1st time here, we messed up on our order, the lady who took care of it, even though it was late at night was very patient and kind. I wish it was like that to every fast food restaurant. I had a great experience.
Came in for breakfast before a doctors appointment. Upon arrival the parking lot was clean, person handling drive through was friendly, food was hot and service was quick. All in all a great experience at this location. I will be back
Sonic is such a great place to eat and offer a very wide and diverse menu. They seem to be mostly franchises so If you find a good quality one, that needs to be your go to sonic. They offer many great items but the foot long chili cheese coney is my number 1 pick. My brother used to franchise one many years ago so each location can vary depending on the owners attention to quality. Overall though, I haven't really had anything that was bad. This location was very busy during my visit so the wait was a little bit longer. To make matters worst, the carhop did'nt have any small change on her. I mean I understand they don't want to carry a large amount of cash, but my change was like $3 and some change. I always leave a tip but wasn't going to leave a tip that was half my total bill. Consequently I had an even longer wait so I could get my change. I understand her plan, consolidate her trips so she isn't running back and forth all the time. Maybe they were short handed or they didn't expect to be busy at that time, either way, if this is the norm at this location I would not be a very frequent customer The one I normally go to is usually very fast and have plenty of carhops on hand.
Sonic....whats not to love?!? I liked the old fashioned drive-ins when I was a kid. Still enjoy a good float & hot-dog at Sonic. My only complaint is that I'm not a huge fan of soft-serve ice cream, so Baskin Robbins is my go-to when I just want REAL ice cream.
We were super impressed that we were able to get our order in at the drive thru just a few minutes before they closed at 1:00 am. I did take a bit of time as there were several vehicles before us, but all 6 of our orders came out correct and we were very grateful for those young men working there fulfilling the orders when I’m sure they wanted to close up, clean, and go home. Made our short visits to Houston great to get that late night snack after the Copa de Lone Star match!
This visit went very well. I ordered on my app to get the 1/2 price drinks. When I arrived at Sonic, I put my stall number in my phone. The food and drinks were delivered promptly. This is a big improvement over a few months ago, so I think they have the kinks out.
Me and my fiance initially ordered food online on 12-26-20 for the location at 3626 Old Spanish Trail, Houston, TX 77021. The experience there was absolutely horrible which is why we went to this location. I must say the service at the this location was much better. One of the reasons we did the order online was due to the customization of all our single orders and there was 4 of us eating, so going through that order over an intercom was not fun but the gentleman that helped us was fantastic.
Food was made correctly and delicious! Not allot of sonics are good much anymore but this was a good location
I experienced gray customer service from my server Emil He came out with a delightful smile and also a great and positive attitude in the midst of a rainy day The food was hot delicious and very timely he was able to get everything out and get the order out very prompt and swiftly I'm very excited and very thankful for my experience keep up the great work this restaurant experience is A1

This location has the BEST MANAGERS!!! Pedro and Beth (hope I got it right)went above and beyond to accommodate me with my incorrect order. Pedro promptly answered the phone and made things right. Beto was AMAZING. He made sure I left satisfied with the remake of my order and my family and I will be forever grateful for your compassion and phenomenal customer service. Please do not hesitate to support this Sonic location as I will also patronize them more frequently!
I am late like 20 minutes before close. I never had Sonics before and I got really good customer service. Julio was his name. He told me what was popular and good try. Great experience!
It was very convenient to the Medical Center. The drink I ordered was right on time after a long day at the hospital.

It's been a while since I visited the Sonic on S. Main next to Super Target, but it's still a great location that provides excellent customer service and beverages. I purchased two route 44 drinks: one strawberry slush and another slush (you can't select a 'no flavor' slush on the app!!) that I wanted plain with the blood orange flavor to try with lemons. The app initially didn't send the order through, but after it did the manager came to the stall to make certain the order was prepared correctly. The gentleman then returned with the prepared beverages 😀👏. Outstanding - and after using a gift card at another location I returned home, placed the regular strawberry slush in the refrigerator and tried the blood orange slush with lemons. REALLY good and sweeeet!! I didn't expect the blood orange added more sugar (usually don't add flavors - just fruit!). So I decided to make the beverage a bit more guiltless: I added a few nutritious ingredients (organic beet and turmeric powders, and an orange spice tea bag). Still delicious and sweeeet 😅. I added a bit of ice water, mixed and enjoyed the beverage with my meal. Folks - the blood orange slush with lemon is really good - but if you can't have a lot of sugar, take care and make two drinks to share.
