I have two large pizzas delivered to my home from Domino’s Pizza on Elk Grove Blvd. So this review is mainly focused on the pizzas themselves and the delivery service. The pizzas were ordered on Saturday at around 10:30am. The earliest delivery was 11:30am. Perfect for lunchtime. They delivered the pizzas at 11:40am. The timing is about right, according to their estimated arrival time. The young gentleman who delivered the pizzas is very polite and friendly. The pizzas were delicious. Way better than I expected. My memory of Domino’s pizza wasn’t perfect many years ago! So, I haven’t had pizza from Domino’s for many years. They’re running an excellent promotion on Saturday. I decided to give them a try. The result was that I’ll order from Domino’s Pizza again! The pizzas were very yummy and fresh. I like it very much!

This place is a little weird. The people almost seem like they’re getting whoppings or something. The guys seem so shy, unsure, uncomfortable, extremely low talking. I almost wanted to ask if they were ok?! No body talks to each other. HOWEVER!!! The FOOD is the best dominos I’ve ever had wow! The timing it took to get my food was great too. So I will definitely be back.

Prices are reasonable with the coupons. I like the thin crust, but sometimes it's over cooked. On our last order, the edges were black and it was hard. Most of the time our order is good though.

This is what my pizza looked like when it was delivered. However, overall they are good and you can't really beat the price! When I called them about the pizza they credited me and made it right..and they were nice about it, thank you for that! Also, if you don't like pizza, they have decent salads, stuffed breads and chicken.

Been here a few times and haven't had any issues. Last visit was ridiculous though. Ordered 1 pizza online, says 12-20 minutes, gave it 30 minutes before i walk in.. my name is 2nd one down the list of like 4 names. My order wasn't even baking yet, girl behind counter says "we're backed up it's gonna be another 10-15 minutes." Later says somethin along the lines of "I'm the only one here" when there were like 4 employees there. So there's only one person who makes the pizza? What makes it worse is i ordered a brooklyn crust single topping and that can't be too difficult or take much time to make. 45 minute wait for one pizza is pretty ridiculous

I would recommend ordering on the app not calling in an order. They were very behind and it took an hour for our pizza to be ready (we were told 30-40 minutes). This wouldn't have been a problem if we ordered through the app and could see the progress. Pizza tasted good but not sure it is a good value at $14 for a medium.

The food here is usually fresh and good. The major concern is the delivery charge which is now $5.99. By the time you tip and pay this charge, it's now more expensive than the food. If we're in the area we may do a pick up, but probably won't order again due to the fees as well as the increased cost of food recently. Too bad, we never had other issues with our orders, but this kind of money can be better spent elsewhere.

Arrived on time 745pm. Pizza marked ready 810. I called 820 and told pizza was given to another customer. It would take 10 minutes to make another. Pizza at car 8:40. The crust was thin instead of Brooklyn. The pizza was good or I was just really hungry after 1.5 hours from order to receipt of pizza. Staff was nice and apologized. Im looking for email with freebie.

I order there often through online. 20% of chance getting perfect pizzas. 30% of chance getting wrong order. 40% of chance getting pizza have literally no taste. means they put very little sauce and butter graze on crust. it's like pizza have only dry crust, cheese, and little topping. 10% of chance getting pizza have crust with many big bubbles. I still order there gambling to get perfect pizza.

Pizza is okay for the price point. However, the carside delivery option wait times are long. Have waited 10-15 minutes for the carside delivery after checking in and even a couple of times I have had to go inside to get my order. They would have never brought me order if I didn't go inside.

We will no longer be getting pizza from this location. On multiple occasions this location never had our pizza ready on time. This time, we went to pick up our pizza and they told us 30 more min. After that time they called us and said they ran out of toppings!

Have had pizza delivered numerous times. Good pizza good service. Today I ordered same pizza I always order. I recieved a specialty pizza that I did not order and did not like. I called to let them know and was told I should have been more specific. Took pizza back to store and requested refund. Was given refund then manager made comments and gestures. Lost my business!

Stopped by this Domino's to pick up a pizza and Parmesan bites, as me and the family like Domino's food. I should have known something was up when they tried to give me my pizza without my bites. Come to find out my pizza was wrong as well and I didn't realize it until I got home. I accept half the blame as I should have checked it at the store. My gripe is there was no apology when I returned to get the correct pizza, just a "here you go" and that's a kick in the spleen. Good part is I will continue to eat Domino's, but not at this location there are too many food options with much better customer service and less spleen kicking.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. Ordered online then waited a hour just to call and them tell me they were canceling orders. I was okay with waiting another hour. Delivery guy came and I handed him the money not too long after he knocked on my door very rudely and aggressively. I didn’t even think it was the delivery guy I was so afraid that someone was trying to break into my home. I opened it and the delivery person was automatically being rude and loud at me saying I was missing a few dollars. I was okay with that and said I was going to get the rest of the change that I owed him. But at that point as a woman and getting pizza at night I was super creeped out by his aggressiveness towards me. It was only a few seconds of me grabbing the change and he was ringing my doorbell fast and banging on my door. I was horrified and honestly was scared to open my door again. I don’t care about the change he said I needed to give him that behavior towards me was super uncalled for and genuinely scared me. I wasn’t being rude to him at all and explained to him that he was scaring me over something so little. He was a white man with shoulder length hair. I recommend no women or people in general to order here.

