My dining experience is very good per usual but I asked for the choice of my waiter who suggested the double burger, damn damn damn excuse my language but it was that good, Chef Kiss 💋

With prices on everything continuing to rise (gas, anyone?), it's nice that there's a few restaurants out there that do their best to keep things affordable. Case in point: Chili's' 3 For Me deal, which I can't recommend enough. The service is friendly & fast, and if you're having a hard time navigating their payment tablet, they'll help you through it. This kind of service goes miles when it comes to resolving digital gift cards, as me and my girlfriend have had to do. Chilis has become a regular dinner destination for us, and a much more affordable option than a certain clown-based fast food franchise has become in recent years.

Ribs fell off the bone, I was able to eat it with a fork and not make a mess of myself. Brisket quesadilla was soooo delicious with just the right spicy after taste with the BBQ that I dipped my fries and chicken in the drippings! The corn on the cob was spiced just right with cheese and seasonings. Kids were entertained. Tried Tito's Watermelon Spritz, which is one to keep sipping and not want to stop, very delicious.

I was pleasantly surprised... the food has definitely improved since I was last here, which was approximately 10 years ago. I had a burger and french fries. My kids got the meal deal. For a family of four, our total was approximately $70, and the kids also had dessert. If you want good food for a reasonable price, then this is your place.

Can't beat the 3 for me deal! It's a starter, meal and drink.... Many options. We did the old timer burgers for $10.99. Upgraded my starter to the dip trio for $3.99 and it was more than enough for 2. Burgers are big and super good, comes with fries that are also good. Great service too!

We were seated right away no wait time. The ambiance was welcoming. Our server Jayna was full of personality, prompt and attentive. The service was excellent. We ordered the Sizzling Fajita for two with Black Beans, Sour Cream tortilla shells, Chicken, Steak & Guacamole on the side. The food was served sizzling hot, seasoned to perfection with lots of flavor. If you've never tried their Sizzling Fajita, this is a must try. Mmmmm good. We will return.

Food is always very good at Chili's. But as prices continue to climb, more restaurants are resorting to having the bartender also wait all the tables in the bar area. Because of this, service takes a huge hit with the one overworked server/bartender attempting to do it all. Soon fewer of us will bother going out to eat if we have to get up to ask for ketchup or a glass of water. This isnt why we go out!

My second recent time at a Chili's. The $10.99 lunch is hard to beat. A little early for lunch so only the bar area seating was available. Somehow they seated and served everyone with only 2 employees out front. I had the addictive tortilla chips and salsa, the Old Timer Hamburger and lemonade. A heck of a bargain for a good burger. This facility is getting tired. The booths could definitely use a refresh but the food was good and the small but busy staff did a good job.

This location is not quite as clean as others I have visited, but acceptable. Strict COVID-19 protocol in place. Face mask required to enter, escorted to seating following a set path. Seating is spaced to keep 6+ feet between parties. The service is great, our server checked with us frequently. Our order was tabled within 15 minutes. The food was great too. I had the baby back ribs with a dry rub, and the meat fell off the bones as advertised. Excellent flavor and temperature. My wife had the grilled salmon, also very good. Cooked very well done just as requested. We paid from our table at the kiosk with no contact needed. Plenty of staff on duty for the number of guests while we were there.

Ok, so mixed emotions on this one. Went for happy hour on a Friday night and we sat in the bar. The bar was swamped so service was a little slow, however, our bartender was fabulous. I recommend the Green Tea shot. The fajitas were tender, flavorful, and very fresh. We had leftovers to take home and their delectable aroma filled the car all the way home. At the end of the night it was nice to see the manager jump in behind the bar and help out! So definitely will be back.

Y'all ... The food was good. HOWEVER, the chips were not the same. They were not the light, crispy and salty chips you normally get. We asked the waitress if they changed the chips and she said "no". So maybe there was a new cook, who knows. They were very similar to bagged tortilla chips. Other than that, it was good. But let's be honest, the chips are a big part of the "Chili's experience".

Easy to find from the main street. Plenty of parking spaces, seat yourself "weird", easy menu. Reasonable prices, Brittney is a great waitress and bartender too.

