Love the food and that they deliver to us now that they have moved. The people that work there are always so nice, I don't mind having to call for delivery since you can't request delivery in our area online.

Mr. Jim's is my new favorite pizza place. Fast & friendly folks. High quality food. I highly recommend the Sticky Fingers pizza, it is loaded with cheese and fresh toppings! (I do order it without onions or mushrooms, just because I don't like shrooms, and onions on pizza are too overpowering, IMHO). A slice or 2 of this delicious masterpiece will fill you up!

This is the best pizza hands down! This location isn't really an eat in place but there is a table to sit and at. They're young kids mostly that work here they do really try to give the best customer service even if it's not perfect they do try hard.

We just moved here from Dallas and needed something different other than a hamburger and y'all are very close. We spent $80 on pizzas and its worth every dime! We got smalls for a few speciality pizzas (because the kids are very picky) and we didn't want to waste it if they didn't like it... We WILL be back and a small was a PERFECT fit for one person! The pizzas were ALL amazing!!!!! Id be willing to give a hefty tip if y'all delivered to my house (out of delivery area) lol but we'll definitely be back!!!

My husband put in the order and accidentally ordered the wrong pizza! We called and they were so kind to remake us our pizza even though it was totally our fault! Friday night pizza nights are our favorite and Mr Jim’s pizza is one of our favorite places to go!

Got the 3 Large pizzas. 1. Veggie. Added Pepperoni. Smelled burnt but tasted great. Not the first thing I ever ate that didnt smell like it tasted. 2. Got pepperoni and bacon. Nice crunchy bacon. 3. Got a chicken pizza too. They tell me it was great. Im not into chicken pizza. Only turn off to some is that the facilities are old but the food is good. Nice people. Dont pass it up. LOL

We called in our order early and told them we like to get it later that day. We gave a time and it was ready when we got there. The staff was friendly. It was a little hard to find, it behind another restaurant Charlie's I believe. Great pizza

I want to give a huge shout out to the manager Nathan tonite. My pizza wasn't delivered but after an hour I had placed my order. He was very understanding, and remade my entire order and threw in a free brownie bite for the trouble. Thank you Nathan for understanding, and the wait on that order didn't take but 20 minutes!! :) Food was hot and delicious!

It's the same type of pizzas as Dominos, the difference is they probably have more specialty pizzas. Pizza is okay but not anything that is great. It's definitely convenient if you live in Farmersville. They do deliver also

Ordered extra sauce. Hard to find any sauce at all. Very dry and hard to eat. This happens all too often. Very disappointed.

I have ordered from Mr. Jim's two times, and both times have been a disappointment. The first time I ordered delivery, and my pizza arrived cold and squished. The second time I ordered pick up, and they didn't even bother to keep the pizza warm while I drove up there (I arrived 25 minutes after I placed my order). When I arrived it was waiting on the counter to go cold. The restaurant was supposed to be open for another 10 minutes, yet the blonde teenage bimbo running the register refused to let me dine in even though they would be cleaning up for another hour after closing. I even told her I would wipe the table down myself, but she just shuffled nervously like a sophomore being asked out on a date by someone she doesn't like. She got a big fat zero for a tip. She also forgot my garlic sauce that I pre-paid for, and had the nerve to double check my receipt for this, as if I was lying to her. As for the garlic "dipping" sauce, the mouth of the cup is too small to fit a pizza slice into, and the liquid is too runny to pour on your pizza without making a huge mess. All in all the pizza did taste alright, even if it was cold. However I will be going to the superior Pizza Street restaurant from now on, where they actually treat you like a person and where they make sure your pizza is HOT when you pick it up.

We literally live 6 mins away yet somehow our pizza was not even warm anymore when it was delivered.

