Wonderful service and delicious pizza. The young man that waited on me was very polite and made everything just as I asked. I had to tip them more when I left. And by the way it all really reasonable.

Ordered pizza on a Saturday night and had it delivered. Pizza was delicious, hot, and cheesy. 10/10 They had lots of package deals. I’ll definitely be ordering again!!

I am not going to tell you about how good they were when the pizza got here piping hot in well under the estimated time for delivery. Rather, I am going to tell you about my experience when things didn't go right. I had an issue with billing and communication and said as much in a survey they requested via e-mail. In the same day, I received a call from the store. They were prepared, in that they knew of the order, what happened on their end, and they were prepared to make it right. I was taken by surprise! The conversation went well and they went above and beyond to make it right. Their communication and responsiveness to their customers is unsurpassed. I will be a loyal customer for the foreseeable future, not because of what they did for things to go perfect but what they did when things did not go perfectly. This type of customer service combined with their great product makes a very happy customer. I highly recommend them with upmost confidence. Well done Marco's...Well done indeed.

Had an issue with my pizza - it was delivered incorrectly. However, CHRISTIAN, is a rockstar! He apologized for a wait (hi, it’s Saturday!) for the re-delivery, AND gave us a credit. Incredible!!!!

They make the pie, you eat the pie. It’s not complex. They are always consistently good. The staff is always great - Thanks Kevin! Def takeout/delivery. Not a date place. (Well … actually; if you have some teens, this might be the perfect place to let them go. You can preorder a pizza for takeout. Park in the lot and eat while you watch them inside on their date.) yup. Perfect date place for your first time daters.

My wife likes saltine-cracker-thin crunchy crust and Marcos does that great! We had pepperoni, and they do it up right with two kinds of pepperoni. Also, the girl working the counter in Wylie when we came to pick it up had the most pleasant personality imaginable. She wasn't serving pizzas, she was making the day for her customers.

This time was excellent, old world pepperoni cuts weren't so thin that they burned when going through the oven. Sauce was plentiful and tasted fresh, sweet, with just the right amount of tartness. Double romasean crust made for a nice presentation. Dough had right amount of chew and tear, temperature of overall pizza was superb. Estimated time for pick up online was useful, I came right when it said to. I'd say this place redeemed itself. Previous review: The owner here cuts the pepperoni super thin when you order old world pepperoni. I had ordered extra old world pepperoni but still was not satisfied with the final product because there is no bite, no substance to the pepperoni. I can understand that some people like the crispy pepperoni, but when I order old world pepperoni I expect it to be a thicker cut, otherwise there is no difference between it and the normal pepperoni. Now if I order from the Murphy location, then that owner gets it perfect. I get that thick old world pepperoni cut. I feel like I am wasting my money paying extra for extra old world pepperoni at the Wylie location.

Good & fresh food, friendly service, small space with a couple booths for dine inn. For the most part this is a food pickup or delivery shop so the atmosphere focus would be a high volume of activity in the kitchen area as orders are being prepared for pickup or delivery orders going out. It is not so much a place to meet new people or interact socially.

Good pizza, but complete joke on service. I ordered 2 pizzas and after an hour of wondering where my pizza's were, I called back and was told they were there for carryout. Told Seth the guy I ordered with nooo I ordered for delivery, but guess I'm coming to get them now.

Bunch of kids running place they goofed my order, and didn't even offer the mistake pizza for free, acted like it was funny, had me return in ten minutes, and didn't have the pizzas ready when I got there then either. Quality decent but customer service lame. 2.5 stars, they should have comped me the bad pizza, not cool.

Ordered a xl deluxe and they definitely skimped on the toppings. Marcos used to be the best but seems to be dropping in quality.

I normally go to Murphy store ( and they are awesome, and know me as soon as i walk in the door) but because we got one from Little ceasers on 78 i just decided this one was closer. I call at 7:20 and order cheese pizza..they tell me 20 minutes...i come 25 minutes later and they are just making it so guy tells me another 15 minutes....15 mins later...still waiting..another lady is on her phone talking about how she has been waiting forever...so now my other pizza i picked up is cold... We order from Marcos EVERY Friday so maybe i will stick with normal store in Murphy because hands doen best pizza...this store is just not staff equipped..although there is twice as many that work here then in Murphy..not sure the issue Just got my pizza at 8:16..almost an hour later..no, sorry for the wait....

New to the area and was welcomed home to a free large 2 topping pizza all I had to do is return the pizza box at pickup. When i spoke to assuming the manager on the phone who took my order was very professional, very friendly and welcomed me to the area. Unfortunately, when i went to pick up the pizza the young man at check out was clueless as to why i was bringing in a empty pizza box and seemed really thrown off by the situation so he went to get the manager whom knew right away what i was doing and picking up. When the manager shows me my pizza it’s not what i ordered so it was a little disappointing especially since the ticket had the correct toppings on it. The manager was very nice and offered to remake the whole thing but i told him it was fine no need to waste the pizza i didn't want and i felt as though who was i to complain for a complimentary pizza. All in all i ate a slice of it and even though it was something i would never order it was pretty good. I’m just not sure i will be back.

