Depending on the day that you decide to go here will depend on how good the food is, they're not consistent, tonight was incredible as the food was perfect! We had a great server, she was on top of things and quick to our drink refills. I've always been a fan of this restaurant when I lived in SoCal, for some reason NorCal isn’t as consistent and that goes for all the chains not just tbis one. Go eat some Italian food at Olive Garden you won't regret it 😋 the bread sticks rock especially with your food.

We had the perfect server Kioshi. She remembered all our orders even if we're a big group. She was a great sport even if some of the table guests were obnoxious. Our food was great and the atmosphere was perfect.

Food was great! Never ending pasta dishes are amazing!! Wine was great, restaurant was clean. Server Pete was phenomenal! Definitely went above and beyond!! Love it!!

I really liked the mushroom with the cooking wine flavoring it and the consistent creamy texture of the cheese with the tomato, as if it was buttering the savory chicken.

Host needs training. Not very welcoming with an attitude and judgmental personality. Waiter carried the experience with over the top customer service, which was much appreciated. Food was banging 😋 enjoyed it with my family.

Jazzie gave excellent customer service👏. We ordered Shrimp Fettuccine, Sirloin & Fettuccine, Soup & yes Breadsticks. The food was good however I ordered my sirloin "well done" next time I'll order "medium-well". Other than that all was very good!

We were there for dinner. Kids ordered the kids menu with Mac and cheese, french fries and fettuccine Alfredo. We ordered Shrimp Fritto Misto for appetizer and Shrimp Scampi with soup. The angel hair is a bit too soft, but the overall taste is good. Soup is delicious. We finished the dinner with a Black Tie Mousse Cake. To me, it's too sweet, but kids love it. And it's a bit pricey for a slide of cake. Our server is very nice and responds quickly.

We came here to celebrate my daughters birthday. I would have given it 5 stars, but we waited over an hour to be seated. Once we got our table,our server was Alex, and the experience got a lot better he was attentive, kept checking on our drinks, got appetizers out fast, and the food came out fast as well we had a great time and the food was delicious. Thank you, Alex, for making our night splendid and memorable.

Reservation is definitely recommended, and you might have trouble finding parking on busy nights. The food was good. Service was on point. The only knocks are that silverware could be cleaner and my bread plate was dirty when I was seated

The service was very good. Our server was right on top of it. She was right there to ask for a drink order shortly after that returned for our dinner order. She continued to check to see if we needed anything. She was very personable and friendly and I appreciate that. The seafood fettuccine was wonderful and very good. My only disappoint was the menu said that it would have shrimp and scallops but not scallops be found. This facility is very well-maintained and it’s obvious they are very concerned about maintaining sanitary conditions.

Nina H was our server, it looked like she had 3 tables including us, my mom and I felt very ignored. She made multiple rounds to check in on her other two tables and completely ignored us, one which was sat 15 minutes after us and got drinks before us as well. And another table that was sat right after us and got their drinks before us and were able to eat and leave before we even got our entrees. Part of the issue might be because she doesn’t use a drink tray and carries 2-3 drinks out by hand at a time. We did not receive breadsticks or water (that we asked for 3 separate times) and had to wave down a host or manager (not sure) for water…. Hate doing that. I usually don’t care for bad service because everyone has bad days but this was absolutely horrendous to make someone sit there and feel like they have to beg to be served. We waited 30+ minutes just for our drinks. Half our food was on the table while we are still waiting on drinks.Other employees were above and beyond at providing exceptional food service, however I did not feel that energy from Nina, and made me feel bad about coming in to eat. Overall she seems like a nice person. Just not the greatest at being double sat with a two top and a three top I suppose 🤷‍♂️

This was an experience my niece who is young and too forgiving went through with her friend. From the waiter to a Manager. The assumptions from them about a gift card they claimed had no more money on it when I just bought it for her. The waiter threw the card out after running it and claimed he couldn’t retrieve it out the trash when my niece wanted the card so they could check how much was left on it. The manager was called and refused to do anything as well. This is ridiculous and my niece didn’t want to make more of a scene so they left and you bet if I were there there would have been a different outcome. I will never eat here again or at any location and I will tell everyone how unprofessional management and the employees are here.

been several times like my experience today. barely any sauce at all on my “alfredo” pasta and the fries are always soggy like they aren’t being fried or something. also stingy on the chicken.. disappointing with this place. go to paesanos for quality!

I went here for my 23rd birthday, the food was salty. The soup was Watered down. I went here with a group of friends. We don’t look our age. We look younger and because of it, we were not taking very seriously. And there was a strange smell inside the restaurant that I did not smell before. Definitely not returning back there.
