5 stars!!! We tried the Bear bowl and Hula bowl whatta treat! Hubby had the spicy tuna bowl so delicious! All 3 bowls were packed with flavor, a large portion and a healthy treat well definitely be back for more. Thank you!

Best açaí bowls I’ve had sad they closed seal beach location. far drive to el segundo. But worth it!

I've been here multiple times, but only had the acai bowls. They're pretty good. Good acai, fresh fruit, and crunchy granola. It's not cheap though, $8-12 per bowl.

My grandkids and I LOVE the Makai Bowl at Bowlology. They won't eat an acai bowl anywhere else. So we come here frequently. My only complaint is that almost everytime we come in, they make a mistake on our order. The mistakes are small but make a huge difference to the kids as they are very particular about what they want. Disappointing, but that hasn't stopped us from coming here.

Tucked away so I don't think too many people in the area know about Bowlology yet. Really the only place in the area for healthy eats, fresh juices, and acai or pitaya bowls. Open breakfast through dinner so it's a great option if you want to step out of the office for a quick recharge.

I've never been disappointed coming here. The fruit is fresh and there are enough options where you can pick what you know you like. I can only imagine not enjoying something here if I were to pick a bowl with a description filled with ingredients I knew beforehand I didn't like. You'd have pick something you know you're not into to walk away from here disappointed

Excellent food, basically smoothie bowls but all vegan and nice fresh fruit. Be aware though these are high calorie, my regular Blue Crush was 750 Cal.

You pick between a regular or large size. We came here after eating sushi for lunch so we were a bit peckish, but eating the regular size brought us over the edge. There were some indoor tables available and a lot more outdoor seating. The outdoor seating was super pleasant and there was a fountain that added to a soothing environment. Free parking. Credit cards accepted. They have smoothies available as well.

The acai bowls are good but the service is horrible. One of the first times I came in the person behind the counter was on her phone texting while I was staring at her waiting to order. Today I came in and the only person working was sitting at the counter eating a subway sandwich. He stopped to ring me up but didn't put his drink that he was drinking down (barely spoke and not even a smile) then went back to his sandwich. Two female workers walked in and he asked them make my order and they argued about who was going to make it. The one who didn't make it sat behind the register on the counter and texted. Thier costumer service was horrible!

Very good Acai bowls, however not very good customer service. I called over 10 times and still no one picked up the phone. This has happened multiple times...

Really great smoothies, bowls, and associates working are super nice!! The one thing I think they need to work on is the ordering process. If you order in person they don’t ask for a name or give you a number so they just voice what’s in the order when it’s ready. Please fix!

Smoothies are delicious. Music too loud. Staff was unfriendly, unwelcoming. They don't acknowledge you when you're standing at the counter waiting to place your order. Customer Service training would be a good idea. They don't seem to like their job.

Staff is friendly, bowls are good but sometimes they're blended like a smoothie, too runny... No nutrition facts posted... Can't claim healthy and not have the proof... service is slow, prepare to wait 15-20 mins. For your bowl after you order it.

Nope. They have shorted me twice. No more. After over a year of weekly visits, and proper tipping. Out of the blue they hire noobs that don't know how to measure right and under fill my bowl. I pay for a large. I expect it to be filled like a large. Not be a regular in a large bowl.

This place was a disappointment. My go-to acai bowl place is Healthy Greens in the Valley at Ventura and De Soto. I try to go there whenever I visit my parents, and I'll get their 32oz large acai bowl for ~$10. I was stoked when I heard there was a bowl place in El Segundo that had 32oz bowls for the same price. I went in and their menu was maybe half the size of the menu at Healthy Greens? The bowl I ordered is made with apple juice, and I asked what I could replace that with. The options were vanilla soy milk and chocolate soy milk. Really? Even Starbucks and Jamba Juice have almond milk now. Or at least get plain soy milk. It's also a bummer because it's situated in a very modern little office park. I'm sure the architects envisioned so many people hanging out to drink delicious smoothies and eat delicious acai bowls. There were lounge chairs! But no, I can't in good faith recommend this place. It's a watered-down overpriced imitation of a smoothie shop that fails its primary purpose.

My husband and I ordered a large acai bowl, but we ended up getting served something else as the base that was not acai, and it was way too sweet. We were expecting a healthy, partly frozen acai bowl. What we got was more like a partially melted down smoothie.

Placed an online order that said 15 mins. Only to find out that this location will take care of all of the ppl in line and then take care of the online orders. Hours later is when I got my order. So If you have free time and like to wait a while this is most definitely the place for you. Good luck

Terribly overpriced and not worth it. To make matters worse, they make you wait outside in the scorching heat for your food. Stay away. You’re way better off going to Kreation on Main Street just a couple Miles away for the price or even Robeks or Jamba.

I went in for the juice bar because it says in he name of the business says juice bar. However they actually don't serve any juices. They had 2 flavors of some third party juice in a cooler that was 75% empty. Staff who greeted me were friendly.

I wish I could give them a better review. I was double charged on 2 separate occasions, so I reached out to the store manager as instructed by the staff. After a buncha back-and-forth emails and phone calls - most of which I had to follow-up on - the corporate office blamed a third party vendor and said there was nothing they could do. After a month of this I finally threatened legal recourse and the manager gave me a refund. No one in the process seemed concerned about the inconvenience to me - just the inconvenience to themselves. Acai Republic is better, and without the headache.

My experience at Bowlology in El Segundo was extremely disappointing. The service from Isaac was terrible. He was arrogant, misinformed about the product, and completely unprofessional when I tried to clarify my order. I ordered a plain açaí bowl expecting the typical smooth, refreshing texture you get at any reputable açaí place. Instead, I was served a thick, gooey paste that was almost inedible. When I politely asked about it, Isaac became defensive and increasingly aggressive, insisting that this is how I had ordered it and showing no interest in fixing the issue. Rather than trying to resolve the problem, he spoke in a dismissive and confrontational tone that made the situation even worse. Beyond the poor service, it was clear that the staff does not seem to understand what proper açaí should taste or feel like. The quality was far below what you would expect from a place that specializes in these bowls. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else if you’re looking for authentic or well-prepared açaí. Between the poor product and the unprofessional attitude, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a café.