Today my family and I went to celebrate here. The food is delicious. The recommended drink is strawberry margarita, I'm not sure but it tastes good and easy to drink. 4/5 Came here for a bite to eat with my sister during lunch. It was pretty slow during this time and day of the week but that means we got special service! The service was pretty typical for a chilies, but we felt accommodated and treated well. I ordered the classic burger from the 10 for three menu and I was pleasantly surprised. It was my first time having it and I really liked it, the only thing is, it was a bit greasy. I also enjoyed some Texas cheese fries. I definitely won’t be leaving chilies anytime soon.

The Smokehouse Combo wasn't a favorite, but the chips and queso were delightful. The brisket burger was dry and somewhat overcooked, while the Big Mouth Burger Bites were just okay.

The reason for the 4 stars? The wait time for your order to be taken is pretty long. The time for the appetizers to come to our table once ordered was very long. Upside our waitress was very attentive and always had a smile on. Super friendly and accommodating. Food was alright nothing stands out as great but on the other hand nothing was bad. We drove 10 miles to pick it up. The Texas fries were not fresh. The cheese was hard and fries stiff as if they had been sitting out for hours. They tossed fresh jalapenos on top. I was willing to forgive that and use my microwave once I got home. When I got home the crispy chicken combo was missing the combo: no fries, no street corn. I was very unhappy. I called them and told them that now I have to drive back through rush hour traffic and burn my gas because of this. By this time I wanted them to remake my Texas fries too. Drove back 10 miles and got the food. They failed to compensate for the drive. The person I spoke to on the phone,Veronica, said she would post a note to the manager to refund us. Instead I just got to drive an extra 20 miles for a no fault of mine food issue

The staff were nice but the food was not good enough for me to come back here. The food was greasy and not good quality. It made everyone's stomach hurt. I am giving it two stars because the staff were nice but the food is zero stars. Do not come here. Also they have really no gluten free options.

Too many times i have ordered online snd picked up the food when told it was ready only to receive undercooked food, drinks with little to no ice and cold food. This is from two different locations and many orders. No response ever to complaints. The staff at Elk Grove is always friendly, and when the order is fresh and hot the food is good with fair portions. Its just not consistent any longer.

I had dinner and got the bottomless chips. They were VERY SALTY, not once did the waitress ask if we wanted 3more. The Mango Iced Tea was bitter and there was no mango taste AT ALL. Their 10oz steak was cooked perfect. However, the Honey Chipotle chicken crispers where way too salty. 4th time here ...kinda disappointed for the food prices and sevice.

This restaurant changed a lot from years ago, the food is so oily and either under cooked or overcooked. We ordered appetisers and were soaked in oil, my wife ordered a medium well Ribeye and was bloody, I ordered grilled Salmon, it was burned on one side. It took them 25 minutes to bring the appetisers, I had to keep asking the server. It’s too bad how this place changed, it used to be one of my choices for restaurants near where I lived since 2003.

On Sunday, me and my family decided to come to Chilis for dinner. The food as always was really good, came out hot & fresh. The drinks were on point. The customer service today was horrible! Our waiter seem in a bad mood like just didn’t want to serve. Then we weren’t told by our waiter that they’ll be going on break so we were being helped by multiple staff. Everyone at the table had got their food except for me and I waited 10 minutes until we got attention from a young gentleman at the front who looked like he was helping out as a host! And when my family shared with him that I didn’t get my food, he gave a smart answer back saying “oh really” stood there just looked at us and decided to walk towards the kitchen, not even I’m sorry let me go check on that for you guys! Really disappointed and I hope all the young workers working there would understand the meaning of giving great customer service.

Went with my fiance at first everything was good, the staff was kind but the service wasn't great. I asked for a bowl of soup to start off with but didn't get it. I watched a family of 7 all get their soup and food when they were seated 15 minutes after us. Even the couple who was seated next to us who came way after us got their food and appetizers before us. Our server pretty much ignored us til our food actually came out an hour and 15 minuted after we ordered. I told her I never got my bowl of soup but she came back with a cup of it but still charged us for a bowl even though I told her she gave me the cup instead of the bowl like I asked for. She paid great attention to the table next to us but always walked past my fiance and I. I get if the place is understaffed but you can't just ignore a table and make them feel forgotten.

My chicken sandwich was so greasy that I think they're overusing the shortening. The server handled the replacement order professionally. The manager never made an appearance. Also, my cousin and I both got sick from our lunch orders.

The waiter was nice. But the food was salty. The soup was overly salty. The tortilla chips were overly salty. And my french fries were overly salty, I had to shake off the salt. Sadly our eating experience wasn't the best. My crispy chicken sandwich was thankfully the only part of my meal that didn't have a lot of salt. And the syrup they use for one of their fruit ice tea leaves a weird aftertaste.