I always get the jalapeño poppers and cherry limeade here. I got a burger once and it actually wasn't that bad. it depends on the day you go on how good the food is
Sonic is always good. Got the footlong but they forgot my tater tots. I even asked if everything was in the bag and he said yes. Thankfully, I checked. They quickly and politely brought the missing tater tots out to me with no problem. So I'll be coming back.
Good food. (Well I mean it's sonic... not exactly Michelin starred, but good fast food none the less.) I enjoy the mozzarella stick and sonic blast iced cream treat. Only complaint is that the wait time seems a bit long sometimes.
Service was slow even though hardly any customers. Stalls were a tad worn. Employee acted like they could not care if I was there or not. Food was not hot. Drink was good. Business needs some sprucing up

So here's the thing. I like the employees. I've been coming here at least once a week. Most of the time I come here they're generally pretty nice But ...the one consistent problem I have with this place are the ketchup packets. Every single time I come here, they're extremely sticky. I don't know if it's company policy to dip those packets in maple syrup before handing them to a customer or what lol.

I tried the new Smash Double. I liked it, definitely hit the spot. The chicken bites were kind of a miss for me, though. Too much breading, I think. The chicken itself was good and was piping hot, but the breading was a bit thick and hard. I had a vanilla shake with my meal. That was another plus side item, very enjoyable. The employee at the moment window was on top of their game too. There was a car in front of the window, but the employee stepped out through a side door to get my shake to me early. That was very much appreciated. By the way, you can see a glimpse of the Astrodome from the drive-thru!
Of all the Sonic locations I visit, I like this one the least, but it's the closest to me. Service is slow, & they are always forgetting something in my order. Be sure to check for all of your items before you leave. Beyond that, the food is fresh and good like the other locations.
Chaotic that day! Let me say this first before I start. The food and service were good and hot considering how busy it was. From what I could tell there was only one car hop. Poor guy, he was constantly going back and forth with orders. He was hopping! I have a sonic app so i wanted the blaster they were advertising: chili combo was good. I also ordered a caramel sundae and the special blaster. Young man came back said no special blaster so I got an oreo cookie blaster. When order came there wasn't any whipped cream or a cherry on top! When I asked him about that, he said they didn't have any. Really? It's a sunday and the place was very busy - some people like me stayed to eat - majority ordered to go. Very disappointed there wasn't any whipped cream. Someone didn't order like they should have😥rated a 3 because of missing items. Petty, maybe, but I wanted that cherry!😛
Its Sonic, what more do you need to know? This location was a bit of a let down. Service was lack luster, and the food was prepared rather sloppily. All we had was 2 fountain drinks, a cheese stick order, and chili cheese tots. It took a solid 7min to get the full order. Timed by the auto engine off when stationary feature of my vehicle. When we did get our order, the tots had half of the chili and cheese on the container outsides in its sleeve. Clearly by someone slapping it on there in a hurry and rushing to get it out. I don't mind if it takes a while, just make sure if it does, that it's prepared right.
So the food was hot and fresh. The staff was nice, but I waited at the speaker for at least 15 min with no answer. They did not have a line.
I am from out of town and have visited several times ordering through the app and at the stall. Unfortunately, the wait time for either is about the same....oddly long. Food and drink quality is about what you would expect for a fast food restaurant. Biggest frustration is that I ordered all of my drinks (through the app), arrived at the store and still waited 10 minutes to get them with very few other customers present. I wouldn't recommend if you need your order quickly.

