Picked the big Mac classic pack. Both my big mac's only had 1 patty each. There was only 1 vehicle in front of me so they were not busy. No excuse for the mistake.

The last 2 orders I got from this location came with hair in my food.You would think it rarely happens yet here I am smh. I walked in to see why and nobody is wearing a hairnet, employees joking around where the food is being prepped, touching their hair/visor/hat. Disgusting business

Went to this location at 10:49, they refused to serve me and closed 11 .minutes earlier than they posted on the windows. How can you close 10 minutes early? I get it if someone came at 10:59 but that's not what happened tonight.

Cheap owner took out the soda machine because he lost a few hundred bucks to people getting refills and charges even for one sauce packet. The store makes a large profit and is in a nice neighborhood yet the cheap owner needs to charge his customers for basics. You think a multi billion dollar company can afford to give its customer sources after they make a purchase but I guess not.

If I could leave one star I would. Arrived to the window at 10:55pm tonight with a mobile order pick up in place and was told they are closed when online and in store states closed at 11pm. I literally seen a worker at the drive thru window just standing there doing nothing. Ridiculous and can't even get a refund in the app I have to call now to get a refund. Terrible service terrible everything. Not returning to this location.

Extremely dissatisfied, food was cold, manager refused to have it redone for me. Normally temperature isn't a problem but i had specified I needed this fresh for a long road trip. They completely blew me off and when i requested for a manager the man who came refused to help. He also refused to give his name but I managed to read his name tag as Adrian.

Terrible experience, I’m in the drive thru getting rushed by the worker taking my order, then I get to the window to pay her, she literally didn’t check if I had change in between my bill and kept the extra money. Completely unacceptable. She is working the drive through right now, April 22nd, 4:10 Girl you need to calm down with rushing people, you work in FOOD SERVICE. I don’t care if you hate your job. Do your JOB. I hope you get re trained bcuz that is bs. When I confronted her team they didn’t want to do anything. I’ll just talk to corporate!

Ordered two quarter pounder meals the other day and the meat was still raw! Then today I ordered breakfast online at 10 am and they canceled my online order and said sorry we’re not serving breakfast anymore. Yet they serve breakfast until 10:30. Definitely won’t be getting my business at this store anymore! If I could give negative stars I totally would!

Never again. Convenience is not worth it. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and ate about a third of it before seeing pink meat. The outside was browned and looked cooked, but the inside was very pink. Not ok.

This burger isn't medium rare, it's raw. Ordered on 10/07/2020 between 5pm/6pm We had to pull around to the side and wait a bit longer than normal, no problem, I'm not a entitled B. But this? I called the store and the manager on duty I simply said "hey, no big deal, whatever trick you guys used to speed up the ticket doesn't work" and the manager decided to get defensive and say "no, there's no trick, this is just an unfortunate event" I went on to ask a question and was cut off mid sentence with "sir, there is no trick" Anger, yes, but moreso at the lie given to me. Look, McDonald's is by far the EASIEST food to cook, the ONLY way something like this happens is if they cut corners, period. Everything is exactly the same, everything is on timers, the machines are designed for consistency and DO NOT FAIL unless someone cut a corner or.. Had a "trick" to speed things up. Call it whatever, a trick, a corner cut, an "unfortunate event" Keep you and your kids safe from food born illness, specifically the really dangerous food born illnesses in raw beef. Don't eat at this McDonald's.☠️⚠️

This place is absolutely disgusting and unclean. Foods all scattered all over the floors, unswept, tables unclean, counters is not ripe or clean for two hours While we were there. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous 😡😡😡. Ordered a large fries with a large drink. Black male employee gave me a number card and told me to place it on the table and will bring the fries over. I waited 25 minutes yet no fries😡😡😡😡. Confronted the manager, he said I didn’t order any fries. Showed him my receipt and he not apologetic😡😡😡😡😡 for their failures. I NEVER EAT EVER AGAIN!!!