I go here every few months and am disappointed time after time. They keep getting rid of dishes; the only dishes I like. Or they'll modify it without notice. They jipped me on my recent refund because my food has been downgraded yet again. I understand inflation is happening right now, but there are plenty of other affordable options with better quality.

Average weight time on a Saturday night 30 minutes my bad. Seated at our table 20 minutes later still nobody has talked to us or ask us what we want to drink. Manager was nice waiter was nice that's where it stops. We got our food about half an hour later so I ordered a quesadilla explosion salad and potato Soup. My quesadilla was burned with not much in side. Soup came out with dinner uh why and was luke warm. Wife ordered salmon came out warm, rice barely warm brocolli over cooked and cold. Manager was busy and couldn't be bothered to come out and talk to us sent out the waiter. He offered to pay for everything which was nice seems how we didn't eat anything. 15 years eating at chili's and this is by far the worst experience ever.

I will NEVER go back to this Chili’s location! I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt from bad service two weeks ago. For a Monday night they were not very busy but we still had to wait nearly 30 minutes for a table. When the hostess seated us, she pointed to a general menu that was on the table and said to scan the barcode for an actual menu and walked away. Then we were completely ignored by everyone and had to flag someone down after approximately 10 minutes just to get water! They got that wrong! We ordered 2 waters, one with lemon one without… we never got any lemon. We ordered our food quickly when they brought the water. Our order was very simple, my son and I both ordered bottomless soup and salad with chips and salsa. After about 25 minutes we had to flag someone down again to refill our drinks and to check on the status of our food. (Again, super simple soup and salad) We finally got our soup approximately 30 minutes after ordering so we started to eat. About 10 minutes later they brought our salads but no utensils. It took 7-8 minutes to flag someone down just to get a fork to eat our salad. When we pulled the utensils out of the paper bags that they put them in, both of the forks had dried up crusted food on them and the knives were greasy and grimy. From that point it took another 5 minutes to flag someone down again to get new utensils only to find those were even more dirty than the first set! I will not ever step foot inside this restaurant again and I would not recommend it to anyone ever! The only thing they got right tonight was realizing what a bad situation it was for us as a customer and they did not make us pay for our meal that we didn’t eat!!!

I ordered online and noticed that the burger I ordered was also available on a special deal that included appetizer and drink. However it didn't mention the size or if the burger was smaller or larger. I go in pick up my order and they say it's the same size. I asked if they could switch it to the better deal and she said no it's too late.

Food is fine. Workers are terrible and are obviously just there for the paycheck. When you walk in, count on being ignored by several employees before one of them eventually sees that you're not leaving and comes over to help. Also, count on being there a while. Once you place your order, it will take 30-40 minutes for them to prepare it and bring it out. Don't come here unless you want to be in a bad mood or have your outing ruined by people who don't care about their job or your experience.

Terrible service. Food was cold and to make matters worse numerous items were missing. As if that wasn’t bad enough employees were unapologetic. Never again!

My husband and I have been a loyal customer at this chilis location since are very first date. But tonight was are final straw. We come in after a night out. I ask are server Melanie if they still had the wicked drink collaboration. Instead of being respectful of it and politely saying no and at least trying to accommodate and give me a suggestion from a substitute drink she had a snarky attitude and immediately just said no. I asked if there was any way she could maybe replicate it she again had a snarky tone and said straight up no. Okay fine I understand. The next thing was after that we got are drinks my husband got the blue lagoon fizz and there was these black suds in his drink. Melanie tried to blame it on it being a seed from my strawberry lemonade but I took it out it was definitely not a seed and also we noticed it as soon as are drinks were placed down. Now I could go on and on more about the way the kitchen was an absolute disgusting disaster and there was food all over the floor too, or the fact Melanie also smelled heavily of cigarettes and marijuana. But the cherry on top was when we got are bill. We had told Melanie at the beginning we had a coupon for free chips and salsa and to please apply it on your bill at end. And when we got a bill surprise surprise it was not added and are bill was 10$ higher than we expected. And of course when we politely asked Melanie to change it she snagged up the receipt right up and said she’ll have the manager do it while actively walking off from us. Again me and my husband have loyal customers of this specific chilis location since are very first date. But I don’t think will be back for a very long time or at all. Chilis please do better. 🙏🏻
