These guys are amazing. I love the food and the staff that works here. My order had a couple items missing and I didn't even realize until I got home (which was fine because I ordered way too much anyways)... they were about to close when I picked up my order and then there was a blackout the next day. When I returned and pointed out the issue, they were very accommodating and provided me with the missing wings. I was so grateful and they were so kind the entire time. Great food, great customer service. Thank you guys, you're awesome.

Cali rub wings are the bomb.... In my personal opinion, smoky salty and a bit sweet. We love the lemon pepper, they are zesty and less peppery. Had the Peanut wings, which are grest if you love Thai food that has peanuts... Reminds me of that flavor pallet. Fries were hot and crispy. Love the free water cups and ice cold water pitcher.

Did not realize that we had one in Fairfield and since Applebee's closed up and we had a taste for some chicken wings. Discovered that we had one close to us and stopped in. Service was friendly and the food was really good. Had eaten at the ones in Santa Rosa and Stockton last year and the food offerings were actually pretty good. The one we ate at in Santa Rosa was a Firewings with a Hawaiian Deli that was different.....

We usually order to go. I’ve had no issues getting our food and the service is very good. The restaurant is nice, sports bar atmosphere and the wings are excellent.

Wings are good garlic fries are good. I called my order ahead as it was a large order. Not much else to say. It was all around good experience but nothing really to draw me back in when I could go to Buffalo Wild Wings and sit and watch big screen TVs with my favorite game on for the same price and better atmosphere. Not knocking them. It was good.

Food was good but they were out of tender bites and all tender meals. Tenders don't come with any dipping sauce, 50 cents extra for a honey mustard. If you order 10 wings, you get one little sauce and will have to pay for another. Fries are good.

I am a regular at the Fire wings on North Texas fairfield. This particular time the wings was subpar and not good at all. I went back on the weekend and explained to the manager the wings was bad he was really nice and had another order made without hesitation . This the type of service that will keep me as a customer , coming back and enjoying the delicious wings here.Thanks Fire Wings you ROCK!!!See you on my lunch break next week

Garlic noodles are good. Different flavors for the wings. The prices are up since I was last there. It is best to call ahead and they text you when it's ready.

So I was there today and ordered an original chicken sandwich meal, not only did they help like all 4 people that ordered and came in after us, but the sandwich was awful. You can tell the oil was just really old and too hot so the breading was hard and nearly black. The fries weren't anything special... I guess fire wings is just good for wings...

4 stars for food quality and taste, but 3 stars for customer service and speed of service. It's a hit and miss, which is unfortunate because there's so much potential. Customer service needs some improvement for sure, especially with friendliness. Sometimes you're waiting 10 minutes for food to be ready, other times you're waiting 30-50 mintues. Usually the food comes out perfectly, but every now and then you'll get a cold chicken sandwich. I really love their wings, but the garlic ones need salt! Great place for finger foods, beer, music and sports. Overall cool place, but they don't need to freeze everyone to death with the A/C. I still keep coming back.

It's ok took awhile for my order to complete and they messed it up. The fire wing in sacramento on Howe road is the best location out of them all not sure why they can get the flavors and temperature correct at the other locations. UPDATE 3/2024. This place has gotten worse. The flavor of the chicken wing seasoning was not good. The restrooms are broken and they had chicken sitting on the floor and the table were nasty. Will not go back to this location

Seasoning on the salt and pepper and Malaysian curry are not consistent between staff. Sometimes they’re well seasoned and others you can’t taste a hint of flavoring.

aug. 29, 2025. well havnt been here since it blew up back in 2015(at least from what i remember when i went last time.) the beer counter area is what was. just now tables put on the side of it. they still serve beer, what it looks like not tap beers tho. damn how time flies and atmosphere sucks now. im getting lazier and lazier to get tenders instead of wings. like the bone-ins are just not getting appreciates in some places. so i got the tenders and they were good. not too dry. combo meal was just massive or at least they give you hella fries. overall, i wish i could go back in time where this place opened up coo, and be at the bar counter like it was.

The bone-in wings are smaller than at other places, so I’d suggest going with the boneless wings—they’re worth it. The upgraded fries are a must-try, but don’t expect to share a single portion with more than one friend. I'm not upset about the time I'm upset about the fact they said they were ready for pickup. We love the wings they're absolutely delicious especially the lemon pepper.

Well, I been to this Fire wings several times and the food is very good. One thing that is very displeasing to when you order you food. I can say this there is 1 just 1 girl there that is very nice in ordering your food there others that work in the restaurant need a attitude adjustment. I never felt a irritated feeling when your just trying to order food to go. If you don't mind the stuck up girls that work there the food is great, but if your not in the mood to deal with it I suggest wings stop. They really need to work on customer service don't they realize they are the face of that company that they work for. Just my take on ordering food to go.