This will be the first time I have ever written a bad review for anything, no matter how bad service has been I’ve always been understanding, especially when I’m treated with kindness. Yes, it was that bad. I’ve never seen such immediate arrogance from someone. Of course now that I’m looking at some of the other reviews I’m not at all surprised. Every time I’ve ordered from here it’s been almost an hour wait each time. Only once has it come in 30 min. Most of the time they don’t even honor any of my requests like cutting into squares, etc. not a big deal though so I don’t generally mind. This time I’ve got 3 kids at home waiting to eat, one of which hasn’t been feeling well, my 20 month old. She was one hour away from her nap time so all the girls wanted pizza. I ordered a large cheese this time. That’s it. I have 3 dogs who bark hysterically when someone even nears my house not just when they knock or ring a doorbell. No one came. I called one hour later and they said it was on the way. I waited by the door. 15 min later I called again and they said he returned the pizza because no one answered. I told them about my dogs and how I waited but no one came. I wanna say her name was Lindsey or something. I asked to cancel cause i couldn’t wait anymore. I had to feed my baby, give her medicine, and put her down for her nap. She tells me she’s going to write a notice that no one was home and it will be on my record. I asked what that means and she said that if it happens again they won’t be surprised, and she was unbelievably rude about it. I’ve never been so patronized by any kind of food service industry. I begin to explain what I had JUST said again but decided it wasn’t worth it so I just said wow, laughed and hung up. They don’t have to “worry” about it happening again. I will find somewhere else to buy at least $60 worth of pizza and other items a few times a month.

Order for pick up took 25 min they asked for my phone number I never received a call got there and they let me know their system has been down and they could write down my credit card information and they could give me my order. I told them I don't trust them and I will find something else for dinner I have never had someone ask to write down my credit card information so they can keep it so when it's back up they can run it. I don't know who will see it .. or have it I don't know anyone at that place that well at all They lost my business in the future.

I have been ordering here for MANY (10+?) years, and have always had my order delivered. I was denied the service today and when I questioned it I got a snotty answer. When I asked to speak to the manager she quickly gave me the snotty "have a nice day ma'am" brush off. We pay more to support our local businesses, remember that. Things tough? That's okay BUT make sure your employees know how to explain such without being so rude and obnoxiously repeating the same "Zone 1" line as if the customer knows wth that means. Lol. Do any customer minded people work there anymore?

Haven't ordered pizza from Mr. Jim's in a year or so. Placed an order tonight and was reminded of why we stopped eating there. The must have a policy a Farmersville to make absolutely sure they do not get the order right.

I ordered my pizza online. Arrived at 9:50. The employees refused to allow me to eat inside. My pizza had been left on the counter, so was cold. The blonde cashier was rude, and did nothing to make me feel welcomed or make me return. I will not give my business to Mr Jim's of Farmersville in the future.

Ask about an advertised special and gave the coupon code and then was charged regular price because I only got 2 toppings instead of three. I asked that they cancel the order and recharge me for the special anyway and give me the third topping to go on the side. Or keep it which saves them money. They gave me a 10% discount instead. At least they could have told me when I ordered it that it was a problem and I could've added another topping. Petty I know but damn can't people be better than that to each other? #tired of the hard dry f***** all the time. 😐

INCOMPETENT If it could be zero Stars it would be. I called in an order. I said I want the pizza well done almost burnt extremely well done. I said this at least three times on the phone. Got my pizzas and it's cooked normal. Shm

VERY VERY VERY rude. I get it’s super bowl Sunday but they were NOT that busy & when someone walks up to your counter you should probably greet them with “welcome!” NOT “what”. So the pizza isn't something to write home about in the 1st place the best thing that they had going was delivery and they don't do that anymore so I won't be spending more wasting my money here.. but if your looking for great tasting pizza.. pizza street is the way to go there short staffed last time I checked so yes you have to go pick it up too but just better quality also ranch lovers they make homemade ranch there too..

We call twice to see where our delivery is.. they couldn’t give us a time frame. Finally got it and our pizza was pepperoni. Spent 55$ and didn’t get what we ordered. Call them back and they was wanting the wrong pizza back. Which is understandable. They act like we was lying. Just bring me what I ordered and take what you sent. Ownership and management needs to fix this. Service is terrible. We just want a good pizza.

First time ever trying Mr Jim's and little Cesar's is better than this.
