After trying some new cookie locations in town I can honestly say without any doubt. ***This is by far the best little cookie store in town! ***

The cookies are fresh and taste so good. I always look forward to getting cookies when I am in the area.

Tasty cookies. I had the classic chocolate chip nut. It tasted like I imagined with a good nutty walnut flavor. My surprise was the brownie. It wasn't dense and chewy. It reminded me of a chocolate cake. Tasted great with a cup of milk or scoop of I've cream. The staff were friendly. No complaints.

My favorite cookie spot in NorCal! The best cookies I’ve ever tasted. I go at least once a week for the white chocolate almond cookies. So many to choose from and they’re fresh daily!

The Cookie Jar has been a family go-to for fresh, high quality cookies. They have a wide selection of flavors that rotates according to the day of the week, so if you have a favorite kind of cookie, be sure to check in to see when they have it! They do have certain flavors that are always available, along with various drink options in their cooler.

How can any kid say no to cookies? Forget about kids, I'm an adult and when I enter this cookie shop, I become a kid myself. I cannot help trying their cookies. They are delicious. Highly recommend to all the kids and if you are trying to get some for gifts. Perfect and cute little shop within the local neighborhood. Come out and support.

These cookies are awesome. We got a mixed dozen to try several flavors and they were all great. Crunchy edges, chewy centers, everything cookies should be.

I stumbled on this place accidentally, and wow it was a treat. Wonderfully sized cookies baked perfectly with a chewy center. I got about 6 different cookies, I highly recommend the rascal (peanut butter and brownie) or the s’mores that had big chops of chocolate, marshmallows and gram cracker crumbles.

Love this place I come get cookies here a lot they taste fantastic and have it with milk that takes it to the next level. The atmosphere is great and the cashiers are always wonderful the only downside is they don't sell milk.

I like their cookies because they are simple and delicious. I always get snickerdoodle, peanut butter toffee, regular peanut butter, chocolate coconut and molasses. They all taste yummy.

I am feeling the diabetes creep on to me because of this place… and I am welcoming it. Soft, sweet, freshly baked... what more can you ask for? Not like your over priced fancy cookies that are pretty but tasteless and heartless like a Kardashian or Miss’s Fields Cookies. These are full of flavor, round, crave killing like Beyonce or Lizzo or cookies ya grandma made! Well my grandma is filipino and made other desserts, but you get my point. Like a love hate relationship.. so good but so bad for you. Crumbles in such a beautiful way, like those AMSR videos on youtube where they crush crunchy things with sparkles in them. I don’t think I need to go any further, go buy them!! You won’t be disappointed. (Would have taken more photos, but I morphed into cookie monster and they were gone in a second)

I can never decide so I buy a few different ones. They all taste great. Now the weather has warmed up I will try their cookie ice cream sandwich too.

Change the name to The Cookie Heaven! I spent $24 on a dozen assorted cookies to surprise my lady, and she told me that was THE BEST purchase I’ve ever made. One cookie we tried was the chocolate chip cookie. A sweet, crunchy, touch crumbly but yet so soft like velvet, buttery bite that lingers as you chew it, and now and then, a sweet smooth, decadent pop of intense goo (a chocolate chip) playfully melted in my mouth. Imagine how their white chocolate almond, crackle, chocolate fantasy, M&M Peanut butter, and snickerdoodle would taste? It will not only touch your taste buds, but it will soothe your soul. I paid $24, best price I paid for cookies, but the joy and the smile it brought on my wife’s face was absolutely priceless!

We love going here for yummy cookies. They have the cookies you loved as a kid but also some very fancy ones. They are all good. Great service too! We blame them for the extra weight we are putting on... (no not really). We used them for baby shower goodie bags for my wife's sister too...they were done up all nice. Great stuff!

Always great cookies!! Would be nice if more than one person was working at a time but I'm sure that's hard on a small business.

