Good ramen. The karaage is a bit mayo-heavy, but the place hits the spot when you want a sake and ramen at night.

Totto Ramen is an excellent ramen place. The ramen here is pretty delicious, and the portions are perfect; I felt full and satisfied after eating. I had the tonkotsu ramen, which was quite good, and for appetizer, I had gyoza, which was also pretty good. I'll be back in the future.

The BEST ramen you can get in the area. Nothing comes close to Japan Town ramen than this place. The servers are very kind, and are flexible for any altercation for food (I.e. allergies, diets, etc.). The place is tiny, but the if they are full, the wait is never not reasonable. Sushi is great, but everyone goes for their ramen! They're great for lunch with friends or a nice dinner with a partner!

Stopped on our way to Tahoe. Escaped the traffic and had a delicious meal. Wish I’d taken a photo but the food disappeared too quickly. We ate the fried chicken roll, lion king roll, spicy tuna roll, garlic ramen bowl and kids ramen All were delicious and the service was great. Thank you!

We ended up here on a whim, after the movie my wife and I went to see released later than expected. We showed up 30 minutes before closing, but the staff were so kind to us. They let us know when last call would be, we hurried and ordered, enjoyed fantastic ramen and a couple of sushi rolls, and left before closing time. :) We will absolutely be returning.

Really impressive and generous helpings of ramen! I would highly recommend the Black Garlic Ramen—it may be strong for some, but the flavor profile was perfectly savory to me! Excited to come back and try some more.

This has become our favorite local ramen house. The black garlic ramen is the best! Service is always great. They are always attentive and check on guests frequently.

Food was amazing. My wife & I got black garlic ramen and DF sushi rolls. We also had shrimp tempura and gyoza which was divine! The customer service was great! We live an hour away from this establishment but if we come back in the area we will definitely be coming back again!

Totto Sushi and Ramen was such a cute spot. It is fairly small but the service was very fast and they don't bother you while eating is really nice. The totto role was by far my favorite. The price is quite reasonable to sushi.

RAMEN: Black Garlic Ramen is delicious. Be sure to order some spice on the side. Of course, we will return for the ramen and also for the Lion King (Baked) Sushi Roll because we eyeballed that too on the neighboring table! Next time!

I've been here a couple of times prior to today. This time, I brought my wife for her first time. She absolutely loved it! Oh of course I loved it too. We both had the Black Garlic Ramen. It is absolutely amazing! So delicious and flavorful! We both shared a Super Rainbow Roll. That was awesome also! The sushi is fresh and tasty. The place is on the smaller side, so seating could potentially be a problem. There is a dmall area for outdoor seating. We were able to get right in though. The servers were friendly and helpful. It seemed like all the workers there greeted us when walking in. I can't wait to go back again.

Food was really good here! We got the dragon roll, lion king roll, the climax roll, and black garlic ramen. Everything was really delicious. The customer service was excellent and our server, Chloe, was so welcoming and kind! She made our experience so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

I've been here a couple of times prior to today. This time, I brought my wife for her first time. She absolutely loved it! Oh of course I loved it too. We both had the Black Garlic Ramen. My Ramen bowl was so delicious and my 2 toddlers also enjoyed theirs. There's not much seating so it can get busy but it's pretty worth it.

I've eaten here 3 times in the past 2 weeks and tried three different ramens and some appetizers, all were very good. As many have said the black garlic ramen is quite tasty, although the other flavors were also worth it. Service is prompt and there are ordering screens at each table. Prices are about $16.50 for most ramen selections and sushi rolls. We've never had a wait to be seated but the restaurant is small inside and there are always patrons. Worth the try and I am hlad to live two minutes away

My family and I came here today for the first time and we absolutely looooved it. We got the fried gyoza, potato cheese dog, and edamame for appetizers (we ended up getting a second order of the gyoza and the cheese dog cause they were that good) and then we got the vegetable ramen, tonkotsu ramen, and black garlic ramen. Everything was a hit. We left satisfied and speaking highly of the restaurant. The servers were very kind and attentive + the restaurant and restroom were clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

My family and I came here today for the first time and we absolutely looooved it. We got the fried gyoza, potato cheese dog, and edamame for appetizers (we ended up getting a second order of the gyoza and the cheese dog cause they were that good) and then we got the vegetable ramen, tonkotsu ramen, and black garlic ramen. My mom, who is Japanese, loves their Miso Ramen. They don't text you to let you know your phone order is ready even though they say they will every single time I've gone there.