Parked and ordered and they could not understand what Extreme Tots were. So they sent out an employee to ask us what we were saying. When they arrived and asked us, we said Extreme Tots. He said okay and walked off, then they sent out pickle spiced tots. So no cheese, no jalapeños, no cheese, no sour cream and no chili. I get it, it is an off menu item but don't say you understand but don't and send out something else. We were in a hurry and did not have time to stop more go back. It was just dissappointing.
This location gets extremely busy during lunchtime 😳 I am not sure why, but the stalls are very tight. I see why so many people opt for the drive thru. At this particular location, my order took a long longer to arrive than others. Also, the woman who brought me my food looked very depressed and/or burnt out. She said, 'Maam,' extended the tray to my window, and walked away. I wonder what was wrong 🤔 The food was still hot and tasty.
Visited on February 20, around 8pm, the customer service was rude. Asked for bacon on my cheeseburger & they forgot, so I asked to see if it was on the reciept which they forgot to give us & the girl said no, so she brought out a bag of bacon & still wanted to charge me .15 cent. No problem paying but I shouldn't haven't to if you messed up& wasn't humble about it. Also forgot to give sauce when asked during ordering.for someone who works fast food I could see if it was busy, I was clearly the only customer outside. Gotta work on listening skills.
The person working on order taking needs to find another job because she is absolutely horrible at her job. Once I was actually able to complete my order after starting it and then being interrupted 4 times, it took 35 minutes to get my order of popcorn chicken, pretzel stick, mozzarella sticks,chicken strip sand, fry and a hit dog
Ok, so we love Sonic, but this is our first time at this location. It was impossible to place an order correctly. The lady taking orders spoke little to no english. It was beyond hard work to get the order placed. Makes zero sense to have that lady over the speaker taking the orders the speakers sometimes make life difficult to start with without having someone who doesn't speak English on the other end. Poor management.
Made an order on the app. Pulled into a stall and entered the number on the app. Person wanted to take my order. When told I had a mobile order and my name they still kept coming back trying to take my order. First order to arrive wasn't mine at all don't know who it belonged to. Second time around, about 5 minutes later, my order arrived. Food was already cold.
I ordered a Sonic Cookie Dough Blast with whipped cream from the booth. That's it. That's all. It took 14 minutes for me to get one drink. At the 12 minute mark I pressed the button to cancel my order. They never answered, but she did come out two minutes later. 🙄 The only reason I'm not giving them one star is because I did go at 2:18, which falls during their happy hour time. Also they server was on skates, so that's a plus.
Waited for almost 10 minutes before I could even place my order, and then probably close to another 10 minutes to get my food. Then when they came with my food I told them the card slot wasn't working to pay. I was THEN informed their system was down, and I'd have to pay by cash. They also got part of my order wrong
We only got 2 Orange slushis. HOWEVER the guy standing around in the kitchen area, I'm assuming he was a cook spent the entire time that I was waiting scratching & picking pimples on his face. Even when I was looking at him! GROSS! He eas either Hispanic or very light skin very light skin African American. I will not purcase food from there as long as hes in the kitchen!!!!
I used to come to this sonic often but lately service hasn’t been too great. I placed an order for two drinks through the app and it was received. Checked in at the stall and drinks weren’t coming out for 15 minutes so I talked to an employee who said only the drive thru was open. I pulled up and they said they couldn’t find my order even though the drinks were sitting out in plain sight. Both drinks were diluted and had little carbonation and the ocean water was dark green and was way too sweet.
Did a mobile order arrived a minute or two before the time. Waited in line 10 minutes in the drive-through and no one thought to just bring my food out. By the time I got to the front, the food was cold, including burger and fries. I noticed they were bringing other peoples drinks out but not food. I think they should prioritize bringing out ready orders to help clear up the line.
It's pointless to purchase any large side items like fries/tot or onion rings. They will still fill it halfway up. Can't risk asking them to fix it because you don't want anything unethical to happen to your food.
