I would normally give a 1 star for such a bad experience but im adding another star for the politeness of the staff and the only thing good about my experience. This was by far the worst fried chicken place I've ever been to. The pieces were sooo small and there's probably more skin n fried batter than actual meat. The biscuits are so dull with no fluff. Its my belief someone who's never made biscuits at home could do better. There was one container of mash potatoes with a scoop of gravy that barely feeds 2 people (ordered an 8 pc meal). and I don't think you can consider what they serve as cole slaw.. Everyone has their own opinion and this is just MY review and I usually will go back to a place a 2nd time to make sure my poor review is legit but I can't go back..its not worth it. Spend a little more and go see the colonel..its overpriced but at least you'll enjoy everything and get more for yer money

Rarely came here before. Now with the robot drive-thru, I'm not eating here. It overcomplicated the order process.

8piece chicken, 1 mashed potatoes and gravy (,little gravy), 4 biscuits, a red beans and rice, and 2 apple pies. I asked for and was actually charged for 4 sweet heat sauces (think McNugget sauce size) but was never given. $68. Who can afford this crap???

Food order went fine, was attended by a nice gentleman, I had a small issue with the order that I wouldn't think would be a problem so I went up the the counter only to see (after asking for a name) a manager named "Ulises" handling sandwiches with his bare hands, needless to say i was grossed out and when i brought it up he simply got angry and left without even trying to talk. Extremely disrespectful and gross, should be fired immediately.

If I could have given this play Zero Stars I would have. I literally got into an argument with the manager because she would not honor a special that was in the window. She kept telling me that it said something different than it clearly said. All she would have had to do was walk out there and see. 10 people waiting around huffing and puffing with their receipts because they had been waiting over 15 minutes for their orders. three people working in the back. Every drive-thru order had to come into the parking lot pull over and go in because their order was incorrect. This place is a hot mess. It was so bad that I had to call corporate and I'm not usually the kind of person that does this

I found an ant in my water. The bathrooms are great for throwing up in. 10/10 would not recommend Edit to add response: an employee told me there were no ants in the restaurant and that I must have brought the ant in myself? The bathroom was very clean, my point was the ant made me throw up in it.

Are the chickens suppose to be this unseasoned with sauce ? We spent $27 on a 12 piece meal just to get some looking wings. Not worth the money or time. Never will be going back.

Horrible experience, incompetent workers. I don’t know how they messed up my order and want me to drive back through the construction and line. While I am on my lunch break. Daniel and his manager Yesenia who refused to speak with me and insisted that I bring my food back to get a refund and get the correct food. I will never give you my business. Triple check your food because they are not smart enough to take an order and make it right.

Today 5-3-2025 at 6:22 pm in the drive thru we placed an order of 2 big box tenders with mash & gravy, coleslaw and a biscuit. We also requested one each ranch and sweet heat for dipping. When we got home we had one box of the tenders another box of three chicken pieces, three mash & gravy, three coleslaw, one rice and beans and two biscuits. And the two dipping sauces. Also in the bag, which we did not ask for were 33 hot sauce packets, 10 ketchup packets and 2 packets of honey. The AI order taker had more personality than the person at the window. We probably will not return to this location.

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE 20+ MINUTES TO SPARE. Had us park and completely forgot our order. Waited over 40 minutes and it still hadn’t been ready. It’s 40+ minutes at this point so I ask for a refund and the employee storms off mad. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also their blackened chicken takes 25+ minutes every time we order it even for small orders just a heads up. Slowest fast food restaurant ever. Literally waiting on them as I sit here with no food and no refund as of yet….

I dine in with my family. There was a flow of angry customers. My order I had to go to the counter of 3 different occasions. They were really rude I couldnt even eat my food. I am so disgusted with this chain. Will never attend popeyes ever again. Picture is the food I let behind. The crazy part was 2 managers 1 named Veronica watch as a shift supervisor Micheal struggle with mad customers from the drive through and the lobby. Poor poor poor management. Popeyes Corp should be ashamed and embarrassed.
