This place is a gem! I love pho and Ive tried many places. You order when you walk in and the menu is simple, which I love. You’re immediately seated and your food comes out super fast. Flavor was amazing. We had the rib-eye pho and portions were also big. We also took our toddler and he loved it as well. It’s loud enough in there to not worry about making some noise with kids. Over all, we loved it and will definitely return if ever in the area again.
Was orange named after the color or after the 🍊 fruit? I’m not sure, but what I’m sure is that I love pho. Let’s begin this journey, a friend told me that pho was good and, me being a single celled organism, never tried it. So we went and boy oh boy, the place was amazing and tasty Atmosphere, Let’s begin with the atmosphere, this place has a wonderful atmosphere and I love the design that they have on the walls and the way they have the tables set up allow for space to walk around. The place isn’t super spacious but it’s organized well enough where it’s nice. Service, The service was amazing and I forgot what pho I got but my change was like 60 cents and I got a dollar back, so that’s wsp. I seen some people “complain” about having to fetch their own water or tea but brother, that is barely a 3-7 second walk. I don’t understand that. The person who helped me, (forgot his name) was super helpful and explained the different type of noodles cause it was my first time coming and was nice about it. 🐌 Food The food was really good, I loved it alot. The soup part was so good, genuinely never thought that combination of flavor would burst like that. It was just so amazing. And the noodles. Like man, this was amazing. I loved it a lot. The beef, was amazing, perfectly cooked, but I felt that it lacked seasoning or flavor compared to the rest of the soup. Now because it’s my first time, maybe this is how it’s supposed to be, but I really don’t know. I apologize if that’s how it’s supposed to be. The sauces with the beef however were exquisite. Def one of the best things I have tried and def something I’d try again. Loved everything about the place and the customer service. Also I want to try the fried donut they have, that looked cool
Me and my fiance came here on a rainy Sunday evening last minute after another restaurant was too packed but honestly, that was the best thing that could have happened because this place was SO GOOD. The service was very friendly and helpful. We got our drinks fast and then our food was on our table not long after. I love that they give you the option if you'd like thin or fresh noodles. There's fried doughnuts on the menu which is a must with pho. The broth is one of the best I've tasted and they are very generous with the amount of meat they give you, this was honestly the first pho restaurant I've ever been to where I've had meat from beginning to the end of my meal, and I was very impressed. The interior was nicely done too, plenty of space and very clean. I also admired the Southeast Asian design, it made me very happy to see as a Southeast Asian individual myself. I appreciate when a business can showcase culture in different forms. I look forward to visiting this restaurant again when I'm in town, I highly recommend it.
I gotta say best pho in Sacramento! Hands down to this restaurant. Broth is 💣so damn good! Best pho I ever had! Just wish the place was a bit bigger. FYI the menu is very small. I didn't experience any bad customer service. The ladies were nice. Didn't really like the mango smoothie though taste ok. But if your all about the pho this place is good.
I ordered the #5 which was Ribeye & Brisket Pho. IT WAS SO GOOD. SO SO GOOD. The broth was literally so flavorful. The meat was literally so tender. The bowl was BIG. Definitely worth the $14.50, but my total became a little higher because I paid $1.50 extra for fresh made noodles, which was so worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This place is literally so bomb.
