I love this place! The food is great and delicious and so fresh. This is a great hangout to bring your family and friends. I am enjoying this amazing spot. And the owner is chic and accommodating! Love her!

This rest is delicious! I always come and pick up food or dine in when I'm in town and it's always a pleasure. Staff is very friendly and food is delicious hands down.
On Saturday I was at this restaurant with my family, we order different plates from their extended Colombian food that is very good like our typical platter that comes w/rice/bean/corn cake/avocado/one fried egg/pork and grill beef and their attention is good, but when we order fried green plantain w/guacamole & pork skin as appetizer, we were very surprised to see like 6 fried green plantains and the guacamole was like when you Spread butter on your bread, usually in other restaurants the guacamole comes in a little bowl BUT in this restaurant they spread the guacamole and the worst was the PRICE $15 (VERY EXPENSIVE WITH THIS MONEY YOU CAN BUY LIKE 6 AVOCADOS OR MORE THAN 10 GREEN PLAINTAINS ).The pork skin was small pieces w/no beef. I understand that they need to pay bills, workers, rent...etc. when WE MADE A COPLAIN , THE WAITRESS WENT INSIDE I DON"T know if she spoke with the administrator but she said that its like that. SIMPLE, NO MORE EXPLANATION. anyway we had to pay like or not that appetizer Finally, I recommend this restaurant because the food is very good but DO NOT ORDER GREEN PLANTAINS W/ GUACAMOLE/ PORK SKIN FOR THE PRICE. MAY BE THE ADMINISTRATOR THINK ABOUT IT AND DECIDE TO GIVE BETTER QUALITY OF THIS APPETIZER.
Decent food, could use some more Authentic flavors. Room is great, staff is great... Def a nice place to bring a group and enjoy some company. Also nice for a date night
Every time I order or eat in, the food is very good. Even the pickier eaters I know like the food a lot. Service is always great too. They really make you feel at home while there and delivery times are often way quicker than they say (45 min was 15 one time).
Place is great for takeout or delivery. They deliver so quickly. The plantain soup is the way to go only available on Tuesday. Staff is friendly. The restaurant itself is weirdly setup but not bad.
Very bad customer service, even the owner is so nasty when taking orders on the phone the first time I tried to ignore it and enjoy my food , but second time I couldn't help it she got on my nerves! Food is ok.
Rice was burnt. We ordered Flank steak and received 2 shredded chicken pieces. Lady’s were very nice and welcoming. Place looked ok.
Food, portions and prices are OK with the area I just have a question now for take out why they charge extra for each container because if they are going to said (Covid19) they shouldn't sale take out All the restaurants that sale take out as long as I remember never charge extra
I have gone 4 times to order take and food hasn't been too good just the average ,but unfortunately today I ordered a typical dish(bandeja paisa) pork was not cooked right, meat too dry and rice was mushy and to end the story my wife found a pebble on the rice ,she almost cracked a tooth. Never again.
Horrible food unless you like shitty spanish cooking. Whoever liked the food is lying. I have been to many Colombian restaurants and they had good food. This is the worst Colombian restaurant where their food had no flavor. Never again.
I ordered fried ribs with rice & bean & sweet plaintains. The ribs had no flavor at all, and too dry, the rice came with no beans & I didn't have my plantains
I have been to many Colombian restaurants in Queens. But the food at Pimpollo was decent but not the best and even, not so good. I was also not happy that they charged me $4.50 for a small "Arepa con queso". Arepas are no more than $2.00 anywhere else. Something I have never seen any restaurant do is that they charge .50 cents for a "to go" container. I requested 2 to put my leftovers. I was charged an additional $1.00 on my bill. Outrageous!!!! I will never go there again.
Horrible customer service. We sat for a long time before getting a menu, the waitress ignored us because she was to busy drinking beer. After 30 minutes of waiting, the waitress brings my main dish and still no appetizer lol. They didn't even give us our salad. She never bothered to ask if we needed something. She just ignored us. I cancelled my appetizer and refused to order dessert. 40 bucks went to waste. And the waitress had the nerve to ask for a tip. Here's a tip, do your damn job! I have spent money in that restaurant before , NEVER AGAIN.
If I wasn't so tired from travelling, I would deliver this food back to the restaurant. I ordered fried pork chops with rice & beans, and chicharron. I got a greyish grilled pork chop and the small container of beans was filled with salsa with about 10 beans floating around in there. The chicharrones had no meat on it at all, it was just the skin, and most of it was floppy and flaccid. When I called to correct this problem, I was told a manger would call me back. Um, yeah right. $18 down the drain. I am pissed! Oh, and the food is very average tasting.
