The food was absolutely delicious and fresh 🍔🌟—definitely the best fast food experience I’ve had to date in Princeton! I can’t wait to come back! 🙌🍟❤️🎉

Quick service inside.\nVery Clean restaurant.\nHot food that came out quickly and correctly.

Takes longer than schedule time it's always busy but overall food is good

My guys and I like to meet up here every other couple weeks to talk and catch up - nice atmosphere, the employees are always friendly, and the coffee tastes alright. Four stars instead of five because the bathroom is always trashed - good luck if you have to go in there.

The food was really good today. The hamburger and fries were hot and tasted great. As you can see from the photos, I ate it all, and enjoyed it. Service was fast and efficient, the front-end cashier was very friendly, and so was the food runner. I will be back!

Bought food here a week ago, 2 meals and the fries were way too salty. Ordered the same meals today and specifically asked for light salt on the fries, cashier even repeated it, and this time they were even worse. Inedible. Not again. Manager totally mishandled my situation…rude!!!! Don’t send anything back here unless you want to be treated horribly

Wish I could give 0 stars. My husband sat in this drive through for almost 15-20 minutes after asking for FRESH fries. I asked for a #1 with cheese and mayo only. Pretty simple you would think since they don’t have to add lettuce, tomatoes or onions and ketchup. Clearly that was too much to ask for cause what I got when my husband brought it to my work were cold fries that were SOGGY like they had been sitting for hours. I opened my burger to find it looking like it just got out of a boxing ring lol just disappointed that I paid money for this. & it sucks cause I usually love whataburger. The only time I have a good experience with good food here is if I go inside to eat. I’m working 13 hours and just wanted a good meal but didn’t even get that, just sad.

Average Whataburger food…to be expected. All of this at 10:45pm. Shake machine not working. They asked if I wanted another drink as if the other drinks cost as much as a shake. I had to request a refund or a coupon. The manager shows up at the window, gives me some cash as a refund and never apologizes. Then, they make me pull forward to a parking spot because they can’t keep up with a single Whataburger and some onion rings. They told me it was because there was a large line in front of me. I was in the drive-through at the pick up window, so no one was waiting in front of me in the drive-through. There are six cars in the parking lot, so there’s not a huge line of people waiting on the inside of the store either. This store just seems like they cannot keep up with a rush, no matter what the time or demand is.

They're always slow no matter if there aren't any cars, A simple cheese burger and fries took them 20 mins, Only 2 cars in front of me. I'll take the drive to in n out every time from now on.

0 Stars This is absolutely the worst location I’ve ever been too. Cmon get it together. The food is cold, never the way you ask. They are so overwhelmed. 45 minutes for cold and incorrect items. Management and staff need to be reviewed this is a disappointment. Just go to another Whataburger or somewhere else. Don’t waste you money and time here

At Whataburger ordered food waited about 39 minutes until I called to see if they where going to bring over out , and Jackie said we needed to merge into next lane which they never said anything not had any cones out to make us think that we had to merge into another the other lane because there is clearly two lanes going on. This is really unacceptable letting customers wait this long without even mentioning a word to us about anything.

The food is fine most of the time, not great. But time after time no matter time of day, week, or year there is ALWAYS a long wait and typically met with poor attitudes. It's been terrible for years unfortunately.

I was at drive thru 2, and had been waiting for 15 minutes around midnight Dec 22 to past midnight. There was no acknowledgement saying I will right with you shortly or something like that during the waiting period. Then the car that just came in drive thru 1 got the service right away. I said hello, and no answer. I decided to go inside. The manager Chris was professional enough to handle the complain. But whoever worked in the drive thru that day needed to be trained to not ignoring the customer, and have some courtesy to the customer. I went to your store to get the food, and paid for that. It wasn’t for free anyway so treat the customer with some respect.

Vanessa knows chris the manager is terrible and doesn’t do anything about it. The worse whataburger in Texas! New management needed asap! They always have someone pull up and then forget everything and make the people get out. Quit asking people to move to the park spot. Managers suck!

Places a mobile order and did curbside pickup. Waited over 40 minutes until my husband decided to go inside and ask. They told him someone had taken our order. Very bad management. Seems like they don't know what they are doing and they seem to be short staff as well. Never will come again!!

I ordered a combo large plus an extra side of fries. The fries were cold so my husband took them back in for fresh fries.. We got home, only 2 minutes away, only to find that they just dropped the old cold fries back in the grease too get them hot.. They were soggy/hard and horrible!!😤 Food costs too much to not get value

Ordered a customized bacon taquito breakfast meal through the app. Estimated pickup time was between 5:51-5:54. Didn’t get my food until 10 after 6. I get to work and see they gave me a honey butter chicken biscuit. This isn’t the 1st time this has happened to me. This restaurant is not equipped to handle the early morning rush. I’m not wasting my time or money here again. Fed up with poor planning and incompetence.
