So, I would like to give the food a 5 or even a 4 but they had a very bizarre system which affected my rating. I don't know if they were trying to speed things up, but at one point a guy worked there brought a tray full of orders of fries/ onion rings and set it down, then as they fulfilled orders, those were the fries they used. That's good for the first order or 2 but by the time I got my order the fries had been sitting out a good 4-5 minutes, and we're cold by the time I got home. Probably weren't that warm to begin with. The service was off too, when my friend and I weren't greeted when we walked in and we stood at the counter while the girl working there was right there, did / said nothing. Eventually we ended up using the kiosks to place orders which is actually better anyway because if I do it myself there is less chance for an error, but it's just another example of how bad customer service is these days.

This was recommended to us. DH and I split a double combo. Fries were excellent and the ranch dressing was the best I've ever had at a quick serve restaurant. Service was relatively quick and friendly. The burger (with cheese) was disappointing. It was overly moist which jumbled the flavors together in an unsettling way. It also was under seasoned and could have benefited from salt or mustard. The cooked onions were pleasant and the veg was fresh, but sparse. I'd pass next time.

We come here for the albacore tuna burger which is always good. We just eat seafood and veggies so this is a great menu item for us. The sweet potato fries are delicious with this burger too. The place is almost always full so arrive early or be prepared to wait to place your order and for a table to open up.

What happened!!! My previous review of "Great tasting burgers and shakes" had to be changed.... Just went a week or two ago (Dec '24) and was very disappointed at the BBQ Bacon Charburger I got. I posted the picture from their website to show you what I thought I was getting and the actual burger that I got. Wow! =( My son got the "limited time" Steakhouse Charmelt... Not sure what the "steak" part is about it... It tastes good, but really nothing new or special... Again, been a long time fan of The Habit, but this one was way below par....

Skipped In-n-out due to the long lines. (Family of 4 spent $40+) The restaurant was slow, however, the cashier didn't greet us, didn't ask to take our order, and the place was dirty. Didn't realize it was dirty until I had already ordered. Had to ask to have a booth cleaned (wasn't cleaned well). The child’s high chairs were filthy. Also had to clean those myself (cause clearly the cashier doesn’t know how to clean). The food was mid. Fries and burger bun were burnt. Also, no “Agua Fresca.” Let me ask you this… if the restaurant isn't clean, how is the grill, food, or utensils they use clean? (Makes you wonder). When we left, we were not thanked for coming. I remember Habit being good, not sure what changed.

The never get our food right, we just ordered from them and we bought 3 sandwiches and they gave us 2 sandwiches but added an extra onion ring. The workers there are horrible at reading or something. You should not order online. We have had better experiences with going in-person.

I came specifically for the Cobb salad, and it was a total letdown. They were out of eggs and offered bacon as a sub — but then forgot the extra bacon entirely. The avocado came in giant quarter-sized chunks, unripe and hard to eat, not the buttery texture you’d expect. Nearly impossible to cut with a fork, and it tasted fake. We also ordered burgers, and they were soggy by the time they got to us — the bread was wet, and sauce was both inside the burger and on the side, even though we clearly asked for it on the side only. I asked for extra onions on my salad and didn’t get those either. To make it worse, it took over 20 minutes to get our food, and they weren’t even that busy. If you’re out of ingredients like eggs, update your online menu. I checked the location before I came in, and that info should’ve been accurate. Super disappointed.

I ordered a salad and 3 hamburgers patties. Salad was old, soggy and nasty. 3 beef patties were super small, I guess inflation is kicking in. Won’t coming to any habit places.

3 times I have given this location a chance and they can't get it right. I specifically asked the girl for a ciabatta roll with my chicken sandwich because there bread gets soggy fast. She had no idea about the ciabatta (Which clearly states as an option on the menu) but I told her twice that's what I wanted. I got home and soggy bread again! How educated and how much training does it take to follow simple orders! The prices have increased drastically, but the service is terrible, come on!! I will not return to any Habit Burger again simply for there lack of attention to small detail. I'd rather go to 5 Guys Burgers where they follow orders and have a much better burger!
