The double meat Jr. burger that my wife ordered was the largest one she has ever had at a Whataburger! And it was very delicious! And Tara, who served us the condiments, gets 5 stars for friendliness! To quote her, "Happy customers make me happy!"

We do Whataburger ALOT, we've never had as fast service as this one. They usually use number cards to identify your order to you. However this place actually used our names , took it to our table without calling out our names outloud to find us. Well that was different.

The Alamo Whataburger is ALWAYS our favorite. The manager always makes sure we are taken care of. Rolando truly cares about his customers!!

Greeted quickly, Order taken and repeated for accuracy. Food came our REALLY fast. Everything was hot and fresh. Out order was EXACTLY what we ordered, toasted buns, no tomatoes, etc.

Showed up to Whataburger 2/10/2023 @1:45pm I don’t recall the managers name but ohhhh man was he the nicest guy ever after a rough couple of days of OTR driving no sleep and no food and looking very dirty this man treated me with upmost respect dignity and all the above. He went above and beyond to do his job and im so thankful i felt very comfortable and welcomed “and of course, my dog got some Whataburger” :)

I always enjoy stopping into this Whataburger location. The people are friendly and the meals are always perfect. Anytime you are driving through Falfurrias please remember to help support the city and this restaurant location. The expressway has helped people avoid the town completely. Merry Christmas!

We got back from an ROTC competition and ordered a whole lot without calling ahead. However, the cashier was patient and friendly, and they got our food out fast. Not to mention it was really good. They even brought us a whole bunch of cookies. 10/10.

No where on your website does it say that the drive through was closed. Maybe next time would be a good idea to let your customers know. Without notice of drive through being closed made my experience very inconvenient. Your manager kept using the drive through closed as an excuse. With better prepared management with notice of closer of drive through might have had a better out come.

Stopped by for breakfast on our way to San Antonio last Thursday, Dec. 4. Cashier Andrew M was very nice and friendly. The whole staff was very friendly. Did not take long at all to get our food. Place really clean.

I ordered a couple large shakes and food. But the shakes surprised me. They were huge. I had to save half for the next day. The food was fresh and my order was accurate.

I'm upset I ordered a medium size shake , and it was so small. It's not worth the $3.00 price. Clearly overpriced. Other than that I love Whataburger but the value was not there with shakes and malts.

Service has improved a lot over the years. Everyone is so friendly all the time, with the exception of a few as expected. We all have a bad day once in a while. The food is good for the most part. Hashbrowns are sometimes overcooked, and fries are sometimes cold. The waiting is not bad most days. You all need to bring back the mushroom swiss burger and keep it on the menu. 😁

We usually stop here to take a quick break. This time we got Apple pies for the road and discovered the pies had cardboard fried onto the be pies. I called to let them know what I had discovered. They were very apologetic and offered to replace them. I explained that we would not be in the area for a few days. They wrote our names and encouraged us to stop by on the way back. Other times we have stopped the service and food has been consistently great!

Coffee was old/burnt, even the half-n-half couldn't turn it brown, but the sausage breakfast taco was good...

I DO enjoy Whataburger but I gotta tell ya, it took 15 minutes to "Claim my free Whataburger" and before it was done. It came out more expensive than a #1. What a pain, just to end up costing more... and I know it was designed to be that way.

Whataburger used to be the epitome of the all-American hamburger. Made fresh with a thick Patty that completely covered the bun. All of the vegetables were spread evenly throughout the sandwich not just piled in the middle. In the hamburger would be wrapped very carefully like a newborn baby. Very carefully not to smash the sandwich.

Patty melt was great, price was good and everything was good , however the 3 hamburgers were cold and the cheese wasn't melted on the meat, fries were cold. My guest didn't like having to have the food reheated. I However had a great meal.

First time trying Whataburger. It was okay.

The Falfurrias location is one where we always stop. The food is consistently good here, but the service is consistently slow. Restrooms are clean-ish. I'll continue to stop here but there are better Whataburger locations in the state. Update 3/31/2024 - Still slow service (they forgot to serve us so our burgers were lukewarm - no offer to redo them). They were busy, but they are always busy, and they don't handle it well

I like Whataburger, and they are typically on my go to list when traveling. At this store the food is what I expected, but parking for a motorhome is tough. We stopped at 1:30 pm and getting a cup of coffee was a major ordeal for counter help. I had to ask a couple times. The order took 10 plus minutes to get at a fairly slow time of day. The service today will make me think twice about stopping next time through.

The quality of service is spotty. I ordered a drink but waited 15 minutes at the window while the servers chatted with each. When I finally received my drink I asked if it always took this long for a drink. Server rolled her eyes and said “nobody said there was an order” then slammed the window shut. However, I have received excellent service in the dine in. Food is always great and the place is clean.

Took ages for someone to approach the counter and take an order, and then there were no napkins available without asking for some, so our when our drinks were a mess, we couldn't clean them. The benches were dirty with spills from previous customers and we couldn't wipe them down, because again, no napkins. Sitting on edges or standing only. Extremely frustrated. Bumped up a star because WOW the fries were great though. Fresh and crispy. Same with onion rings. 2/5 Burgers had errors, which isn't the worst but not great.

Considering that this location is a "Major" travel stop for food, the service is okay; food that is ordered is usually correct and prepared well. The cleanliness of the dining area could use a little more attention after customers finish their meals and head out. The restrooms definitely need attention!

We ate here on 22 December 2018 and gave three stars because It took about 30 minutes to get our food once we placed our order in the drive thru window. We could not get out of line because there were people to the right, in front, and behind us. The diamond at the end of the wait was that the food was excellent. If we knew it was going to take 30 minutes we would have gone somewhere else that day. I'm not not sure if that is the typical wait for breakfast or was an anomaly.