I’d been meaning to try this place for a while—and finally made it out with a friend, a colleague, and another friend (yes, a full squad). I ordered the oxtail pho, and let me just say: wow. The broth was so good—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. This was honestly the first time I’ve had pho where I didn’t feel the need to load it up with sriracha or chili oil. I added just a tiny bit of hot sauce out of habit, but the broth was strong enough to stand on its own. That’s rare. The oxtail was tender, the noodles were just right, and everything was served hot and fresh. Service was great—friendly and quick. The atmosphere was welcoming and had a good flow of people, but it wasn’t overwhelming or too loud. Just a good, chill spot to enjoy a great meal. My friends also enjoyed what they ordered, and I definitely plan to come back and try more options—next time I might branch out and try a different style of pho. If you’re a pho lover or just want to taste broth done right, this spot is highly recommended. Can’t believe I waited this long to try it!
The food was so flavorful. We had the #14 beef pho! It was perfect!
The atmosphere is great. Soft music playing, not to loud. The food is always so good, the broth is very delicious.
Food was great! The service was quick. Love that water and tea are available on tap. And they gave me scissors for my order so I could cut my meat!
I heard frim friends that this pho place was pretty good so I decided to give it a try. When I got my order I first tasted the broth and was pleasantly surprised. I added my condiments and seasoning and finished my pho. My go to place is Pho City, but their prices has been getting more pricey lately. For around rhe same size, Sit Lo pho was around $5 cheaper a bowl and taste just as good or better. Best of all, Sit Lo opens early and closes late. Looks like this will be my new go to pho place from now on.
I have come to Sit Lo Saigon many times for a quick and yummy pho. The best thing I like at Sit Lo Saigon is the Oxtail Pho. The oxtails are usually pretty good size, and the meat is so tender. I love oxtail, so I love this pho very much. The Pho Hanoi is my next favorite. They also have fresh noodle pho available if you want something other than the regular pho. It costs only $1.50 more, but it is worth it.
Pho was great. Clean suttle taste we ordered the Premium Pho w/ Ox tail, ribs and tendon. The deep fired donut tastes stale becuase of too much oil. I guess it was reheated in a cold oil, when we took a bite the oil was oozing like a juice. Only took a bite then a very tiny one before we left to make sure of the taste. It was really off because of too much oil.
Very authentic Vietnamese rice noodles! This is a clean and hygienic place, with a large amount of ingredients and delicious taste! Its price is reasonable, and it is about 20 dollars with drinks, which is very affordable! The disadvantage is that there are too few varieties of Vietnamese specialty dishes.
Great staff. Broth is hearty and flavorful. Both Saigon and Hanoi bowls are great. The chicken is good too. Try a beef bone while you're here! It's not as flavorful as the broth, but the meat melts in your mouth. Bone marrow is hearty and silky smooth. Yum! The seating area is a bit small, so smaller parties of two will get you seated faster. Other than that, this place is a Must Try!
Best Pho broth I've had so far! Very flavorful even before you add in any of the extra ingredients and sauces.
Never had northern style pho but the homie said its good And i agree Never ordered pho where you order first then get assigned a table but its efficient The pho really be on point and its not overly expensive
Went one morning for brunch. Great flavor and taste. Super quick service. Tried the hanoi style with fresh noodles and a side of the fried donut. 10/10. Donut is fried crispy so you have to let it sit in the soup to soften a little before eating. Also had their coffee with condensed milk and fresh coconut juice. Sat at their patio since weather was still nice out.

