This place is our go to breakfast place at anytime. Eggs and pancakes are always done right and delicious. Wait staff are all courteous and awesome.
Service was fantastic and food was delicious!! I ordered and omlete and they mega stuffed it with all the yummy fillings! Andres was our sever and was amazing!

The last two times my husband and I came here were early morning stops (4am) and was disappointed both times. Bad service and bad food. But tonight was different.. it was WAY better. Wilson, our server was amazing! Friendly, energetic, always smiling, constantly checking on us. He recommended the pot roast melt for me and it was delicious! The food and the service make up for the last two disappointments. Faith in Dennys restored. Wilson deserves a raise!
I had a great experience at Denny's thanks to our amazing server Ashley! From the moment we sat down, they made us feelwelcomed and taken care of. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure our coffee cups stayed full and our food came out just the way we ordered it. What stood out the most was their genuine kindness and how smoothly they handled everything, even after my father spilled his coffee. It’s not every day you get service with both a smile and real care. Thank you for making our meal so enjoyable.

Everything was cooked perfect as she always does!! The dinning area and restrooms were super clean. We have been to a few different Denny's and this one is our favorite!! Way better than the Victoria and Lake Jackson ones.

COMEBACK... I recently visited Denny's and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, thanks to Toni, the cook. Alana, our waitress, was friendly and attentive. Jesse, the cashier, made the checkout process smooth and efficient. Denny's is definitely back on track, offering great food and excellent service. Highly recommended!

It’s rare to find such a well-coordinated, attentive team these days. Now, let’s talk about the food – absolutely fantastic! The meal was delicious, fresh, and served hot. I had the Classic Breakfast Slam, and it was cooked perfectly. The pancakes were light and fluffy, the bacon crispy, and the eggs exactly how I wanted them. The portion size was generous, and the flavors were on point. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by Denny’s in Wharton for a meal that combines great food, excellent service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!
I was intrigued and a little bit concerned by the low review rating for this Denny's. Ended up visiting on a weekday afternoon and had some pancakes. The staff were kind and they provided quick service. Not many people in the restaurant, but I consider this to be an average to above average Denny's experience.

I love grill chicken on my 🥗 now with being said I gave them a 1 b/c you don't put hot chicken on 🥗 you put it to the side in another container. So with the steam from the chicken cooked my 🥗 so I ended up having to stop for something else when it could've been done right the first time. Waste of time & money
Service was good, the food was good. I just think its time for management to focus on remodeling this place. You can tell this place been here for years but it also needs work done to it. Plumbing issues is obvious without stepping into the rest room. There's a odor fumigation that can be unpleasant to some people while trying to enjoy a meal. My wife and I decided to stop in Wharton Texas instead of going to Bucky's our table was dirty. The restroom hasn't been cleaned. If I can give this a zero Stars I totally would but I can't. Walking into the restaurant the place was beyond horrible. After using their disgusting bathrooms, I proceeded to sit down at a table and had to move five different times because of the filth. I then had to wait 15 minutes for my drink order to be taken. What's my order was taking I began to look around and realize that I wouldn't fully be able to enjoy my food because of how messy the restaurant was so I asked the waitress if she could put my food to go. Not only was my food undercooked but it was soggy and it had rotten lettuce on the hamburger. Denny's corporation needs to go in and rethink who's running this restaurant or rethink them having the Denny's in corporation name.