Ordered a #10 which is a regular chicken sandwich and I got a #12 instead which is a spicy. When I go show the receipt and the burger to the employee he tells me that the sandwich that was bright red and spicy was the regular. Burger made my husband sick

Gave my order to another customer. He left Whataburger then came back to return it. The WB employee looks at me and says this is your order. So I tell him make me another one please. He just took it back and re-wrapped the burger then gave it to me. I don't think so. Not stopping here for a long while!

The husband and I eat at Whataburgers as we travel. I understand that restaurants can have bad days. Sadly, it's tough when you're traveling and need a good meal. We couldn't finish our Whataburgers. They were made wrong, and the meat tasted off. We didn't know until we were back on the road, and by then, we just threw them away at the next stop. The manager looked stressed, and yes, there was an influx of customers... typical lunch rush. It was very disorganized and chaotic.

This is the worst whataburger I've ever been to. If could put 0 stars I would took 30 minutes to get my order taken.

One hour wait for an order of two things; not one apology or sorry for the inconvenience. There's no reason for the wait to be that long

I always have the same experience at this restaurant. Was giving my order with no straws no napkins no condiments even after I asked for them. Food was prepared wrong. Totally sucks. Never again.

I love whataburger but this whataburger in falauris is the worst. I waited 30 minutes and still no food stood at the counter 10 minutes asking where my food was. at one point I said give me my food or my money back. they gave me my order. Will NEVER in a Million Years return to this dump because of their complete disregard of customers needs. I stopped at this location on my way home back to the Valley and I unfortunately lost my keys. The APP on my phone continued to state the keys were in the vicinity. I asked for assistance in helping me find them, I was given a pair of plastic gloves and told that I could search for the keys in the TRASH BINS in the dining area AND the women’s bathroom. When I asked if a pair of keys were turned in, NO ONE at the counter bothered to even look down and pretend.. they all answered in unity, “No!” I have never been so upset and GROSSED OUT by going through trash bins with food and I will not discuss the Women’s Test Room Trash. My husband went ahead and drove from the Valley to Falfurrias to just take the spares. My keys were THERE, no one could assist and the place was NOT SWAMPED as it usually is. I’m disappointed and so disgusted by their poor, poor, customer service that I will NEVER visit that Whataburger again, nor am I in a hurry to give my business to any another location!! It is a Texas Tradition that I am quite happy to break.

This place has always been slow but today they out did themselves. It took 30 minutes to get a small fry and a small onion ring after I placed the order. Also I overheard a crew member tell a customer they wouldn't check on their order because "she was too busy." Turns out the customer had been waiting over 30 minutes and could see their order sitting in the back with no one working on it. I actually watched another guy get a refund since he gave up at the 45 minute mark. All of this encounter was around 130 pm, well after the lunch rush. This staff needs a lesson in customer service and moving with a sense of purpose. I will not return to this location.

As a Bus Driver don't even stop at this place people are rude and don't bother bring your people to this place. They say they don't give any discount price or anything after you bring people to there place not worth stopping. And also they don't cook there meat that well no thanks never again I will stop at this place.

Stopped for breakfast on our way out of the RGV around 5am Friday, 5-2-25. Wife asked for a cinnamon roll, while I asked for a biscuit sandwich with sausage. The cinnamon roll tasted as if it were a day old, and was not heated at all. My "biscuit sandwich" was nothing but a plain biscuit, no egg, no sausage. We were already back on the road, because when we go through a drive thru, I get back on the highway before we open my food. Not to mention, I had eaten the hash-brown sticks before they got cold. We called the store and spoke to a "manager" who asked if we wanted to return. We explained we were already 20 minutes up the road and asked for a partial refund. We even offered to send a picture of the empty biscuit along with the receipt, but were told there was nothing they could do. Places need to do better to either get the food right, or make it right when they are told it is wrong. Most people going through a drive-thru do not have time to return if their food is wrong, Otherwise, they would be sitting in the dining room!

*Drive thru* - Cold fries - Cold Burger - 30+ min. wait. Unacceptable. Not worth the visit!! Thankfully, we were only passing by and will never come back to this location. Manager GILBERT needs to restructure costumer service and operations at this location.

I’ve been to this Whataburger a handful of time. Every time I’ve gone the service has been terrible to mediocre. The food is decent but this last time I went my breakfast eggs were overcooked and the cheese was missing. All of the employees looked miserable. Very disappointed whit Whataburger.

This was a disappointing road trip stop. It’s ok to be busy and be behind, but it is not ok to have zero communication with your customers or run a business inefficiently. After ordering, drive thru cars were split into two lanes, with one moving normal and one held up with no movement or orders delivered. After 25 minutes, someone finally took payment and then another 10 before food. They cited the delay being a tablet dying - if that’s the case, we need to figure out how to problem solve a lot quicker! The worst part was that the two lane no-movement situation created a grid lock of cars, so if you were anywhere but spot 1 and needed to leave, you were totally stuck - not really safe. When we finally got our food, the fries were so cold and soggy. The burgers were cold. No napkins. Just an all around mess of an experience for people coming to a trusted brand for food after a long trip. Won’t be stopping at this location again.

We traveling and we decided to stop for breakfast at this location. The lady from the drive thru took the order Perfect 🤩 Kuddos to her. But the rest of the team sucked at making the order. The cook who made the food doesn’t know the difference between bacon and potato. The lady that put the food in the bag doesn’t know how to read the ticket. She put whatever the heck she wanted in the bag. I was missing 2 bacon tacos, biscuits and hash browns. They came back with the wrong tacos and no hash-browns. Come on we paid $20+ Then the biscuits were missing still and when they brought them, no jelly and no hash browns. At that point I decided to get down to make sure the food was all there. No apologies just rude faces with rolling eyes. Never stoping there again.
