I have been at the Elwood location many times I just went back and I’m happy to say There is a girl by the name of Cat Who I noticed is still there (thank God) she needs to manage many Duncans to make every location like the one in Elwood. I am a vice president at a company who deals a lot with customer service. I asked her if I can hire her and she said no she’s very happy at her current job so bummer for me. In which case I wanted to compliment the individual that would be above her to make sure she is given the proper Recognition for doing her job with a smile. When I walk in, she’s always smiling very pleasant. Has learned my name from memory which I think it’s a great plus for being a customer. It should be that way all regular customers to be called by their name. This girl should be running multiple locations or become an area or general manager. She can teach a lot of your employees About how to run a business Properly. This location has many positive improvements since she has been at this location. I have come in very often and it finally feels like I’m welcome. It’s unbelievable how this location is now being run. Anyone reading this please go to this location and see how a Duncan should be run. I guarantee top service I’ve seen and experienced it multiple times. I’m not even one to usually leave Reviews on a business But the difference in this place versus a lot of of places that I’ve come across in my life is a huge difference. I feel like they should set out some candles and table cloths and little napkins like a more upscale restaurant. I’ve now noticed too, it’s being decorated for Halloween, which is so cute because my birthday is on Halloween so I feel like the manager is celebrating my birthday. Great job at this location and a great job to the manager Cat you are number one Don’t ever let anyone tell you different. The changes that I’ve seen are like night and day! Please promote this girl to the top. She definitely deserves it. By the way, I live in Woodridge, Illinois, and I have actually taken the time to go to that location upon occasion when I didn’t have to work just because of the difference that has been made.

I have been at this location before complimenting a girl with blonde hair I went back and happy to say this girls name is Cat and she’s still there (thank God) she needs to manage many places to make every location like the one she was at in Elwood. Make her an area or general manager. I believe her knowledge can be of assistance to many employees everywhere. She is a customer service queen. I am a vice president at a location with customer service and I’d love to scoop this girl up but said she loves her job too much. Bummer for me. Please do something special for this girl. She can make your company a lot of money.

I get Dunkin almost daily. This location has great service, but almost usually only when there is a particular employee there. I believe her name is Elli. She is very attentive and knows her customers very well. After my third visit she remembered my drink, as I'm a bit of a creature of habit. She treats her customers with a smile and makes sure the rest of her team is taking care of anyone waiting. 10 out of 10 would recommend

I typically arrive for my morning coffee early and am consistently given very pleasant service. Driving down from Naperville, this is an important start to my day before my long shift. Never had an issue with an order. A young associate/barista, Ella, always presents a positive attitude and helpful overall disposition.

Most coffee shops just give your coffee and go. This dunkin has employees that care. They make sure they have a smile on their faces and that your order is correct and they go above and beyond with their service! I would definitely recommend this dunkin 🤗

Absolute joke of an establishment. 5 employees took more than 15 minutes to make 2 coffees and there were 2 people ordering. Then they managed to mess up my order. Dont think anyone cares though by looking at the previous reviews. Good luck making money with employees like that

Horrible service. Coffee made wrong employees don't listen to order. They gave me stuff I didn't order in my coffee. What if I was allergic to the vanilla I didn't ask for or the cinnamon I didn't want. I'm appalled at the ignorance of the employees they should be fired

Stopped there numerous times before or after work and just sat at a blank drive-thru because they don't want to take your order. Or they tell you to come in because they don't want to open the window because it's either too hot or cold outside. The whole point of a drive-thru is because you don't want to go in.

To the management: Maybe you should consider hiring someone that cares enough about their job. Someone who's mature enough, attentive, curious, and disciplined. Don't forget to totally ban the use of cellphones. 2 younger gals working. I stood there for about a minute, clearly visible to the employee. But she's too busy on the phone to take my order. Finally ordered coffee. She goes back on the phone, while the other girl is just sitting by drive through window on her phone. 2 minutes go by where both are on the phone and no one's doing anything about my order. Finally gal that took my order tells the other one why she didn't get my coffee done. Other one says something back to her while not moving an inch. Another 30 sec goes by before someone gets off the phone to finally make my coffee. Honestly like, find someone that cares. It's enough that there isn't any other coffee available at this truck stop, that's not outrageously expensive.

With only one car in front of me, I sat at the speaker for 5+ minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I then tried to get someone's attention, never did. Proceed to the window and wait another 15 minutes behind one car to pick up my mobile order. I would have just walked inside to get my stuff had there not been a car blocking the exit. Service is a 0.

The 2 females at the counter were so incompetent its unbelievable. They had difficulty with every piece of my order, from the # of munchins I wanted, to how I wanted my coffee, to the sandwiches which were part of an offer (coupon). She (they) acted like they had never seen the rewards app and what's offered and how to apply it. They had to cancel and re-enter my order 3+ times, all the while acting as if I was being unreasonable and as if I was holding up the line. Well, excuse me, if I am a paying customer, don't you think it's your job to get my order even half way correct?!

I come every single day for breakfast and lunch. Order the same thing every time. This morning the lady in the drivethru hands me my order and says "have a nice day." I did not pay yet. This afternoon I came back and she tells me I didn't pay for my order, that "I just drove off." All with an attitude. I agree with her that I did not pay and have no problem paying for it now. I did also remind her that I do not get paid to do her job and make sure someone pays for their food. She replied, again with an attitude, "I do not get paid to teach you morals." Yet not once did I deny or argue about my part. I was happy to pay for the mistake she made. I also reminded her that I am here every single day, and there is no reason for her to treat me or any customer with such attitude. Shorter Indian lady.

Worst dunkin location I’ve ever been to. Waited 15 minutes after I ordered for my drink while everyone else that ordered after me was getting their drinks. LOOK AT DATES OF PREVIOUS REVIEWS. in the last 6 months its a flat 1 star, sounds like would be 0 if it were an option. This store opened about a year ago in the new fuel station. The original crew was excellent: kind, honest, good food, speedy. They quickly turned over the staff to 2 or 3 very lazy young people. Regular menu items are often unavailable. Orders are often wrong. No one smiles or greets you. Wait times are very long. I spent 10 years in restaurants, but even without this knowledge and experience i would know that this is a horrible establishment. Come to think of it, i have never seen hand washing either. I hope IDPH does come and shut them down. MANAGERS/OWNER, do you want to loose your business???