Wings are very good. Great flavor however the service is very slow and needs improvement. I Placed an ordered online at 12:00 I arrived around 12:35 and didn't get my order until 12:55. My issue is there are two registers and I believe there should be a separate line utilized for walk-in and a separate line for online orders especially if the order is already paid for. The second register is never being used. I've ordered food here a few times and this seems to be a common occurrence. Ownership needs to do something different.

I ordered for the first time. The wings were very tasty but the side of zucchini fries was swimming, not exaggerating, in oil as if these were not drained. In fact, the oil was pooled in the corner and the paper trays were completely saturated! I drained the fries on paper napkins. Even so, the towels were completely absorbed. Too bad because the fries actually have a good taste.

Terrible experience. To go order was not ready until 40 minutes after it was supposed to be. Cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing and was overwhelmed. There were like 6 other people waiting for food before me, and they all either cancelled the doordash or asked for refunds. That's how slow it was. When I did finally get my food, the chicken was not hot and it was tough. How is that possible after waiting so long? I do not recommend coming to this location at all.

Very disappointed that employees don't seem interested in anything but themselves. Order was wrong, place smelled of pot, small sandwiches. What happened here? I used to love this place but will not be returning. Sad....

The girl who took my order was very rude and when she handed it to me she only spoke to me with signs. She picked up my bag and turned to look at me. She never said hello or was friendly. And the place is really dirty

food took over an hour to be made. we only ordered 3 small meals. cash register is standing in the back flirting with coworkers. food was cold and gross. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but I felt the need because this was unacceptable. Multiple people got came in and got their food before we got ours. I’m never coming back.

Beware! This place is a joke. I placed an online order at 2pm for 7pm pickup, got an email at 6:39pm that it was ready, and went to the restaurant for pickup. They decided to close early since it was New Year’s Eve. That’s fine. Just hand me the food that I paid for and was notified is ready. I’m told that they could not fulfill my order even though they had just closed and that I need to talk to a manager for a refund. I call and visit the restaurant multiple times in the following week and between the counter person, the shift supervisor, the general manager, and the owner, they can’t refund me. What?!? I send a message to the corporate office. I get no response. I understand that your business is primarily door dash and online orders, but you should know how to refund a transaction. What bunch of clowns. The restaurant itself is unsightly with boxes of supplies everywhere. The customer service is non-existent. I received not one “sorry for the inconvenience, let’s make this right” from anyone at fire wings. All I wanted was my money back. I hope that you don’t have to deal with the massive amount of ineptitude that I had to. Thankfully, I was able to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. We ended up at Wing Stop that night and the food was great and they handled our order professionally.

Not sure what happened to this place, but it has definitely took a dive! The strips used to be bomb, now they are like McDonald's. Seasoned fries were ok at best. Drink has almost no syrup no matter which you choose and they care less. Customer service inside is horrible. Argumentative rude staff. At these prices, you bet I won't be back!!! Ridiculous!

My first time coming here and I'm starving! I ordered 2 mini meals and didn't get the drink because the drink machine was broken. Still paid full price though. After eating my veggie sticks while waiting I noticed people coming in getting huge orders in less than 10 min. I look at my receipt and I've been waiting 30 min. I go ask about my food and they say it will be ready in like 10 min.i say I've waited over 30 min already. They say well that's how long their orders are taking and the customers coming in and getting their food so fast were online and phone orders. I ask these people and they said no, they just walked in and ordered like I did. No apology just gave me a refund and have a nice day! I have never been treated so badly.

The ladies working here said that there is a sign on the front window showing that they close at 10:30pm when In reality it shows they open 11am and close at 11pm. This customer service is absolutely terrible and ridiculous .

But today, February 5, 2015, from 3:00–3:45 p.m., I had to make this known hoping someone can see and maybe prevent this from happening again. We came in because my wife loves the tender fries here. It was slow, and they finally had tenders. We ordered, and the register people were nice and helpful. We got our order, and the fries were just warm. When I explained that normally the cheese at least melts a little, the cheese was cold, and so were the fries it was sitting on. I asked for a remake. They were completely understanding and had it remade. I got it back, and the fries were barely warm, hard, like it was reheated in a microwave (not the crispy, lightly oiled taste). I was going to go up, but they were busy with the school kid rush, and my wife needed to leave because, after asking kids who were piled in next to us to stop vaping three times (it was messing with her asthma), they just thought it was funny. The employees seemed to allow it.