Black garlic 🍜 ramen is 🔥. Whole garlic within the tasty broth and noodles was a flavor surprise😋. Added star for Island hits 🎶 while we enjoyed the meal. This will be on rotation whenever we’re in the area.

Always busy for dinner time! Ramen is always delicious and sushi is good, though I wouldn't come here just for sushi. I'm a fan of their tonkatsu ramen but my family also enjoys their black garlic and the Sapporo ramen too. I appreciate their new to-go packaging with their vaccuum seal style takeout containers rather than the typical plastic tubs that inevitably spill.

Definitely worth a quick stop on a road trip. Sit down service without 30+ min wait. Black garlic ramen broth was tasty but pork was burnt and dry. My egg had a shell piece! Not the quality I'm used to but I'd visit again if I needed to stop on a road trip. Fun sake and ramune. Sushi looked amazing but I didn't try.

I actually ordered takeout food for my mom, who is from Japan, so our expectations are higher than most. The atmosphere is very nice, small, and quaint. It is busy and we had to wait 45 minutes for our sushi to be made, which wasn't a big deal, but in case someone is expecting everything quickly, 5pm is pretty busy. We ordered ramen, sushi, and tempura. The containers for the ramen were clever. Soup and noodles with toppings were in seperate sealed containers to prevent the noodles from becoming soggy. The egg had a perfect runny yolk. The tempura was not my favorite. The shrimp was panko breaded which is not considered tempura, and the tempura lacked a crunchy coating. The sushi was very good, the ikura (salmon roe) was tasty and fresh. Despite any criticism, Totto was very impressive for me and I would definitely recommend them

They were open on a holiday so we were able to stop to try their menu. Friendly staff, clean, fast service. Their spider roll was on the salty side, but a generous portion. We ordered garlic ramen and also chicken karaage. The kids enjoyed the ramen very much.

I was told this ramen place was great and I was not impressed. We got the black garlic and miso ramens and for both, the noodles were fairly standard but the broth was very meh and flavorless. I ordered extra bamboo shoots and had maybe 5 total. The pork was extremely dry and tasteless. The eggs were not great. We did get and enjoyed the spicy edamame and the softshell crab. The service was great, but not enough for us to want to return unfortunately.

Service was good. The place was smaller on the inside than I thought, but that's whatever. Food came out decently fast. Appetizers were fine. The gyoza is fried here. So if you prefer it steamed, it's a little harder to eat. The ramen was absolutely bland. My husband and I both did not enjoy it. It was the worst ramen we both had ever had. The pork was dry despite being in broth? He said his pork was rubbery. The restaurant seems to have decent traffic, so someone likes the food here.

First diving into the food, trying their tonkatsu ramen with chashiu the presentation was on point however there were a few issues. Comparing the price point to other high rated ramen places for the value of the ramen it was a little on the high side but no much. The amount of bamboo, half egg, and mushrooms were a bit lacking. The taste of the food as well was lacking. The egg wasn't seasoned or marinated like most ramen places which was a little disappointing. The chashiu pork, that I was originally excited for, was dry and tasted like old grease with a pork jerky texture. It was extremely overcooked and not fresh. However getting to the broth, that was on point along with the noodles which were cooked perfectly. Next the service, overall the service was mediocre getting the attention of a waiter to order was slightly difficult. Additionally when asking questions about the food and or recommendations they we're not really knowledgeable. For a small place the atmosphere was pretty chill and had some good vibes. The one thing that really bugged me is a kept on trying to flip tables quickly almost as if they were pestering clientele to finish their meals as quickly as possible so the next person could sit. It kind of made me feel rushed when eating. Overall I get the place three stars.

My coworker was raving about the Black Garlic Ramen soup. I stopped by and got my order with extra noodles extra spicy, per recommendation of the server. The red paste definitely kicked up the flavor nicely. It's good food, but I think it's too pricey for a noodle soup.

The environment was clean, and customer service was good. The food was okay, but it was a bit salty for me. The price is similar to other sushi restaurants. There is plenty of parking, but the restaurant is on the smaller end, it is not that big.