Is this place AI generated or what? Called to place an order of a small combination with 2 liter dr. Peper and the voice would answer with pause and than ask a question of how big of a pizza i want and starts to recall all the 2 liter drinks they have. So messed up and scary voice

If I could put zero star I would, I am disappointed with the worker on November 3rd. The worker is Aliyah.H used the cash register keyboard then without washing her hands started to make the pizza dough. She wore rings on every finger and fake nails. It is so sad that our dominos in my neighborhood have employees like this unsanitary and gross!! Will not go back again!

I recently used the Domino's Pizza app to redeem a free medium two-topping pizza coupon, but unfortunately, the discount didn't reflect on my bill but the coupon was redeemed. Despite ordering two medium two-topping pizzas, I was charged the full price of approximately $20. The pizzas were advertised at $7.99 each, but the actual cost didn't match the promotion. This experience was disappointing and didn't align with the expected savings from the coupon. Who can I speak with about this?

This specific dominoe's is the worst!! Their customer service is a joke. The first time I ordered for my family. I called spoke to an employee named jazz. He took my order and the whole time, it was like he wasn't listening. Told me it would be an hour. I waited an hr and 15min. No pizza!! Called and asked what was going on. They told me they never had a order for me. I told them who I spoke to and they said he left for the evening. So what??? My order just magically never got called in. They treated me like I was crazy and didn't just call them. Tonight called for a delivery, only one in the area who delivers to me. So I had no choice. Again, order taken by jazz. Est 35min del. No delivery, called and they said no order was taken. This time I flashed and told them jazz took my order and I want to speak to a manager. Put me on hold for like 10 min just to come back and tell me it's out for delivery and will have to wait an additional 20 min. Like get it together and fire jazz already!!!!!

My order was incorrect. I ordered stuffed cheese, bacon and jalapenos bread but instead I got just plain cheese bread. I m not really upset about my incorrect order but the I m very disappointed with the service. I walk in to pick up my order and this employee was just going crazy because I m guessing he had stay late or somebody didn't show up for work. He was just throwing stuff around, kicking and slamming. He had no gloves on and was picking up pasta with his bare hands and just throwing it down in the bowl. He was throwing toppings on the floor, punching the pizza dough, slamming hard the trays. There were times I jumped because of the loud slamming of the pizza dough trays. The other employee looked scared and was trying to calm him down but he continued with his primitive behavior. Never ever going to this location ever again. Hope the manager watches the footage and fires him.

The employees seem very helpful and nice, I am not sure where the break down is, but 2 different orders were lost and we had to call they were delivered iver an hour late each time, so corporate credited us 20$ do we risked it and called in the order and we decided to pick it up, and guess what 1.5 hours later they still did not have our order made! So the staff pushed it and made ours right away, while all the other guest complain how long they have been waiting. Everyone is over 1.5 hour wait. Again not sure what's happening, one person making dough one person on the make line and employees running around

Im actually am soooo disappointed with this store. I have ordered online for delivery and was told the delivery time is 68 to 78 mins. An hour later my order is still in prep mode if you check their tracker. So i called the store and they said yes there is a long wait so i decided to do a pick up instead. So for the pick up i5 was 30mins wait. I ended up sending my niece to go pick up the order in this weather and when she got there .....guess what they said. " your order isn't ready for another hour or so" My niece said I'm not waiting and left. I called the store manager Marcus Harris and he basically said " I'm so sorry. Your order was ready, i dont know why they said it wasn't ". This is what customer service has come to. I had kids at home who wanted pizza for dinner. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Domino's needs to do better. Very disappointed.

This used to be my go-to when the kiddos beg for pizza. It's always been super convenient and tasty. The last few times have been crazy. The staff here is always so friendly amd they work so hard, so I wish I could rate them separately from the business, which they have little control over. I absolutely hate to order ahead anywhere, only to arrive and wait as is I ordered in-store. Not only has this been the case at this Dominos location, but I've gotten text updates that my order was ready, only to drive over and wait another 10 to 15 minutes. I'm not the most important person in the world. I can be patient. What I can't stand is feeling lied to. If I'm getting a notification that my order is ready, and I went out of my way to order ahead, why send the notification at all???? My suspicion is that even when they are crazy busy, the company has requirements on wait times, forcing workers to lie about when orders are ready to avoid disciplinary action. F-ing corporate America, squeezing every last dime out of the producing class...

So awful. Ordered from here twice took an hour to even get the pizza in the oven then another hour for delivery. After the two hour wait they delivered the wrong pizza. The first time we ordered and they told us the pizza would be out of the oven but couldn't get delivered for an hour so we just went and picked it up so we wouldn't have a cold pizza. Definitely needs new management.

