I am always pleased with the food and service at each Hacienda location. I actually campaign often to even get a location in my city, as I have to travel to eat there now. Love this place!

Absolutely amazing! Kelly was our waiter and she did great! I hope that this restaurant is the number one mexican restaurant in the world for the rest of the worlds time!

The meals we order were fantastic, hot and fresh. Our server was prompt and at our table for refills and any needs without asking, and it was dinner crowd and mildly busy but got a table right away. The atmosphere was low light mood setting. Out experience was pleasant, not rushed, and worth the time we spent.

This location is 20 times better than the First Ave location. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant, the food is amazing and comes out in a timely manner, and there's more space for larger parties. I recommend the fresh burrito bowl if you're not wanting too many carbs.

The food was really good. We love the chips and salsa. The chips are very thin and crispy. Service was great the day we were there. Hacienda has always been good, going all the way back to the early 1980s.

1st time here! We came around 2 pm on a Friday and it wasn’t busy at all. Food was good. Service was ok. Our waitress was having an off day it seemed. They had specials available until 4 pm.

It's nothing close to legit Mexican cuisine, but it's a solid option for those that like Mexican dumbed down. The wet burrito is a solid option. Their house ranch is amazing tho!

Good service and wait staff. The food was seasoned goid but definitely more Americanized than Mexican. Aside from that I would complain about the portion size. Paying $17.49 for half a plate of fajitas made me feel ripped off and yes, the salsa is straight tomato sauce.

Trash, ordered a wet burrito. The meat was cold, seriously cold. I even had my wife try it. It's crazy, because they can heat up the shredded cheese (like they say the plates hot)on top. Buy using the microwave, but they can't heat up the meat I am assuming what they took out of the fridge. And it was noon. We should of just went to El patron they never give us cold food. and to the below Hacienda response: I did let the manager know, she just looked at me like i was an idiot. So I tried, but she was dismissive with a wave of the hand. So i set the plate down and left it. Clearly your manager did NOT care about the food or service she was providing

All of food is extremely small portions and the "salsa" tastes like sweet pizza sauce. Genuinely would not recommend this place to anyone.

The building is nice but too bad it wasn't authentic Mexican food. When you have to cover everything in cheese to cover the bad taste. They put chili sauce in their beans and use Pace salsa with stale chips... So Sad. Then not one Mexican worker, no Mexican music and bad food. If I wanted wannabe Mexican, I could of had Taco Bell for a fraction of the price.

Yesterday we went for an early lunch. We have not been to Hacienda for a long time (about a year since the last experience was not great). I got the burrito bowl, as it is my go-to. I took the first bite and i thought the flavor was off and the rice seemed gooey. I stirred it up and there was TONS of cilantro mixed into the rice. The rice was bloated up, like it was over cooked or reheated. I noticed that the chicken no longer comes shredded, that was a bummer. However, with the amount of cilantro it basically tasted like burnt pepper mash. After today we will not be back. I took about 5 bites and new that if I continued to eat it was going to end badly with me spending my evening in the lavatory. The server was nice. The manager looked at us like we were nuts. But if i were the manager, i would listen to the customers, rather than have bad food leave the kitchen.

Not good. The food is not that good. The only thing that was good was the black beans. The burrito was not so good, and the taco was terrible. The service was bad. We asked for extra napkins and never got them. Our server acted like she just didn’t care about providing us with good service at all! I won’t be eating at Hacienda again!

Chips NOT gluten free!! Called around and was told by other locations and a manager at this location that Green River is the one to use a dedicated fryer for the chips. I’m not saying they don’t have one, but it’s definitely being shared or used for other things, or vice versa chips are being made in a different one, when it’s busy. I’ve gotten sick twice now and only had chips and salsa. I don’t think kitchen staff understand the seriousness and liability when it comes to food allergens, especially when there is a food allergen menu that specifically states chips as gluten free *depending on location, and this location claims they are. These were dine in and take out experiences. This place also gets VERY defensive if you claim anything is incorrect.

The Mac n cheese was the best part. We wasted 80 bucks on all uneaten meals. The meat tastes like sloppy jow mix, these pictures show our WET BURRITOS. As you can see they microwaved some shredded cheese on it. The taco salad shells were inedible and we paid 10 bucks a plate for a giant stale wheat shell of lettuce with a table spoon of meat. Super disappointed and will never go back. This was the most expensive meal we've EVER had as a family and also the WORST.