The cookies are amazing! The Diana Sugar was my favorite of the bunch! I just wish they had all of their cookies available every day, instead of just one day a week.

My family and I went to the cookie jar when they originally opened up. It was a nice concept and we liked their cookies. It was a nice clean shop and the working there were friendly and attentive. I'm not exactly sure what happened and we kind of stopped going there. It has been a while but then we were in the area walking and decided to go in. We were reminded again why we liked this place and could not figure out why we stopped. They have maintained the shop and they have good product. I guess we will be going there more often.

I love, love , love this place. However, the last time I went i waited outside for 15 minutes. How hard is it to get 2 people in and out. They had my favorites (nillas, c.c no chips) they give me a free cookie. I get home and I eat the free cookie. 1st bite, had a hair. I have short curly hair, and this was long light straight hair. So disappointed. Of course I ate my purchased cookies with ⚠️. And why is it that some employees wear masks and some don't? Thats a bit puzzling. Seems like it should be mandatory as it is for all other places. Although I was upset I couldn't be to mad because it was a free cookie. I will return but its gonna be awhile. They are on restriction

Stopped by to pick up cookies for SuperBowl around 6:30. Out of cookies (6 white chocolates) and getting ready to close doors. They are supposed to be open until 9:00pm on Saturday. Rather than making cookies for late customers, they were closing. Love their cookies but I am a customer who expects consistency. Poor management to be out of cookies 2.5 hours before closing.

I wish I could give a better review. But honestly I like Mrs. Fields better. I had a peanut butter cookie and it wasn't even soft or to flavorful. The price is better then Mrs. Fields though. The service was fast and friendly.

My wife and I came in Saturday only to be told that they don't make the magic cookie bars until Sunday. So we came in Sunday 2 hours after they opened only to be told that they don't know why they didn't make them. So a waste of time and gas only to be told we have to wait till next week. What a disappointment!

Not really a fan of this place was very disappointed went in to check it out and maybe get some cookies I ended up buying 7 cookies totaling up to a whopping 25$ bucks I was like what these things better be good for that price ...when I got home i really got a chance to dig into them and I gotta say totally not worth the money at all

Very very disappointed.. earlier today my wife went to pick up 6 chocolate chip cookies from this store ($13 worth) after work i ate some to my surprise i see a little shiny gift inside one of the cookies, as i explore more turns out its some type of plastic, or cooking wrap inside more than on cookie..not acceptable called the store told them in which they knew that it was from the chocolate chip, so either they knew about it or heard from other customers.. i was told to come into store for refund/exchange since they could not do it over the phone so i had to drive back.. I arrived at store and 3 different employees are working from when my wife first picked up the cookies of just one employee.. i spoke to one employee and showed her what i had, she herself acknowledged the plastic apologized took bag of cookies in back and called her manager/owner whoever which went over my problem and also took pictures.. she then gets off the phone comes back and tells me "ok i spoke with my manager i can replace the 3 cookies you brought in".....Ok WAIT first thing came to my head. With proof of this plastic being in my cookies and just to replace what i brought in. I informed the employee that card was on file just please refund my money.. she again told me per her manager that only can exchange cookies you bring back and no refunds.. at this point i was done i had the employee take more pictures of the cookies and left my information. The fact that the proof is right for them to see and instead of taking care of the customer per the manager i can only exchange.. i will just have to take care of this matter in a different direction and will shop for my future plastic chocolate chip cookies somewhere else.

They gave us a cookie that was rock hard. I took a video in front of the store with my mom eating the cookie, just to prove that it was rock hard. They denied a replacement. Also, I believe one of the employees, is sick - as he was sniffling a lot and in a mask. There should never be any sick employees at their place of employment, especially if they are serving any sort of food or distilled beverages. I hope this reaches the owner and the manager, as this experience was not okay. Our server says Lindsey A, however unsure if that is the same person that actually served as the cashier login may have been the other associate. We spent $18.54 at 6:51 PM.
