I visited Emeryville Togo's, today to pickup up some Salads and Sandwiches. Michelle and Rim showed wonderful customer service and were very helpful and kind

Amazing! Had an issue with DoorDash not sending my order which was for an important meeting. I called spoke with Tony the Manager and he made it happen! Got the food and it delivered in a timely manner! Beyond grateful for Tony and his Team going above and beyond! BTW, food was delicious!

Amazing food. But what I love is there customer service care they provide! This employee Jesus provide such a warm and calm welcome. Him and the other two who help create my sandwich made such a delicious pastrami sandwich! For sure will recommend this spot to other sandwich fans

The cheese steak sandwich is honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever tasted, like my entire life! All the workers were super friendly & the shop is super clean! Definitely recommend you guys try this place out 💸

Michelle & Rim are best employees that I have met at any Togos Restaurant! They were both very Professional, Friendly, Helpful, efficient when it came to recommending my sandwich to servicing my family as well. Michelle is a wonderful person with a Beautiful Smile. If you're looking for an amazing sandwich spot in Emeryville, TOGO's is the place to go! From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was top-notch. Jasmine made the BEST cheesesteak for us—perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and just the right amount of cheese and seasoning. You can tell she puts care into making every sandwich. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Michael, while dining. She was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had a great experience. It's rare to find a place where both the food and service are equally outstanding. Highly recommend this TOGO's location for anyone craving a delicious, well-made sandwich with fantastic customer service!

This is easily our favorite place in Emeryville. We're visiting from Canada and the first place we've visited for food, and all I can say is WOW! This place deserves a 5 star rating as it ticks all the boxes - great atmosphere, hygiene, energetic and friendly staff and to top it all really tasty food. The welcome, attention to detail, and willingness to make customers happy is the best example of customer service my family and I have experienced. Food was awesome and staff was quick and courteous. The ambience was great and our food was delicious. Our sandwiches were prepared in the most hygenic way. The staff was kind enough to customize our sandwiches to our liking and taste even though that wasn't on the menu. Always going to be the place where we'll return for anything food.

This place is all around an amazing experience. The vibe is excellent, the people are so nice and welcoming and the food - SO GOOD! We had to head out to the airport to catch our morning flight last week and the only place that came to our mind for food was TOGOS at Emeryville, as their sandwiches are delicious, fresh and stomach warming - based on all our previous experiences! I had the Tuna sandwich which was HUGE and my husband had the Hot Pastrami which was refreshing and addictive - our all time favorite! The sandwiches lived up to the hype, especially with their freshness holding up and lasted us all day without getting soggy or diminishing in quality. I really appreciate all the little details and customizations that truly elevated our dining experience. I can't express how nice everyone was as well - Michelle, Zac, Roy and Tony. They were so welcoming and even though it was insanely busy, took the time to bring great vibes, which for me just adds to the ambience in a good way. It's always nice to encounter such friendly service and this team ticks all the boxes on making their customers feel valued. It's a fantastic place to grab a meal, as you cannot go wrong with this spot.

The staff here are always really friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had them make any mistakes with my order before. The location is clean and well maintained, too. The location is also convenient for all the shopping nearby

The workers there are extremely helpful, kind, and fun. I went in for my birthday discount, and both workers there made my day brighter than it already was! They prepared the sandwich super fast as well!

Great sandwiches. Hot and the don’t skimp meat! Location is a strip mall so atmosphere was lacking. I ate half my sandwich outside and left because there were too many sketchy people.

I had just returned from a trip and was craving my favorite sandwich from Togo’s which is #9 for my husband (Pastrami) and me I’m a plain Jane just the Ham & Cheese! I called to see what time the location closed and spoke with Michelle, I asked what time did the location close because it was 8:45pm and she mentioned the location closed at 9pm I said is it possible to order without hesitation she replied yes what can I make for you! I told her I’m on the freeway and I’ll be right there, upon arrival I immediately thanked her and she replied the other young lady was her daughter Portia who was outstanding in every way! They are a dynamic tag team duo! Our food was delicious!! These ladies customer service is amazing and is a true definition of going above and beyond! I don’t live close to this location, but I will definitely go out of my way to this location just to get the best service ever!! Thank you Portia and Michelle for restoring my faith in Customer Service and Satisfaction!! I will sing your praises to everyone I know!! Thank you again!!