Is sonic good? Course not. However, after a good hang out it feels like 5 stars. Don’t order the hot dog cuz is bad. Better order a burger with some greasy fries or Onion rings which are good. Atmospheres is great because is inside your car. 2 stars but I will continue to come to Sonic. 🔥
I ordered 2 ice teas, 15 minutes later the long drive thru lane had not moved, 10 minutes later I went up to the kitchen door and asked why no one was servicing the drive thru window. I realized that the same car hop guy was now trying to service both, I asked to speak to the manager and he was talking with other dissatisfied customers. 2 customers behind me pulled out, then I pulled out because the line was still not moving! They need to hire more car hop and inside people to manage the weekend traffic efficiently!
Slow service, seemed extremely understaffed for lunch time near the med center. Food was terrible! Tots were cold and greasy, what was supposed to be a grilled chicken sandwich had greasy chicken that seemed like they threw a frozen breast in the fryer. The only thing they got right was my drink. Super disappointed, this location used to be pretty good.
Worst experience. "Out" of everything. Can't tell if they were actually out or if they juat didn't want to do anything 30 minutes before closing. Even though it's on the menu, they supposedly "don't sell" chocolate chip cookie dough blasts, then I tried to order M&M blast. They were "out" of that. Then they charged my card for the chicken strips I ordered only to tell me they were "out" of chicken. Will be calling corporate tomorrow morning about this location. Will never be back. Just asked for a refund. We'll see if they actually refund the order.
This used to be my favorite place to go for a quick meal. They are short staffed and due to that reason. They take forever. They forget what you have ordered and they don't even apologize for your inconvenience. Their speaker doesn't work sometimes and it sounds very bad like interference when you're ordering. I'm so disappointed in them and their service that it's ridiculous. Management needs to step up seriously.
If I could give a negative number I would. Went there today and service was terrible. Now I know that it was busy, that wasn't the problem (I waited over 30 minutes for a 6 piece wings and tater tots and a medium drink. I ordered 5 minutes after my first order an order of Cheddar peppers). 30 minutes later, received my cheddar peppers but they had no idea what happened to my meal. Pressed the button and asked the person where the rest of my meal was. He was very rude and said he didn't know what I was talking about and what was I missing. I told him the meal and a large drink. He told me large drink didn't help him at all. I asked a worker walking by the managers name, turns out, the manager was the one listening in on the call button and asked me if I had a problem. After bringing my food out and practically throwing it at me through my car window, he walked off and yelled that "It's okay, I have your name too!" I called the number on my receipt, the district manager Josh I believe, answered. I gave him my issues with this location and manager. Never again. I will not go there ever again. I didn't even eat my food or have my drink because I was that concerned with the managers anger level that something had been done to my food (the district manager assured me nothing was done). I understand busy, I'm a very low key person but this was past embarrassment, it was rude, it was basically a threat made in front of other customers and employees. I'm hopeful something will be done but I will not be going back to that location ever again.
40 minutes to get my app order… I never do negative reviews but it was the most ridiculous “fast”(emphasis on FAST) food experience I’ve ever had…also, the pickle fries were cold and totally soggy and the strawberry limeade slush (the drink I’ve had for over 20 yrs) went to the trash because it was extremely sour and literally undrinkable. Trash! I’ve read through the other reviews now and I rest my case… management is like “oops sorry” … if they had to refund every order they mess up it would hurt them enough to actually take action other than a virtual shoulder shrug.

I live and work by this location. I never have had a good experience here. Every time my order is wrong when all im asking for is for my onions and peppers be on the side. When I get home its never right and cold after waiting behind 6 cars. Unacceptable. Much I love Sonic every now and again. I will NEVER eat at this location again. Save your money. And I didn't get a Receipt. We all know what that means especially when my change was wrong....

