Little Caesars never disappoints! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—definitely the best bang for your buck when it comes to pizza. The service was fast and efficient, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Huge shoutout to Mikoo for his amazing customer service! He was super friendly, made sure my order was perfect, and had a great attitude the whole time. Will definitely be coming back!

The staff is nice but theres usually a wait. They always have pizza though and dont run out like other locations!

The deep dish pepperoni and pineapple pizza can't be beat. The crispy edges are the best!

Quick service for their Hot-n-Ready pizzas and employees are very nice.

It's the better Little Caesars of the two in Central Elk Grove. This one doesn't overdo it on the sauce or skimp on the cheese like that other one. And there are picnic tables right outside that you can eat on if you can't wait until you get home to eat that sweet sweet pie.

I don't know what it is about Little Caesars Pizza, but I'm somewhat addicted. Cheap, but very tasty and filling. I like the convenience of the Ready Mades, and I've been lucky the last few times they have the Ready Mades that I want. In the past, they didn't and told me I would have to wait 10 min...not really ready made then is it, lol.

How can you go wrong with pizza so cheap and ready to go when you get there. Perfect for a quick meal for a large family. My kids ask for it all the time. My wife loves the crazy bread.

I would usually get Round Table or Mtn Mike’s but after trying this I was really surprised that I liked it. Super quick (if they have them on hand). I get the pepperoni for $5 and I enjoy the crust especially.

Good pizza but skimpy on added toppings I paid extra for mushrooms and there were less then 15 little pieces on pizza also Canadian pizza hardly any 😕😕

Their pizzas don't come out as good....And I didn't see them having the dipping sauces.....But very nice staff, especially the younger ladies.

Waited for a good 10 minutes for someone to take my order & then she messed up I asked for cheesy garlic bread not crazy bread

Was like a 4.5 out of a 5 from my brother. 2/5 from my mom, says the pan pizza smelled like nail polish remover or cleaner, one other family member agreed. Averaged out a 3 out of 5.

This is the only Little Caesar's that I visit, so I have no other places to compare it too. Customer service is okay. I don't like that there's homeless people hanging out around the place.

The inner 6" or so is just cheese (see photos). - Our first visit, they forgot our order, so after showing up 25 minutes after our order was placed, we ended up waiting another 25 to get our food. - Our last visit, I'm not sure if the person cutting pizzas was in a huge rush to get home or something, but it looked like what happens when our 3 year old helps cut our home made pizzas. It was cut in such a way that there were several mini triangles in the middle and the larger pieces were shapes that I don't think scientists have even discovered yet. It wasn't even cut the whole way through, so we had to recut all the goofy shapes at home.

Pizza was great as usual but my boyfriend and I noticed the employees in the back who were preparing the pizzas were not wearing their masks. A young black man was wearing his mask below his chin and a heavy set girl with pigtails, he was working with, was wearing hers below her nose. I hope your company can help our country stop the spread of covid 19 by enforcing your employees to wear their masks at all times during work and wear their masks correctly. It makes me feel uncomfortable going to this location during the pandemic. Please fix this, this has been my favorite Little Cesar's location for as long as I can remember and I love Little Casera's ! As of last night, I am disappointed in your employees lack of consistency when it comes to wearing their masks appropriately/correctly. I do not feel, as a customer, that safety or health was taken into consideration at this location.

Bad customer service. Called to order 5 crazy breads but was told they're not taking orders over the phone due to Halloween but first come first serve order on site. Went there and ordered and was told wait is 15-20 mins. 20 mins later, people who ordered after me got theirs and left and I'm still waiting for my order. At least 5 orders of breads have sold and I'm still waiting. Asked and they're still making and not ready. Didn't get till least 25 mins later. Servers completely ignored me when im trying to ask when I'm the next order.

I ordered crazy puffs with crazy sauce. By the time I got home, I realized I didn't get crazy sauce with my order. It's not worth going back for now. Just disappointed, I paid extra for that sauce.

Called in placed a phone order, Drove there, made it back home to realize order was completely wrong. Had to drive back to get my order right. Spoke to manager Lexi who didn’t care at all about the inconvenience ! I don’t understand how she has an attitude and they messed up my order. They did nothing for me, meanwhile I had to take two trips!

Horrible service! They mixed up the order, made us wait half an hour, just to realize that they were looking at the wrong name! and the worst part of it, they never apologized about it.

Make sure yall check your order before leaving the facility. I doordashed my food and I did not receive my sauce that came with the crazy bread. I then noticed that the crazy bread was not fully cooked. It was super doughy, I ended up coming back to the store bcus I live around the corner but man having to go back after spending extra on the delivery fee was a complete waste. They did end up remaking it bcus they couldn't refund me....Thanks lil Caesars.

When I asked the kid at the front, to remake it, he said “ It just came out.” Yeah, about 30+ minutes ago... I know what old pizza looks like. He wouldn’t budge. Today, I picked up another pizza, same thing, classic pepperoni Hot-n-ready, and it was even worse! Closer to 45+ minutes if I had to guess. The pizza had “congealed.” For those wondering what that looks like, it was dark around the edges. Grease was soaking into the box, the pepperoni was leathery and looked old, and the cheese was clearly not new. I asked for a remake, and got the same response from the same guy, “It just came out.” Bologna. Over 12 years in pizza, I worked EVERY position in A semi-casual, popular pizza restaurant. I am ServSafe certified for a food handler and a manager, and both certifications are still good! I KNOW what old pizza looks like! Both times, THAT was OLD PIZZA!!

So as always I called to get a large pizza they wanted to charge me dollar extra. So I just wanted to ask as to why because I go there every weekend, but they want to charge me dollar extra, but thats not the point I was told go elsewhere over the phone by the employee working there and the guy hung up the phone.

Such a nice area to have such ghetto employees! Extremely unprofessional, personally witnessed employees completely disrespecting customers and managers who do nothing about their behavior. So sad… Elk Grove we need to do better on who we hire! As customers we felt super uncomfortable and I definitely am reporting it to the head coordinate office, hopefully they will help get things back in order! Food was good - customer service was beyond disappointing. Do not recommend this location!