Really tasty sandwiches at a reasonable price. Good customer service

Yes, the photos of their sandwiches are a bit of an exaggeration, but they are still very good and far better than Subway. They do close earlier than posted hours and will not serve hot meats during the last 25 minutes they are opened. Parking is usually easy. They installed self ordering key pads and they work well. Adequate seating but many take out orders. I say give it a try.

Nice recent remodel! Nice bright and clean ambience now. Sandwich variety and quality have greatly improved and I would say is competitive with Subway's menu. Staff are also friendly. They have also implemented a self-serve kiosk which works great as well. Lots of free parking and proximity to other services and shops. I would eat here regularly if I was in the area.

Tasty sandwiches that are easy to order ahead of time. If you’re picking up, be prepared to get a little assertive (politely!) so that busy employees can notice you and hand off your order. I recommend the hummus veggie with Swiss cheese. I love that they have original SunChips!

I asked for a mortadella sandwich. The quality of the mortadella was poor, as well as the quantity. The vegetables were good, fresh and crispy. I paid 18 bucks for a parge poor quality sandwich. Definitely not worth your spending cash if you want a sandwich

I attended an event that catered with Togo’s platter and it was delicious! So when I saw this location I decided to try my luck again..not so lucky this time. There were several employees present when I entered, no greeting. I figured they may be having a shift change so went to use the kiosk, but couldn’t figure out how to do a half sandwich half salad order there. Asked the employee nearby for help. I am not fluent in Spanish, but I can hold a conversation so when she sighed and yelled to the back room to another employee “This lady needs help” in Spanish I answered her back “Is there a problem” in Spanish, thinking they were out of a specific item as many places are currently. She looked at me surprised, didn’t say anything nor did she explain what I needed help with to the employee that came upfront from the back. I explained my question, the new employee helped me and I waited for my order. Once it was ready, I smiled, thanked a third lady that placed it on the counter in English and Spanish with no response, verbal or nonverbal. The sandwich had very little meat, way too much lettuce, they didn’t give me the dressing I asked for, and for $16 I could’ve gone right across the parking lot to Trader Joe’s for better food and MUCH better service. I won’t ever be back.

I ordered a hot #1 and when I got home and took a bite there was absolutely NO CHICKEN in it.

30 minutes to get a sandwich even with ordering my food ahead. App said it would only take 15 mins. Employees were super nice and I can tell they were working as fast as they could but they should maybe consider hiring another person during busy hours. I won’t come back because I don’t get that much time during my lunch.

LINE was short, but their priority was group/phone customer orders. The kiosk was for group orders and pickups, wait time 15 minutes, and over starting at 11 am. Never go there again it comes with attitude as well. Operated fees

This Togo's was an all-around five-star experience. My roast beef sandwich was exactly as I requested. The service was fast. The worker couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I really like their hight tech soda machine. This sandwich shop never disappoints. I work nearby, and stop here for dinner quite often. The bread is always fresh, and the sandwich is always prepared exactly as I order. The servers, especially Zach, could not be more friendly and helpful. Tonight I watched Zack serve a very difficult customer, and do so with utmost professionalism. The dining area and the bathrooms are always clean. This is a rare five-star review for a fast food restaurant. But it is well deserved.

They lose track of orders and the young lady working seems to be rather short with her temper and tone. The older woman was completely oblivious as customers poured in and c9ntinued to prioritize making togo boxes, no not with food just plan boxes. At the very least they need a 3rd person, or maybe just hire a new team entirely