I'm not reviewing the food b/c I didn't get it. Instead I sat in my car for about 45 minutes before giving up on my value menu cheeseburger and drink. It was around 4 when I got there, so I think there was a shift change. I get that working fast food sucks, but a warning would be nice so we could decide if it is worth the wait
We placed a mobile order consisting of 3 drinks. We then proceeded to wait an eternity to get served. The drive thru lane was busy but the restaurant was not busy otherwise. After waiting close to 20 minutes, we finally checked on the status of our order. Should've checked earlier, so bad on me. They finally brought our drinks out, and we got a sort-of apology. I would've preferred free drinks. I won't come back to this location when I am in town. Updated 5/30/2022 - As you can see below (and from Sonic's responses to the many negative reviews), you get an auto-reply. Given the many negative reviews about experiences similar to mine, it is clear they don't care all that much. Vote with your wallets, my friends.
Worst experience ever. Ordered ahead and pulled into stall. App would not register that I was there to pick up so I hit the red button and told them I was there for a pick up mobile order. The operator could not understand my name when he asked which order it was and asked, "Who?" like an owl when he didnt. Waited 20 minutes and got impatient so I hit the button again and got another operator who said the food would be right out. Not only was the sauce missing but everything was cold. The most incompetent staff I've ever come across. Never going back.
Waited in total over an hour for one drink. The screen said "on it's way" but no one came out. Then two cars that had ordered after me with drinks and food received their orders first. I pressed the button again still no response. Finally I went through the drive thru to get a refund. When I asked them why the order was not delivered the cashier said " oh they must have taken it to the wrong car". To top it off they had no ice cream and the day before they had no slushies. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Took about 10 to 15 minutes before someone came on to take my order and since she was rushing me, she didn't get my complete order, so I had to wait another 10 for her to come back on the mic. Waited about 20 minutes for my food just to end up having what looked like a long piece of lint but could have been hair, who knows. Never again.

Absolutely WORST Sonic location EVER …..Melted ice cream, busted cups, long, long wait time ….ingredients all mixed up and additional random food items mixed in ice creams …….GROSS🤮🤮🤮The health department needs to look into what they are serving people….When you hit the call button no we didn’t have an order for that name ….just brought us our order and you wonder why orders come out this way 😳
No longer going to this sonics my third time going here for a shake and like McDonald's have an excuse for not having a cheese cake shake rather go to dq and also no longer have banana splits im so done with this place
Stopped in at 11:44 PM and was told they were already closing and cleaning up and only accepting DoorDash orders even though they don’t close until 1 AM. Not the first time they’ve done this.
What's the point of ordering in advance via the app if it takes 15+ minutes for your food?! Only 1 other car in a stall. This place takes the "Fast" out of fast food. I pushed the call button twice and. I one ever even answered the intercom. When the food finally came, the tater tots were barely warm, certainly not hot. I never got any of the condiments that were requested. Won't be returning!!
This place appears to almost always have terrible service. I’ve ignored it for a while but sitting for an hour at the stall after checking in for my order only to be told to use the drive thru after my stall said “In the kitchen” for OVER 40 MINUTES is simply unacceptable. If I wanted to wait a whole hour for food, I would have made it myself or gone to an actual restaurant. Don’t come here. It’s not worth the headache. If the orders were able to be cancelled, I would have just left.
Ok so first none of the screens work. So I couldn't check in when I go there for my order. After we mashed the button to let them know we had an mobile order they came to the car 3 times talking about they didn't have it. After showing him on the 3rd about 25 mins later. He said oh I got you. So it's pointless to place mobile orders when u still have to wait 20 to 30 mins to get a drink and some tots... I recommend that u just order when u get there.

Ordered on the app, had to wait half an hour for literally just one item, I wouldn’t have minded if they were super busy, but I saw cars who pulled in after me receive their food before I did (once again I literally had one item). So sick and tired of this
The worse and most sloppiest meal presented to me! My ocean water had white chunks floating in it, the blue syrup used for the drink was all on the outside of the cup stained my hands ! The tator tots were hard as hell and old! The wrap was made with an old chicken tender! Oh ya forgot to mention when my food was brought out no ICE was in either of my drinks! When taken to get ice and brought back then had blue chunks floating in my drink! Couldn’t drink or eat the food a total waste of my time n money! Never going back to this location !
