This is a great Whataburger location. Service was friendly and delivery time was great. I wish all locations were like this one. I normally eat at the locations in the DFW area and their service for the past years has been declining.

As always the service here is outstanding. You may wait a little longer here than other fast food joints but that's because everthing is made fresh. Way better than the other burger joints in town.

After a Tidehaven Football win, on the way home my Brother In Laws and I stopped at El Campo What A Burger Great People Great Service, this Crew made Hamburhers abd steak finger and chicken for 2 bus loads of Football players, while keeping up with all us fans orders, Smiles all around. She made our stop a great one. I will definitely be returning as long as she is there to greet me. If you haven't stopped by and meet her in person in the morning. I would suggest you do. Great personality with a welcoming spirit.

Absolutely wonderful! Cliff, the manager, went an extra mile for my grandma’s birthday. He showed up at the nursing home on her 90th birthday like Santa. Surprising this 90 year old with some whataburger swag ;) It brought joy to the whole family. It’ll Be a special memory for our family. You don’t see this kindness anymore.

Just wanted to say the food is always good every time I come. I can't say about the one in wharton. From sitting down in both of them I see why that is. Here at the one in El campo they have a great team work atmosphere. That makes a big difference in the quality of food from my experience with these establishments

Curbside worked well. Food was luke warm though and I got there before it would have been ready. Cheese wasnt even slightly melted.

I am in love with the honey butter dipping sauce!!!! Its amazing. I dip everything in it. I always get extras so I can bring them home. Im from Maine, and we don't have what burger there, so when my husband and I moved to texas (he is from texas) 8 months ago, the first thing he had me try was what burger. I'll admit, I wasn't blown away, it was just a burger, but its grown on me a little bit. Mainly because of the honey butter.

When you're hungry burgers or chicken strips they're open, so that's great for late night meals. For some reason the shake machine is ALWAYS down. Corporate should probably look into they're machine supplier...

It's pretty decent. If you're trying to eat here around 1130 the local kids will have the line out the door.

Long lines, but handled well with COVID pandemic. I had a Whatachicken with Cheese, which they forgot, and onion rings. My boyfriend had a Whataburger Jr. The food was very tasty, but my biggest complaint was the wilted lettuce.

Line is always long, so if you're gonna go through the drive-thru, then use the street entrance, especially during the weekend's cause most likely you will block traffic.

Hey Whataburger, why did I have to wait 15 minutes for my curbside order? This is NOT the first time either. Probably could have gotten my food quicker if I just went inside & ordered. Who has time waiting on their lunch break. My burger wasn't hot or my fries. Would have made it a little better if they were.

I like the food but I think they should care more about there walk in customers more than on line serves they block their parking so regular customers have to walk across the parking lot no up front parking for regular customers I still think they don't like regular customers even old people they made their step to the place over a foot high I like the food and the service but the way it's built is bad for walk in it's like they don't like us they like drive through and online customer only

This place needs a remodel or deep cleaning. The food was hot. The dining room was full of spiders and cob webs. The tiles in the ceiling had water stains, and smelled like mold.

In the morning the food is made fresh. At night, after I get off work around 8pm - 12am. I had to replace my order 2 different times for the same reason for the food not being hot. I love Whataburger being from LA but this one in particular rubbed me the wrong way frfr. 3 stars is actually 5 stars for morning and 1 star at night which brings it to a 3. The manager on duty replaced the food and refused to remake the cold food she just had replaced.

They work at a snail's pace. A snail covered in molasses trying to get to the other side of a field of honeys' pace. Don't come here if in a hurry or have a deadline.

I just had my son pick up an apple/cranberry salad with chicken. But the problem with that is when he brought it back they didn't put any chicken on it. I wasn't going back up there when I was already home. UGH!

My family and I stopped to get something to eat. It was late but the whole place was full of rowdy kids that just came from the clubs I'm assuming.. Some of them were cussing and rude. It made me think that the place wasn't safe because of the police presence ... Don't know if I'll go back

There is only 2 24 hour places in El Campo tx and there will be a long wait, expensive,ff always cold and hard front wears gloves but not cooks guy at drive thru never used the ice scooper dips cups in it just think of all that broken styrofoam you drink when pieces break in ice off side of cup

Make sure you check your order before you leave they will ack like you are trying to still from them and then tell you they got a business to run sorry excuse of a business. They can't even make your food right but sure take your money

We drove to drive thru at 10:30 an on 10-30 out of biscuits on #24 and we got 3 number 23s. Got out order 30 minutes later. Got went on and found no butter or syrup or forks or napkins. Was never asked if we needed. Sausage over cooked. Horrible experience will not be going back. The people I was with said it is this way several times they go there. Unexceptional.

