This Jamba has the friendliest customer service around and never misses with making my drinks right!

Always so delicious. Their juices always hit the spot. Specially on a hot summer day. I had my son drop his all over the floor outside and I went back in and asked if it was possible to remake it and they didn't fuss and quickly made me another at no charge.

Jamba Juice never fails. Day off for holiday and took the kids since my daughter had a gift card. We got a favorite smoothie, the Razmatazz and tried a new flavor, Watermelon Breeze. My 11 y.o. son said "It was golden." He liked it a lot. Both kids also got a waffle. It was yummy, warm and toasted. A bit sweet formula taste but my kids loved them. There were a ton of kids at this Emeryville location but we still got our order quickly. They're always really friendly also.

Parking can be a bit of a nightmare. I usually order online and pickup here. They are quick and courteous staff here.

Tried orange c booster, was good. The service is fast and quick. They have a lot of options including smoothies, juice, breakfast bowls. I don’t recall them having any indoor seating, may be cause of covid. But there is a patio outside.

Me and my mom ordered drinks and funny thing she likes creamy and I like tart to she got tart and I got milky but it was are first time trying it so we switched after we both tried it

The drinks are good!!! But the customer service is lacking. They don't greet you when you come into the store...or even say hello at the register. Nothing except "Do you want a receipt?" They seem to hate working here...

Poor customer service. The manager spoke respectful, but completely disregarded my concerns. Not a great feeling when someone you as for help doesn't listen to what you are saying. Definitely won't be coming back to this location.

I'm really unhappy with my order. I ordered an electronic berry lemonade, and it tasted like mostly ice. No flavor at all. This is all I ever get from jamba Juice, and I know what it should taste like. You can tell the color is off. I even asked the lady if she was sure, and she made an excuse about the color. I'm going back to the jamba juice in Alameda.

Ordered a carrot juice. And the 2 people behind me got their drinks before me and they hadnt ordered ahead. They need more staff and better customer service. Not worth the wait.

Told the girl I tried calling beforehand hand and she gave me the excuse about the phones not being plugged in which I’m sure was a lie and they just ignore calls. They mentioned they only have 30min to close and I’m guessing that’s not enough time for 3 people to achieve so management should really look into giving them more time so they aren’t losing sales due to staff ignoring calls and turning away customers before their posted closing time. Most likely won’t be back to buy from this Jamba.