We got our food pretty quick, I can't remember what Pho i ordered but I had the house made noodles IT WAS VERY DELICIOUS! First time ive eaten Pho WITHOUT ADDING ANYTHING TO IT the broth was that good!! I've been back 3 times, I'm hooked... 🔥🥣
Excellent, friendly service. Giant bowl of Pho. Plenty (for me) for two meals. I always grab a big bowl from somewhere when I feel a cold coming on, spice it up to the edge of my tolerance, and I feel it helps to kick the cold. First time coming to this place (it was the closest place and the only only still open after seeing a late movie) and I'll be back! Would recommend to anyone.

Very focused pho noodles place. Popular. Pay first then seated. Ox tail can be intense. Could be a bit more generous with the veggies.
This place is strictly pho noodle soup. It's a pay before you eat restaurant. This is your typical pho, the broth was a bit on the bland side.
I got the Ox tail pho, I wish they would've cook the ox tail till it was fall off the bone, that's my only complaint, other then that, it's good pho.
Had a pho craving post a night of drinking. Order first, then pick a spot to sit at. We ordered: #13 saigon pho $16.50 #3 pho chin $13.95 Their meat quality was pretty good, and the amount of meat is pretty good for the value. Staff is friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Street parking only.

Great food, great atmosphere. Food service came out fast but after that everything else u need, water drinks....etc you're gonna have to get up and get it yourself. Had to get up 3x during my meal to buy my kids drinks and get water.

First time trying this restaurant and got mixed reviews. The service is very good and fast. But the foods are so so. The pho combo is full of meats and veggies options. But the broth is very heavy and dark. Don’t like it too much since is too dark and heavy. I am willing to go back and give it another try.
July 2023. Cam back to try the rib bones pho. Is tasty. Came with three rib bones. The pho seems to be little not enough for the large size. The noodles pretty broken in short pieces, not a great noodles. They need to do better before some one file a complaint. Place clean and have in and outside tables. Place is open widely so pretty much no privacy for tables but we managed 😆 Broth is good. Didn't felt bloated after. The price is expensive for the size, should be around 12 instead of 15. We tried number 1 and number 3.
It's okay. There are 3 soups and the #1 Hanoi pho comes with a Chinese fried donut and lots of green onions. The beef was so-so for it. The tendon for #2 was good. The broth for both was overall a little salty. The fried donut was hard to eat until it soaked into the soup for a bit. Then it was good! Toppings were also plentiful! I only came here with my family because the restaurant I wanted to go to next door was packed. It's a good place to fill up but I've been to better pho places in the area. Staff was friendly.

Pricy for Phó. My daughter and I both had the chicken (#3). We ended up picking out the chicken because all of it was funky pieces with cartilage and a lot of chicken skin that was blubbery. Ew. The rest was delicious. The staff was nice and service was good. Not returning because of the price and blubbery chicken pieces.
The food is great. If you're dining in, service and infrastructure need some serious work and coordination. There's always a line here, but it's because the tables are cleaned super slowly and there are people who haven't paid/ordered who try to sit and reserve tables. If there are tables open, they'd rather the entire line wait while the group in front gets the table they're waiting for cleaned while other could be served. This isn't the first time I've eaten here, but I would really recommend take-out rather than dine-in. Both dine-in experiences have been really lack-luster. The decor is cute though, so I'll give a bonus for that.
After reading some reviews I have to try it for my self. I don't know how it got the name lol. I had #1 Hanoi Pho. Came out looks good, but the soup base broth is too salty. Service is none, you have to get your own water. Owner, if you reading this please adjust your soup base.. The atmosphere inside is beautiful and good location.
I ate at sit lo Saigon last night. It was open late. I ordered the Saigon pho. It was made out of soup and meat. It was pretty good soup. The best part of the meal was the pho. I had a good time eating the pho especially when it still had noodles and meat in it. The reason I am rating this restaurant is because at 1am I had really bad stomach ahce. I ran to the bathroom (which was really cold) and thought I was gonna barf throw up. Kyckily, I didn’t. I just had bad diar for about an hour which was very unpleastnt. I’d rate the restaurant higher because food was good by diarrhea of that magnitude was not fun for me.

This place is so inconsistent when it comes to their pick up orders. Today picked up the Hanoi order and the broth is very dark, an indication that it wasn’t slow cooked but rather they use artificial flavor cubes. A joke and disrespectful for the food industry. Last time I’m coming here, this place is going down hill.
Order 2 bowls for 2 person. My order came out wrong and I told them to remake it. Eventually my food never got back to me. Everyone at my table was half way done eating. People who came in and order afterwards got their food, I never got my food back. So I asked for a refund for my bowl. I wish I got a refund back from the tip too. With this experience, this just proves MY POINT as to why I personally DON'T like to tip ahead of time. I prefer to tip cash at the end. I got partial refund only.... It is what it is. Maybe I dined in at the wrong time. But on the plus side, food does come out fast. Broth is on the saltier side, just my opinion. (Tasted my husband bowl)
Giving food 3 stars since personally it's on the saltier side. 1 star for customer service as they seem to now have reservation system. I definitely advise against that because usually this is a pay at the counter to get a table seat. What ends up happening is lots people line up to find out later that it's reservation only which is truly inefficient. First come first serve, was fast and efficient, please bring that back.