Great pizza, but y'all need to update your delivery range. I live less the 3 miles away from this location and have no delivery options online. Bozeman Farms has been here for the better part of a decade and still no delivery. Kind of blows my mind to be honest.

Well, pizza is usually good, but my order is never right. We ask for a thin pizza but NOT cut in squares, traditional cut. every time it’s cut that way no matter how many times I order or talk to them. Tonight it took a hour and a half to go less than 3 miles, I understand if you are short staffed, but at least cut it the way I asked and call the customer if you are going to be 30 min. Later than the hour you originally quoted.

They’ve gone way down!! Won’t be ordering from them again. They never pay attention to what I select for my order. Way too much cheese and sauce. Too long of a wait and uncaring customer service. Too long of a wait for Bad pizza and Bad service. And they’re not cheap. Done with them.

Ordered 2 pizzas, tried to charge me 32$ complained and magically it became 24. Pizza toppings all came off, didn't taste good, dough chewy. If your gonna charge for a good pizza I expect better than a gas station pizza, in fact gas station pizza was better than this junk product.

Maybe my pallet is very different than those that left glowing reviews of Marcos. I ordered the Deluxe on thin crust with the Romanesn (sp?) seasoning. The pizza was extremely bland with no seasoning whatsoever. The pizza was apparently flash backed because the ingredients tasted raw. A very disappointing dinner experience. If I felt up to it, I would take it back because I was only able to eat one square ?!? Not sure why the pizza was sliced in squares when all the promotional pictures show traditional slices.

After ordering for pick up online, my friends and I showed up when we were told our pizza would be ready. We asked for our pizza and we’re told to wait 25 minutes. twenty five minutes pass and again we ask if our pizza is ready and again they tell us that it will be done in a little bit. We have been waiting for a little over an hour for ONE PEPPERONI PIZZA.

Love the pizza but always, hate ordering at night because there’s always a “just to let you know” tonight was we are closing @ 9:30 because people didn’t show up! Google says 11p and I called @ 9:24 with no option for delivery! Going to start going to the one in Sachse to try that one from now on.

Update - I also submitted the request as asked by the owner 3 days ago. Again, no response! Absolutely terrible! I placed a delivery order on Saturday for my kids. The delivery time was 12:30. By 12:45 I called, but they hung up. I called back and held for 25 minutes. Then, I finally DROVE to the store. When I got to the store, I was told they were not answering the phone, too busy. I advised that I expected my order to be delivered about an hour ago. I clearly need my order and I expect some sort of refund. He processed my refund and said bye. I advised that I need my pizzas. He said, you can't expect to get your food without paying for it!!! I asked for a manager, but he wasn't working on Saturday. Cleary, this store has not been trained on customer service.

I have NEVER been so disrespected by a MANAGER in my life!!! I call to see where my food is because it’s late and she was extremely rude, interrupted me MULTIPLE times, and would not let me speak at all then hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again when I tried to tell her my food was cold after arriving 20 minutes late! If I spoke to my patients the way she spoke to me I wouldn’t have a job!!! Will never be back to this Marcos again!!!

Horrible customer service! I ordered online and I thought it was for delivery, after an hour I called to check the status of my pizza and I was told that they were for carryout. I asked if I could get 2 fresh pizzas instead since my pizzas have been sitting under a lamp for over an hour and I was told on the phone that I would get 2 fresh ones. When I got to the store I was told something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! They wanted me to pay for 2 additional pizzas if I wanted it fresh! I already paid online for 2 pizzas and it was an honest mistake! I asked for a refund and the manager that gave me the refund didn't care that she was losing a valued customer that has been ordering from them for over 5 years, she gave me the receipt without a word! Horrible customer service!!

We took out..my boyfriend ordered the chicken club sub and 10 piece BBQ wings...he bites into his sandwich and pulls a plastic tie for like bagles or pizza crust out of his mouth. His meal is ruined so he stops eating that and opens his wings....they barely sprinkled BBQ sauce over some overcooked wings. Very disappointed because we are new to the area.

Absolutely the worst of the local Marco’s restaurants. There is ALWAYS an excuse for why delivery or pickup is late. Monday-Sunday is apparently the busiest night of the week. Calls get hung up when you check your order that’s an hour late. They take your money and you’ll wait until they get around to you. They know you don’t have a choice, so it won’t change.

I didn't order because I didn't want my 8 pizza order to frustrate you. Update: Kevin did call and apologize for his bad humor. He offered to make our order, but we had already ordered from somewhere else.

Negative thoughts he didn't have a good attitude on the phone, told me everything was cooked and made properly (which might be the case, but it still tasted bad), told me customer feedback online wasn't really a priority when I asked he escalate the issue of the link being broken. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I might consider the Murphy location instead for my next order. Customer service is important and taking feedback from a customer needs to be done with grace and not attitude. The owner replied to send feedback via FB or Twitter since the website doesn't work. They don't check their socials either, I've received no response from this company.
