This is my second favorite burger spot in San Jose. It’s good enough that I think about it whenever I’m near Palo Alto. Both the California Burger and Kimchi Burger were great, so I’m always curious to try their rotating "Today’s Burger". so far I’ve seen options like the Pineapple Burger and Lobster BLT.
Absolutely loved the food here. Just keep in mind that the menu notes the burgers are cooked medium-well with a slight pink center. We tried the avocado burger and the Gruyère burger with caramelized onions, and both were delicious and full of flavor. The garlic fries were amazing. Great vibe overall. Definitely coming back!
Delicious hamburger, fries, and chicken tenders. I appreciate that a gluten-free bun option is offered and at a good price too ($1 up-charge). I think Udi's is the gf brand used, so it's also dairy free. They seem to take allergues seriously, so this is great for anyone who has concerns. The service is friendly and fast too.
Great place to get a nice burger in the area. The place has indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor is decorated clean and modern, while outdoor area is more desirable. We tried the special- grilled pineapple burger and kimchi burger. Both are delicious, right size with French fries. We went on a Saturday, the parking was not easy as it is located at a very busy plaza.
Authentic American Burger, a must try Situated in Town & Country Village, walking distance from Stanford, It was a very good burger, so tasty and recommended to try, the fries as well were good, they have the burger with grilled pineapple which is good and the grilled corn cob as well Indoors and outdoors seatings
We had actually stopped at the bank next door and noticed that they had outdoor seating and dogs were allowed, so we decided to eat here. So glad that we did. It did take a little longer to get the food than anticipated. It was pretty empty inside and lots of kitchen personnel so we expected it to be faster but I think they do a lot of takeout orders?? So be prepared to wait for longer than you may expect but it's worth the wait. You order and they give you a buzzer to come back to get your food. I had the ahi poke tacos and they were delicious. My only criticism would be that they should put the sauce on top of the cabbage , directly under the tuna, instead of in the bottom of the shell. It's kind of dry. Next time I will ask for extra sauce but would definitely get the same thing. My wife got the kimchi burger, it comes with an egg on it and she also said that she would likely get the same. My mom got a cheeseburger with grilled onions and my brother got a cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms, they were both very satisfied with them. They each got fries which were nice and hot but lacked seasoning. So be sure to ask for salt packets or maybe order the garlic fries instead. I do think it's ridiculous for 2 drinks to be only a dollar cheaper than 2 fries, given that I used to work at Coca Cola and know the cost of syrup, I just don't understand how in the world restaurants have managed to drive their fountain drink prices up to the ridiculous prices they charge these days. A fountain drink should Not cost 4 bucks!! It's madness! I digress, anyway, the food is great, outdoor area is covered with large picnic tables. They have a water station indoors with lots of indoor seating and they have clean bathrooms.
The best burger that I ever had. Integrity 100%, which means consistency between first bite and the last bite. Balsamic onion has sourness, crispy bacon is strong, beef patty is not to fat, arugula has bitter to balance the fat, egg yolk is just a little bit running, bun is buttery and lots of seasame. Every thing about the burger is perfect. Onion rings is crispy but not oily. Fries are better than average. Wisconsin burger is also very good, mushroom are tender, bread is chewy but cut in half beforehand. A small complaint is that less sauce would be perfect.
Always a good burger. The buns are very light and soft. The burger doesn't feel heavy. The milkshakes are a must to try. My kids always order Cookies and cream, but we have also tried Vanilla and Strawberry snc all of them are heavenly!!! Located inside the cute Town & Country market, many other things to explore around after having a hearty meal here.