Curbside pickup times are abysmal. App said order would be ready between 1033 to 1038am. It's 11am and I'm still sitting here. I don't know if they're understaffed or what, but don't lie to the customer and tell them their order will be ready at a certain time. I have stuff to do. If I hadn't paid for the order already, I would have driven off.

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food place

I never get the additional items I order. The drive through is a minimum 30 minute wait any time you go. I can't understand why when they are that busy the buns are stale and the frys are at room temperature. The people at the window never say hello or thank you. Basically customer service sucks.

Their shake machine broke so they gave us deserts that weren't equal to the same price and ripped us five dollars, we had originally ordered two small shakes and a large shake and a taquito which came out to 20 dollars the lady came and told us the machine was broke so she got us some deserts which was two cinnamon rolls and a cookie that came out to 13 dollars and we had asked if what we got was equal to the same amount and she avoided the question. The cinnamon rolls were dry and cold and the cookie was also dry and crumbly and cold.

Worst place in el campo took 40 minutes to get 5 meals out drinks were given immediately by the time I got home drink tasted like water don't go here trust me they don't care about quality or customers,my bag was sitting on counter while workers were on their phone.

The last two times I've went thru the drive-thru I've waited about 30 minutes for my food. This evening they were too busy and preoccupied to notice that I was waiting to have my order taken. I walked out and went to Dairy Queen.

The worst whataburger to go too! I’m reviewing for my parents because they were the ones who got treated poorly when trying to go inside. One of the workers yelled at my dad for trying to go inside at 11pm and told him they were closed. When whataburger is open 24 hours.

The wait at the drive thru was extreme and when we got to the window, we figured if every customer had the same issue with their order being wrong as we did it made sense. We didn't get the right drinks but we settled because we were tired of waiting. Then we realized we had hashbrowns with no taquitos so we had to ask for them. We didn't get the extra sauce we ordered for the buffalo chicken and we didn't get ANY ketchup for our two large orders of fries and our kids chicken strips. When we asked for what was missing it took forever to get to us. I usually don't complain, but this was completely unacceptable in my opinion.

Bad, bad, bad! Lousy service, waited 18 minutes to get a burger and chicken nuggets. Cashier was lazy, and I noticed the manager having to chase her around the restaurant reminding her to focus on her duties. Ice tea was like dark and bitter. Soda drinks were not calibrated and were too heavy on the syrup. Lemonade was out of order. Onion rings were burned and the oil they were cooked in was old. Waterburger generally is very good. Consistent quality control and good staff. This Waterburger appears to be an exception. I won't be returning.

Once again I ordered a few shakes online and they came out and told us the machine was out of order so we asked for a refund and they wouldn't allow me to get that refund which was about 10-15 dollars and they refused and were extremely rude.

So I went to Whataburger this morning and ordered a number two a tequila bacon and a taquita sausage left with my food got to my destination looked in my bag and all I had was a burger so I had to turn around come all the way back wait in line inside the store for 37 minutes before they even started to cook my two taquitos and they had the order wrong by giving me just the burger instead of the meal and had the nerves to tell me that that was going to have to charge me for the fries now as a manager at Denny's we made it a point that if we did something wrong to accommodate the customer some type of way by giving them apple pie or anything to keep a customer happy so I think the least they could have done was gave me my fries and my drink but they simply refused and wanted to charge me so I think that's poor service and I'll never go back there again

A worker name Alyssa was very rude didnt appreciate her attitude when I asked her for so I’m pepper she thought it was funny to close the window while I can still hear her talking about me and only put one salt and pepper in the bag. Last few times I’ve been up them she has been rude Other than her being rude the place is great!

All of our food was old and cold. Fries limp and greasy. Onion rings with cold soggy batter. Chicken strips so hard that they must have spent 8 hours in a dry warmer. Hamburger patty so dry it was like dust

I gave this location a second chance. Im done. The cashier Annabel G. was on her cell phone. She took my order then forgot to give me my change. When she brougb me my order the medium fries seemed to be a small...not filled very well. When I asked her to take them back and fill the fries container as it should be....she then started preaching to me about how the weigh the fries and what not. I never seen anyone weigh the fries before the scoop them up. She was very rude. Never going back. Im done.

Second time coming here and ordered the same burger, Monterey burger, and both times they don't add the right cheese. Houston never gets it wrong and this shit Whataburger is the busiest you would think they have enough practice