Bad food, unintelligent crew, no help for ruined orders. All you get is a ranch sauce you don't want for eating your whole meal without your soda after the meal was delivered 30 minutes earlier the pizza was made and cut very sloppily. Then th3 delivery proceeds to tell my wife we ordered the sauce and soda separate that's why he didn't see it. Now your lying to your customers too. The whole order online plain as day to look at all on one order. Very unprofessional here

I ordered a pepperoni pizza today. Was I supposed to specify that I wanted cheese? There was none. Barely any. This was our first time trying their pizza and needless to say we will not be back. You definitely get what you pay for and we will continue to order from Round Table.

They were good in the past. However, recently it doesn't seem so. On my last order it took them 72 minutes to prepare 2 pizzas.

Pizza took 2 hours to be delivered. When I called to cancel, no one would answer the phone. Pizza is always cold, takes forever to be delivered and no one has any pride in the work they are producing. They will not be getting my business again.

However two female employees decided to argue IN FRONT of customers over who knows what, clearly not understanding customers are present and i assume acting manager could not resolve the issue which this argument between female workers escalated and another gentleman just decides to abandon job basically during all this. Horrible customer service. Hire better.

Whenever we try to call the store for help, they say call corporate. Whenever we call corporate, they say call the store. They’ve messed up many orders and when we go in for a correction, guess what? They mess the correction up too! Having us wait around for food multiple times. We are done going to this location. Just a shame because their pizza is affordable and tasty, but we will no longer waste our time or money on the awful service this location has. We will spend the gas and time driving to Greenhaven before going here ever again.

My order took 3 hours, then when I was informed from the app that my order was ready, I get there and no one knows where my pizza is. Find out its just barely being made. Then I get my pizza and it's missing cheese on most, and has no sauce... Sadly this has become the norm. This is just my last visit. The previous three visits, I've received the wrong pizza or had some issue.

Disappointing BBQ Chicken Pizza Experience at Domino's My recent visit to Domino's on National Pizza Day left much to be desired. Despite ordering a BBQ chicken pizza, I was disappointed to find only eight sparse pieces of chicken scattered across the entire pie (see picture). This lack of toppings not only failed to justify the price but also diminished the flavor. Overall, I regret to say I cannot recommend Domino's based on this experience.

Ordered chicken Alfredo pasta, they altered my pasta and added some sort of meat, which looked like pepperoni. Unfortunately I ate some of the pasta without realizing. I don’t eat pork, and they purposely added the pepperoni. I felt nauseous knowing I ate pork. Very unprofessional and unethical.

First of all I cannot explain the disgust and hassle I had to endure while being a customer at this place. To begin with Dante my cook I can see on the app, prepared my pizza rather quickly. Secondly I arrived with a $100 bill & he wants to act like they don’t keep change in the back or have a bill scanner. He refuses to hand me my order due to “lack of change”. So I go to the business next to them a Subway and I buy a soda. They have NO PROBLEM giving me change for a $4.00 drink. So now I’m on my way back to get my pizza all happy or so I thought. I get home and feed my family. A few hours later we’re all feeling sick. My son was the first to start projectile vomiting, then my wife shortly after then it was me. I would strongly avoid using their services. I’m pretty sure I can file a lawsuit for the amount of suffering an 8 year old boy was going through. Just avoid this place and fire that cook or at least train him right. I doubt I’m the first and hopefully am the last. Thanks Dominos for a nightmare of a night.

Ended up getting awful food poisoning from here, was up all night throwing up and unable to sleep from the nausea. After seeing the reviews, I'm coming to understand why. Food hygiene is important, and making sure that it is cooked and stored properly is too. This is dangerous and I won't be ordering from here again for my own safety

Updating review from 3 stars to 1 star. I want to give zero but ya know. Anyways. I placed my order online. They had a good deal online. Anyways I always pay card so I can leave a tip. But when I got there, a very small sign said no card payment. So I get it, sometimes this happens, but when I placed my order online, I should have been notified immediately. They had my phone number, so in the least they could have called so I could have made other arrangements. But no, I have to find out when I get there instead. I almost just left and went to another restaurant, but I caved and drove to raileys to get cash. Very inconvenient because I had my dog with me and it was raining. When I got back I had cash and thought maybe at least an apology? Maybe a discount or free sauce? No in fact the guy ringing me up forgot my sauce and i had to ask for it. The woman making the pizza, was very rude about the situation and acted like it was some how my fault for using a card. I should have looked at my pizza before I left, because I was very unhappy with it. There were bubbles all over the pizza. There were basically no topping on the pizza. And it was under cooked. This whole situation was just awful, I want my money back an apology, but after how I was treated I sure doubt that will happen or I will be contacted. I want to add that I work at a pizza place for 6 years, I know how it can be but 2 things, never make the customer feel like they did something wrong for an error on your end, and only make pizzas like you're eating it. If she had made this pizza for herself after all the trouble, I garenteed that it would have ample toppings and zero bubbles. Very disappointed. Again I truly wish I could have my money back after the whole ordeal. Will not be returning to this location unless this is some how resolved