First the person working drive thru messed up my order. I ordered 2 burgers get to the window to pay and they hand me 1 burger. This went on for about 5 or 7 minutes getting my order right. Both burgers were cold. They filled my drink up to where it was spilling out the top. No napkins were given. Burgers were not so tasty. After I ate those burgers they gave me diarrhea. I know it's safer to cook at home but what if fast food is all you could get at that particular time? Sometimes the food is good at these places sometimes it's not, I guess it depends on whose cooking the food that day. 🍔🤢
I really enjoy eating at Sonic. I haven't been to this location in a long time. I arrived around 7:30am on July 22, 2023 in stall #11. I ordered a number 16 from the menu (breakfast toaster; egg bacon cheese) and a strawberry slushie. The attendant came out to ask about the size of my shake. I responded with 'medium.' I thought I made have heard her wrong because she did have an accent. I later received my Grilled Cheese and Strawberry Shake. I gave my CC for the payment and waited for a pay text alert on my phone. Good thing I haven't left the stall yet. I called the attendant again and asked, "I did order a number 16, correct?" She apologized and worked on the order. I didn't mind the shake opposed to the slushie. It took a little longer but the attendant came back out with the new order and my CC saying the the system was down and asked if I can pay in cash. I luckily had the money on me at the time. She went back in after I paid. I looked in the bag and found....French Toast Sticks. I just left after that. And now, as I'm typing this, it occurred to me that I didn't even get any of the tater tots that came with either meal. I just hope after this encounter my CC won't be compromised.
Come on Sonic it’s 10:32 if you know people order at least have plenty of workers at your locations this line has not moved in almost 15 minutes!! Ridiculous! You realize there is Uber and Door Dash AND people coming through to order their food. Do you all not make enough money to hire people to get this moving. And yet still not moving! Smdh
Horrible service, took 4 minutes before they even answered the speaker on the pill up order menu (I left) when he did answer there was no welcome to Sonic either. Sonic in the early days was the place to go, still might be but not this location. Help speed up service, make food fresh and train your staff.
Sat at the drive through for 5 min and nobody spoke. Went to the front and saw everyone watching a video on someone’s phone. This happened every other time I come here. Not sure why it’s so hard to hire the bare minimum.
ordered food around 1:30 so it was past rush lunch time. chicken tenders were so brown and hard, they had been fried and refried, it was obvious. the tator tots tasted like they had been cooked in grease that was so old and rancid. how can you mess up basic fast food staples. disgusting. they need to change the oil they cook in. disgusting.
i’ve never gotten the correct order from this sonic. this is houston, don’t waste your time. find another one five minutes away. just to share my latest experience: i’ve ordered a certain master blast three times now, because i want to try it. it’s been wrong every time, and this is what they gave me this time, i haven’t touched it and i’ve been away from the drive through maybe 10 minutes max
Presentation is everything the hotdog was cold. It wasn’t warm It wasn’t hot as if they picked it up with their hands and just threw it together. Something was not right with this hot dog, drinks, and tattooed I wish you have gotten a full refund buy at your own risk. We was not offered any ketchup, no mustard, no napkins. Shameful
It’s currently 11:36 pm. Myself, my friend in their car, and 2 strangers all pulled to the kiosk to order and were told they only do drive thru at night. We go through and get our drinks to sit outside. One white lady pulls up to a kiosk and has her items delivered outside while the rest of us are told to go to the drive thru. I never throw the racist card around but this kinda makes me wonder.
I went to buy milkshakes today. The staff does not know English very well and used bad tone while speaking. When the manager noticed the argue, she intervene. I told her to hire nice people and train them properly before letting them interact with customers.
I like sonic however this location literally ruins it for me everytime . I’m not sure who makes the pickle fries but they’re never crispy like the other locations lol. That’s not why this location gets a low rating from me though! It’s the service . . And it’s almost always the night shift that’s on the more rude side.
