Looking for the freshest seafood around? You found it! They offer so many different options of food for anyone in your group! I absolutely loved the coco x! They make everything fresh so there is a slight wait but everything was super delicious and worth it! They don’t have your liquor license yet BUT they are getting it soon so we can wait to go back and try out more dishes!

Super yummy tacos and the Campechana was delicious!! Highly recommend if in the area. I’m definitely coming back. Ordered the surf and turf Terramar special taco and the shrimp taco as well. Both were super good, but I think I’m loving the shrimp taco just a bit more.

Food is great. We tried the Terramar Birria combo with rice and beans with side of consume. We also tried the ceviche. Server is kinda forgetful. We order extra consume on the side (it was that good) the server forgot it, he also forgot the 2nd horchata we ordered. We just kept asking him what missing with our order. If your eating outside the patio around 6:30pm-7pm I want to caution you that there's mosquitoes that could bite you. I was wearing shorts and I had bug bites on my right leg which didnt make dinner enjoyable. The place is very small with limited parking space.

I truly enjoyed my experience here. The workers were all kind, thorough and attentive throughout my entire stay. The food was fresh, visually pleasing and tasted amazing with great flavors without being overbearing or greasy. The drinks (Horchata and Tropical X) were refreshing and perfect for a hot summer's day out on the patio. And even when the staff found out they were not able to prepare one of the main dishes a little after ordering, they were able to rectify the situation, they were apologetic and doubled down on their already remarkable service. They prompted me to order a replacement entree that showed up quickly and I was able to enjoy my meal with the rest of my table. There are so many options on the menu that look great and because of the quality choices of food and the unbelievable level of service on my first time here, I will definitely be back soon to try something new! Highly recommend this new spot in Escondido. Definitely worth the trip!

Terramar is a very small restaurant, with only 5 tables and counter space, however their tacos were delicious. We had the Birria, Chicken and Shrimp Tacos, all of them were on homemade tortillas and all were great. They didn’t have any “take out” menus, but I took photos of each page.

I had lunch at Terramar Mexican Kitchen last Friday. It was 1:30 pm and there was no line. I selected a seat outside and a waiter came up to deliver chips and green salsa, a glass of ice and a bottle of tap water. As always I asked, "What's the best thing here?" and after listening to his suggestions I ordered a quesabirria taco and a shrimp taco. Both were excellent but I would give the nod to the quesabirria taco as slightly better. The restaurant was clean, the service was excellent and most importantly the food was delicious. I will certainly be back!

Everything was delicious! The place looks clean and beautiful. I have been looking for a while for good seafood and finally, I found it. The service was amazing 👏🏾. I order a botana mixta, and a shrimp taco. I want to come back and try the rest of the food. Definitely, you need to try this place.

Who’s heard of an octopus taco?? This is seriously one of the best tacos I’ve ever had. This is a gem of a Mexican restaurant with a unique spin off the traditional ol’ taco shops. Have a stop in, you won’t be disappointed!

My favorite mariscos north of Mexico! Saves a trip to Ensenada for spectacular seafood!! They have very friendly staff and killer ceviches. And the birria / consume is a delicious staple as well. Just go!

I had the tostada Aguachila and the Birria taco with the consume. SO GOOD! The atmosphere is perfect and the service was amazing by a young man and maybe his mom.. They were super attentive as well. I am definitely going back to try some other items that looked good.

Great service, Great food Every time we come, family owned restaurant ,seafood cooked to your liking either Raw , medium or fully cooked, Fish Tacos are a la plancha Not breaded still was good Draft beer now being served, bottled beer also available birria tacos are also delicious but everyone has their own taste buds and opinions on the salsa's

Found this place on our drive back from San Diego to Temecula valley in August. Now its a must stop every time. The breakfast menu is perfect after a night out. The Aguachiles and Torta del chavo are my personal favorites. Oh yeah they got a liquor license now so even better. Nice selection of beers on tap. A must try spot for sure!!!

This place reminds me of an authentic Mexican restaurant in places like Puerto Vallarta, Rosarito, and Puerto Nuevo. Shrimp ceviche is amazing. It's not on their menu, but they were kind enough to let me order a custom fish burrito. They do have a great happy hour. The agau Frescas are made from scratch, and you can taste it. Salsa are also delicious. You tell that they take the time to crafting every item on the menu.

This is a food truck with tables to sit. The food is good but nothing special, the birria consomé was salty. The tortillas and the tortilla chips are really good, handmade. The service is slow and you need to deal with flies and bees because it is an open space.

And the shrimp taco had more cabbage and onion than shrimp. Took 30 min to get my order with no people in there but us. The tables in the back were super dirty the place doesn’t look too clean. I honestly don’t see how they have 4.3 star it’s definitely not there service, tacos or because the place is clean.

Family n I stopped here for late lunch. The owner & servers are so so sweet. The owner offered us any n everything n kept coming to the table to check on us. As for the food, it’s just not that good. The tacos are very very small, the flavor to the birria is good but is crazy salty👎🏼 , chips were kinda stale & very salty, the rice also tasted microwaved. The ceviche was good though. & the horchata was amazing. Food needs some work but can’t beat sweet owners & servers.
