We ordered the Chorizo/Egg Torta, Chicken Fajita Taco, and Chicken Quesadilla. The torta was just a breakfast meal and beans in sandwich bread. I expected something more like tortas at other Mexican places. A little disappointed in that, but the taco and quesadillas were good. In the past, we've gotten breakfast tacos here, which are great! My kids love it here!

I want to preface this by saying I love Cabana and it is probably my favorite Mexican fast food but this is my honest review. Went to this location last night and have been several times previously as it is down the road from my job. I ordered 5 tacos 1 soft shredded chicken and in the photo is what I was given, it says enough. I also ordered 2 crispy beef tacos that were so greasy when I picked it up the shell broke and everything fell out of the taco. Finally I ordered a fajita taco plate with double rice and the tacos as they come which would include peppers and onions. After recieving my food and checking the order I see not a single onion or pepper on either taco and beans instead of a 2nd rice. Now let me say I really wasnt surprised about the rice when I tell you they get this wrong every time, I mean EVERY TIME, and it does not matter the location either they all get it wrong but I at least expecting peppers and onions on my tacos, so as I go back thru i recieve my 2nd rice but the girl says they are out of peppers and onions. It would've been nice had they told me that the 1st time around, especially since I ordered it ahead. How is Mexican restaurant out of peppers and onions, it pretty much goes with any dish you serve. I also want to say I dont mind waiting as they certainly aren't the fastest, but can we at least get better order accuracy and use our customer service skills if there's an issue with the order, since i am waiting so long.

They didn't have glasses for margaritas, so they couldn't sell them to us. I would've taken it in a regular cup but no!! Hello Corprate Talent !!! I can't impress upon you how much my experience improved today. Meagan had the operation balanced and running like a Swiss watch! My order was taken without any issues ( normally its like pulling teeth. ) Meagan was professional kind and most importantly had my order quickly served and correct! Corporate needs to take advantage of this managers skills and replicate her. If she's not the store manager give her HER own or get her franchised. If not I'll find her a place this level of service is uncommon and worth paying for retention !!!

Based on the way this place looked, it hasn’t had an upper manager visit in a long time. Beans and cheese on nachos were cold. The chicken was burnt to the point it was just black in the quesadillas. The floors were sticky all over the restaurant. Most of the tables were sticky with food on them. The corner of the dining room had a giant puddle of water and jalepenos all over it. The trash cans were covered in dried food. The salsa bar had trash and dirty placid containers all over it. Even the napkin dispensers had dried food stuck to the edges. It doesn’t look like the place has been cleaned in a long time. It scares me to think what the kitchen looks like if the dining area looks like this. It’s clearly an ongoing issue based on reviews and 2 other people complaining of cold food while we were there. They were also out of all sodas which wasn’t a huge concern for us.

Could not get hot cause because they are out of tomatoes, what is Mexican food without hot sauce! Food was aweful. Will not be back.

This is the only location I have this issue with when using the app or ordering online if the toppings that go on whatever you may have ordered aren’t available meaning as if they’re out, they’re still going to give you your food without your knowledge of knowing everything‘s not there It’s happened to me twice At the same location Highly unsatisfied with this location and how they handle things when you call them to correct it and the food was also warm & it was not good I will NEVER eat here again!!!!!!!!!

What is going on with this location? Last time when we were here, other customers were upset that they were waiting for their food over 45 mins. We decided to eat at somewhere else. Today, we came to get some to-gos, and the lady told us it will be like 10 min wait. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes for our food.

Service was horrible and waiting for the food was even worse because I watched the measure at to tell her employees what to do and yet they were asking questions like how do we do it on how to sweep the floor how to put the food away while she was doing all the work. Very frustrating. I’m not coming back to this cabana ever again. Let me add that they pulled all of there condiment such as salsa, onions, cilantro at 7:00 PM so I couldn’t choose anything else but they had available which is bullshit.

Dining in. It’s been 40 minutes and we’re still sitting here waiting for our food. Supposed to be taking a friend food (from a different place) that is dying of cancer, and we’re now late because we had the gal to think we could quickly feed ourselves. Now they’ve come out and said there’s something wrong with the orders, and people have to change to something else. Looking at the other reviews this isn’t new and it’s an ongoing problem you’re choosing not to solve.

I hate to write this review, but there is basic level of customer service that needs to be established at this location. At least 4 staff members are there and took 20+ minutes to attend to not only myself, but also 2 other people who were waiting to order their food. On top of that, it feels like they are not even wanting to be there in the first place. I’ve been going here for a long time now and it is very sad to feel like a nuisance/burden for the ones working there.

I made my order online at 8:57am on Sunday way before I left the house cause I already know how slow this restaurant is. AND IT STILL WASN'T READY WHEN I ARRIVED AROUND 9:15AM ISH. I walked in and it had to be 4 people MAX working there, and about 7+ customers waiting in the area. I didn't receive my tacos until 9:55am. That is ridiculous. They didn't even recognize you as you walked in the lobby. This restaurant is wildly understaffed and mismanaged. It's in a very busy area and no matter what Sunday I come, there is always an extreme wait. This isn't the 1st OR the 2nd time I've waited an extreme amount of time for my order. I'm hoping to find me another taco spot within the area so that I don't have to wait this absurd amount of time anymore. No credits, no refunds, no apologies were ever issued for anything. And whoever is reading this probably won't care, but just know I won't be back. Just won't be doing it anymore until yall can get it together.

First time trying this place, and I wasn’t impressed. Carne asada street tacos were dry with cracked corn tortillas. I had to scoop the meat out to eat instead. The “homemade” flour tortillas tasted like play dough. Beans tasted like they came out of a can. Rice was bland. Most of the food went in the trash to be honest.

Zero flavor.... I never thought that even the 4 different salsas could have zero flavor. Bland Cabana is what it should be called. Thankfully there were salt packets available to make the food taste a little better. I really wasn't expecting much but it was worse than I was expecting.

Im not sure what has happened to this location but this is ridiculous. Every time we've gone the last 6 months we are there for almost an hour waiting for our food which is normally 5 breakfast tacos. I ordered bean and cheese today and this is what I got. This is insane.

Ordered online 45 minutes early. Got there on time, they had not even started on my order. Ordered on app 545 for 630 pick up. Got food at 717. There were 5 or 6 people working and several people waiting on pick up orders. One employee keep going through a door behind the front prep area. Touching the door with her gloved hands each time then coming right back to fixing food. Very disappointed in the entire experience.

this gotta be a joke. ngl everytime i order from this location they skimp on my salsa or don’t give me none at all, and then there’s days when the tacos full asl and other days like today when they put not even gram of eggs in my taco. like this is borderline robbery, this restaurant has 0 consistency and i can’t even order doordash from here anymore cuz it’s NEVER right and i get no salsa even after specifically ordering extra salsa. that’s why i came through the drive thru today, asked for extra salsa at the speaker and then was still only given 2 sides for my 5 tacos?? what am i gonna do with 2 salsas?? it’s so annoying because the tacos are so good but never consistent and always come with some kind of disappointment. someone needs to train their employees on portion control and reading a ticket. and this is coming from someone that’s worked in the restaurant industry for over 7 years, i would never make a review to shame someone but it gets to a point where if your not gonna have a better reputation then a mcdonald’s then you probably should just not be open.