Ordered the poke tacos and peanut butter milkshake. Both were good but nothing exceptional. Location is convenient and prime. Parking usually not too difficult but you may have to circle around to the back.
Good burgers, great vibe. Located in the Stanford Village where many options are present but I usually stop by over here for a no fuss delicious burger. Had their Gruyere and Onion Burger, would have liked it alittle on the warmer side ( burgers were somewhat cold) but never the less you cant go wrong here.
Visited Gott’s on a Wednesday around 7 pm with 3 people. We ordered three burgers, fries, and drinks. Food quality was good, and the vibe was exceptional: relaxed, lively, and family-friendly (kids in sports uniforms, happy chatter). The location is convenient, and the front desk staff was polite and patient. Only hiccup: when our burgers were ready, none were labeled at the pickup and it didn’t say which was which, so we had to open them to guess. It was hard to guess so we picked randomly. Simple labeling or a quick call-out would help a lot. Overall, a solid spot for a casual evening. Would return
Second time we have been here. First time we ordered and took it home to eat. Burgers are never good if they’re not eaten right away. This time we sat down and ate. I ordered the double cheese burger and a strawberry shake. My family ordered chili dog and a Wisconsin burger. We all enjoyed our food. I thought the burger was cooked good and had a lot of flavor. I enjoyed the cheese even though it was American cheese. I usually don’t like that but it was a compliment to the taste of the burger. I was told the chili for the hot dog didn’t taste great on its own but combined with hot dog it was better. We also ordered the garlic fries. Those were delicious! Will definitely come back here though parking and traffic in that shopping center is horrible.
Pretty decent burger. A more pedestrian version of shake shack, with less wild burgers and shakes. A bit on the expensive side, but the burger was pretty meaty and thick. Got the California burger and there was a whole lotta bacon on that. Pumpkin shake (October special?) was also pretty decent. I would trust their regular shakes to meet that bar or exceed it. The fries were a pass. Overall, good burgers and shakes (and skip on the fries). Super spacious location. A bit on the pricey side. (Nothing beats in-n-out prices!)

This place was close to campus, very clean, had an easy menu with cold drinks and very friendly service. This is our go to place whenever we visit Stanford
We both had burgers and I had a beer and my husband had a chocolate milkshake.\nWish they would cook their burgers rare
I had the California chicken sandwich. It was very good. Bread wasn't soggy. My husband had the Cobb salad and he liked it. prices were reasonable. It was better than we expected.

This is an ideal spot to grab a quick meal that’s a cut above regular franchise fast food. The menu has a good variety, prices and portions are extremely reasonable. Burgers are fresh and well-cook…
Most food is good here. Good inside & out dining. Very casual and American style food. Service is a hit or miss....I've had several staff be rude like if they really didn't want to be there which was such a turn off to come back. This is in Town & Country shopping center which has other nice restaurants and boutiques. Fav is their ahi tuna tacos and salads.
Will let's start with the fact that everything is a la carte, no combos... the burger was alright, the menu states that all burgers are served med, a little pink, i thought cool, however both our burgers had no pink, were burnt on the outside and were very dry, that was exaggerated by the small spattering of bbq sauce on my burger. I ordered a peanut butter and chocolate shake, yeah that was a peanut butter shake with Hershey's syrup on the bottom of the cup, don't buy that expecting their take on a Reese's shake. Oh and then the fact that they gave us our burgers but said we had to wait for our shakes, we only waited for our shakes because they batch making them? Didn't know why the shakes were batch made when everyone else's was coming out with their order. We didn't order any sides because we felt $50 (including tip) for the 2 burgers and 2 small shakes was enough money. Will never go back again too pricey for what we got.
I had today's special - the French Dip Sandwich and the Waffle fries. It was just okay for me. I had it better somewhere else. Great location but horrible parking situation. Will I come back? Maybe…
I see a lot of 1 star and 5 stars here so I agree this is a hit or miss. Came in at 4:33 pm, not rush hour and it took 15 mins to get my order. Bun was fresh and soft but the burger was well done when it said on the menu it’s medium well. Took me 4 bites to get to the beef Pattie and the Texas avocado burger overall was way too dry with no sauce. Onion rings portion was too small, staff was not so nice and the women’s restroom was a disaster. This place is overpriced and you could get a better burger somewhere else.
The turkey burger we ordered tonight was completely raw. This is not the first time this has happened. It's dangerous and disgusting.

Sadly it took 14 minutes for a simple western burger. When I received it, it was just warm and flavorless and dry. I had to ask for more bbq sauce. Have been coming here for years, sadly might not anymore. $19 for a soda and burger and had to wait quite sometime while the place was empty. I should have realized why it was so quiet. The burger was just meh, no flavor and not worth the price whatsoever. Management get on the ball and recognize what your staff is doing. Wish I hadn’t tipped too!
Got the Cheeseburger and chili cheese fries. The bun was cold (not even room temp, actually cold) and meat was apparently cooked in advance as the food came out very fast but it was served cold which gave it a cardboard taste. The fries lacked flavor as well, food is very underwhelming overall.
