I was craving a chicken potato forever, but there is no bbq near me. Tonight i was in EG and went straight to Dickeys where the 2 ladies working were so sweet amd professional. They literally made my night(nd lunch tomorrow) with the best chicken potato ever!

Hit the spot when it comes to my bbq craving. Pleasantly surprised for the quality of food since this is a chain. I'm not sure why this location has some bad reviews, the food and service is amazing. Chicken breast and brisket were juicy! We came on a Monday at 8pm and not sure of their names (tall lady and guys name was makiyah?) but they were so welcoming and so hard working. They greeted everyone despite not getting some responses back. Their service alone will make me come back as a repeat customer. Service like this is very hard to come by. Great prices as well.

I've been coming to Dickeys for years. This location and others. Food is always good. I typically get the 3 meat combo with green beans and Mac. Brisket, sausage, and pulled pork. I like the sweet BBQ sauce over the spicy or original. It's probably the best commercial or fast BBQ you can get. It won't compare to BBQ places that smoke their meat for days but definitely works for a quick fix. The service here at this location is great. The food is always warm and tastes fresh. Only complaint is the tables are consistently sticky.

The food was so good here. I ordered the Thursday deal of the day, which consisted of jalapeno cheddar kielbasa sausage and pulled pork, with a side of green beans and potato salad, pickles, onions and their standard dinner roll. My only critique is that the pulled pork was a little dry, even with the barbecue sauce and just wasn't tender enough. This location was very clean and together. The staff was very polite. Overall, I enjoyed my lunch here.

This is the version of a half pound of brisket. I was going home to fresno and stopped. 20 mins out of my way. To have their food. No Dickeys near fresno. Got a sandwich & 1/2 pound of brisket. This is what I found. Look at the amount of fat left on there. 🤢. On top of it being a light 1/2 pound. Could of sworn they are supposed to use scales. Won't be going back. Don't like to be ripped off.

We hadn't been to a Dicky's in quite a long time. We were excited to find one. We were disappointed in the quality of our meal. I ordered the 3 piece meal with 2 sides. I got 2 very small pieces of cold brisket, sausage, over fried okra and a small container of mashed potatoes instead of the loaded potato. We paid about $30 a meal with drink. We were the only ones there so not busy at all. Not likely to go back.

Horrible! I got food poisoning and an ambulance ride to the ER from eating at this place. Already sent a formal complaint to the corporate office. I would give it no stars if I could

The food is good but the portions are way too small and the prices are too high. We got double meat but they gave us only 5 slices total. When we called and complained they said the meat is weighed which is kind of lame. Doubt we will be back unless they lower the price and increase the portion size. The old dickey’s was way better than the new one

My girlfriend and I both got the 2 meat plate with double brisket slices… these were the slices. Unseasoned, and COLD… the only thing that was semi warm were the fries which were actually decent. The brisket had little to no flavor without the bbq sauce on the side, I can get past that though. The fact that everything except the fries were cold was what really got me. Maybe that one complained ruined the whole experience for me, and I hope they can make some changes soon because this place has potential but definitely not worth $53 and some change after tax. They seem to be cutting corners in some areas. Staff however was friendly, and as helpful as they could have been.

I placed an $80 order to be delivered! Order was charged taken and driver there to pick up when they decided to cancel my order last minute! So unacceptable and unprofessional. Not to mention how short staff this place is even when you purchase in door! Horrible place to order from

I should have read the reviews before ordering..the bbq place that I really wanted, Bear West BBQ, didnt deliver to my location so I tried Dickeys. Never again. There was no utensils with my order which was 2 meats and a side. My side was mac and cheese and it definitely did not taste homemade. The brisket was ok but nothing to write home about.

I’m not an avid BBQ eater nor do I claim to have the best taste buds to discern the best BBQ from the worst but this place by far was the worst for good reason. My girlfriend and I both got the 2 meat plate with double brisket slices… these were the slices. Unseasoned, and COLD… the only thing that was semi warm were the fries which were actually decent. The brisket had little to no flavor without the bbq sauce on the side, I can get past that though. The fact that everything except the fries were cold was what really got me. Maybe that one complained ruined the whole experience for me, and I hope they can make some changes soon because this place has potential but definitely not worth $53 and some change after tax.
