them.