Review of Sonic – 8504 Main Street, Houston, TX 77025 Date/Time of Visit: August 17, 2025 – around 3:00 p.m. I intentionally waited several days before writing this review to ensure I wasn’t just reacting emotionally in the moment, but instead fully evaluating the totality of my visit. Unfortunately, even with that reflection, I still feel strongly that my experience at this Sonic was one where I was profoundly devalued as a customer, all over a $7 charge. For the past two months, I’ve been ordering the same drink every Sunday without issue: a large watermelon cream slush. Since the watermelon slush isn’t in the app, I place an order for a large watermelon freeze with two sweet cream add-ons, and when I arrive, I clarify at the speaker that it’s intended to be a watermelon cream slush. Both this location and the Stafford location have consistently honored this, and it has always qualified for Happy Hour pricing. This visit, however, was entirely different. After pre-ordering, a female manager in a black shirt approached and told me I would need to pay an additional $7 because I had “two drinks” and did not qualify for Happy Hour. I asked for clarification, explaining that this exact order had been processed at this very same location multiple times before. Instead of a conversation, I was repeatedly told I was “incorrect” despite the fact that the gentleman working right behind her at the window had fulfilled this same order for me over the past several weeks. In that moment, I wasn’t just inconvenienced. I felt belittled, dismissed, and, quite frankly, called a liar. All for $7. To avoid confrontation and holding up the line, I reluctantly handed over my card and paid the extra $7.08 on top of an already $56 order. Her only “solution” was to ask if I wanted a refund but to me, good customer service is not simply offering to give money back. It’s about valuing the customer, listening, and finding a way to make things right. That never happened here. The final frustration came when I looked at the receipt and saw I was charged for four sweet cream add-ons instead of two. When I questioned it, I was told that’s just how she had to ring it up to “make it correct.” At that point, it felt less like resolution and more like being forced into a corner with no regard for how it made me feel as a customer. This isn’t the first time I’ve raised concerns with Sonic either. In the past, I’ve requested phone calls and received them from local restaurant managers but unfortunately, nothing meaningful was ever done with the feedback. In fact, I’ve sometimes noticed worse treatment on future visits after voicing concerns, which only adds to the disappointment. To be clear, this experience will not discourage me from visiting Sonic. Sonic has always been a good pastime and something I enjoy. But it is noted, and expected at this point, that action or lack of action from management may continue. Even so, I think it’s important that these concerns are voiced and documented. I’ve always viewed Sonic as a place that appreciates its regulars. But this experience made me feel like I didn’t matter, that my loyalty, consistency, and prior history with this order counted for nothing. To be made to feel devalued, dismissed, and accused of being dishonest over a $7 discrepancy is not just disappointing, it’s disheartening.
10/10 would not recommend. Wait was crazy even with ordering ahead in the app wait was 30+ minutes for a single coney fry and slush. Then didn’t get what I paid for extra chili is 1.00 this wiener is dryyyyyy so yeah. Won’t give in to that craving again.
ok service, though I received the wrong order , I can never come here and get a decent order, geeees, I've tried multiple time and get the same result hoping something will change. nope busy or slow, my food is consistently sloppy and or cold.....sooo frustrating.....agh This was suppose to be the double queso smasher, i could only image how unsanitary this place is, not worth $13, #horrible @sonic
Update : I called back and spoke with the General Manager Enrique and wow 😮 I was able to express my issue and had such GREAT customer service and said he would handle and remake our food over! and will upSIZE everything!! Great attitude! We asked for fresh food ! We got food that was literally cooked in old grease! I called the place a total of 10 plus times to get someone on the line to speak with about resolving this issue. They answered the phone and hung up, kept the phone off the hook so they didn’t have to answer! So I just called the corporate line and will be speaking to the manager about this issue! This sonic will not get another penny out of me!
Waited in the middle for 15 minutes just for shakes and then when they get here it’s both of the shakes we ordered mixed together? (Yellow batter shake and chocolate banana shake) we’ve been here multiple times and they can never get the orders right and you don’t wanna send it back because you feel as if it’ll come back with spit or purposely messed up. Don’t waste your time here
